If you have iOS 7 and have turned on Find My Phone in Settings > iCloud, you will have to remember the Apple ID to unlock the iPhone...the Activation Lock is an anti-theft protection that you cannot bypass.
The only hope you have is to take it and proof that you are the owner to an Apple store genius bar and see if there is anything they can do. In general the answer is no, but give it a try.

There is no such thing as Windows for Mac. Windows is Windows and you can install it on a Windows computer or on an Apple computer. Once installed it will work until you remove it.

CDMA isn't any use here as there aren't any UK CDMA based carriers, they are all GSM/sim card based (I'm not aware of any CDMA carriers in Europe). As the AT&T version appears to support an extra 4G LTE band then that might be the better one.

If you turn off iMessage, then you can't send or receive iMessages... in case that wasn't apparent.
The problem is the android users who did not turn off iMessage on their iPhones before they switched to something else. They need to fix that. If they don't, then your only option is to turn off iMessage or forcibly send the messages as SMS messages.

Time capsule wont connect for backups anymore worked great for years. The wifi still works, green light was on (not now since i've tried to troubleshoot by erasing the disk and resetting). Any help would be appreciated.

PC and well every device other than Apple do not like the names that Apple tends to use.
Reset the TC and redo the naming..
Names for TC, wireless and hard disk .. should be short, no spaces.. pure alphanumeric.
It also helps if you lock the wireless channels.. and even set the 5ghz to a different name to 2.4ghz.
There are only 3 non-overlapping channels on 2.4ghz.. 1, 6, 11, test each in turn and pick the best.
WPA2 Personal security with 8-12 character passkey.. pure alphanumeric of course is a must.
