If your Scheduled Delivery apps stopped printing

These instructions apply to the Photosmart D110a and Officejet 6500A, 7500A, 8500A printers, but other printer models may be similar.
The Solutions below can be used to restore scheduled delivery printing that has failed. Some situations to which they may apply are:
-Scheduled Delivery apps unexpectedly stopped printing.
-Print jobs show Pending, Failed and/or Canceled on ePrintCenter History.
-Communication error when selecting Apps on the printer front panel.
-Communication error when Print Now of a scheduled app is attempted.
-Communication error caused by no internet connection, printer turned off for extended period of time, out of paper, out of ink.
If your Scheduled Delivery apps unexpectedly stopped printing, do the following:
Solution 1
Check the Scheduled Delivery Bulletin Board for the current status. If that doesn’t solve your problem, continue to Solution 2 below.
Solution 2
Photosmart D110a:
     a.  Press the wireless button on the front; it should have a solid blue light. Flashing indicates NO wireless connection.
     b.  On the front panel scroll down to Web Services Settings and press OK.
     c.  On the front panel scroll down to Print Info Page and press OK.

     b.  On the front panel, select Web Services Setup.
     c.  On the front panel, select Printer Email Address.
Then follow these steps for all printers:
A page prints, titled Welcome to Web-Enabled, Mobile Printing from HP. This may take a few minutes; please be patient.
If you have Pending scheduled print jobs, they should print soon.
Your problem should now be fixed and automatic Scheduled Delivery should resume. Some jobs may have been lost as a result of the disruption that has occurred.
If your scheduled prints have not resumed in 24 hours, proceed to Solution 3.

Some Scheduled Delivery Print Apps may have continued to print once selected as a Print Now function on an Officejet 6500, 7500, and 8500, Photosmart D110 and B210.  This has been solved as of June 23, 2011.

  • Internet Apps Stopped Printing

I have a HP Officejet Pro 8500A Plus connected to a Windows XP PC
The printer is connected to the Internet by wireless.
From the ePrinter it shows it as connect and when I check the wireless setup it show good signal, has a IP address etc.
The problem is that the scheduled apps all stopped working.
When I select Apps from the menu it tells me that it is not connected to the internet.
Nothing else on my network has a issue and I have several Sat boxes, TVs etc that all work fine.
My router lists it as connected and I can print to it wireless from my laptop.
This just started a few days ago and it all worked fine up until then.
I have reset the print, router, etc with no luck.

Hi, are you able to determine whether anything has changed in your network in the last few days? Here's a link to some detailed connectivity troubleshooting steps (some of which you've already completed it seems). Take a look and see if any of the suggestions are ones you haven't already tried.
Are you able to print successfully via ePrint, i.e. can you send an email with an attachment and have it print on your printer? If so then I would suggest signing in to your ePrintCenter account (provided you have one set up) and removing the apps that are not working and then re-add them. You can do this in the Manage My Apps section of your ePC account. If the printer won't print an email attachment then I would suggest removing and re-enabling web services from the printer front panel display.
    Best of luck.

  • Does Your Disk Utility App Stop Running Under Mac OS 10.9 - Mavericks

I am using a 2012 MacBook Air running Mac OS 10.9 - Mavericks. The Disk Utility app Verify function stops running, most often during the "Checking Volume Information" part of the test, and does not display any results. The app does not crash: I can run Verify over and over. The app simply stops running. Does anyone else have this problem?

I have a Drobo (2nd Gen) attached to my early 2009 Mac Pro via Firewire and it consistently has this problem with the Disk Utility app on Mavericks.
Maybe there's a timeout on the Disk Utility.
It seems that diskutil and fsck on the command line work.
First, get the device identifier for the volume you want to check:
    bash-3.2$ diskutil list /Volumes/Drobo
    /dev/disk5
       #:                       TYPE NAME                    SIZE       IDENTIFIER
       0:      GUID_partition_scheme                        *17.6 TB    disk5
       1:                        EFI EFI                     209.7 MB   disk5s1
       2:                  Apple_HFS Drobo                   17.6 TB    disk5s2
then, use diskutil to  verify the volume:
    bash-3.2$ sudo diskutil verifyVolume /dev/disk5s2
Started file system verification on disk5s2 Drobo
    Checking file system
    Checking Journaled HFS Plus volume
    Checking extents overflow file
    Checking catalog file
    Checking multi-linked files
    Checking catalog hierarchy
    Checking extended attributes file
    Checking volume bitmap
    Checking volume information
The volume Drobo appears to be OK
Finished file system verification on disk5s2 Drobo
You can also use fsck in debug mode if you like more verbose output. Here I first unmount and then use the raw device:
    root# diskutil umount /Volumes/Drobo
    Volume Drobo on disk5s2 unmounted
    root# fsck_hfs -d -l -f  /dev/rdisk5s2
    ** /dev/rdisk5s2 (NO WRITE)
            Using cacheBlockSize=32K cacheTotalBlock=98304 cacheSize=3145728K.
       Executing fsck_hfs (version hfs-226.1.1).
    ** Performing live verification.
** Checking Journaled HFS Plus volume.
       The volume name is Drobo
    ** Checking extents overflow file.
    ** Checking catalog file.
    ** Checking multi-linked files.
    ** Checking catalog hierarchy.
    ** Checking extended attributes file.
    ** Checking volume bitmap.
    ** Checking volume information.
** The volume Drobo appears to be OK.
            CheckHFS returned 0, fsmodified = 0
    Then remount:
    root# diskutil mount /dev/disk5s2
    Volume Drobo on /dev/disk5s2 mounted
You should really read the fsck man page if you go this route. There are many options and many ways you could accidentally do something you don't intend to do.
    Enjoy!

  • How do I get apps 2 stop printing after they've been stopped on the website? It still prints.

When I first bought the computer I clicked on the daily recipe printing app and after a week of wasted ink, I went to the website and stopped the print (or so I thought). I even removed the app, but it is still printing. I can't afford to keep printing this every day. I just want it to stop printing. Please help.

  • Removed crossword puzzle app wont stop printing

I removed the New York times crossword puzzle that I previously added to my D110a printer.  However, it keeps printing every Sunday.  How do I get it to stop.  Very annoying.  The app is not showing on the printer screen or on eprint website, so it sure appears to be removed.

    Hey thurman9701!
I can definitely understand your frustration. There is a specific way you have to remove a scheduled delivery app from the printer. Since you've already removed it, you will have to re-add the app and then follow these steps to remove it.
Go to hpeprintcenter.com and cancel your subscriptions. (In the app settings) Then remove the app. Changing any subscription can take 24 hours to take effect also.

  • How do I get apps to stop printing?

I want the apps to stop printing

To remove the subscription from a scheduled delivery app, you will need to go to www.hpeprintcenter.com and sign in with the username which can manage this printer.
After that, you can select the app, in this case Universal crossword, and then go to >Setup>Update Settings>Click the Cancel delivery button.
In case you have deleted the App, you can try adding it back and following the steps to cancel the delivery as well.

  • Missing scheduled delivery of an app edition

I missed a scheduled delivery of one of my apps last week and my kids are upset about it.  Is there anyway that it could be resent to me or emailed to me?  It was barbie printables 5/2/13 edition.  They are building all the houses and will be missing one if I can't get it.  Please help if possible!

    Hey jennej,
There is no way to obtain a missed printing from a Scheduled Delivery App, at this time.  You may be able to find a user that printed this page and can scan/send this page to you, but there is no way for HP to get you this information.
    Best of luck,
    Jason

  • How to schedule an app (sudoku)?

New to HPePrint apps and have scheduled an app for crosswords already with good success, however, I can not find a way to schedule my sudoku app?? There does not seem to be a "start up box" as was the case with the crossword app. Can you assist?

    Hi,
Not any Print App is a Scheduled Delivery App, only specific apps support this feature.
If you use the Web Sudoku app, the specific app does not support scheduled delivery, there are several different Sudoku apps which support this feature.
Check both the Daily Sudoku or the Games & Puzzles Daily for its compatibility with your printer model, both of them provide a scheduled delivery for it.
    Hope it helps,

  • HP LaserJet P1505n stops printing and blocks network interface

I have been using my P1505n for over two years without any problem. But it suddenly stopped printing. The scenario is as follows:
    1. The P1505n is connected to a wired home network with reserved IP address in the DHCP server.
    2. The P1505n is used from Ubuntu 10.4, 11.4 , Windows XP and Windows 7 without any previous problems.
    3. The last partial successful print job stopped in the middle of a page leaving the rest blank: no paper jam.
    4. I have reset the printer several times: turn off + press Cancel & Go + turn on while holding the two buttons down.
    5. The first reset was successful: the toner level going from 40 to 100%. The next ones may have been successfull too.
    6. After each reset and also after each power-on, I can ping and access the embedded web server.
    7. Whenever I send a print job, the print queue on the computer (all OS behave identically) says "printing" and stops. I can cancel/remove the jobs from Ubuntu.
    8. After the printer receives the print job, it silently blocks the network interface (no ping nor web) and doesn't print anything. No movementsm no LED blinking either: just nothing happens.
What is the reason for this problem? And how do I solve it?

    Hi firedude007,
    Welcome to the HP Forums!
I see that your HP Laserjet P1102w stops printing files from your Mac but not on Windows, and I am happy to help!
For further assistance, I will need to know the following information:
The version number of the Mac Operating System. To find the exact version, visit this link. Whatsmyos.
If the printer is connected, Wireless, or USB.
If the printer is able to make copies by itself.
In the meantime, I would try the following:
Reset the printing system. Mac OS X: How to reset the printing system.
Verify and repair disk permissions. Disk Utility 12.x: Repair disk permissions.
Hope to hear from you, and thank you for posting!
