Hi,
I am also facing a similar issue after deploying the web-service onto WebLogic Server. Not sure if it is related to deployment or security-related issue. Here are the exception details:
oracle.j2ee.ws.client.jaxws.JRFSOAPFaultException: Client received SOAP Fault from server : access denied (oracle.wsm.security.WSFunctionPermission http://xmlns.oracle.com/apps/scm/dos/supplyRequestDecomposition/receiveSupplyRequests/decompRcvService/ProcessSupplyOrdersService#createSupplyOrderHeaders invoke)
Anyone faced the similar issue? Help appreciated.
Thanks in advance,
Bhushan

  • Spring java.lang.IllegalAccessError: tried to access method org.springframe

    Hi
I am looking to use OEPE to allow me to adapt a RAD approach to the web part of our applications while keeping our CI builds consistant.
We use WebLogic 10.3 with struts 1.2.9, Spring 2.5, Hibernate 3.X and maven 2.
I am using Eclipse 3.5 SR1 with OEPE version Oracle Enterprise Pack for Eclipse 11.1.1.3.0
I created a test Dynamic Web Application using maven 2 and this works OK with a test WebLogic Server 10.3. I then deleted this from the WebLogic Server so I could try using it with OEPE.
I deploy this Dynamic Web Application using OEPE (via autogenerated_ear_) to WebLogic Server
My initial problems were classpath errors where it seems that my Maven dependent jars were NOT picked up by my web application. To overcome this I copied the maven dependencies to <my web app>\src\main\webapp\WEB-INF\lib
I could then use my initial struts action but failed with:

  • Displays blank page when tried to access ORACLE Application Server Control

    Hi,
I have successfully installed the Oracle SOA Suite using advance installation.
But when tried to open ORACLE APPLICATION SERVER CONTROL by following the below path.
start-> programs-> oracle-soa->ORACLE APPLICATION SERVER CONTROL, It displays a blank IE page.
But when tried to open BPEL control or WSM control or ESB control, it takes me to the login page.
Note: Started the SOA suite and the status of ASG component in the Start SOA page says Down.Does this affect in anyways?
Would appreciate if anyone could throw some light on this.

    Hi All,
I started reinstalling SOA suite and while installation, I encounter below warning.
"A DHCP configuration was detected on this host" The installer also detected that the localhost name and network hostname differ. please resolve the networking issues by reffering the "Installing on DHCP computers" section in the installation guide."
Note: Doing installation in the server.
Wondering this could be the cause for displaying blank Application Server Control page.
And here is, what it says in the installation guide.
Note this limitation when running Oracle Application Server on DHCP computers: Oracle Application Server instances on DHCP computers cannot communicate with other instances running on other computers. For example, you cannot have OracleAS Infrastructure on one computer and a middle tier on another computer if any one of those computers uses DHCP. All the instances that need to communicate with each other need to run on the same computer. There are no limitations on clients: clients from other computers can access the instances running on the DHCP computer, as long as the client computer can resolve the DHCP computer on the network.
The solution for this is installing loopback adapter. But the catch is, I have few webmethods running on the server. Wondering about the effects of Loop back adadpter on webmethods. Please someone throw some light.
    Regards
    jude.

    Hi,
Can you just check your end point URL, and try with appending user name and password at the end of it as parrameters like http://<end point URL>&UserName=admin&Password=admin.
Other wise check the SOAP request which is going to server using any tool as SOAP UI.

  • Access Oracle database on ARM platform

    Hi
I am trying to access Oracle database on ARM platform.
Is anyone has experience about that?
It seems that the instance client has no ARM version.
    Thanks for any suggestion.

Pro*C and oci are cool but I recomend the Oracle Template Library.
It is much simpler and easier to use.
It is just one .h file which includes a set of classes which are a thin wraper over oci.
Try it, you don't know what you are missing.
(That goes for the oci and pro*c advocates too :)

I have not seen this one .... Ensure that the install directory as well as any init directory use the conventional/old 8 character name, like D:\Work\Oracle. No spaces. I say so because it is suspicious that the error refers to C:\Documents....\
    Hope this helps,

Last time I tried to access oracle through http server but xampp http port was conflicting with oracle http server so i needed to disable oracle http server for xampp apache server to work, at that time i was not needing oracle http server, now I need both. Is there any workaround to this for oracle and xampp to work at the same time in the same setup, please let me know.
Can anybody help me to find solution for this issue.
    Thanks in Advance.

You have to use two different -different ports for the both
use 8080 port for the Oracle http and another for another web server.
you can use proxy to filter the requests and redirect then to another port as per requirement.

  • Accessing Oracle Objects from JDeveloper

    Hi,
I am trying to access Oracle PL/SQL packages from JDeveloper.I created a package that contains a procedure which accepts 2 IN parameters and returns 3 OUT parameters ( cursor, string, string).Through the JPulisher wizard i selected the package and i click the Generate Java code. But it actually creates .sqlj file it didn't create java file.
1.Is there anyway for creating java file instead of .sqlj file?
    2. If not possible can anyone tell how can i access this .sqlj file for passing parameters from my jsp page.
    Thanks
    Srik

A SQLJ file can be compiled into a classfile. JDeveloper will automatically convert the .sqlj file into a .java file, and then compile it into a .class file. If you choose to deploy the project to a webserver or whatever, the compilation will take place before the classes are added to the WAR file.
The reason that JPublisher creates SQLJ files is that SQLJ files are easier to work with from the standpoint of SQL - the database access is done through SQL-like statements, and not raw Java.

  • Oracle.j2ee.ws.saaj.client.p2p.HttpSOAPConnectio.setPreemptiveBasicAuth(Z)V

    Hi Guys,
I am trying to integrate the Oracle Forms with BI Publisher.
When deploying the Web Service Stub at my development server, everything seem to be ok.
But when I am deploying it to production server at my client place its giving me following error
    Exception: java.lang.Exception: java.lang.NoSuchMethodError: oracle.j2ee.ws.saaj.client.p2p.HttpSOAPConnectio.setPreemptiveBasicAuth(Z)V
Does any one have any idea from which jar file oracle.j2ee.ws.saaj.client.p2p.HttpSOAPConnectio.setPreemptiveBasicAuth(Z)V comes from?
    Thanks & Regards,

  • Permission required to access oracle client service names

    Hello,
I  actually have a problem with accessing oracle client service names in Crystal.
    The problem is:
I installed crystal reports 2008 and installed oracle client on a machine (I used an account that is a local administrator of the machine during installation) but the problem is that the users who are going to access crystal are standard users and they couldnu2019t access the services in oracle client and when they try to refresh the report they get the following error
"Failed to load database information. Details: the DB connector 'crdb_oracle.dll' couldn't be loaded. the correct version of the database client for this database type might not be installed"
I gave the users permission on the two folders (C:\program files \Common files \) and RegEdit : (C:\Windows \ System 32\) but the problem wasnu2019t solved so I made them local administrators and the problem was solved but I donu2019t want to make the users  local administrators on the machine , some people told me that I have to install oracle client with the user who will be using crystal but the problem is that two users will be working on the machine not just one and they have two different accounts and when I tried to give the users full control permission on oracle folder , the problem wasnu2019t solved, So I wanted to know if any one faced a similar problem and how to solve it without making the users local administrators.
    Thanks in advance.

    Hello,
It appears you have everything installed and configured for Cr to work so it looks like it's a DB issue.
What do you see in the logs if you enable logging on the Server? Are your requests even getting to the Server from CR under the user account?
Test it using the admin and then the user account.
You could try checking on the option to use Trusted Authentication in the database log on windows of CR. This should pass the users PC log on credentials to the Server.
    Thank you
    Don

  • Oracle 11.2 CLIENT CAN ACCESS THE ACFS File ???

I am planning to configure Oracle 11.2 RAC lab set with following way.
    1. Install Oracle 11.2 database RAC with two servers.
    2. Install the Oracle 11.2 Client on two additional servers.
    3. All the 4 servers are equipped with HBA Card and can reach to shared Disk Array.
Question- If i will configure the Oracle ACFS (ASM Cluster File System).
Can i share the file between all four servers means all the 4 servers can read/write on it ??? Or it will accessed only by Database servers ??
    Regards,
    Sumit

From the PL/SQL Packages and Types Ref Guide:
The set of files and directories that are accessible to the user through UTL_FILE is controlled by a number of factors and database parameters. Foremost of these is the set of directory objects that have been granted to the user. Assuming the user has both READ and WRITE access to the directory object USER_DIR, the user can open a file located in the operating system directory described by USER_DIR, but not in subdirectories or parent directories of this directory.
Lastly, the client (text I/O) and server implementations are subject to operating system file permission checking.
UTL_FILE provides file access both on the client side and on the server side. When run on the server, UTL_FILE provides access to all operating system files that are accessible from the server. On the client side, as in the case for Forms applications, UTL_FILE provides access to operating system files that are accessible from the client.
Also, from Support note 948187.1 "ACFS is a fully-POSIX compliant filesystem, and can be accessed through native OS filesystem tools and APIs. Additionally, ACFS can also be exported and accessed by remote clients via standard NAS File Access Protocols such as NFS and CIFS."
