Import Related.

Hi All,
While importing, we have to use the freight (pre defined) and additional 1% landing charges to get the AV and after that there's a series of tax combination's. My question is, how to get the AV calculated based on the freight and the 1% landing charge? Please guide.

So, should I proceed by creating the PO and the GRPO with the appropriate tax codes and then create a landed cost document with the freight and the 1% landing charge?

I am having both the TestBean and HelperBean in the same package. Below is the code of TestBean. This bean is in turn calling HelperBean ,which is returning a List. I am importing both these beans in model but still I am getting an error while creating model -

Difficult import related error, urgent please help

I have 5(file1, file2...file5) export dump file taken from source database (ABC). Export was taken from user level(say user1, user2...user5)(schema level).
file1 = user1 (contain all the information related to user1 )
exp system/manager file=user1 owner=user1 compress=y
And now I have a new database. In this database I have Create new user corresponding to my source instance.
user1,user2..user5.
The problem is when I try to import(the data is getting imported) in user1, it says some grant related error.
I think this error is related to user2, user3..user5. I think when the import is trying to grant(some priviledge) to user1(during import data to user1) whose object is in user2, it is not able to find those object as those object does not exist in user2.
imp system/password file=file1(belonging to user1) fromuser=user1 touser=user1 log=file.log
Please let me know in this situation what can be done. please tell me the solution.

Hi!
First of all you should create all users (user1 through user5) before starting import of user1. This ensures that grants granted from i.e user1 to user5 are executed without errors during import of user1.
However, when importing user1, the import does not include grants given from other users, i.e user2, to user1. Grants are owned by the grantor, and therefore grants given is included in exportfile for the grantor.

Import related informtion entities

Hi,
I added custom object 1 to service request.
For each service requets there are a couple of CO1 related to it.
Now, when I am trying to import SR data, I want to import for each SR many CO1 as well.
Is that possible? I.E. - Can one import SR into system , and within this SR record many CO1 will be imported as well?

Guy, it is possible to have many CO1's related to a single SR. I would recommend importing the SRs first then import your CO1s using the SR's number to match the CO1 to the correct SR.

Supplier open interface import - Related issue

Hi there,
when i tried to import the the details of the suppliers from AP_SUPPLIERS_INT(interface table) to PO_VENDORS(base table) through "Suppliers open interface import",
First time, It showed the rejeted records in the output report. then i cleared the errors in the rejected records.
Second Time, It showed Rejected records as 0, but didn't show any details regarding imported records. Also not even a single record is imported to base table
it didn't show neither any rejected record nor the data in the interface table to base table...
"Supplier open interface import program" gets completed without any error.
why this happens..?
columns filled in interface table - AP_SUPPLIERS_INT are:
vendor_interface_id
Vendor_name
segment1
employee_id(Removed this col when it showed employee doesn't exist in rejected columns)
payment_currency_code
vendor_type_lookup_code
did this in R12
Expecting a solution for this...

How can I import Related name fields from contacts?

I am using the drag and drop function to get contacts into a table in Numbers. However, it does not seem to work for related names (no headers for those appear). Anyone experiencing the same?

The other columns are there, but hidden.
In this screen shot, column labels jump from J to S (also jump from C to J). Click in the table to get Column labels to show.
Unhide all Columns.

While doing Imports GR(After doing MIRO for customs etc) in the excise detail only a nominal amount appears only in BED and all other duties paid are not getting reflected. In J1iex also only Duty aooears in BED.

Import Data in Purchase Order for Intrastat Reporting

Dear Gurus,
Technical Scenario: Extended Classic
SRM Server: 5.5
Backend:R/3: 4.6C
For PO created for cross border purchasing, ( vendor country different from receiving plant country ) the PO when replicated to backend system, DOES NOT HAVE IMPORT TAB.
We want Import tab to populate for cross border purchasing.
How can we achieve this?

Import data to Purchase Order Item Level Text from DMS system

Hi,
I have the material PO Text maintained against the Material in the DMS system.
In R/3, when I am creating the Purchase Order, I want the system to retreive the PO Text maintained in DMS against the material in the Purchase Order and paste it in the Purchase Order Item details - Material PO Texts.
Could anyone suggest me which User Exit or BAPI and the Function Module to fetch this data from DMS.

Cannot Import in Aperture 2.1 - not a camera or connection problem

Ive tried 2 cameras, 3 different USB leads and every time Aperture 2.1 does not show the import path or the images on camera to import, Aperture shows an image of the camera top left & produces a blank grey box that appears every time the mouse is moved then disappears in a cyclic manner.
Window, show activity - reports nothing
Tried, shut down, restart etc & even re-installing & recover from vault, none of which have worked or even changed the problem.
Checked preferences but cant see anything obvious import related
Apple, if this a software issue I really need a solution ASAP please.
Connect both cameras to Windows XP using same leads & both work fine, I shoot raw 12 bit NEFs & .jpg on other camera and have imported successfully in the past so this is not a post update or new installation problem, it has worked in the past absolutely no problems with both cameras.

No I havnt just upgraded, Aperture 2.1 worked perfectly well the day before & had done for some time with a variety of cameras, & then yesterday PM, refused to import images with this grey box appearing and disapearing.
I have always imported images using direct camera connection, its worked very well with all versions of aperture.
I couldnt even import images locally from the hard disc so not camera related.
Therefore I have done a complete bare metal restore from Time Machine to yesterday 10.00AM which now works, theres some Java update nagging to get installed but its going to get ignored because that may have been the root cause of it all.

SharePoint Error when importing web: Requested value 'PublishingPages' was not found

I tried to import a publishing web using the following powershell command:
Import-SPWeb http://****/test -Path E:\data.cmp -UpdateVersions Overwrite
However, it returns an error:

Without knowing much of what you are trying to do here like whether or not you are trying to promote/ demote a publishing site; I wanted to let you know about this limitation:
"For site collections that make use of the publishing feature it is not supported to migrate
root sites into sub sites or sub sites into root sites."

File adapter in OSB

Hi ,
I am trying to use file adapter in OSB. My intention is the OSB should write a file in a specified location in my sytem. I have configured the Business Service with Messagin service in (general tab), request msg as text and response msg as none in(messagin tab), protocol as file in (transport tab), prefix as AddUser suffix as *.txt* in (file transport tab).
whenever i give input in proxy service it writing the file at the specified location, but the issue is,it writes the file name as AddUser3225734920456246193--12c3763f.132dd1769a3.-7f5b.txt . i dont need this part(AddUser3225734920456246193--12c3763f.132dd1769a3.-7f5b) in file name which is written. can anyone tell me how i can solve this?

We can go with transport JCA FILE for file writing into the specified location.
Create a file adapter in jdeveloper with all specified things like (file name,physical path location and schema).This creates the jca and wsdl file in jdevloper copy this to eclipse(OEPE) and later u can create business service based on jca file in eclipse.Or else in osb sbconsole copy import related jca and wsdl files and create business service based on this.This process wil create file in particular location with name specified in the jca file in particular location.....

Consuming multiple WSDL in PI 7.0

I have a scenario in which I have to send back a SOAP message back to a receiver system as part of a single asynchronous interface.
Now the receiver system has provided me two diffrerent WSDLs:
WSDL 1 -- Establishing a session by giving the pre-defined used-id and password
WSDL 2 -- Sending the required data to the receiving system
The interface will receive data to be sent from SAP via proxy and has to pass on the same to the receiver system via SOAP message (i.e. Proxy to SOAP flow).
Please let me know whether this is possible in PI 7.0 and if so, how?

Yes it is possible. This is one possible and simple way. Use sender as abap proxy and during mapping use soap lookup (first wsdl) to pass user and password to get session or connection. Then use receiver as soap receiver to consume the second wsdl.
Note: Since your first wsdl to just establish the session connection and nothing important related to business you can do ths easily.

All text on my Mac is gone (not "text messages")

I was clearing old emails, TV shows, unwanted/unneeded programs from my MacBook Pro to free up some disc space. Now, there is absolutely NO text anywhere. The top toolbar, when I open a file, under the "DVD disc image", when I hit the search tab. Not even the time or battery digits are there. There is nothing but images. All the widgets and program icons are there, there's just no text.
Full disclosure, there's a chance I put the "font" files in the trash. It was late and I was going to town deleting. To be honest, I'm not even sure I did that.
I have absolutely no idea what to do. Some things are backed up, but this happened so suddenly. Not to mention, there's no chance I can navigate the OS to back things up now.
I've shut down, rebooted, etc.
I'm at a complete loss. I've never seen or heard of this. Virus? Something I can fix on my own? Any help would be greatly appreciated.

Full disclosure, there's a chance I put the "font" files in the trash.
It certainly sounds like you may have deleted something important relating to the fonts. This definitely isn't how any known malware behaves. For future reference, it's never a good idea to delete anything outside your user's home folder unless you know exactly what you're doing!
Since we're not sure what you might have deleted, and since troubleshooting will be difficult without any text showing anywhere, I would recommend reinstalling the system. You can simply reinstall right on top of the existing system, which will replace any files that may have been deleted or damaged. This should not disturb any of your data, assuming everything works as it's supposed to.
You didn't mention what version of Mac OS X you're running. If you have version 10.7 or later (Lion, Mountain Lion or Mavericks), hold down command-R at startup to enter recovery mode. From there, you can reinstall. You will need to download around 4 GB of data from Apple's servers to reinstall, so be sure you're on a network that can handle that.
If you have version 10.6 (Snow Leopard), you will need to insert your Snow Leopard install disk, then restart and hold down the 'C' key until the Apple logo appears. Reinstall from there.
If you are using an older version of Mac OS X, if memory serves, I do not believe you have the option to simply reinstall on top of the current system.
