In app purchasing trouble

I am unable to complete my purchase of an in app game. I am trying to buy mithril for Star Warefare and I am getting,
"Unable to complete your purchase
Reason: (null), You can try (null)"
I know I have the money to purchase it and I can purchase in game things in other games, but I can't in this one.
Any suggestions?

    Is anyone out there haivng trouble ordering apps w/new upgraded to IOS7?  When I try to order app on my IPAD 3 telling me that you are unable to purchase at this time I have done all of the folloing
    * sync device to Itunes
    *restart

    Try this  - Reset the iPad by holding down on the Sleep and Home buttons at the same time for about 10-15 seconds until the Apple Logo appears - ignore the red slider - let go of the buttons. (This is equivalent to rebooting your computer.) No data/files will be erased.

  • Trouble with connecting to an App and restoring In App Purchases

    I am having trouble with restoring my in app purchases. I had purchased the full season for crazy night out a while back but when I got the app again after restoring the app the full season wasn't on and it is trying to charge me for it. I had also bought the fantasy date app and the multipacks and unlike crazy night out it recognizes I made the purchase but when I click restore purchases or buy pack it won't download and it says can not connect to server and for me to check my settings and try again also for the ones I do have that were free when I click play or download all videos it says it can't connect to servers and the videos don't play. Is there anything I can do to retrieve these purchases back and get the videos to play.
    It's not the Internet everything else works.

    ftp doesn't work well in modern network environments, and the design of the protocol itself is basically incompatible with the inclusion of firewalls in modern networks. And it transmits the authentication credentials in cleartext.
    Put another way, see if ssh and particularly sftp works here (either directly via the sftp command, or via a sftp GUI tool) works for your requirements.

    I'm having the exact same problem.  Unfortunately, I can't tell you what is causing it, but I can tell you what it isn't(at least in my case).  I made an in app purchase yesterday using a MasterCard I had linked to my account with no problems.  This morning, my card from my new bank came in so I switched it over(American Express), and all of a sudden can't make IAP.  I thought maybe there was an issue with the card, so I tried it out on a .99 app, and it worked no problem.  So I got with tech support and they had me reset all of my phone settings -_-, then my network settings.  No change.  I tried restarting the phone obviously, closing the App and trying again, no luck.  They suggested I call my bank and make sure the address I had on file for the card matched what I supplied for my Apple account, and that didn't fix it either.  I tried IAP on two different apps and it was the same, could not connect to App Store error.  I'm still trying to figure it out, and I'm sorry I can't be of more help, but I hope I at least save you some trouble of trying these things.  If I find anything out I'll let you know.

  • Having trouble making an in app purchase on iPhone, Help?

    Having a problem making an in app purchase off a game I have downloaded on my iPhone.
    Using my TD VISA DEBIT too make the purchase (basically works as a pre paid visa credit card).
    The price of the in app purchase is $19.99, and I've entered in my billing information 100% correctly (have re checked about a dozen times as it kept saying its invalid!).
    Now that I've tried to make the purchase around 10 times, a pop up comes up on my phone that reads somewhat along the lines of "Your Payment method was declined, please contact iTunes support to continue your purchase".
    Which well.. Brings me here as the 1-800 number that I can call for my area is currently closed!
    (And yes, I do have the enough money on the card lol just so that's out there!)
    Please help me figure this out, even if there is a way I can make it get billed to my phone bill (ROGERS) then I don't mind doing it that way either. Just want to make this purchase and be done with it!

    i recently purchased an in app purchase which is showing up on my itunes account as a purchased but has not shown up on my ipod touch 4th gen. (think it was due to losing my wifi connection during download).
    i went into problem solving on the itunes store to rectify the issue to discover that i needed to go via my app store on my ipod to purchase history, which on the ipod touch 4th gen is supposidly at the bottom of downloads... after trying this i discovered that i have no option to go into purchases as this does not exist on my downloads options nor does it exist anywhere on my ipod version of the app store?? can someone please help?? im miffed.  :s

    I just purchased this movie on Thursday, May 15, so just a few days ago.  I have never had any trouble whatsoever since I have been in Vietnam.  I have downloaded several movies and even music and they have all synced to my respected Apple products except for this purchase. 
    Sorry, I don't quite understand what you mean by studios and different versions.  Could you please explain? 
    I checked my purchased list in my purchase history under my account and there are no hidden items. 

  • HT1491 I'm using a prepaid credit card to make in app purchases. Every 2 days or so, I will attempt to make an in-app purchase and it will say "Unable to complete transaction at this time. Please contact iTunes Store Support."

         Like I said, I often play iOS games on my iPhone 4S in my spare time. Sometimes, if the game is good enough, I will attempt to make an IAP (In-App Purchase). Sometimes, I have no trouble with this. Other times it will say: "Unable to complete transaction at this time. Please contact ITunes Store Support. I primarily use a prepaid credit card by AMEX called Bluebird. I always make sure that I have plenty of funds available in it. For instance, tonight, it has roughly $200 stored. So I try to make an IAP for $10 and it works fine. Later I make another for $15, no trouble there either. Then I try to make a purchase on the same game for $2.99 and it gives me that error message.
         This has been happening on and off for the past 3-4 weeks only. Every few days it happens, I contact the iTunes Store Support, and sometime in the next 24-72 hours they get back to me. They then apologize for the inconvenience and fix the problem. But the main problem is that their fix seems to be only temporary. It happens irregardless of how much money I have available on my card. I've even had it happen when I had just redeemed a. $50 iTunes gift card and was trying to make a $5 purchase.  It doesn't seem to matter if I've spent a little bit or a lot of money that day. It doesn't care for which game I am purchasing the IAP. TThis never happened to me before a month ago. Now it won't stop. And it is incredibly frustrating that it seems to happen for no rhyme or reason out of the blue. Then I'm stuck waiting on the support staff to get back to me for the next few hours to few days, depending on the day.
         Is this happening to anyone else?  Does anyone have any ideas why this is happening?  Or how can I prevent it from happening in the future. The support folks at Apple are nice, but I'm tired of emailing them every other day with the same problem. I'm sure they are quite tired of getting emails from me at the same frequency. Any assistance would be appreciated. Thanks in advance.

    P.S. my Internet connection is working perfectly. No technical difficulties whatsoever other than the inability to make an IAP. Also, after it gives that unable to complete transaction message, I can no longer buy anything with my apple account until tech support fixes it. Any suggestions or ideas appreciated.

    I am desperate right now. I'm not sure if I got myself into some real trouble since I got the in-app and it works fine, but the purchase did not show up. It usually asks ms if I want to pay 2.99 and I would press "yes," but this time it did not ask and I feel like I got this app without paying for it. please any advice!?

I have already tried to trouble shoot this, I went into settings and made sure in app purchases were on, I also checked my I tunes account and verified my info. Also I have hard reset the phone, and the app, turned the phone off and on, deleted the app and reinstalled it on my iphone. I am stuck, if anyone can help me that would be great. Thank you.

    I have made an in-app purchase on my iPAD using an itunes card. The money has come out of my itunes account but nothing has happened on the game it is a slots game called Slots Pharaohs Way and i should have been given 150,000 credits on the game but i havn't .   • In app purchase saying not paid for

    I'm just trying to find out if anyone has had this problem and if so what the solution was. I use a visa debit card for iTunes purchases and have had no trouble before. I have this card specifically for internet purchases. Yesterday I transferred $8.50 into the visa debit card. Which made my balance in the card $8.50. I then made an in app purchase for $8.49. This went trough fine. Later I went to upgrade an app and it wouldn't let me, saying there was a problem with a previous purchase. I checked my visa debit balance and it was .1cent so obviously the $8.49 had been taken out. I checked my purchases on iTunes and it is saying the in app purchase hasn't been paid for. I emailed help and they replied basically saying they haven't received the payment and to pay for it. Because it was a credit purchase it won't show up in my bank transitions for a few days. I have no doubt the money went to apple though. I have no automatic payments set up on the card and haven't made any other purchases recently, and the amount gone is the exact amount of the in app purchase. I know I'll have to wait until it shows  up in my transactions but I can't use my account until this is fixed so I'm just wondering if anyone else has been through this, thanks in advance.

    Did you allow for Local Taxes ?
    If not... your iTunes Account my be showing that Money is owed.
    No one here can see your Account Info as this is a User to User Forum.
    Suggest you Contact iTunes Customer Service and request assistance
