In ESS employee wants to send request to Admin dept. for stationary

Hi All,
Whenever employee needs stationary, He/she should send request to Admin dept. Manager from ESS.
If Admin dept manager approves, then it should go to Finance dept.
How to configure this in ESS. (In which workset)
Not only stationary but also Car booking, Hotel booking, mobile bill payment etc.....

I have create web application using JSP and servlets. When I press a button I send request to servlet and it redirects me to jsp page where the results are displayed, then in that page I press a button and go to other servlet which redirects me to other JSP.
I want to make a button on the third JSP page to go back to second JSP page by not sending request to servlet. For e.g. in FireFox, I press back button and it takes me back. But I want that the same action like in firefox would work with my created button.
How can I do that?

Have your brother create a contact in his phone for himself. Inside his own contact, have him add his phone number and his iCloud address.
Settings > Messages > Send & Receive Have your brother select both his phone number and email addresses where he would like to receive iMessages.

ESS leave request - Unable to send request

Hi ,
We are trying to implement ESS(webdynpro based)BP with ECC 5 as the backend system...
When we try to raise a leave request ,
in case of anuual leave - we get the error "unable to raise request"
In case of casual leave we get 1.Unable to send request
2.You are not one of the possible agents of task WS12300111 .
Leave request is working from the ECC side.
Please advice..

Normally every customer has acces to it with their S number. If you don't have an S number, this the procedure taken from the help on service.sap.com.
The following data is needed to request a new user ID.
Note:
Please write down all your data, as you have to enter it several times and your entries always have to agree.
If you want to delete all your entries to date, click Reset.
Customer/partner number or installation number:
You will find the installation number of your SAP System under:
System -> Status... -> SAP System Data. Hint:
You only have to enter one of the numbers.
Form of address, first name, last name
When you log on to the SAP Service Marketplace, you can change this data in MyProfile.
E-mail address
You need an e-mail address that is registered at your company.
The system checks whether your e-mail address has been assigned to the entered customer/partner number.
Once you have that data:
Step 1 - Registering with the SAP Service Marketplace
Enter your customer/partner number or installation number.
Choose a form of address and enter your first and last name.
Enter the e-mail address registered with your company.
Once your entries are complete, click Send.
The User Request Successful screen appears:
You receive a registration password:
Write it down. You will need the registration password for the next step.
Within one day, you receive an e-mail with the URL link for your access data.

ESS Leave request: specify processing process for an auto approval presence

Hi experts,
My client wants to use a type of presence in ESS (Mobile working) to be requested by the employee without any worklow approval. I just need them to automatically stay on status approved.
I was trying to configure this requirement but system does not allow me to uncheck box "Requests have to be approved". (See links).

yeah there is a bug for this, implement the note 1451738 to fix it
requests to be approved, should be unchecked for automatic approval as you said is correct of achiveing your requirement!

How to send request to web service using .pem certificate.

Dear All,
I have a .pem, WSDL file and (Request and Response format), this files are provided by the customer, now I have generated the ServiceClass using WSDL file using wsdl.exe.
Now when I send the request I am getting error as "The underlying connection was closed: An unexpected error
occurred on a send" when I told my customer to remove the certificate validation from their web service the "Request
and Response both are working fine".
When I opened the .pem file in notepad the content was

This issue might be due to the invalid .pem certificate file.
Make sure to include the beginning and end tags on each certificate.
The result should look like this:

Document display do not function to all send requests in SOST

Hi There,
We have this somewhat weird issue about the queues/send requests in SOST for one of our client. When we try click document display, a pop-screen comes out saying that the Folder does not exist!
Do you know to which table are the send requests stored? Why are we getting this issue? I suspect that the actual document may may have been deleted but how and why?

Thanks for the reply. Actually it is not an old document. Everytime we try to send from SAP and we want to display it we get the error. I have raised this to SAP and finally this got resolved as per SAP note 834221.
From SAP:
Please be informed that this issue may caused by inconsistencies in
SAPoffice profile, and which could be repaired by report RSSOPRRP. Have
this resolved the issue? Please also refer to following note:

Sending Request Mapping errors back to a consumer for a sync scenario

Hello Experts,
I have a sync scenario (JAVA Application <-> PI <-> CRM (service)) where i want to send back any mapping exception that occurs in PI on the request side of the call, back to the consumer.
I also want to communicated back to the consumer, if there are any connection failures between PI and CRM.
I have implemented Fault Mapping in my scenario. Will this take care of any connection failures between PI and CRM also?

I have implemented Fault Mapping in my scenario. Will this take care of any connection failures between PI and CRM also?
Fault Mapping is for application errors only, it will not handle system errors.

When I want to connect to OEM, I recieve an "java.lang.Exception: IOException in sending Request :: Connection refused".
In emdb.nohup there is "----- Fri Apr 25 12:11:57 2008::The agentTZRegion value in /oracle/10.2.0/SUNAPART_ARTED08/sysman/config/emd.properties is not in agreement with what agent thinks it should be.Please verify your environment to make sure that TZ setting has not changed since the last start of the agent.
If you modified the timezone setting in the environment, please stop the agent and exectute 'emctl resetTZ agent' and also execute the script 'mgmt_target.set_agent_tzrgn' to get the value propagated to repository -----"

Is there a way to send a request in an iBot to an external email. So if the user does not exist in the Catalog and hence has no Active Delivery profile. Can one still send the request to an external user's email? Thanks

You can try the following :
1) create a user in the rpd for each of your vendor
2) create an int block to hold supplier name or similar in a variable
3) create answers request on sa subject area, puling back the vendors you want in your mailing list
4) optionally filter the report you want to send out using your vendor variables
5) create an ibot, using conditional request to return your mailing list, the output report is set for email profile and to "rus as user" not the user of the ibot
The users get authenticated with the RPD and the email address is pulled from your SA System table which contains email addresses for the vendor logins in your RPD.
I've done the above set up in the past, Here is the UDML to create RPD users if you have a lot to create ?
