In Tx ME21N, Z output condition exists but is not proposed automatically
Hi experts,
I created an output condition ZCS for Purchase order, and did all the config in NACE. But whenever i create purchase order, condition ZCS is not getting proposed in Messages, I have to manually enter the condition type and assign printer to it. It is very odd, because Determin. analysis shows that the condition record of output ZCS is found (there is a green traffic light). Not sure what I should do now...
I'd appreciate your help!

Check Printer assignement for Purchasing Group IMG>MM>Purchasing>Messages>Assign output device
Check Condition record created for your out put type in MN04

if both the condition types are showing in the order then you need to update pricing in billing because sometimes when u chnage any condtion value for base price after creation of order then system is not able to find valid condition record at billing document level.

Condition record exist, but has not been set
I am creating proforma invoice for STO replenishment delivery. I am getting error log "Billing type contains split criteria, n invoiced:123456789, invoice not required". But I am able to save it. I used all standard settings for copy control and billing type.
For the proforma invoice the condition records are picking up some times and some times not picking up. In the analysis its showing "Condition record exist, but has not been set". When I update with carry out new pricing some times its updating with condition records some times not. I need a solution urgently. Please help.

The message "condition record exists, but has not been set" tells you
that the condition record exists, but has not been set in the document.
If pricing was carried out again for the document item, then the
condition would be set.
This can have different causes:
The condition was deleted manually in the item condition screen.
The condition record was created later. Please note that order
processing and pricing have buffer mechanisms. This means that a newly
added condition record might only be found after order processing have
been left completely and then started again.
When an item was added, the condition record was accessed with key
fields other than change time. This could lead to different results in
the requirements check at the time of adding and the change time. This
can occur when modifications are made.
In billing (or when copying orders): Certain condition types were not
determined in the source document (this is usually controlled by the
pricing requirements). When creating the document, the document flow
(TVCPF,TVCPA) is processed using a pricing type that does not
redetermine these condition types, although they are supposed to be
called via the requirments."
Please check if any of those reasons apply to your problem.
Note that the condition type is determined just in the moment when
the billing item is created. And it then that the userexit fills the
field. When you save the billing document, pricing is called.
Please ensure that you have any userexits switched off and then test
this issue again.

We have maintained enque parameters in ASCS80 profile and restarted SAP.
Still we are facing the same error.
The parameters which we have maintained are as below:
enque/table_size = 50000
rdisp/enqname = $(rdisp/myname)
rdisp/myname = SIDci_SID_00
The last parameter rdisp/myname = SIDci_SID_00 from above list is also maintained in instance profile of ci and application server as well as in default profile.
The parameter rdisp/enqname = $(rdisp/myname) is also present in SCS10 profile.
Please guide us on maintaining these parameters as it is maintained in almost all profiles.

Domaindnszones Forestdnszones exists but does not show in Dns
Guys I have a weird situation where the Domaindnszones and Forestdnszones partitions exists but does not show in dns.
If I try to recreated the partition in DNS it says "partition already exists".
I try Recreating it in DNS by creating a new domain under the "mydomain" zone but it never gets populated.
Replication seems to be working fine between my DC's
This domain was created from way back in the NT days and has just been upgraded over the years..
currently we have 1 2003 Dc and 2 2008 r2 Dc. we want to retire the 2003 dc. all 3 dc are DNS, and GC servers.
at this point should i even worry about this two partitions. ( Domaindnszones, Forestdnszones).
I think Dns was never configure correctly when we went from 2000 to 2003

Correction. the 2003 dns and dc is no loger in the environment. It was the Primary FSMO role holder.looks like all the roles has been transfer over to the new 2008 r2 dc.
I did not set this domain up. but are trying to clean it up.
I notice in dns there was only one AD integrated zone (mydomain). that the (Domaindnszones and forestdnszones) are not visible. I tested replication between the DC via sites and services and replication is ok.
I created and AD integrated Zone in DNS called _msdcs.mydomain and it looks like it populated it with all the corrected corresponginng zones.

when i try in dns to Create default application directory partition, it tells me the "partition exists"
using adsiedit connecting to DC=domaindnszones. dc=mydomain I can see the partition same is true for Dc=forstdnszones, dc=mydomain

I followed solution suggested by ACE. which did allow me to delete and create the new (domaindnszones and forestdnszones) partitions. but sitll not showing in dns.

and indeed the script did clean up the deleted 2003 Dc/dns server. and assigned the new 2008 r2 dc/dns server

Manually Creating 2 domains under Mydomain (domaindnszones forestdnszones) shows the folders. but once I restart netlogon and restart dns
the folders disappear...

Q1)When I am tyring to copy a std output type(BAOO)- order confirmation in output det., system gives error - ENTRY/SMB40/RVADOR01 does not exist inTRDIR-check your entry. As a result the processing program for transmission medium print output is not getting copied. How to fix this?
Q2)I have assigned std output type BA00 & std procedure V10000 to my document type & I have maintained condition records for BA00.When I am creating sales order for this doc type, output is not proposing automatically.I went to control data of the procedure & removed requirement '2'for the output type BA00. Now its proposing automatically. Can anybody explain why ? Requirement '2' is order confirmation which should be ok-right!!
DMNot sure I can answer Q1 (perhaps more of an ABAP question ?), but I'll have a stab at Q2. You need to take a look at the code in LV61B002 (Requirement 2), not just the text description of the routine. You can view the code via SE38 for LV61B002 or the VOFM transaction (Requirements->Output control). There are various checks in the requirement around Completion, Delivery Block, Credit Check etc. You either accept these requirements for the BA00, or write your own routine & assign it to BA00 in the Determination Procedure.

in the pricing analysis this is the explanation i got.
the reasons could be an Condition record overflow or the condition record wpuld have been created after the documnet is created.
But i found the record has been mainatined earlier to the creation of document.
this was for MWST condition type in IS Oil. where the tax rate manatined for this condition record is zero%
Since this is a mandatory condition, the document could not be completed.
Your help in this regard is highly appreciated.

Check the pricing procedure for the condition type MWST. Whether this condition is taken from any prevoius steps
(check the from and to for the condition type MWST).
If this condition is with reference to somw other condition, then check whether that condition is maintianed or not?
Check the condition record maintenance in VK13, did you maintian the right access?

The issue is that you're doing -
TO_NUMBER(:P23_ACTIVITES_ID)When you leave the Null return value blank like that, you'll typically see '%null%' used in session state (i.e. it's not actually null). Obviously '%null%' can't be converted to a number, hence the error you're seeing.
A simple solution would be to make your null return value -1 or some other value that is guaranteed not to be a valid id (and alternative is to convert the %null% to a real null via an App/Page process etc (if you search this forum you'll find a few examples on how to do that). Another alternative is to use a DECODE to detect the '%null%' etc.

I have mainatined the condition record in NACE for ZNEU out put type against the Purchase docuemnt type ZNB, but when i create a PO and save i am not getting the ZNEU message output type as default in PO,

Alrighty; I just purchased the iPhone 4s and last night was prompted to upgrade to IOS 5.1. After doing so, I noticed today any incoming calls from one of my contacts would not display the name (the number was displayed as if it was an unknown call). However, text messages displayed contact information. I was playing around with it and based on suggestions elsewhere I added a '1' before some numbers. Upon doing this, an incoming call would display the name of the caller but incoming texts would not. A call to support directed me to call Verizon (my carrier) for 'some sort of three digit code' which would correct the issue; alas, Verizon had no clue. I'm at a loss and any help or suggestions would be greatly appreciated!
Is this forum only for the US? Maybe I'm intruding here by posting this?
Not only the Verizon version unfortunately. We have the same problem here in some parts of the Middle East. I have heard reports from Kuwait and Bahrain, and I'm located in Oman and the problem exists here as well. And no solution except downgrading the phone back to iOS 4.3.5. -
IP exists but do not see in Devices
Hello,
running 6.0.1 on a MARS 50. All is good but I ran into an issue where I tried to add a device, after which it never showed up in the list. I did activate after the add. I then attempted to re-add it using the same IP but slightly different name and I got the "IP exists" message.
The 2nd device shows up but I'm not receiving anything from it.
First, how do I find this existing device in MARS if it doesn't show up in the Devices list?
2nd, could this be affecting my ability to receive logs from that IP?
thanks much.If the device is listed under Host but not under Security and Monitor Devices then yes, that will affect your ability to receive logs from that IP.
Open a quick query. Set the type to "All matching events raw messages" then set the device to the device you are trying to view the messages for. Is the device not showing up in the "filter by reporting device" for "all reporting devices"? If it is showing up, run the report for the past couple of hours.
If it's not showing up, run another quick query. This time do it for type "Unknown Event Report" for a time range of the past couple of hours and submit it inline. Look to see if there are messages in there from that particular IP address.
Go to Management > IP Management then pull down the View drop down box and select "Host". Find the device by name or by IP address then delete it.
You should be able to then re-add it as a "Security and Monitor Device".

My objective is to create a website that takes advantage of DreamweaverCC's fluid-grid-layout so that my web Site auto-flows on
smartphones, tablets and desktops/laptops.

By default, it says 'unnamed.css'
I named it testSite.css
click okay.
(This is the only way to begin with a fluid-grid-layout - I think).
It opens a split view.
On the right frame is a DIV that has this text inside.

It has several images (the 4 different squares).
I created a separate .html file for each square: square1.html square2.html square3.html square4.html.
At this point, each of those pages has only one sentence. 'contents for square#N) will be on this page'
I used the properties panel and linked the 4 images on index.php to these .html files.
When I 'View in Safari/Firefox' each of those images (squares) when clicked - bring me to the appropriate page.

From one of my other posts - as we got onto this topic, it was suggested that I just place the php code:

I want it to show up at the top of each page.

When I view testSite.css
I understand that it has 3 different sets of selectors for each of the 3 different devices.
But how do I 'assign' css properties to the contents inside of header.php ?
With header.php active/open, from the 'properties panel' I can select CSS and choose: font, size, color from there and it works
but should I not have this included in the testSite.css ?

Nope - but everything that you insert using the Insert panel will give you the opportunity to specify that it's a fluid element, which you can do by enabling the checkbox on the dialog. This means that you CAN insert a <div> that is not a fluid element. It's only the ones that you insert as a fluid element that will get that class automatically.

Assigning an ID to any element on the page allows you to target that element with a particular CSS rule.

There is no similarity at all. There are four ways you can identify a page element to apply a CSS rule:
1. By tag, e.g., all paragraph tags on the page.
2. By context, e.g., any paragraph tag that is within a <nav> element.
3. By 'class' assignment, e.g., any element that has been given a particular "class" attribute -> <p class="foo">
4. By ID, e.g., any element that has been given a particular "ID" attribute -> <p id="foo">
The weight of any style (i.e., which one to use in the event of conflict) is determined by a number of characteristics of the CSS 'selector' that carries the rule.

Condition record exist but not set in SO
Hi SDN Team,
I have a problem. Where in the sales order for the Discount condition type condition record where already exist in diffferent validity period.
EG
ZAJ1 discount condition type - with the same key combination with different valididity period
EG:
ZAJ1 - 27.01.2009 to 15.02.2009
ZAJ1 - 16-02-2009 to 15-03-2009
The reason is not set for the ZAJ1 condition in the Sales Order is due to the sales order was created before the pricing condition record validity datet. Sales order where created on 11.02.2009. But the condition record where valid from 16.02.2009 that is the reason the condition record was not set in the sales order.
Based on this explanation user agreed and the call was closed.
I have also explained Where ZAJ1 has condition record. but which is not set in the document. if pricing was carried out again it will set the condition for the item.
But now again the call was reopened stating that -
At the time of creating the sales order the ZAJ1Condition record exist in the period 27-01-2009 to 15-02-2009. now the primary rebate should be used by the system. Unfortunately it did not.
Based on the reopend call - i have further investigated the issue but i could not find the root cause.
Based on this when i checked the previous order where the ZAJ1 condition was well picked up with the validity period 27-01-2009 to 15-02-2009, what might be the reason the condition type was not picked up in the sales order?
Can you please let me know with your expertise in solving this issue.
