Insert customized input field in BP Organization addition screen(BUP110)

Hi experts,
Inside bp transaction when ever I am trying to add Organization, inside Name section(BUP010) one customized input field I want to add. What are all the procedure I need to follow in BUPT transaction to add new input fiels in the name section? How to map field group, view, section and screen? How to display that field on the name section of that Organization addition screen?

Could you please tell us how you fix it? It would be helpful for the rest of the community.

Hi
I have to create a report which is similar to SE16 for j_1abcd some table and the user should see customized input selection screen and He would enter data and it should display all the data satisfying the selection Screen
It should then display a List where he can select one or more lines and there should be some button to edit or delete data.
Which is the best method to do this?
SHould i use table control or ALV or normal report for this?
Pls suggest the best way to do this in the least time.

Why don't you just creat a Maintenance Table on SE11??? You could maintain the table on SM30...Otherwise...You use do an OO ALV....

Insert Customer Name field

Is there a template box for customer name insertion on iweb? ie: Contact Us- input customer name, address, phone, email...etc?

Inserting new input record into the table through screen

Hi,
Example UserTable and PaymentTable
UserTable - UserID - Primary Key
PaymentTable - containg couple of fields and UserId is foreign Key.
I designed the page for to insert the new input record using the steps given in the doc "http://download-uk.oracle.com/docs/cd/B32110_01/web.1013/b28967/web_adv007.htm".
When i click the persistEntity method its throws TopLink error cannot insert null value into UserId column in PaymentTable.
Currently i am posting this reply from home... that's why i mentioning the scenario rather than posting the error.
Please tell how to populate the values from the screen to PaymentTable.

How to add an input field in the web UI of CRM 2007

Hi everybody.
I want add an Input field in the Web UI Screen. How it is possible.
I want get the information with detailed descriptions if possible with screen shorts.
What type of methods it will be generated and what are the code we entered in those methods.
Take according to any example. But with detailed description.
I am new for the CRM 2007. So, please give the screen shorts with proper data.
Not only adding the field. If any data i entered in the adding field then that will be stored in the tables otherwise no use by adding the field.
So, Can anybody please send a proper information according to this.

If you want to add extra standard fields (like one you mentioned), you can use Component Workbench and Copy the configuration and create your own configuration and make the "Available Fields" appear there.
If the standrd field is not available, you can Add Context Node using wizard and make it visible.
If its a custom field (a new one); you will have to use EEWB and add the fields and then make it visible in the UI using Component Workbench.

BADI or User-Exit for Adding New Input Field in 0VTC

Has any of you worked on enhancing transaction 0VTC (Define Routes and Stages)? I have a requirement right now to add two new input fields in New Transport Routes screen. Could anyone provide a BADI or customer exit that I could use to modify the screen of the transaction?

Need to disable previous entries in an INPUT field(on pressing spacebar)

Dear Gurus,
On clicking the space-bar of an input field (of a module pool screen), the system will picks the previous entries of the field. Like say for the input field against 'belnr', and I provided 5000001 for the first time and 50000002 for the 2nd time. And on the 3rd time, when I press space-bar in the field the system will diaplay the 2 belnrs in a list down fashion. I want to disable this facility only for the particular field. Can u help me..

How to make input field as mandatory field in sub screen

Hi All,
I need to display the input selection parameters in tab strip sub screen. The input screen is not giving an error while processing with blank values, but I made the input field as required in sub screen input filed settings. Can some one please help me how to make the input field as mandatory field in sub screen.

Hi Kannan,
Try this out.
1. Goto screen painter
2. Enter the program name and screen number ( screen # 1000 - in case if its a custom report prg)
3. Double click on the field which u`ve got to make mandatory.You`ll get Screen painter attributes window.
4. U`ll find three tabs here - Dict, Program, Display
5. Go to Program tab, and change the first attribute - Input field`s input value as "Required".
6. Save and activate it.
7. Now execute ur program and this should make ur field as mandatory on the screen.
This works with input fields, but I`m not sure about the input field in tab strip control.

SP13 / Personalization / Customer enhancement fields

Hello all,
In SP13 personalization were extended:
- It is possible to insert customer enhancement fields in views
- Order of view elements can be changed
- Personalization can be send via transport system
I see it as significant improvement and would like to use it in our system.
But there are some questions.
Normally I define with matrix layout columns and place in each column UI elements (MatrixHeadData).
Column1 Column2
field1.1 field2.1
field1.2 field2.2
cust.field cust.field
Then I can insert customer enhancement fields in each column. It works fine.
1. How can i deactivate custom fields at runtime? Can i bind properties to context? I assume customer fields are created after wddomodify.
2. It would be also nice if I could switch declarative inserted fields in view between columns (containers).
I hope that SAP will constantly extend personalization features. Short note from SAP people about intention for further development is welcome.

Hi,
You can have multiple options.
Either you create a custom web part for new form and add your logic accordingly.
Another option is to create the custom form using SharePoint designer 2013 and add your JavaScript Code to add the controls dynamically.
Use InfoPath to create the custom form

Hi,
First of all u have to declare one variable in the prog. with the name of the i/o box u have given in the screen.
Now in the PBO of the screen call one module.
and in that module write the code like,
if your i/p field name is INPUT_F then
MODULE assign OUTPUT.
INPUT_F = 'XYZ'.
ENDMODULE.
Here u can assign the value by fatching through the DB also.

Can we config the SU as an input field in source of putaway sys-guided ?

If i want to do putaway system guided/by TO for SU managed materials , there is nothing that i need to scan in the source field and i can only see the SU,Storage bin input field in the destination screen(Can only config these two fields as input fileds for scanning).So the user has to manually hit F1 save and hit Next to go the destination screen.How should i have the SU field to be scanned in source? (Can we make the SU field as an input field for scanning in source screen?)

We have configured both SU and src bin as input fields on RF. Are you using customised RF program or SAP standard? WE have this driven through a mix of stnd and customised referring back to Verifcation Data Profiles and movt assignments in Mobile Data entry configuration of LE->WM

AT SELECTION-SCREEN ON p_werks.

The zero will be changed to blank ,when I click the Enter key.

In fact, I can't changed my input field's data type.
When the status of my input field is display, I can display the zero on the screen. But when the input field is input status , there is blank!
