Installation headache

I am trying to install J2SE development kit with netbeans and i keep getting the same problem.
A box comes up which says:
"failure setting file's time/date stamp"
I click okay and it seems to continue but I cannot then open netbeans when the install is completed. I'm a newbie to the whole programming world and am learning java at college. But this is really slowing me down as i can only practice coding at college.

Did you download the right file for your OS?
I would suggest you download the JDK seperatly from Netbeans and get that installed and running correctly. I.E. being able to run javac from any command prompt.
Then download the Netbeans 5.5 and installl it. The installer should find the JDK on your machine.
The problem sounds like a corrupted install or probably a bad downloaded file.
So, uninstall everything and start fresh.
After uninstalling Netbeans, there is a folder named .netbeans under your c:\Documents and Settings\<your user name>\ folder, delete the .netbeans folder.
Hope this helps,
JJ

  • Powerbook G3 Woes - PDQ 266 - Installation Headaches...

    Hello people.
I have just acquired a PB G3 "PDQ" which has a 20GB HDD along with 512MB of RAM, Model M5473.
I cannot install an OS on it to save myself and I'm pulling my hair out.
I've reset the machine with the key combo stated at the rear, along with also PRAM and PMU using the key combos. I've also tried several tried and tested versions (on New World machines at least) of Mac OS 8 and 9 that I have, without success.
    The ones I've tried:
    - An original 'standalone' 9.2.2 installer that I can boot from, partition up the 20GB HDD into 4, then start the installation, only to get a a read error with 'the system extras folder'. (I've seen conflicting reports of what this machine can actually be upgraded to, perhaps it's 9.1 only?)
    - I have a 'standalone' Mac OS8 original plain white CD that reports at boot something to the effect of 'you can use this, wrong version' and prompts to restart.
    - Does this machine have a battery?
    - How do you turn it off from the grey-question-mark-in-the-box screen?
    - Does the OS9 (white-background orange 9) work with this machine?
    - Do I need the original 8.1 disc that came with the machine?
    Lost, dazed and quite confused...
    Cheers,
    R.

    Reyne,
    Nice work!
Just to answer your earlier questions...
-The Powerbook G3 Series "Wallstreet" M4753 requires a minimum of MacOS 8.1; this 8.1 is a special version that includes a Powerbook G3 System Enabler file, so a retail MacOS 8.1 CD will not work.
-Your MacOS 9 CD (white background, orange '9') is a retail disk and should work just fine on any Mac that supports that version.
-Your Wallstreet does have main battery; look for "Powerbook G3 - User Manual".
    http://support.apple.com/manuals/#powerbook
-When installing OSX on the Wallstreet, you need to partition the HD in a specific way:

  • [SOLVED] Post installation headaches

I've finally gotten machine back up again but I have two major issues I just can't fix. First one is that I have no sound. I tried to run alsaconf but it doesn't find anything. My card is an onboard soundcard using the snd-hda-intel driver. I have the it listed under modules in rc.conf but still no sound. Second problem is my wired network connection. It doesn't work anymore. It uses the r8169 driver but when KDE loads eth0 is nowhere to be found and r8169 is loaded in the modules section of rc.conf. I have to manually modprobe it after login in order to get my network going. The list is:
    MODULES=(!b43 !ssb lib80211 lib80211_crypt_tkip wl mii r8169 pcspkr snd_seq_oss snd_pcm_oss snd_mixer_oss snd-seq-device snd-hwdep snd-page-alloc snd-pcm snd-rawmidi snd-timer snd snd-hda-codec snd-hda-intel soundcore snd-usb-audio snd-usbmidi-lib fuse)

hal is not needed for anything this days. on the modules array the ! option is deprecated so check the news on the main page. For the rest, without more info i don't think we are able to help.

  • Installation Solution

I downloaded iTunes 6 today and had the same installation headaches as everyone else. I tried installing with WinRar, I tried downloading the Quicktime standalone, I tried everything. I kept getting error code -3 and then error code 1402. Finally, this worked:
1)Download the iTunes 6 Setup. Run it and ignore any error messages during the QT install.
    2)Download the Quicktime standalone installer.
3)Go to http://docs.info.apple.com/article.html?artnum=93865 and follow the instructions under "Step 3."
    4)Run the QT standalone installer.
    5)iTunes should work.
    Hope that helps!
    -aridneptune

You'll need the standalone installer to install QT by itself.

  • ITunes doesn't appear after installing iTunes 7.6

I posted this earlier in the topic "Itunes installation headache" (because my problem looked very similar), but I got an email that I should open my own topic (because this post was deleted). So here it is!
I already got a respons about deleting the threat "Trackware.SAHAgent". And I tried to follow the instructions, but I couldn't find any of the subkeys on my computer which where named in the article. So I'm going to ask a friend to check if I did it right, just to be a 100% sure. But for now my question still remains, so read below please.
I think I've got the same problem with iTunes. Two days ago I updated my iPod (classic). After the update my iPod wouldn't synchronize with iTunes anymore, because it required iTunes 7.6. I had iTunes 7.4.3, which never worked completely perfect. (The error "iTunes might be unable to launch or communicate with iPod or iPhone" appeared, even after I followed the instructions online, but I didn't bother me, because the rest of the program worked just fine.)
So to synchronize my iPod again, I downloaded and installed iTunes 7.6. The screen with "Congratulations, the installation is complete etc." appeared and I tried to run iTunes, but it didn't appear and there were no errors. The weird thing is, that when I tried to shut down the computer I received a message that iTunes is running. (I don't have problems with Quicktime, by the way)
I tried the following things, but iTunes still won't work:
    open iTunes manually
    deleting SC Info
using the microsoft clean up tool
reinstall iTunes after deleting iTunes, Quicktime, Apple Mobile Device Support and Apple Software Update
    switching to Selective Startup
running iTunes in a new user account (wasn't able to open iTunes there either)
So I runned the virus scan online. It only detected one threat named: "Trackware.SAHAgent". I couldn't find the removal information on the symantec site, so I only deleted the .exe file which was infected. I don't know if that was a smart move, but nothing changed.
What should I do to get iTunes running again? I really need 7.6 to run, because trying to reset the settings on my iPod didn't work either. So reinstalling iTunes 7.4.3 isn't an option, because my iPod won't synchronize then.
I hope that someone has a solution.
(by the way: I also opened a MP3 file just to try if music start playing even when you can't see iTunes, but it remained silent.)

I have the same exact problem.
(Except I have recently run a virus/malware scan and I do not have the same virus/malware you appear to have)
    I need help too please!

  • Samsung 300n will not print in 10.5.2

I have the samsung 300n and a macbook air and imac 20' intel. I have installed the latest drivers from samsungs site but when I try and print the printer will not print.
The printer is attached to my airport extreme (pre N) and that has the latest updates also. I ahve every update possible on my computers and it still wont print. I ahve uninstalled and reinstalled and it wont print.
I can connect the printer directly to my computer via usb and it prints fine but wireless it ill not print.
Funny thing is my wifes macbook running 10.4.11 it prints fine wirelessly.
Any help will be useful. Thanks.

You will get far better performance (and often less installation headaches) by connecting this network printer's ethernet port to one of the Base Station's ethernet LAN ports. Setting up this printer to print from a Mac over a network connection is covered in this printer's manual. The only problem is that you need a PC to run the software which can help you assign this printer's IP address - a necessary first step before you can begin to configure it on the Mac - again, this is covered in the manual. I suggest you use the IP address of 10.0.1.251 with subnet mask 255.255.255.0. This may all sound somewhat obtuse to you - any chance you could enlist the help of a computer-savvy friend who also owns a PC?

  • New iPod Touch, Can't get iTunes to work, extra headaches

    Hello,
This is my first day in the Apple world: I caved and thought it would be good to get a new mp3/video player after my last one died. I ended up getting a 4th Gen Black iPod Touch - not sure if the color matters, but why not?
Anyway, my second problem (first being the weird packaging, of tape through plastic then stuck on) started with iTunes: the thing just would NOT download. Every time I tried, the website kept saying "There is a problem with this Windows Installer package. A program required for this install to completecould not be run. Contact your support personnel or package vendor." That's just great: I can't get any music or video ONTO my iTouch without iTunes...right?
After browsing around I found an older version of iTunes that seemed to work. Yay! But not really. Nobody ever mentioned that .flac and .avi files can't be imported into iTunes at all...so I had to go hunting online for third party converters. This took care of THAT problem...
However, now that conversion is up, the older version of iTunes won't pick up my iPod Touch and Sync it. There is actually a "Sync iPod" button under "File" tab, but it's grayed out and I can't use it.
Not entirely sure if this is why, but according to a few people, when a new iTunes comes out, the older one stops functioning as fully as it originally did, forcing people to upgrade their iTunes in order to make it work like normal.
I tried to find a third party program to pick up my iPod Touch so I could upload files, but no luck. I feel like an idiot for not knowing how to turn source code into a program, and the binary installers I did find were user-hostile (ie. Right clicking to bring up a menu actually plays the movie and there's no stop button, you have to end task from the task manager). Windows Explorer only shows one folder in my iPod Touch, which is empty and four letters long, which gives no clue as to what it is.
So here's my big question: now that I finally am fully ready to upload my files to my iPod Touch, I can't. Why?
Is it my version of iTunes? Why can't I download iTunes' newest version? Why does updating from the older version yield the same result (though I'm sure both installers are the same)? Is there another way to get all my media onto my device?
Thanks in advance...talk about a four hour headache...

I've used the Reset Network Settings feature in my iPod Touch after every failed attempt to connect to my wireless network. I've also reset the wireless access point and router after making changes to them.
It appears that my Touch is finding the wireless network, accepting the security password/key, and connecting to the wireless access point and router (I get a full signal on the strength indicator). However, the Touch appears to be acquiring the IP Address automatically, right? Thus, it gets the IP Address starting with "169". If I can manually set up the TCP/IP settings, I believe I can get it to connect. Is there a way to set up the TCP/IP settings manually?

  • How to automatcally uninstall Office 2007 32 bit for installation of Office 2010 64 bit

I have an MSP that will automatically install my companies 64 bit version of Office 2010 provided Office 2007 32 bit is already uninstalled. However, the option to uninstall previous versions of Office does not work in the MSP. We have Office 2007 32 bit
currently installed and whenever I run the MSP I receive the following: "Setup Error You cannot install the 64 bit version of the Office 2010 because you have 32 bit Office products installed."
Is there a way to automatically remove Office 2007 using the MSP or some other method? Thanks.
    Wedgies

What are you creating your MSP with?  I'm thinking that because you're calling the Office 64bit setup routine, that one of the first checks it does before it even processes your config.xml file is to check for previous versions installed, and it hits
the 32bit wall and stops.  What you should probably do is create a package that has two routines in it.  First process the uninstall of Office 2007 32bit, and once that's done process the Office 64 bit installation.  You could do this with a
package created by Installshield or Wise and some logic to process Step 1 (Remove Office 32bit) and then upon success of that process Step 2 (Office 64bit Install).
On a different note...is there a business requirement that you have for the 64Bit version of office?  If not...I don't think this is all worth the headache, unless you specifically need umpteen million rows of data in Excel, and the machines you're
deploying on have more than 4GB of RAM....just my opinion...
Also, I'm not sure this is a volume activation question though you might get more responses from the Setup and Deployment forum

  • Choosing Office 2013 volume licensing plan ... or going retail ... or subscription ... or hunting for 2010 ... what a headache ...

Our company currently runs an office software equivalent comparable to Office 2003 level. I was researching options (licensing!) for stepping up our office to real Microsoft Office product ... and got stuck with that idea ... totally confused at this point.
Am I missing something or the cheapest SMB volume licensing option for MS Office 2013 (Standard, no Access component) is like twice as expensive as the retail equivalent? Why is that so? It makes no sense to me at all.
I can find retail box of Office 2013 Home and Business for around $190 while the cheapest Open License for similar equivalent seems to be priced at $369 (what!?) ... and that is even without Software Assurance?
Makes it kinda hard to convince management about benefits of VL program over retail ... especially since we are not a Volume Licensed customer (yet) and this purchase *might* make it worth becoming one (does it?).
On top of that I can't even make decision if we should really go with Office 2013 after reading about live/online account requirement for activation, and here a question how does it work in volume licensing version? I assume it will be a great pain with
installs from retail media and activation, but VL should have some tools or workarounds for that, no? I read that Office 2010 didn't have such problems and am sad I didn't push towards it when it was still available on retail market.
Maybe we should go with 2013 subscription for first year and see how that works for us ...
One thing for sure, I've been digging around this subject for weeks and my headache doesn't want to go away.
    Open to suggestions.

    anybody, any insights?
Pls, also note that I run a one person IT department for this company, so all the dirty work (installs) will be done by me, hence my question. I can do deployments via GPO, but would like to know about activation gotchas (MS live accounts) for Office 2013,
is that true for retail licenses?
As per Volume Licensing, am I looking right and cheapest 1 computer Office 2013 open license stands for like $369? why is i so expensive in volume licensing plans? I doubt our management approves it this way ... which probably means retail licensing for
me and a great headache with activations over a sneaker net ... times 30 ...

  • W8.1 installation failure in creation of computer's boot configuration

    Hello,
I have an official version of windows 8.1 64 bit, which I recorded on a disc through boot camp assistant mac, also making the disk partition.
after the wizard restart the mac and start installing windows.
makes copying and installation steps and then fails, appearing the following error message: "Windows Could not update the computer's boot configuration. Unable to continue with the installation."
I do not understand where the fault is!
Already deleted the partition and went to do it again, tried another disc too.
I did install windows 8.1 on a equal macbook like two days ago and worked well.
I have a macbook pro retina 15 "with the Mavericks (late 2013), dedicated graphics.

    Hi all,
I ran into a similar issue trying to install windows 8.1 on the latest 13 MacBook pro (the forcetouch trackpad one) and i also got caught in a loop of errors between EFI being formatted incorrectly as ntfs instead of fat32 as well as an error that said I had an MBR table.
    I Succeeded eventually by following this tutorial which installs windows from the MacBook pro's native EFI and requires diskpart commands;
    http://thetecherra.com/2012/12/11/tutorial-install-windows-8-on-a-mac-via-native -efi/
I Actually followed the steps starting from the steps where you install windows so I didnt even wipe my os x clean!(I was lucky or something).
    additionally, I left unallocated space for windows before beginning and I used gdisk to create/fix my disc's protective MBR before i followed the tutorial above from the instructions to install windows.. windows booted and installed on my macbook without a problem and I did not have the black screen problem so I didn't need to follow the remainder of his tutorial to fix the black screen. I found gdisk / creating the protective MBR tip from this forum;
    http://superuser.com/questions/508026/windows-detects-gpt-disk-as-mbr-in-efi-boo t/508454#508454
i installed the boot camp drivers from the USB bootcamp had made when I tried and failed to use boot camp assistant.
Everything works elegantly down to the Intel iris graphics on multiple screens and I do agree that windows looks great with a retina display. almost better than os x if windows wasnt as simple to navigate as OS X.
cheers, I hope this saves someone a few headaches as I spent several evenings trying to get windows installed. a tip I would offer before attempting is to definitely backup your drive,(I lucked out) and to calculate your windows partition size accurately in MB  beforehand so that you use your entire disk and give diskpart the appropriate size so you don't end up with free space your  windows partition could have enjoyed.

  • How do I get an Installation Disc for Lion after I already installed it.

I am furious, with myself and Apple.... I started this journey of upgrading to Lion soley because I needed to increase the capacity of the HD on my early 2008 MBP. I saw that it was much easier with Lion, I didn't see or understand the part about only on brand new computers...
I have already upgraded the HD once before and had NO PROBLEMS... Time Machine back up and all that.
I am only a Mac user for 3 years... I love it... But some preconceptions die hard...
LIKE ....WHY CAN'T I MAKE A DVD OF MY INSTALL DISC AFTER THE INITIAL INSTALLATION OF LION?????? ESPECIALLY SINCE I DIDN"T GET ONE IN THE FIRST PLACE???
Yea, I didn't read the fine print, I had to make one at the time of installation.... I didn't know that I wouldn't be given the chance again????
Darn Darn Darn.... I only upgraded as a step along the path of upgrading the Hard Drive.... NOW I CAN"T WITHOUT MAJOR HEADACHES.... Grrrrrr
    LOL
So, Apple... if you are gonna distribute your OS this way... fine... but jeez, how about making it so we can get an installation disc after we missed the chance on initial installation???
    What do I do?

Thank you... I will take your advice and relax...
    OK will do.
As you can tell, I totally disagree with apple on this.... It should be a DEFAULT that the ability to make a DVD start up disc is always there... not the other way around.
I have spent hours on this upgrade... upgrading the Snow Leopard, upgrading to Lion, Installing new hardware, re-installing new hardware, re-installing the old hardware...
Some people, like myself, have the ability to DIY, but I don't have the incredible highly detailed inside knowledge that I apparently have to possess...
    Thanx

  • Error 1714, Installing Adobe Reader 9.0 = HEADACHE

    Hello all,
I spent several hours on this problem and I begin to have a headache ... I try to install Adobe Reader 9 with a GPO and an MST. It seems that my old GPO (Adobe Reader 8.1.2) can not be properly uninstall ...
I must install Adobe Reader 9 on more than 600 computers ... I spend a lot of time on forums and websites, and the only possible solution is to run the "Windows CleanUp Utility "on each ordinteurs ... You imagine the time that his takes me!
I wonder if there was a other solution. I hope you can help me!
    Thanks.
    Olivier

    Hi Pat,
Thank you for your answer! Yes indeed I have the same problem on nearly 600 machines ... Whenever I try to uninstall version 8.1.2 on clients computers, it says it can not find the installation source ... No matter if I use the command "msi /x" or the Windows Uninstaller... But the source has never changed! It's on a DFS, in the same place!
It's certain that if I install the package on a clean computer, everything should work fine. But I can not format 600 machines, each time I want to install Adobe Reader ...
I know I am not alone in having this problem ... I hope someone has already found a solution!
    Thanks!

  • CS4 never installs correctly or fully?

    Hey everyone,
A problem I have come across is that whenever I install CS4, at least 2 programs are not working at all.  I have since uninstalled at least 6 times, done a format, and a bunch of other troubleshooting/solutions from the forums.  Each time I ran the updater and the installation repair that runs off of Adobe Air with no luck.  Only after error prompt of the situation below, it says its possible it was a damaged installation or unsupported OS...
The errors I am getting are always saying something could not be located in the "dynamic link library _______", the _______ being either dvacore.dll or dvaui.dll.
A few installations ago, Sound Booth was working, now, it doesn't, and in none of the installations did After Effects work.  I would have come across this earlier just that none of my projects required either program at the time but I knew the need would come up.
I have since lost a rather large amount of income since I cannot get these programs working correctly.
Why would fresh installs with all programs, attachments, and web content downloaded and installed be missing core components by which the program runs?  At the moment I feel like I paid 2400$ for a headache and thats it.
    CS4 Master Collection
    Windows 7 Ult 64bit

    im with you fully.
I have tried to install adobe creative suite 4 on windows 7 and with no luck. I have done everything that I have found could possibly work and still it won't load. Now I understand why everybody has cracked versions of this software

  • [Solved] Avid Linux user coming back after years lost in installation

    Edit:
    Solution --> https://bbs.archlinux.org/viewtopic.php … 7#p1380897
    Hi o/
Years ago, I can't remember how many, I got a new pc. I tried to install archlinux, but couldn't get grub to load at all. I tried countless times after that, and always had to resort to win to save my ass because of how lost I was. Until one day I didn't come back. The mere thought of having to research the forums, looking for an answer nobody seemed to have, made me cringe so much that I ended up giving up. "I'll try again in some months, when this motherboard is less 'new'", I thought, but months became years.
Now I'm back, but I'm as lost as I was back then. All I remember is that my motherboard has some kind of "hybrid efi/bios" system of some sort that ended up being a pain in the ass for me and my old ways of installing arch, which seem to be relatively outdated.
So, to the point, can someone point me in some kind of direction to go?
I know the wiki, and I've read the new installation guide superficially, but I'm not sure what to do when it comes to EFI vs BIOS. I can't completely format my hdd atm because I have no means of backing the information up, but the drive is partitioned in my old fashioned way (1win, 2storage, 3lnx, 4swap), so I hope that won't be a problem (GPT don't give me headaches, plz).
Should I repartition my drive entirely? Do I need a new partition table? Do I need a boot partition? Can I install archlinux, win and have an storage partition + swap partition, all at the same time? Can I just choose to not use EFI at all, or should I upgrade entirely?... so many questions, but no clues on where to head to get this solved.
I crave to come back to archlinux. I miss it so much! I hope I can find the answer this time and settle this topic once and for all.

    And your question is?
Seriously, you say you have read the wiki "superficially"? Read it carefully.
You seem to want to know how to dual boot Arch with an existing Windows (and perhaps another Linux distro) on a UEFI/GPT setup. There is a page for that.
If you can't backup your current system, then you have only one option: use what you have, be it a UEFI or MBR setup.
If you need specific details, ask for those. If you need your hand held, you are out of luck.
I know I'm not asking for specifics, and I know the archlinux community is awesome at resolving issues when you specify decently enough, but the idea was to start somewhere. That was the question, but I guess I could have phrased it differently. Problem is that I can't really be specific when I'm so lost.
By superficially I mean reading it several times, but without actually trying all of the steps to the very end (got stuck at efi, gpt, bios, etc). I've followed the steps carefully several times (at least 5-6 times if I recall correctly), until I rebooted and grub didn't load at all. The bios said something like "Loading operating system..." but nothing happened (can't remember the words exactly, but it says that on every boot). Tried changing the bios config to "efi, bios and automatic" on different installations, but none seemed to work.
About partitions, can I keep my MBR setup as it is and still be able to make grub load in this motherboard? I think I might be missing some information, because I used to install archlinux with a bios/mbr setup without any problems whatsoever. The only thing I think I haven't tested is formatting the hdd entirely and changing to GPT, which is what I would like to avoid if I can. If you think there is something I should try anyway just let me know. If you think I should read some specific wiki article on the topic let me know too.
I don't want my hand held, that just totally makes no sense. I'm just looking for some pointers to break through the wall, which could mean reading articles that I think I've already read 1000 times. I'll read that page carefully, no doubt. Thank you for pointing the (for others) obvious, but not so obvious to me. You helped me remember a lot stuff that I tried back then.

I'll try reading about the whole efi-gpt-bios-mbr topic again. I want to avoid formatting as much as I can, but I will eventually change if no other option seems to work.
About qemu, the last time I checked virtual machines didn't work with 3d acceleration good enough to handle the few videogames that are not supported by wine that I play. Those games are the only thing that keep win running in my system. If I manage to install arch I will consider your recommendation and test it all again.

If you know this, then your data is of little value so you are at an ideal stage to reorganize just the way you want. Which means...
fatum wrote:Should I repartition my drive entirely? Do I need a new partition table? Do I need a boot partition? Can I install archlinux, win and have an storage partition + swap partition, all at the same time? Can I just choose to not use EFI at all, or should I upgrade entirely?
The answer to all these questions is "you choose".
Sit down and work out your ideal set up
    Install that set up
If you get stuck then post details of what you've tried and ask a specific question
If you cock it up or decide after a while you don't like that set up, scrub it and start again
You have a point. Starting from scratch might actually be ideal. The problem is that I wanted to avoid formatting as much as I could. I will try to find a way to back the information up, just in case I find any, because, if I do, the whole thing would become a lot easier to handle.

  • 11.1.1.3 - BPMA re-installation issue - Please help

    Hyperion Legends,
I am having some difficulties with the re-installation of 11.1.1.3. Due to a bad deployment which ruined essbase. I decided to un-install everything SS, Essbase, Planning, Workspace, FR and BPMA.. the whole lot basically (using the uninstall tool). After that I deleted the hyperion folders and began re-installation. Again it ran fine and I carried out textbook configuration.
It was all going smooth until the point where I was configuring workspace. On the following screen it came up with an error message about the folder path not being available??
    http://i839.photobucket.com/albums/zz320/stephenoneill88/workspace.jpg
But it allowed me to carry on with the configuration and all the files appeared to be created correctly in the same location.
After the configuration I ensured all the required services started up as normal. Now I get the error msg below when I am trying to login to workspace. It complains about FR..and I yes I have checked the services started up correctly and I carried out the standard configuration on FR. (Same as the first time I installed on to the server... I didn't do anything different in this department).

I understand re-installation is not ideal but I don't really want to re-install the server. This is the 4th time I have re-installed configured 11.1.1.3 please can someone solve my headaches.

    Many Thanks
    Stephen

The workspace error message can mean the service "Hyperion Workspace - Agent Service" has not started fully.
You can check in the logs \Hyperion\logs\BIPlus\stdout_console_default.log
If everything is good you should see "ALWAYS [Thread-30] stdout - giving control to the ORB to process the requests" in the log
If you don't then it looks like you have an installation/configuration issue.
    Cheers
    John
