Integrating NI Drivers in executables.

I am getting to the point where I want to move from running my software in the development window, to creating pass around executables.  What I'm not clear on is how the necessary drivers get installed on the new machine that you want to move the executable to.  I have experience with Visual Basic, and you can create a "Setup Disk" that essentially packages everything so you can just pass someone the setup.exe file and it installs all the necessary drivers, etc.  If I'm reading through some research I've been doing, it looks like older versions of the Application Builder would incorporate all that, while the newer versions do not.  First of all, is that true - and if it is - why would NI make on have to go through all install all the necessary drivers.  I do have to say, that finding some of the drivers for any of the Agilent/HP equipment has been painful, in my experience.  The Search tool does not seem to be very robust and dependable.
Thanks

    Hi,
unfortunately this VGA BIOS is not available separately for a mobile system since the VGA BIOS is embedded in the normal BIOS. So if you want to have the latest from toshiba supported VGA BIOS then just update your machines BIOS.
The problem is that a mobile VGA chipset has another memory and chip timings, so every manufacturer has (especially) its own version of the VGA BIOS.

  • Error when installing latest GM45 integrated graphics drivers

I have a T400 64-bit Windows 7 machine with switchable graphics, model CTO 2764 .  Current integrated graphic driver version is 8.15.10.1892.
I'm trying to update to latest driver version 8.15.10.1968, released 11/13/2009.
Following the installation notes, I changed the BIOS OS Detection for Switchable Graphics to Disabled and Graphics Device to Integrated Graphics.  During the driver install, I'm getting the following error message: This computer does not meet the minimum requirements for installing the software.
Have tried several times, re-downloaded the package... still no change.  Has anyone else experienced this error while updating their drivers?
    Thanks!

It appears if you are unlucky enough to get ths recurrent fatal error(asI I have) and are not a pc tech,   you have purchased a door stop.  I have purchased hp printers for years but this will be the last.   Like the previous consumer,  I have wasted countless hours on this correction.... Will never happen again.   I will not double the cost of the printer paying consultants who swoop in like vultures to correct the problem.

  • Is there a Business Objects Data Integrator API / SDK to "execute" DI jobs?

    Hello,
I am searching for a Business Objects Data Integrator API / SDK that can be used to remotely execute BOBJ DI jobs (like in scheduling BOBJ XI docs).
I found AdapterSDK from BOBJ DI but this is used to create adapters usable with DI (for various sources and targets). I am interested only in executing an already created job...

  • Integrating the drivers for the Intel WiFi Link 4965AGN in the kernel.

Hello, I trying to build a custom kernel with only the needed things and I'm almost done; but if I try to include the drivers for that wireless card there is a message at boot time saying that the microcode could not be found.
If the driver is compiled as a module everything is fine, what could be causing this? Is there any way to include the drivers in the kernel and still have them working?
    Thank you very much.

I have got the same Problem here without seperated /boot partition.

  • Whats the difference between PROCESS INTEGRATION & INTEGARTION PROCESS

    hey All
I was just going through one of the tutorials provided in
http://www.help.sap.com  , its related to Process Integartion Scenario  and i also came across one more tutorial related to Integration Process.
For * Process Integration* it was there like *A Process Integration scenario is a design object of the Enterprise Services Builder, is uniquely identified by a name and a namespace, and is subject to versioning.*
    url : http://help.sap.com/saphelp_nwpi71/helpdata/en/ec/21ee117a909f44a8b69794b9ed6221/content.htm
for Integration Process it was +*An integration process is an executable cross-system process for processing messages. In an integration process you define all the process steps to be executed and the parameters relevant for controlling the process.
You apply integration processes when you want to define, control, and monitor complex business processes that extend across enterprise and application boundaries. The design and processing of integration processes is also known as cross-component Business Process Management (cross-component BPM, ccBPM), or service orchestration.

So my question is , whether both are same or different , as far my view it different , i think integration processes is one of term inside Process integration as told in URL , please guys see to this

    Hi Abhishek,
Integration process (IP) refers to BPM. you will find the IP in the ccBPM, Business Process Management.
An integration process is an executable, cross-system process for processing messages.
Process Integration(PI), Now Xi is known as Process Integration PI is a term that is used to in  the Integration Broker of the NetWeaver Architecture.

  • Call method execute of the application Java mapping

    Hi,
I'm using a RFC Lookup in a Java Mapping. In PI 7.0 it was working fine. Now we use the Mapping in our PI 7.30 Testsystem and I get following LookupException:
Error when calling an adapter by using the communication channel CC_Receiver_RFC_XXXXX  (Party: , Service: BS_ERP_XXX_400, Object ID: 445eef339f2039b0856093c54c3656dd) The channel with object ID 445eef339f2039b0856093c54c3656dd could not be found in the Integration Server Java Cache. Check if the channel exists in the Integration Builder Directory and execute a refresh of the Java Cache
The Channel name and Business Service Name are correct. If I look in the Integration Builder, my Communication Channel is working fine.
I did a complete restart, the error afterwards was all the same. How can I refresh the cache for the ID's?.
I checked the party name it's having the space value not with *.

    Hello,
Error when calling an adapter by using the communication channel CC_Receiver_RFC_XXXXX (Party: , Service: BS_ERP_XXX_400, Object ID: 445eef339f2039b0856093c54c3656dd) The channel with object ID 445eef339f2039b0856093c54c3656dd could not be found in the Integration Server Java Cache. Check if the channel exists in the Integration Builder Directory and execute a refresh of the Java Cache
This error usually happens when you have created the RFC Receiver that has an entry of * in the Party. What you can do is to recreate the CC and remove the entry in the party. Save and activate.
    Hope this helps,

  • Integration Process never starts

    Hi everybody,
in my scenario, I'm getting an IDOC an I'm sending it to two Services (two receiving services in receiver determination): a) a BS with a mail communication channel b) to an integration process.
In first case a), the file is sent via mail correctly. In second case, it seems as if the integration process is never executed, but I don't get any error messages.
    - I checked receiving interface of integration process and of receiver determination: both are the same
    - in SXMB Moni, there are two entries for the split in the receiver determination; both show the final flag for correct execution
    - but in SXMB Moni, there is no entry shown that I can see, that execution of the process at least started
    - in SXMB MONI BPE, there is no entry for the IP
    - the tRFC-queues show no failures.
    Has anybody an idea?
    Best regards
    Torsten

    Hi,
I have taken some time off for you and have given the best possible explanation for the doubts you have.
    <b>Integration Scenarios:</b>
An integration scenario completely models the exchange of
messages for a collaborative process and provides an overview of the process flow.
Please go through this link for further reference:
    http://help.sap.com/saphelp_nw04/helpdata/en/ec/21ee117a909f44a8b69794b9ed6221/frameset.htm
    <b>Integration Processes</b>
An integration process is an executable, cross-system process for processing messages. In an integration process you define all the process steps that are to be executed and the parameters relevant for controlling the process.
You implement integration processes when you want to define, control, and monitor complex integration processes that extend across enterprise and application boundaries. The design and processing of integration processes is also known as cross-component Business Process Management (cross-component BPM, ccBPM).

    <b>
    <u>Interface object</u></b>
    <b>1. message Interfaces</b>
ou use a message interface to describe a platform-independent or programming-language-independent interface, which you want to use to exchange messages between application components using SAP Exchange Infrastructure.
Please go through this link for further reference:

    <b>
    2. message type</b>
A message type comprises a data type that describes the structure of a message. At the following points in SAP Exchange Infrastructure you can refer to the message to be exchanged at runtime by using the message type
Please go through this link for further reference:

    <b>
    3. fault message types</b>
Fault message types are designed for application-specific errors that occur on the inbound side and that are reported back to the sender or persisted in monitoring.

    <b>4. data types</b>
A data type is a basic unit for defining the structure of the data for a message type and, as a result, for the message to be exchanged.
Please go through this link for further reference:
    http://help.sap.com/saphelp_nw04/helpdata/en/a5/04623c4f69b712e10000000a114084/frameset.htm
    exchangefaultdata and exchangeLogData
All fault message types reference the data type ExchangeFaultData for this part and, indirectly, the data type ExchangeLogData. These data types are automatically created in a namespace when you create the first fault message type there.
    <b>
    5. Datatype Enhancements</b>
SAP applications enable customers to enhance application source code without making modifications and thus to meet customer-specific requirements that are not provided for in the standard shipment.  The applications can use Business Add-Ins (BAdIs) for this purpose. Furthermore, if customers use applications that exchange messages by using XI, they can define data type enhancements for Integration Repository data types.

    http://help.sap.com/saphelp_nw04/helpdata/en/a8/bfc6373c8fea43bdb3541535bcbd43/frameset.htm
    <b>6. Context Objects</b>
Context objects are a simple alternative to XPath expressions for accessing the contents of a message.
Please go through this link for further reference:

    <b>
    7. External Definitions</b>
External definitions enable you to import WSDL, XSD, and DTD documents to the Integration Repository so that you can access the message definitions they contain as external messages.

    <b>
    Mapping Templates</b>
Just like you can reuse data types in different message types, you can also save parts of message mappings as Mapping Templates and reuse them elsewhere. Once you have saved a mapping template it serves as a copy template that you can then load into other message mappings and modify to fit your requirements.

  • Execute Pacakge Task in SSIS 2012

    Team ,
Thanks for your pointers in advance .
I'm Looking out for a way to run SSIS package which is deployed over to SSIS Catalog using another SSIS Package ( a Package Wrapper which executes other packages ) , How should i configure ? Is this possible ?
What would other possible ways likely  be .
    Thanks
    Rajkumar Yelugu

You should be able to use standard Execute package Task.
    http://msdn.microsoft.com/en-us/library/ms137609%28v=sql.110%29.aspx
Using dynamic options (expressions) you can change most of the settings during run time.
Sorry as far as I know its not possible to refer to packages within another project in Integration Services catalogs from execute package task.  There are only two options available as ReferenceTypes.
A value of Project Reference means referred package also have to be within the same IS project. The other option which is External reference is provided for legacy deployment model which means you can only refer to the packages deployed in MSDB or FileSystem
    through this option.
Also one more thing to note is you'll never be able to import an individual package from IS catalog project. You've to import the complete project and then get the package from it by unzipping. It will exist as a ispac file and not as individual .dtsx files
    upon importing.
See this article where I've explained it

  • Need info about the integration Process.

    HI ,
I would like to know about the different components of Integration Process like about the Receiver etc..
and how do we relate the properties of each component with the container.
    Thanks in advance

    hi Syed
An integration process is an executable, cross-system process for processing messages. In an integration process you define all the process steps that are to be executed and the parameters relevant for controlling the process.
You implement integration processes when you want to define, control, and monitor complex integration processes that extend across enterprise and application boundaries. The design and processing of integration processes is also known as cross-component Business Process Management (cross-component BPM, ccBPM).

    http://help.sap.com/saphelp_nw04/helpdata/en/68/6bfd3f9149ca42e10000000a1550b0/frameset.htm
You use a correlation to assign messages that belong together to the same process instance. A correlation joins messages that have the same value for one or more XML elements. A correlation is therefore a loose coupling of messages: at design time, it enables you to define which message a receive step must wait for, without knowing the message ID

  • Integration Scenario

    Hi All,
I am new to XI. I need to know about Integration Scenario. What is it? Why we are using Integration Scenario? How it differs from Integration Process? and how to use Integration Scenario? Give a simple example (like file to file using Integration Scenario).
    Thanks and Regards,
    Nithya

    Hi,
    >>>Integration Scenario,Why we are using Integration Scenario, how to use Integration Scenario
Integration scenario is used to logically relate all XI objects for a particular scenario. It also eases the creation of configuration objects.
You use an integration scenario to define the message exchange and message flow for collaborative processes. Normally, these are processes between different business partners that are generally coupled by the exchange of messages.
The integration scenario provides you with a central point of access for all objects that you require for semantic and technical integration, for example interfaces, mappings, and software components.
You can integrate an executable integration process into an integration scenario.
