Integration SD doc with FICA - Require step by step configuration

Dear All,
I am configuring the integration of SD billing with FICA, but as of the steps giving in the SAP DOC material some of the customizing menus are not there in SPRO like
As an alternative, you can make these settings in Customizing for Sales and Distribution under   Billing  -> Billing Documents _->{ Integration with Contract Accounts Receivable and Payable (FI-CA)->  Define Posting to FI-CA for Customer Account Group} is not there
Cold you please provide the details setups, you followed for this configuration.

Hi Sunil,
You need to perform the following steps for integrating SD doc with FICA-
(a)  Define posting to FICA for customer account group- Inhere, you need to check the relevant account group that you want to post to FICA. FM FKK_FICA_FOR_SD_ACTIVE determines the activation of customer account group to FICA.
(b)  Derivation of Main sub transaction for SD information-Based on the account assingment, you derive the main and the sub transaction
(c) Derivation of Document Type from SD-Here, you define the type of document that would be posted in FICA.
You will find these steps in the following SPRO config-
IMG->Financial Accounting (New)->Contract Accounts Receivable and Payable->Integration->Sales and Distribution
After performing the above activities, you also need  to maintain the account assignment under the following configurations-
IMG->Financial Accounting (New)->Sales and Distribution->Basic Functions->Account Assignment/Costing
Morover, if you want that the SD document will be posted with the  ISU invoice, then you need to code it in event 4000.

    If you are working with PSCD, then you have CVI (Customer vendor integration) to replicate the BP to the customer in SD. In this scenario you have to check the following settings
    Cross-Application Components->SAP Business Partner->Integration with Customer- /Vendor Master Data->Assign Business Partner Grouping to Customer Account Groups
    You must check the number ranges in
    Financial Accounting (New)->Accounts Receivable and Accounts Payable->Customer Accounts->Preparations for Creating Customer Master Data->Create Number Ranges for Customer Accounts
    The number ranges should be the same that you defined for BP's, but with the mark of external assignment.

    1)Portal is an integrated component of 9iAS. You need to download all of 9iAS and select the minimal install option.
    2)We haven't tested this configuration, but as long as you set up apache appropriately to use different ports than the existing software it should work.
    3)Portal requires 8.1.6.2 Enterprise edition or 8.1.7 Standard edition. Personal Edition will not work.

    I have urgent requirement where  I have to capture  the data  in the PDF doc   what user enters into the  form Guides.
    I am trying this on ES2.

    They  mentioned that we have  to create form design (pdf) with same data  model.. But When i tries to create form design by  including the data  model ..  it is  not allowing to me  save as pdf and  its telling that we have to save as xdp only.   So saved as xdp only and followd all the same  steps what they  mentioned  ..  but we are getting error like  :::

    Hi Han,
    The  problem  might  be in path of the resources. Please check the  path  for the pdf you includes at form guide.
    Please check concat( ) operation  .. make sure that it is correct and pointing as per your work bench.
    And
    At Configuring the REST endpoint for the PDF render service:,   6th  point  , please select   as System level rather than INVOKE_PERM.

  • Problem in Integration of Apex with R12

    Hello,
    I followed the paper apex-ebs-extension-white-paper-345780.pdf to do Integration of Apex with R12. but stuck on one step.
    I am done with all the steps in R12. Now if i click the menu in R12, its going to my existing Apex aplication but still asking username and password.
    Can anyone help me out in what exactly I need to change in Apex Authentication scheme in Apex. Right now I am using Authentication scheme as Application Express.
