Internal assignment table that maps the ERP & CRM Partner ID's

Hello Experts,
In CRM-ISU integration,
If we are maintaining different number range, in which table its maintaining the details of both Business PartnerID's
or how they link each other?
In one document i read this statement.
"There is always an internal assignment table that maps the ERP business partner ID to the corresponding CRM business partner to ensure a consistent data exchange."

HI,
In CRM there is a table BUT0ID which stores the ERP business partner ID as ID Number against CRM business partners.
Pass the CRM BP in the Business partner field to get the ERP BP number in the ID number field.

Hi Mary,
There is no direct table but there is a way to find it.
HRP1263 is the table where business roles are stored when maintained at org level. These are stored against the Position.
For getting user ID and position linkage refer table HRP1001.
In HRP1001 table use below criteria to get the User and Position.
OTYPE = CP
SCLAS = US
SOBID = User ID
ENDDA = 31.12.9999
Get the OBJID
Query the HRP1001 table again with following
OTYPE = CP
OBJID = OBJID from above Query
ENDDA = 31.12.9999
SCLAS = S
SOBID = Thats Position.
Pass the position to HRP1263 as below.
OTYPE = S
OBJID = POSITION
PROFILE - Thats business role assigned for the given position and user.

Table that has the hier text names and the corresponding hier ID

Would anyone happen to know the table that has the hier name text as it appears from the infoObject level and the corresponding Internal hierarchy ID (unique ID) for data element RSHIEID. I would want ot be bale to match the text name o f the hier to the hier ID.

Trying to make it simpler taking the 0material hierarchy note that the 0material has been loaded with 3 different hierarchies:
fields in the H table:
HIEID - 434FLR9O6DX0XXJS3CLIYZODD (Refers to the particular hierarchy as mentioned I have 3 hierarchies loaded to 0Material)
OBJVERS - Active and so on
NODEID - 4 digit internal number of the hierarchy
These are the Keys that identifies the hierarchy uniquely in my case the 1st hierarchy.
Now if you want to find the nodes then based on the example above I will take the hierarchy id ie 434FLR9O6DX0XXJS3CLIYZODD for the field HIEID that would give me all the nodes of this hierarchy
Note: the HIEID for a particular hierarchy can be found from the HEADER info

Here's something I threw together rq. The script is in the change event for the checkbox in the table. (Of course, you'll have to modify it to suit the names of your fields.)

If I understand your question correctly, you wish to know the GRC 5.3 RAR tables that contains the authorization information and want to connect a legacy system.
If you check the /VIRSA/* tables, you can find all the GRC related tables.
However, if you are trying to perform an offline risk analysis, refer the below Article:

Hi there,
The logs are on tables BALHDR (header) and BALDAT (detail).
In BALHDR you can fill OBJECT with 'CRM_DOCUMENT' and EXTNUMBER with the document GUID (you can obtain it in CRMD_ORDERADM_H table).
The BALDAT is a cluster table, so the information is a little 'encoded' there for direct consulting without abap code.
Alternatively, you can use FM APPL_LOG_READ_DB to read the messages that are contained in any CRM document.

Could you please tell us the table that would store the Agent ID's that are assigned to a particular task? For e.g we have assigned a few user names to Task TS00007986 ( Requisition release) through OOCU, we would like to know in which table we would find those usernames assigned to that task.

But isn't it stored in the HR relation table (is it HRP1001?)
Anyways I'll check in a couple of hours if this is the case.
Also activate the SQL trace ST05 just before you go to agent assignment

Does a Oracle system table exist that contains the "create table" scripts for tables defined under a schema?
I know I can build this with SQL by querying the user_tab_columns, but I was wondering whether the entire DML
statement is already stored in some other system table. In the Quest Toad software you can simply go to the "Schema Brower", "Tables",
then select the "Script" tab and it shows you the "create table" statement for the particular table that you are
looking at. I'm wondering whether Toad behind the scenes is building this "create table" script via the user_tab_columns
table or using another system table.

you can use the DBMS_METADATA.GET_DDL procedure to obtain the details regarding the ddl statement used to create the table.

Counting Numnber of Cells in a Table that Have the Same Value

Is there a way/formula to do this, other than they way I'm doing it now, which is by using COUNTIF? In a table with 1000 rows for instance, let's say the values in the A column are what I'm keying off. I would like a count of all the cells in the A column that have the word "example" as their value. Right now for each unique value in a cell in the A column I am manually creating a COUNTIF(A1:A1000,"<value i'm matching against>) but if there are many unique values in the A column, it's quite laborious. Ideally I'd like to just have a table generated that gives me the top 5 or top 10 most occurring cell values in the A column in the table. What's the best way to do this?

it's normal to have + and - records in infocube, the way infocube work is always ADD/INSERT records, any changes to data will be - first then insert new value, e.g
Data come from transaction
Date           Customer     Order Qty
12.12.2005     A            100
Data go to infocube
Date           Customer     Order Qty
12.12.2005     A            100
Then transaction change :
Date           Customer     Order Qty
12.12.2005     A            50
so in infocube will have 3 records :
12.12.2005     A            100
12.12.2005     A           -100
12.12.2005     A             50
-- total = 50 (correct)
so its' normal to have - in infocube
you can eliminate these records by do infocube compression.
