How to get the internal order no for the SAP DBM order number,?
from which table can we fetch ?

Hi,
In DBM order an internal order can be created on header level and on split level.
On split level internal order is created within event BILLING_CREATE.
The internal order (like other documents related to the DBM order like e.g. reservation as well) are displayed in the order document flow.
In table /DBM/ORD_DOCFLOW you can fetch internal order number from DBM order.
But its a little bit tricky:
In field INSTID_A you have to select business object BUS2400 representing the DBM order.
Field INSTID_B is populated with business object BUS2075 and the internal order number.
e.g. if you want to select all internal orders for DBM order 29926 you have to select in initial screen
field INSTID_A:
"BUS2400 0000029926*" (consider: there are 3 spaces after BUS2400)
and field INSTID_B:
"BUS2075*"
Example from image: DBM order: 299826
Internal order header: (no split) 121526
Internal order split: 235320 (same for both splits 0001 and 0002)

A. there are two possiblities assign you batch number at production order before release or assign batch or each GR at the time of executing GR transaction.

Internal Batch Number for specific Production Order Type

We need to activate Internal Batch Numbers to a specific Production Order type.
We need this at order confirmation level. i.e. (CO11/CO12)
Is it possible? HOW ?
Please let me know customizing Steps.
If this is not possible then, Batch number should be internally assgisned at Order release stage. Please let me know customizaing steps for this even.

However, if we do not wish to activate Internal Batch Assigment and want to remain on manual BUT still we want system should not allow duplicate BATCH NUMBER, then, is there any way to achive this.
This is because, once we manually enter batch in confirmation (CO11), we further break the material in to several part and we need to understand original batch number. For this we just take the original batch number and add further serial number like below
Orinigal Confirmation Batch Number - 100001
Batch Split of 10 - 10000101,10000102,..............10000110.
So, what we want is system should check that same batch number is exist or not in confirmation. Is it possible or how it can be handle.

Settlement rule for several assets but one internal order number
Hi,
I have a question regarding the settlement rule for an internal order. I have issued an internal order number to capture costs for a construction project. When the project is completed how do I update the settlement rule for the internal order to several assets all for different amounts?
For example an internal order number has collected costs of 150,000.00 for the completion of a building. When the building is complete and I want to do a final settlement of the internal order. I have one asset for land improvements for 43,000, another asset for the HVAC system for 33,000 and building costs of 74,000. When updating the settlement rule I know to create the assets and update the settlement rule with these asset numbers, but I am unclear on how to assign multiple assets with differnt amounts.Hi ,
In the settlement rule , you need to select the Receiver as FXA and then enter the Asset number and then you will have to put the % that you want to settle to .
Like if you have 100/- Rs. total cost and you want to settle it to 2 assets in 60/- Rs. and 40/- Rs.
Then you will have to enter 2 line items in settlement rule with diffrent asset numbers and in proportion you will have to say 40 % and 60% , based on which the final settlement would happen .
So make the proportion changes in the settlement rule accordingly .

External Alphanumeric Number Range for Internal Orders
Hello,
I am trying to create external number range for Internal Order Type. I want to create internal orders which will have internal order number as alphanumeric and some will be in only numbers.
How should be the range look like, so that I have flexibility to enter Internal Order number as whatever format I want i.e. T123, 12MP, 1234, ABCD etc.
Any help will be appreciated.

Wrong internal order number for internal number range
Hi,
I have created an internal order type and assigned the internal number range 450000-459999. When we checked the numbers given for the system there are missing numbers. For example; the numbering is OK up to 450013 numbered order and the next order has 450020 number, and next one has the 450040
number.
I checked the COAS table and there are no number used by any other order. What can be the reason for this situation? How can we fix the problem? Is there any one who face the same problem?
What are your suggesitions...

Maintain Number range group for Internal order
Hello,
I have created Internal order type, now, i would like to create/maintain the number range group for this already created order type.
When i goto Maint Number ranges for orders->click on Group->Maint and again click on group insert... when i mention here the group name and number range for that group and say save the system in accepting but when view all the groups, i do not find this new group created by me.
How do i view the newly created group, is there any other steps to be followed? please advice.

It's a little late for this post but it is still important to record.
When you try to create a group in KONK transaction, the system doesn't show the new group.
This is because there are a inconsistences in the old groups.
You must execute RSSNR0T1 program to solve the problem.

Production Order and Internal Order for each item of the sales order
Hi
I am developing Make To Order Report where I have to display the MTO Line Items and non MTO Line Items. For non MTO Line Items I have to display Internal order with Planned and Actual Costs and also Production Order with Planned and Actual Costs. Could anybody tell how to get the Internal order no and production order with Planned and Actual costs for each line item for a sales order.

You can get the Production orders, Planned orders, Internal orders generated for Sales order item from AFPO table (use fields KDAUF-Sales order number & KDPOS-Sales order item). Then to identify the order type use order category (AUTYP) from table AUFK.
Once you have the Production/internal order, you can ge the cost from COSS and COSP table. Use the object number from AUFK to get the cost entries from COSS & COSP.
You can use the following sample code as reference.

Can any one help me to add two more column for standard report that is purchase order and delivery dates for Internal order wise.
But here problem is when i checked with ABAP team they said there is no standard functional module to add two column.
Please note below :
Selection criteria is: 1) controlling area
2) Fiscal Year
3) From date and To date
4) Plan Version
5) Order Group.
My client suggested : S_ALR_87012993 this tcode to run, but we suggested with S_ALR_87013019 as in this tcode we can get all the details
That is required output fields, as it is showing all details but on yearly basis, he wants this to be period wise and also Abap team is not able to find standard functional module in the second tcode as well.

1) Orders.
2) Budget
3) Actual
4) commitment
5) Alloted
6) Available
These are two additional column
7)Purchase order
8) Delivery date.
Require your help to know which all tables are included to extract above out put fields please help me.

Thanks for reply, can you please let me know is there any other way to show the output fields.
As my client is very specific to run the report on period wise, i also tried to execute the standard tcode S_ALR_87013019 and were we are getting all the required outputs to pop up but this is on year wise, but we can also check by period basis by clicking on order number and actual period basis where we can see period basis.
Also one more question,what is the commitment table which is popping up in this, please advise.

Internal Item Number " Items not appearing in Sales order Line form
Hi,
We are in 11.5.7 vis. While choosing an item in the Sales order form, only the line items with type 'chargemaster' and 'vendor' appear. The items with type 'Internal item number' doesn't appear anymore. The item validation organization is set to the Master Inventory organization.(V1).
When i checked the pricelist creation screen, with product attribute - item number, the product value field is empty and greyed out for all the items.
I compiled the system Items flexfield. I tried adding a new product to the pricelist with product attribute-item number,product value - A000 .All the items (with their internal item numbers) appear while choosing the product, but the product description doesn't default and the field remains empty and greyed out.
After saving the item in the price list and if i query for this particular item, the product description appears but the product value now becomes empty and greyed out.
Any explanation as to to why this is behaving so and to rectify the same?

Check item category determination (VOV4) whether the item category is determine with the combination of material item
category group,untill the material being read by the system it will not give the line item no,and also check at VOV8 for your doc
type Item no.increment Ex: 10, is maintained or not ,if not maintain and try.

Internal order - Error - Different logical system for order
Hello all,
I try to send IDoc (INTERNAL_ORDER) from system A to system B.
I have done:
- BD64 / WE20 / WE21
But after having customizing I have got following error:
Different logical system for order xxxxxx
Message no. 2075ALE001
Diagnosis
Internal order xxxxxxx already exists in system B. Its master system B is different from the master system A of the new internal order to be distributed with the same order number xxxxxxx.
System Response
Internal order xxxxxxx with master system A cannot be distributed in system B.
Procedure
Check customizing for ALE for internal orders.
How to solve this?
My aim is to maintain internal order master data in test system.

If I change in table AUFK, logical from empty to A (master) and I run IDOC then IDOC has been correctly integrated.

When we create a PO for an asset we enter an internal order number and a cost center is determined from the internal order. Sometimes after the po is created the cost center on the IO changes. The po is not updated automatically on the PO and it results in the wrong cost center being posted to during the Goods Receipt and invoice receipt. Is there a program or batch job that we can run that will redetermine the accounting data on a PO?

Internal Order report for PM work order
Hi There Experts,
My question is related to Plant Maintainance (PM) & Internal orders. Is there any standard report in SAP controlling or anywhere else which provides for each Internal Order number the list of Work Orders which have been charged to the Internal order and also if the Work Orders have PO's then a list of POs for each Work order.
A rough picture of the report is as below:

Internal Order Report - For the documnets when the cost ele. was not create
Hi,
We created internal orders for tracking capital expenditure relating to assets. At that time, we were not created asset GL's as cost element. Recently we created asset GL's as cost elements (category 90).
Now we are getting the internal order report after creation of cost element for the transactions done thereafter. We mentioned the internal order number in PO but not in accounting document earlier. Now we are maintaining internal order number in accounting document also.
So when we run OKBA we are getting CO document but, it is not tracking against internal order (since order number was not mentioned earlier). We executed one MM document in which internal order was mentioned through OKBB but there is no change in the internal order report.
Is there any possibility to get the internal order report for the transactions done before creation of cost element.
Please guide me
