International billing

If I am on the International Calling Plan and I call someone in the Philippines, will the $0.23 per minute be the only charge for the call and be charged to me only?  My concern is that I want to call someone in the Philippines but want to pay for the entire call myself and have no charges be billed to the party I call in the Philippines....

Hello happy community members,
As always, I enjoy the dialogue among the community. Mtrem, I’m assuming that you are in the United States while calling the Philippines. If so then the cost to you, a Verizon Wireless customer, can be found by using this link.
http://b2b.vzw.com/international/Long_Distance/Asia-Pacific/Philippines.html
The cost does vary depending on whether you are calling a landline or a cellular device. Also, as you may already know, the international dialing feature does provide a reduced rate for calling to the Philippines.
As far as any cost accrued from the receiving party in the Philippines, I agree with SuzyQ. It depends on who is their landline provider. May I ask do you know what company is the landline provider that the person in the Philippines have? If so, then I can gather some additional information for you.
Sincerely,

  • Help! international bill is over $1000 !!

I recently had to leave the US on a last minute request from my employer and spend a month in Aberdeen, Scotland. I didnt have the benefit of a whole lot of planning since I had too leave at the spur of the moment. However I made time to stop at a Verizon location an discuss my concern. He explained it as if with the supposed plan I was told to get that I would be fine. I was even told that should my usage/overages become equal to my monthly bill, that i would recieve a text message to contact Customer Service. Well needless to say this never happened. I was sure after a few calls, that id get a text, but i didnt. I had my wife call and ask about an international plan and to select the one that the Customer Service Rep thought would fit our needs. Because at this point im already overseas and concerned with having a way to communicate for taxis, ect. Well they added two sets of different Global Value rates and Data. There was also suppose to have usage/overage limits..............well that didnt happen either.
Now I am waiting on reimbursement from my employer which takes 45 to 60 days, but im not sure yet how to handle this outrages bill. I am put on hold for an hour at a time and just dont have time to sit and wait. I work 12 hours a day, have 2 ACTIVE kids and a sick wife. How am I suppose to deal with this matter?
Any suggestions or advice would be greatly appreciated.
    Respestfully,
    cher.joe

        Hi Cher.joe,
Thanks for the details! We know how important it is to have accurate bill charges especially while travelling. When you were in the store did you agree to change the plan at that time? If so, have you stopped back in the location to see why the representative never changed the plan? Which two sets of global rates were added?
    Thanks,

  • False international billing

I switched to Fios for my phone and internet last week. Prior to the appointment to install I called verizon billing and confirmed that international long distance service will not be part of this bundle or else they would not need to change it. The operator (I have her Id) assured me that she will make notations on the account and reassured me that it will not be an issue. I have been using another international provider for the past 6 years due to low per minute rates. So last night I got an email of excessive use on my phone and when I called in I was told that it was due to long distance international charges!!!
Why does this company do this? Is it really worth the bad reputation you build with long time customers that trust your representitives word and later find out that no such agreement is available on such bundles? I was happy with my copper service for the past 20 some years with Verizon and had no intention of switching to FIOS other than the representitive insisting that it was at the same price I was paying for copper and nothing else would be changed.
Now they tell me there is a $500.00 plus bill for long distance coming my way christmas eve.
Why does your company do this? When I call to resolve the issue with your billing service, instead of hearing my concern they try to sell me another long distance service and tell me how "sorry" they are for me being misleaded by the previous sales woman.
Is $54.99 a month really worth this hassle you cause me to play phone tag now and go through the channels I must go through to have someone listen to me?  Lets be logical for a minute..Would I really agree to pay the outrageous per minute cost of using Verizon long distance if I knew it? Especially after 6 years of using the same company for my long distance who charge 7 cents a minute? And get this...the initial saleswoman that assured me of not having the international long distance with Verizon also tried to sell me a $10.00 additional plan with 300 minutes. I denied it thinking I had my old long distance company. Now when I called back last night to voice my concern, this one tells me "Oh!, we don't even have that plan for the country you call"!!
Does it ever end? I have to sit here write this email and spend hours talking to many faceless voices to try to "fix" this issue. TIme I could be spending with my 5 year old daughter or my pregnant wife, or searching for a job and sending our resumes to find a job. But now I have to tuen all that out, worry about this looming bill and "fix" a wrong which I don't feel I should be held responsible for and could have been avoided by a simple "no, we don't have that service".
All I can say is Lets do the right thing and stop trying to screw each Other. There is spirit in the air, lets not ruin it over the mighty Dollar. These are tough times, lets not make it any worse than it is. I am past angry and mad, I am numb!

When will someone be contacting me? It has been several days with no attempted contact by phone, email, or message here. I would prefer contact to be in writing, since I have already spoke with Verizon dozens of times, and what I am being told (that I would not be biled anymore, it will be fixed) doesnt happen. I would like to see this in writing.
Its simple. I canceled service on Oct 20th, and moved out. I have a CONFORMATION number of that cancellation. You have no right to bill me after those dates, and keep continuing to bill me. I paid the .77 final bill, which for some reason you are now refunding, as you continue to add monthly charges under my name online. I dont understand why it is so hard to figure this simple ssue out.
I CANCELLED OCT 20TH.  MOVED. Paid my final Bill.  STOP billing me.

  • Internal billing for service

    Hi,
    I have a scenario..which i am explaining below
My company has one sales organization and many divisions under it. Some divisions are service providing divisions. Service providing divisions give service to other divisions within the same sales organization. So how do one division bill the other division within the same sales organization.
2ndly what configurations are required to configure a service sale ( basically order related billing). What would be the item category group in the material master. What are the other configurations required at document level, item category level and copy control level.
Please let me know the process.
    Regards,
    Aju Joseph

Your company is basically selling the services to Divisions. Thus divisions are customers. Therefore create CMRs for each of these divisions - Texas division, Chicargo division etc. are customers.
Then Texas div. buys certain services by creation of sales order with SP = Texas div. and then you can bill them.
    For service -
    Material type is DIEN
    Item cat gr is LEIS
    Item category is TAD
    Schedule line category is CD
    Sales doc type is OR
    Billing type is F2
copy control already present in standard functionality.

  • International Billing Overcharge

Has anyone else been lied to regarding the start date of the International plan? I signed up for it on June 11, but it wasn't actually activated until June 16. Because of this I have had a $610 payment taken from my checking account. Was on the phone for more than an hour this afternonn and spoke to three different people in two different departments and was lied to again. "Call back tomorrow to speak with Customer Financial Services." Customer Financial Services had been helping me, but dumped me back with Customer Service(?) then hung up and went home.I was a customer since March 2011, but that will end this weekend.Does anyone know how to get Verizon to return the payment of the overcharge?

    4. Non Inter-office billing related with PO
    <Requirement>
-User request us to post different revenue account by each pattern.
    <Current setting>
-Different billing types are used in each pattern.
-1&2 is posted with same customer master.
-In Trcd: VKOA, Table 0003 (Material Grp/Acct Key) is used. However, business pattern 1&2 cannot be specified by material master.

  • Billing Document not gettting generated in Intercompany Billing Scenario

    Dear Experts,
I am trying to create Intercompany Billing Document with Billing Type IV, but unable to create the same. I have done all the necessary config. I am getting error as Sales Organization is not defined.
I have created normal billing document i.e. Invoice for End Customer but now i want to bill the supplying company code. So when i try to create Invoice wrt Delivery Doc., I get the above error i.e. Sales Org. not defined.
I have also maintained ordering company code as internal customer and maintained it for Supplying Company code.
Am I missing something plz let me know.
    Thnx in advance
    regards,
    Sagar

    Hi Abhijit,
the customer for the internal invoice will be determined from the "delivering" sales organisation (as mentioned above). You need
to create a customer with exactly the same address of the sales organization. Assign this customer no. to the delivering sales organisation (as mentioned above). Is your delivering plant in US? That's what I understood according to your explanation in the thread.
    Your example
    Sales organisation: 2000 Canada --> Cust.No. 5000 Canada
    Delivering plant 3000 US --> Sales organisation 3000 --> Customer 5001 US
    Customer: 6000 Canada
    Sales order
    Customer 6000
Sales organisation for sales order: 2000 Canada
    Delivering plant: 3000 US
Delivery & Invoice to the customer (normal procedure)
    Internal invoice
    Sales organistion 3000
    Customer 5000 Canada
--> The System needs to have assigned the billing sales organisation for the plant in US. Did You assign
the sales organisation? Futhermore the customer no 5000 (assigned to the sales organisation 2000) needs
to be maintained in the sales area of 3000 for the internal billing.
(the internal invoice is maybe complicated caused by tax requirments - internal invoicing between Canada und US)
    hopefully this helps you.
    Regards
    Reini

  • Internal posting

We would like to change our organization structure and make divisional organization in way to separate between production department, sales department and corporate.
Now we have more than 100 cost centers and about 30 profit centers.
Main problem is that we need to split costs and revenues by divisions and we need to know if  it is possible to make some kind of internal posting ( or internal billing ) between divisions without any impact on accounting in way that we can make independent reports by divisions.
    Best regards,
    B&A

    Hi,
You can make indeed internal CO posting via KB11N transaction.

what is mean intercompany billing & Contract? and give me the steps to config. in sd module.

    INTER COMPANY BILLING
    Definition:
A company arranges direct delivery of the goods to the customer from the stocks of another company belonging to the same corporate group.
To put in simple terms, Company code A orders goods through its sales organization A from Plant B belonging to Company code B.
It is imperative that both Plants A & B should have the material. In other words, the material is created for both the Plants A & B + their respective storage locations.
Sales Organizations and Plants are uniquely assigned to Company codes. It is not possible to assign either a plant or a sales organization to more than one company code.
Sales organizations and plants assigned to each other need not belong to the same company code.
In other terms, a plant belonging to Company code A & assigned to Sales Organization A can also be assigned to Sales Organization B of Company Code B. This enables cross company sales.
    PARTIES INVOLVED
    1) End Customer 2) Ordering Company code 3) Supplying Company Code.
    End customer:
Customer who orders goods from the ordering company code.
    Ordering Company Code:
Which orders goods from Plant belonging to Supplying Company code through its sales organization and bills the end customer.
    Supplying Company Code:
Supplies goods from its plant to the end customer specified by the ordering company code and bill the ordering company code.
    CONFIGURATION SETTINGS
Assign Delivery Plant of the supplying company code to Sales Org + Distribution channel of the Ordering company code in the Enterprise Structure.
DEFINE ORDER TYPES FOR INTERCOMPNY BILLING:
Menu path: IMG/ SD/Billing/Intercompany Billing/Define Order Types for Intercompany billing
    Assign Organizational units by Plant:
Menu Path: IMG/ SD/Billing/Intercompany Billing/Assign Organizational units by Plant.
Define Internal Customer Number By Sales Organization:
Menu Path: IMG/ SD / Billing/ Intercompany Billing/ Define Internal Customer Number By Sales Organization:
Creating / Showing Ordering Sales Organization as Internal Customer for Supplying Company code:
    Transaction Code: XD01
The ordering sales organization is represented as Internal customer of Supplying company code.
We need to create customer master in Account Group - Sold to Party and maintain minimum required financial & Sales Area data.
This internal customer number has to be assigned to the ordering sales organization. Hence, the system automatically picks up this Internal customer number whenever there is Intercompany billing.
    PRICING:
We need to maintain two pricing procedures RVAA01 & ICAA01. Pricing procedure RVAA01 represents condition type PR00 & any other discounts or surcharges that are meant for end customer.
We assign Pricing procedure RVAA01 to combination of Sales area (Of Ordering company code) + Customer Pricing Procedure + Document Pricing Procedure of Sales document type.
This pricing Procedure (RVAA01) is determined both at Sales Order level & Billing processing for the end customer. We maintain PR00 condition type to represent the ordering company code's price to the end customer.
Condition records for PR00 are maintained using organizational elements of Ordering company code, end customer & the Material.
Eg: Sales Org. of Ordering company code + End customer + Material.
We also need to maintain PI01 condition type to represent costs to Ordering company code (in other words revenue to supplying company code). It is statistical condition type & meant for information purpose only.
Condition records for PI01 are created with the following key combination:
Ordering sales Org + Supplying Plant + Material
Pricing Procedure ICAA01is determined at Intercompany billing processing level.
Pricing Procedure ICAA01 - Pricing Procedure for Inter company billing is assigned to the combination of:Sales Area (of supplying company code) + Document pricing Procedure of Billing document type IV + Customer Pricing Procedure of the Internal customer.
Pricing Procedure ICAA01 has condition type IV01 that represents revenues for Supplying company code in the intercompany billing.
PR00 condition type also appears in Intercompany billing document. It is for information purposes only and does not have bearing on the value of the document.
PI01 represented under pricing procedure RVAA01 is reference condition type for IV01 and the same is defined in the condition type IV01. Due to this these two condition types represent same value.
The condition type IV01 in intercompany billing document represents revenue to the Supplying Company. But its corresponding condition type PI01 in the billing document to the end customer is shown as a statistical item meant for information purposes.
Condition Type VPRS in the intercompany-billing document indicates cost to the supplying company code.
The use of two different condition types in Intercompany billing is necessary to ensure that data is transmitted correctly to the financial statement (Component CO-PA).
    ILLUSTRATION:
    STEP 1: Create Sales Order
Manually Enter the Delivery Plant of the Supplying Company Code:
    OBSERVE CONDITIONS SCREEN FOR ITEM:
PR00 represents Price to the end customer (in other words, revenue for the ordering company).
PI01 represents cost to ordering company (in other words, revenue for the supplying company). It is represented as statistical item only.
    DELIVERY:
Delivery is carried out from the supplying point & hence we can observe that it is done from shipping point assigned to the supplying point.
Subsequently, Picking & PGI are carried out.
    BILLING TO END CUSTOMER:
    T-Code: VF01
    Create Intercompany Billing:
    T-code: VF01
OBSERVE THE CONDITIONS SCREEN OF THE INTERNAL INVOICE:
IV01 Condition type represents revenue for the supplying company code.
VPRS condition type represents cost to the supplying company code.
PR00 in intercompany billing document displays amount billed to the end customer. It serves as just an information item and is inactive.
If the ordering company enters the incoming invoice manually, the delivering company can print out an invoice document with the help of output type RD00, which is then sent to the Payer.
If automatic invoice receipt has been agreed, we must use the SD output control functions to ensure that output type RD04 is found in internal billing. In R/3 system, output determination procedure V40000, which includes this output type, is assigned to Intercompany billing type IV.
The automatic posting to the vendor account is initiated when output type RD04 is processed. The system uses the EDI output type INVOIC in the FI variant.
To ensure that payables are posted in financial accounts of the ordering company, the delivery company must be created as a vendor.

It is not possible to assign either a plant or a sales organization to more than one company code.Sales organizations and plants assigned to each other need not belong to the same company code.
    Transaction Code: XD0
The ordering sales organization is represented as Internal customer of Supplying company code.
We need to create customer master in Account Group u2013 Sold to Party and maintain minimum required financial & Sales Area data.
We maintain PR00 condition type to represent the ordering company codeu2019s price to the end customer.
Pricing Procedure ICAA01 u2013 Pricing Procedure for Inter company billing is assigned to the combination of:
    1) Sales Area (of supplying company code) + Document pricing Procedure of Billing document type IV + Customer Pricing Procedure of the Internal customer.

The automatic posting to the vendor account is initiated when output type RD04 is processed. The system uses the EDI output type INVOIC in the FI variant.
To ensure that payables are posted in financial accounts of the ordering company, the delivery company must be created as a vendor.

  • Recognize COGS in intercompany billing process

    Dear expert,
I read the intercompany billing process and have some confuse.
The process like that: CC1(company code 1) sells to end customer, CC2 (conpany code 2) (internal relationship) issues good.
1, CC1 sells to end customer. CC1 create the SO
2, CC2 creates the DO and PGI, that recognize the COGS at CC2 for the internal sales.
    3. CC1 creates the billing to end customer --> record the revenue of CC1
    4. CC2 creates the internal billing to CC1 --> record the internal revenue of CC2
My question is, follow this process, I don't see the COGS of CC1, there is only a outbound delivery create by CC2 and COGS of CC2.
I read the document about cross transaction, but it guide me only for steps above.
    Are there any mistake here?
    Please give me a help.
    Thank you in advance!

    Dear expert,
I have some question about the document flow of the intercompany billing process.
Company code 1 (CC1) sell to customer
CC2 issue goods to customer of CC1, then internal billing to CC1.
    the step as below:
    1. CC1 create SO (sell to customer)
    2. CC2 create outbound delivery to Customer of CC1, recognize COGS of CC2
    3. CC1 bill to customer, recognize revenue of CC1
    4. CC2 create internal invoice to CC1, recognize revenue of CC2
in internal invoice of CC2, update the output RD04. Does it recognize COGS and goods receipt to CC1? Because as above document flow, I see that, the CC1 don't have COGS, not receipt goods to plant of CC1 and Account Payable for CC2. There my thinking as logic of flow, but I'm not sure what the EDI and RD04 can do. Can you tell me about that.
Thank you very much, this is very helpful for me.
    Best regard,
