IOS 6.0.1 caused my new iPad keep restart or show in black screen & few minutes later back to main page, may i know how to solve this problem?
I Have already update my new iPad to iOS 6.0.1. After that, I am facing a problem here, my iPad keep restart itself or show me the black screen then few minutes later back to main page, may I know what's wrong with my iPad?

Have you tried a reset ? Press and hold both the sleep and home buttons for about 10 to 15 seconds (ignore the red slider if it appears), after which the Apple logo should appear - you won't lose any content, it's the iPad equivalent of a reboot.

Press and hold the Sleep/Wake button until the red slider appears. When the red slider appears, release the Sleep/Wake button.
Instead of dragging the red slider, press and hold the Home button for six seconds.

After I upgraded to ios6 , my iPad gmail was something wrong because it always hang and switch off the App automatically . It is very irritating . Please let me know how to solve this problem because I have to read my email everyday . Thanks .

First off, iTunes 10.5 is intended for your computer, iOS 5 is the new version of the operating system on the iPad

I bought TV program from iTunes and I can play it on MBP. But when I tried it on iPad, it returned viewing error. I searched for the solution but all I got was to convert the file to iPad version. Unfortunately, when I selected the file, Advance Menu was greyed out. I appreciate it if anyone can tell me what to do.

I have an ipad 64 GB I'm trying to restore it to it's orginal memory capacaity of 59.9 just like when I got it, Can anyone help me find the solution and help me fix it?
This is an ipad 2 it hasn't been updated, the thing is I restored it to the orginal setting because it was acting up, instead of 59.9 GB it gave me the memory capacity of 58.9 that has been already been use. Do you think using a different computer that hasn't been use on my ipad will raise the memory capacity? I've done it before just that the computer that I've been using has my ipad's data.

I erased all the contacts, apple ID and icloud account in my old 4s and gave it to someone. However, whatever contact that someone has saved in my old 4s phone has added in my new 5s phone. Those are not my contact and I don't want them in my new phone. Does anyone know how to solve this problem?

I accidentally synced my mum's brand new iPad to my mac book air. A few days later I realised that my iTune library on my mac is completely gone. So is my iPhone 4s after I synced it with my mac. How do I get my old iTunes library back? I tried using icloud on my iphone but it stated that I have never back up my phone before. So I guess my iCloud data is gone too? But I have back up my mac in my harddrive using time machine. So how do I get my old itune library back? Please help! Thanks!
1) ensure iTunes is authorized for your iTunes store account(s)
2) connect your device and right-click or control-click it in the iTunes Source list, then choose transfer purchases from the shortcut menu that appears.
3) sync the device
iTunes will wipe the iPhone but, since you transferred your purchases in the previous step, your content will be in your library and you can re-populate the iPhone with it.

Resolved!
After contacting Apple, I received a reply from their engineers:
Copy QTMovieWin.dll from: C:\Program Files (x86)\Common Files\Apple\Apple Application Support
to: C:\Program Files (x86)\iTunes
And that did the trick.

My grandsons new Apple refurbed 35g ipad keeps locking up with a black screen amd nothing else. I have reset it many times pressing the home and off buttons together but it keeps locking up. Help,please!
Thank you for trying to help. I followed your instructions, it took 6 hours to download, and then said it could not solve the problem (something to do with error 9?). It will have to go back to Apple - its only 3 days since it came out of the package and its very disappointing for him. Looks like I have to hang around in the Apple store in Plymouth all tomorrow until they can fix it, or will change it. Thanks for your help.

iPad 2, iOS 7When did this start? What was the last thing you changed before problem started?
Have you tried sending the attachment from a different account. Have a friend send you an attachment. Get a gmail account.
Send the email with attachments to two different accounts one to your ipad and the other to a gmail account in a web browser and not on an iPad. See if you can read the ones to the gmail account.
You did reboot your ipad?

Since upgrading to IOS 8.1.2 on my iPad3, I cannot send/receive emails from either of my Apple or Verizon email accounts. I confirmed that my internet connection is working. Does anyone know how to fix this problem or how to go back to IOS 8.1.1?
