Hello. I'm a seasoned apple and ipad user, however my iOS 7.0.2 installation has left my iPad 2 frozen with the apple logo and bar on screen. I've tried all the given instructions, none of which have resolved the issue. However I've noticed that on the iPad Summary screen on iTunes my "other" space
has been slowly rising from 1gb and it is now up to 7.8gb after 12 hours. By clicking on the the device tab, it causes the "other" to increase. Is it very, very slowly installing? My iPad did have about 12gb of the 13.64gb storage used, hence perhaps why it is taking so long?

It will charge to 100% in 4 hours 2 minutes. The new iPad has a larger capacity battery (42 watt-hours), so using the 10W charger will obviously take longer. If you are using your iPad while charging, it will take even longer. It's best to turn your new iPad OFF and charge over night. As far as I can tell, Error Code 36 is an "I/O Error". It may mean you have a bad USB cable between the iPad and your computer, or the cable was not plugged in firmly.

FORCE IPAD INTO RECOVERY MODE
1. Turn off iPad
2. Turn on computer and launch iTunes (make sure you have the latest version of iTune)
3. Plug USB cable into computer's USB port
4. Hold Home button down and plug the other end of cable into docking port.
DO NOT RELEASE BUTTON until you see picture of iTunes and plug
5. Release Home button.
ON COMPUTER
6. iTunes has detected iPad in recovery mode. You must restore this iPad before it can be used with iTunes.
7. Select "Restore iPad"...
Note:
1. Data will be lost if you do not have backup
2. You must follow step 1 to step 4 VERY CLOSELY.
3. Repeat the process if necessary. -
