IP-Telefon SPA525G: Fehler im Webinterface

Hallo,
ich verwende ein SPA525G im Sip-Modus. FW: 7.4.7
Den Port vom Webinterface hab ich auf einen nicht-Standardport gelegt: Port 90.
In allen Menüpunkten vom Webinterface wird dieser Port auch übernommen, ausgenommen vom Punkt "Voice", daher wenn ich zB bei "Callhistory" bin, kann ich nicht auf "Voice" springen, da der Link http://<ip>/basic anstatt http://<ip>:90/basic lautet.
Ich ersuche um Behebung im nächten Firmwareupdate.

danke fürs weiterleiten, haben Sie Informationen ob und wann das behoben wird? In der Firmware 7.4.8 wurde der Fehler ja nicht behoben.

ich habe die Lösung! Hatte das gleiche Problem! Ganz einfache Sache.... Du gehts auf Programme (x86) weiter auf Common Files dort aud Adobe und gehts in den Backup Ordner von Adobe! Wenn sich dort eine Datei mit dem Namen caps befindet dann lösche die! Dauraufhin startest du den Pc neu und dann sollte es klappen! So hat es bei mir funktioniert! Ich habe Windows 8.1, sollte aber keinen Unterschied machen!

Installation PSE 12 - Fehler gemeinsame Technologien

Hallo
Leider muss ich mich in die wohl sehr lange Schlange von Leuten einreihen, die PSE 12 einfach nicht installiert bekommen.
Seit !!! 2 Tagen !!! versuche ich nun PSE12 auf einem Win7 64Bit zu installieren.
Laptop. Core2Duo. 4GB Ram. Gigabyteweise Platz auf Platte frei.
Fehlermeldung ist:
"Es ist ein Fehler aufgetreten bei der Installation von Gemeinsame Technologien. ... neustarten..."
Bevor jetzt wieder der Link auf die entsprechende Standard-Fehler-Seite kommt:
Ich habe schon:
- Mehrfach neu gestartet
- Logs durchgegraben nach Fehlermeldungen
- Neues Admin-Konto angelegt
- Ordner/Dateien umbenannt/gelöscht
Alles mögliche durchprobiert.
Meine Bitte:
Sagt mir welche Logs etc ihr braucht. Bin zu allem bereit.
Im Voraus auch: Danke an Alle aus der Community die helfen wollen! Bin euch endlos dankbar wenn ihr Tips habt.
ABER:
Ich erwarte ehrlich gesagt auch von Adobe-Mitarbeitern sich hier konstrutiv und ausgiebig zu beteiligen!
Ich fand es schon eine rießen Enttäuschung, dass Adobe für ein Produkt das über hundert Euro kostet keinen Support per Telefon/Chat/Mail anbietet und erst einmal direkt auf die Community (Andere, kostenlos arbeitende Nutzer) verweist.

Erst einmal danke das du überhaupt geantwortet hast.
Werde gerne noch im englischen Forum um Hilfe bitten.
Finde es von Adobe mehr als armseelig zahlende Kunden dermaßen allein zu lassen.
Zum Laptop:
Er ist fähig die Trial-Version von PSE 13 zu installieren und ziemlich gut auszuführen. Dann sollte es für PSE 12 auch reichen.
Toll ist auch:
Im Download-Manager von Adobe kommt man an die Trial für PSE 13 ran und Möglichkeiten zum Download/Installation für PSE 10 und 11 hab ich auch schon gefunden. Nur 12 fehlt. Da freut man sich doch schon wieder tierisch.
Werd nochmal versuchen 12 zu installieren nachdem die Trial von 13 funktioniert hat. Vielleicht sind die gemeinsamen Technologien ja nun schon drauf oder die Vorbedingungen für die Installation erfüllt.
Melde mich nochmal wenn sich was Neues ergibt und ich eine Lösung gefunden hab.

WD Book live duo, Probleme beim Kopieren (Fehler 59...), Firmware-Update nicht möglich

Es hat 2 Festplatten a 2 TB, die ich als normalen Speicher für Mediendateien benutze und ist an einem D-Link Router angeschlossen, der wiederrum an einer Fritz-Box 7270 angeschlossen ist.
Von den 4 GB sind 3,6 GB gefüllt.
In den letzten Wochen kann ich keine Dateien mehr zuverlässig auf das Book speichern, zum einen hat die Speichergeschwindigkeit rapide abgenommen zum anderen erhalte ich z.B. beim Kopieren von 10 mp3-Musikdateien 3-4 Mal die Meldung: Fehler 59 unerwarteter Netzwerkfehler....Wenn ich auf OK klicke, geht der Kopiervorgang weiter und die beanstandete Datei befindet sich in der Regel im Verzeichnis des WD-Book. Allerdings lassen sich größere Filmdateien gar nicht mehr kopieren.
Das Lesen und Abspielen der Dateien klappt von allen Computern aus hervorragend.
In unserem Netzwerk sind 4 Computer, alle mit gut gewarteten Versionen von Windows 7 oder Windows 8.1., die alle auf das WD Book zugreifen können, bei allen Computern tritt dieser Kopier-Fehler auf.
Über das Webinterface habe ich mehrfach die Kurzdiagnose und die Langdiagnose gestartet, nach mehreren Minuten wurden diese jeweils abgebrochen
Daraufhin habe ich mehrmals versucht ein Firmwareupdate einzuspielen, doch bei 10 Prozent des Updates bricht der Vorgang immer ab.
Daraufhin habe ich mir die aktuelle Firmware als Datei besorgt, doch auch manuell gestartet bricht das Update bei 10 Prozent ab. (Fehler 31303)
An den Computern und an der Hardware (Fritz-Box etc.) wurden seit langem keine Veränderungen vorgenommen. Auch anspruchsvolle Software-Installationen wurden nicht durchgeführt. Bis vor ca. 3 Wochen funktionierte der Kontakt mit dem WD Book zuverlässig, wenn auch nicht "rasend schnell". Da der Kopierfehler nun auf allen Computern auftritt, denke ich an einen Fehler des WD-'Books.
Darum frage ich Sie höflich um Ideen!

Cisco SPA525G Directory

Hallo,
ich habe ein Problem mit dem Directory.
Mein SPA525G hängt an einem IP-Telefonie-Anschluß der Telekom hinter einem Telekomrouter W921V. Eingerichtet sind zwei Provider, und zwar Telekom und Sipgate. Wählen aus dem Telefonbuch ist nur über die mit Sipgate eingerichtete EXT3 möglich, bei Wahl aus den über Telekom gehenden Leitungen EXT1 (Büro) oder EXT2 (Privat) wird der Wählvorgang nicht eingeleitet sondern die Meldung "Bad Request" erscheint auf dem Display. Was habe ich wo nicht richtig eingerichtet ?

Iphone Fehler

Hallo
ich habe folgendes Problem:
Mein IPhone erkennt kein WLAN netz mehr somit habe ich auf der apple seite nachgelesen wo dann stand das man die Software neu startet nachdem man ein Backup gemacht hat. Das habe ich auch getan allerdings hat er mit die Software vom iphone runter gemacht aber er spielt sie mir nun nicht wieder drauf ich kann die Sprache und das Land einstellen dann soll ich es mit Itunes verbinden das hab ich dann gemacht dann sagt er mir Fehler das IPhone kann nicht aktualisiert werden (OxE8000004) Fehlercode
Ich bin echt am verzweifeln da ich kein Telefon mehr habe wo meine ganzen wichtigen Daten drauf sind!
Was kann ich tun?

Ich habe es hinbekommen habe heute den ganzen Tag herum probiert und so 1000 Anleitungen befolgt alle haben nix gebracht. Aber das hat bei mir geholfen:
iReb 5 herunterladen und im 2. Tab 1015 Fixen
Danach geht ihr in euer C Laufwerk und dort in den Ordner Windows. Es könnte sein das es versteckt ist. Danach in den Ordner System 32 und dort in Driver dann in ETC und dort die Datei Host mit dem Editor öffnen. Und dort alles was unten steht rauslöschen. Es sollte nur das dastehn:

Danach mit dem Programm Snowbreeze und einer Firmware Datei die ihr vorher irgendwo runterladen müsst (für euer Gerät) eine Custom Firmware erstellen (Googlen wie das geht)
Und dann in Itunes Shift drücken und auf Wiederherstellen (Recovery) beides gleichzeitig. Und dann die mit Snowbreeze veränderte Firmware reinmachen und dann auf Okay....das lösst das Problem.

Encore 2 - mal wieder Fehler wie erwartet

Hallo, was kann man machen, um Encore zur Ausgabe auf DVD oder DVD-Verzeichnis zu bewegen?
Habe die Trial, um erstmal zu sehen, was Adobe mal wieder an Fehlern eingebaut hat.
So schaut es jedes mal aus:

Also was Recht ist, aber sowohl Ecore DVD 2.0, als auch der Adobe Support sind einfach nur eine mittelmäßige Katastrophe.
Dabei meine ich nicht die Grundfunktionen, des Programms, die sind o.k. wenn auch nicht 100%ig Adobe konform, was darauf schließen lässt dass es sich bei Encore DVD um ein übernommenes Produkt handelt. Diese Grundfunktionen machen aber, wie wir ja alle wissen, nur ca. 20% der Programmierarbeit aus. Stabilität, Fehlerfreiheit, Kompatibilität, die Art der Fehlermeldungen, etc. sind die eigentliche Arbeit ... ganz zu schweigen vom Support. Dies alles, besonders jedoch der Support ist eine mittelmäßige Katastrophe und für einen Weltkonzern wie Adobe einfach nur peinlich.
Wenn jemand nicht weiß, was ich meine, sollte er z.B. einfach mal ein in Encore 2.0 erstelltes Menü (mit Schrift und der Option "Textunterbild erstellen") in Encore CS3 importieren und gucken was mit den Highlights passiert ist. Sorry, das ist elementare Programmierarbeit und hat nichts mit Windows zu tun.
Und wenn man dann, nach dem automatischen Produktrouting der Hotline 15 Minuten in der (kostenintensiven) Warteschleife einen netten Holländer am Telefon hat, der einem sagt:" O, das ist jetzt aber schlecht, aber ich bin eigentlich für DTP zuständig aber ich verbinde Sie mal ... weitere 15 Minuten ... mit dem Resultat dass man gesagt bekommt, dass das Problem ans "Level2 Team weitergeleitet wird ... 3 Tage später ne englische mail bekommt mit dem Tipp, die Menüs in CS3 neu zu erstellen (bei 150 Menüs unseres derzeitigen Projektes ein netter Zeitvertreib) ... ist man doch schon kurz davor, in die Tischkante zu beißen.
Wenn man das Projekt dann aber Schlussendlich in Encore 2.0 fertiggestellt hat, und ans Transkodieren geht, .... beißt man in die Tischkante.
Wie kann es sein das bei 4GB Hauptspeicher vom Programm zu wenig Speicher bemängelt wird?
Wie kann es sein, dass Fehlermeldungen wie "Allgemeiner Fehler" oder "Sorry, an abnormal condition has been detected" ausgegeben werden? ... mal abgesehen davon, das ich als Sprache Deutsch installiert habe!!!!
Wie kann es sein, dass sich bei einem kostenpflichtigen Upgrade auf CS3 bei allem Geklapper und Getröte seitens Adobe unter dem Strich nicht wirklich viel an den Programmen geändert hat, sei es an Premiere als auch an Encore? Da sollte man bei Adobe doch mal zu Firmen wie MAXON oder Apple rüberschielen, wenn es um die Menge an neuen Features für viel Geld geht.
Ich mache die "Adobe-Story" jetzt schon wohlwollend über 10 Jahre mit,... immer in der Hoffnung, dass es sich bessert. Aber ... nö!
Das wollte ich an dieser Stelle einfach mal loswerden, denn Adobe ist arrogant genug, auf freundliche Hilfesuchende Mails zu antworten.

Seit rund einem Jahr bin ich Abonnent der Creative Cloud. Ich stelle nun folgendes fest:
1. Das Programm Creative Cloude Desktop lässt sich nicht installieren. Die Installation bricht mit einem Fehler ab.
2. Ich kann Creative Cloude Desktop nicht mehr aus meinem System deinstallieren. Abbruch mit Fehlermeldung.
3. Ihr System verweigert mein Login in mein Adobe Konto. Auch eine Neueröffnung eines Adobe Kontos bricht mit Fehlermeldung ab.
Ich verstehe nicht, was ich falsch mache und bitte um Erläuterung. Ihre umfangreichen Hilfeseiten helfen mir hier nicht weiter.

als Erstes vielleicht dieses: Wir hier im Forum sind Anwender wie Du und ich. Nur hin und wieder taucht hier jemand der Adobe Mannschaft auf.
Zum Thema:
So seltsam es erscheinen mag, aber das ist wohl wieder eine Sache für das Cleaner Tool.
Manchmal - aus welchen Gründen auch immer - will" CC (auch bei mir) nicht richtig arbeiten. In diesem Fall solltest Du CC komplett löschen (nicht nur mit PC-Bordmitteln) und neu installieren und zwar mit Hilfe des "Adobe Creative Cloud Cleaner Tool".
Ich zitiere: Mit dem Cleaner Tool für Adobe Creative Cloud (CC) können Installationsprobleme bei Adobe Creative Cloud- und Adobe Creative Suite (CS3-CS6)-Anwendungen behoben werden. Das Tool kann Installationsdaten von Prerelease-Installationen von Creative Cloud- und Creative Suite-Anwendungen bereinigen. Es entfernt keine Installationsdaten aus früheren Versionen von Adobe Creative Cloud- oder Creative Suite-Produkten.
Hier der Link: http://helpx.adobe.com/de/creative-suite/kb/cs5-cleaner-tool-installation-problems.html . Bitte beachte unbedingt die dort vorgeschriebenen Folge der Operationen.
Dann wäre da noch dieser Tipp: Manchmal ist aber auch die (zu löschende) Datei "opm.db" im Adobe OOBE Verzeichnis der Übeltäter.

CUVA and SPA525G IP Phone in VPN Mode

Will i be able to co-locate my laptop off of a SPA525G IP phone that is in VPN mode (connected to the internet via Cat5/6 of course, NOT 802.11g) and run CUVA? it is my understanding that CUVA will work on the SPA525G phone when it is on the internal network and has a pc co-located through the phone's switch port. I had a cusomter ask this and i wasn't sure. Thanks in advance for all the help!

The phone PMs may correct me, but I am thinking that SPA5xx phones do not support point to point video in the current revision.

I built a VI and it ran perfectly yesterday. Today when I tried to run it, the following message appeared:

Mögliche Gründe:
LabVIEW: Ein Ausgabeparameter ist ungültig.
NI-488: Befehl erfordert, daß der GPIB-Regler der aktive Regler ist.

First of all, you don't have an "excel" file, which is a proprietary format. You have a delimited plain text table with semicolons separating columns and linefeeds separating rows.
You have only one loop. You are probably talking about first iteration, second iteration etc.
Your loop spins so fast that you will only see the last row after the VI has completed. Use a small wait.
All you need is the following code (looks slightly different, because it is LabVIEW 2010). This will display all rows in sequence for however many rows you have. If you only want to display the first 5 rows, you can wire a 5 constant to the N of the FOR loop.

WebInterface Server - Error while opening the PDF file

Hello,
We are using webinterface to display the MSDS genearated.
Our customers use the link provided to them for displaying the msds.
We imported a few MSDS ( CG36 ), which are in PDF format & displayed successfully on the webinterface server.
However the newly generated MSDS ( Create Report ) from SAP EH&S system are not getting displayed on the webinterface server. We are getting following error message:
Error reading resulitng document from filesystem. Class:
COM.td.ehswww.results.EhsDocument.
Method:getResolvedDocument().This error could have been caused by a misconfigured filter.ini.
We checked and found that the filter.ini file is same on both quality & production system.
We are able to generate & display the report successfully on quality webinterface server.
Problem only appears on the production webinterface server.
We also tried to search for the SAP notes on this issue.
But we could not find out any relevant note for our issue.
Any help in this regarding is highly appreciated.

Thank you very much for your help.
We checked on both quality & production webinterface server.
The Tomcat service is not executed with any specific user.
The system is working fine on quality , we are getting errors only on the production.
We also identified a strange behavior on the production web interface server.
We are able to see files under following menu path:
There are error files getting generated.
I guess these error files are getting generated while converting the rtf file to pdf file.
The resultant PDF file is not getting generated and hence system is giving the error on the webpage.
Can you guide us as to why these error files are getting generated .? What can be the root cause of this issue.? and How to prevent this.?

Some times ago i had some troubles while opening files in labiew....
I want to open a LabView file (no matter if *.vi or *.lvproj file) from a network path (mapped network drive). The Windows User Account Control (Windows 7, 32bit) appears to asking me for giving access to my system settings! Oops, never seen this before, pressing yes button....
Ok, but after this the following error message appears:
I don't know what the correct message in english is
"An error occurred while executing this command"????
"Bei Weitergabe des Befehls an das Programm ist ein Fehler aufgetreten"
The LabView Getting Startet windows will be opened, but not the desired vi or project. Even if i try to open a project from the getting startet window or from the windows explorer, just the UAC window and the same error message.
Easy as it is, just remove the "run as administrator" options on the compatibility settings of Labview and it will run without UAC confirm.
And also files on network drives will be opened.

LabVIEW should indeed not normally be run as admin as it works fine in Win7 when run as a standard user.

If I use the proposed url I got the error: Fehler javax.xml.rpc.soap.SOAPFaultException: System Error.
What could be the problem?

when you start integration builder you 4 choices (Integration Repository, Integration Directory, System Landscape Directory and Runtime Workbench)
Go their and on the next Webpage on the first link "Comp. Monitioring"
Go to "Integration Server" and their to Adapter Engine
you will get another window below.
Go their on button Adapter Monitoring and we will get a overview which are working and which not.

BPM fails due to error "Permanenter Fehler in der BPE Eingangsverarbeitung"

hi all,
i searched the forum and haven't got a proper solution for this.
My scenario is that i am getting a message via a file adapter and sending it to BPM. In my BPM i am receiving this message via a asyc receive step and then
calling a SAP RFC via a synchronous send step. But when i see the result in transaction SXMB_MONI i see that my BPM could not be processed due to an error message in the queue "Permanenter Fehler in der BPE Eingangsverarbeitung".
Any help in this regard would be highly appreciated.

Not sure if this would help you ...but try this..
Did you check the return code of the Integration Process in Cache. Is it 0.
Secondly try to run a simple file2file scenario with using BPM and check if the scenario works.
My guess is that you are getting the error because some configuration has not been done. Check if the BPE is not stopped.Use t-code SWF_XI_ADM_BPE

Issue with SPA525g registation and FXO port call calls are not disconnecting properly

I have a UC540 and updated it to the latest IOS version with the latest firmware to my phones and i am having registration problems with SPA525g IP Phones. I updated the firmware of the phones as well and create manual tftp bindings with but still it is not registering. I run a couple of debugs (debug tftp events and debug ephone registration) I can see from the logs and in the phone that it is taking the proper VLAN and being discovered via CDP and being pointed to the TFTP server and still wont register. I can see that it is also taking its own .cnf file properly then the output sccp token regected invalid devices error is shown I have a SPA502G and it is working fine. Also there is a previous issue that all the voice port are shown as engage or offhook even the calls are disconnected thus make the main PSTN number busy am based in UAE and our service provider is etisalat I have check with them about the proper disconnection values but still it the same. That's why I have arrived in the conclusion to just update everything including the IOS and the phones firmware. I have put my config in this post, I am also trying to take the CCNA Voice exam on the 2nd week of april and I think that if i don't know how fix this issue for our customer then I would probably fail that exam. any suggestion and help is greatly appreciated cisco experts.

Nicolo - First off this stuff gets crazy sometimes. No worries about the exam. Sometimes when FXO ports go crazy it is due to battery reversal. If you go to the FXO port settings try turning battery reversal on and or off... depending on its current setting. See if that helps.
As for the 525s not registering.. These are inside the network correct? Are you connecting one directly to the UC500 with a Cat5E or Cat6 patch cable and the same thing happens? Does the MAC address on the phone match a MAC address under the EPHONE settings?
If you telnet into the UC500 can you execute a "dir" command at the CLI prompt and "CD" (change directory) into the phones folder and then the spa525g folder? Do files exist in there?
Also I only see an IP address under BVI100? This is the voice side of things what happened to the IP address under BVI1 (Data VLAN). Can you give us some information about the internal network? Cna you PING this phone system from the network? What IP address does it have?
