Hello,
I have a problem on my iphone 4 iOS 4.3 with Alarm fonctionnality.
This morning my clock have one hour late.
I have an other problem, since the upgrade to iOS 4.3 i can't access to my Albums.

I don't know about your battery, but there is only one speaker in your phone. The grille on the other side is a microphone. As shown in the picture in the user guide.

The only other comment I could make is to make sure you understand what iOS 7 looks like, as the only other comments I have read regarding iOS 7 is the look. If you have taken the time to review information on the Apple website about iOS 7, then go ahead and upgrade. I would also recommend doing this with the phone connected to the computer and iTunes rather than OTA. There have also been reports of it hanging up and not completing.

Signals drop on iPhone 5s iOS 8.1 both wifi and network

I am having the following problems since i updated to iOS 8.1 on my iPhone 5s 16GB model A1533 :
1- My network signals drop to 3 dots and sometimes to 2 and stay there.
2- Sometimes my wifi disconnects itself on my iphone for almost 4 or 5 seconds
3- My battery is draining faster that ever. I turned off the use of fingerprint and found it useful but still my iphone consumes a lot of battery. I get my battery percentage dropped to 80% from 100% in just 20minutes of whatsapp usage. My fone's vibration is never on. Location services all off except find my iphone. Background app refresh also off. I tried everything. Erase all settings, hard reset etc. NO USE
4- Playing games is really difficult. Battery drains very fast.
I did not have these problems on 7.1.2. Need help

I understand that but I hope that people from Apple will be referring to the support groups and may actually think about that last paragraph.

IPhone 5 iOS 6 FaceTime on wifi and 3G bug

Think this is a bug. I have iPhone 5 with latest IOS 6.0.2 I think.
When I have 3G mobile, but not data enabled and I have a wifi connection FaceTime does not work and says 'connecting' but no connection is ever made.
If I change the settings to 3G with data or wifi only with no 3G then FaceTime works.
At home I have a 3G signal booster connected to my router as I have poor mobile coverage in my area do the 3g signal booster is a must have.
I don't like having 3G data on as well though as this drains my battery quickly and is expensive on data costs From my provider.
Tried to log a bug with apple this is easy to replicate.

So if I understand you correctly when you have 3G data turned off and on wifi - you can't use facetime.
YOu can use wifi for facetime - the other party needs to be on wifi or cellular data.
You can use cellular data for facetime only if your cell providers offers that.

I decided against upgrading to iOS7 on my iPhone 4, however I did download some of the latest updates for my apps (which I assume were iOS 7 updates). The next day, all my text messages disappeared.
I tried to restore my phone through iTunes, but it refused to sync. And then it refused to restore completely. I thought I might need an upgrade on iTunes to allow it to talk to my phone. However, iTunes refuses to believe there are any new versions available ( I haven't updated it since early 2013, so I'm sure there's been updates).
I have since been unable to back up my phone and now I'm afraid of:
1. Losing all the new text messages and data I've since accumulated in the last few months and been unable to back up.
2. Losing the old text messages and data stored through iTunes on my mac.
Any advice would be appreciated. How can I sync everything back up? Or at least make sure my old data is saved somewhere without risk of erasing and then somehow get my phone to sync with itunes again.
I suspect that the app updates may have brought this on.

Apps won't install/update on my iPhone 4S (ios 6.01) says installing and then just stops!? Is there any fix for this?

Okay so basically this morning (20th November 2012) I turned on my iPhone and went onto the App Store to check for app updates which I do every morning, and there was an update for the Wikipedia app and another app, however... When I tried to update these apps, the password conformation box came up as usual and then the message saying the app was installing popped up. But this message disappeared instantly and nothing happened. When I try to download apps from the App Store, the exact same problem keeps happening. Sometimes after two or three tries an app will install but only occasionally. I have tried rebooting my iPhone but with no luck. I have over 11gb of memory left on my iPhone and my Internet connection is strong enough so I'm completely confused! Does anyone know a possible reason for this or maybe even a working fix... Also knowing someone else has this problem would be nice :)

Wi-Fi or Bluetooth grayed out

IPhone 5 (iOS 7.0.4) location and airplane mode bug - kills data cellular connection

So I swapped out my 5 to apple for a 5 with a working power button, and now I have all kinds of issues..
if the phone is put to airplane mode then taken off airplane mode, cellular will not connect (searching..., NO SERVICE, etc.)
if you want to use any kind of location service, once you approve the use of that location service, it also kills the cellular connection.
the only location service that doesn't kill the signal is weather, all else wipes out the connection.
anyone else noticed this bug?
This replacement iPhone is the ATT-Tmo compatible new refurb version, which I intend to swap to apple for a standard ATT version.

I concur with your suggestion. Not sure why they replaced the phone as they did, since replacement devices are supposed to be in kind. In otherwords, they give you back what you bring in. I've never seen this issue where turning on location services turns off cellular. I would take it in as soon as possible.
You never said, were you trying to use this on AT&T? Did it activate correctly?

OK. Called my service provider today. Apparently razmee209 was right. Bell/Virgin network is experiencing LTE problems since September and it affects random people all LTE phones. They said they are working on it. And the solution for now is to turn LTE off and keep the phone on 3G network.
Hopefully it will be fixed soon.

IPhone 4s iOS 6 intermittent screen dims and Ringer volume notification

Seem I am getting intermittent problems which look to be increasing in frequency.
One problem is the screen dimming as though I have turned the screen brightness down to minimum, with no apparent reason.
I've checked the brightness setting and it is set to my usual screen brightness, auto brightness is always off. Touching the screen or home button does nothing and switching apps has no effect either. No particular app is being used at the time so can't pin it down to a buggy app causing it. The only way to restore the brightness is to switch off the phone via the power button.
A similar problem is the dark grey square containing the ringer volume setting, set to the minimum one square appearing without touching the volume buttons. This stays on screen in a similar way to the screen dimming in that. Nothing apart from powering the phone off will remove it.
Also having problems with reduce volume button, could this be the cause of all these problems? This problem is when I'm reducing the volume it actually increases it to the maximum first before reducing it. Again it is intermittent.
Any one with same or similar issues?

My iphone 4 will only sync certain songs and album from my itunes, how can I fix this?

I have an iphone 4, and when I go to drag stuff to sync it to the phone it will only sync certain albums or songs, and not others. Mind you, these bands it will not sync now I have had on the phone in the past so I do not understand whats going on, I've tried redownloading Itunes, and factory setting my phone and none of which have seemed to work if someone can help that would be awesome!

i had the same problem and just figured it out.
plug in your iPhone and click on your phone under Devices in iTunes.
then, at the top, where it says "Summary, Info, Apps, Music, Movies, TV Shows, Photos" click Music
make sure the "Sync Music" box is checked along with "Entire music libary" and apply the changes.
mine wasnt checked and it only had 37 songs in my phone out of 927 that were on my iTunes.

IOS 7.02 iPhone 5 clock and Calendar Problems

The date displayed in the Calendar is always one day ahead of its day shown in the iPhone settings date. Also the clock for the various cities around the World are being incorrectly reflected. Seoul, Korea is shown 2.5 hours earlier than Shanghai time and Seoul is East of Shanghai and I believe it is only 1 hour ahead not 2.5 earlier as shown in iPhone. Never had these problems before update to iOS 7.02. The World Clock and calendar cannot be trusted any more and I hope Apple will correct soon!!!!

If you've already reviewed the settings for Date & Time, what seems pertinent to you is the following:
If the incorrect date, time, or time zone is being set up automatically on the device, please notify your cellular provider. In the meantime, tap General > Date & Time and turn off Set Automatically. Then set the appropriate time and time zone manually.
Note: The option to set automatically might not be available on all carriers in all countries.

Not sure about yahoo, but for gmail, I done the following:
Set up using Exchange on iPhone, it'll keep prompting for password. On PC use captcha option, log in to gmail account from PC after completingg captcha option, enter password on iPhone.
See how that goes for gmail, let us know.
Hopefully someone will have fix for yahoo.

IPhone 4 iOS 5.0.1 stops receiving calls and text messages

Hi all,
My iPhone 4 (iOS 5.0.1) suddenly stopped receiving calls and text messages. However, I'm still able to send them.
The workaround for fixing this issue is to make an hard reset to the iPhone.
This only occured with 5.0.1 version. It's very annoying because I'm not able to know if it's working or not (I can only suppose that it's not working when I'm a long period without receiving calls/messages)
Do you know how to solve this ?
