Iphone 4S - its gone crazy, imessages are sent and received and going thru my Ipad, phone and email. Facetime cannot be used, as I dont have the facetime logo in my contacts anymore. Help!!!
Basically my Imessages thast are sent and received are going to both my Ipads, phone and sent messages are shown to receiver as an email.
When I go into settings / send and receive, it has my email address and a mobile number which is greyed out and cannot be changed, the sim card in my fone is completely different to the one store in the settings. I have no facetime option in my contact list either, its completely gone.

Well when you download the update with iTunes it will always download the whole new version (in your case 7.0.2) even if its just an bug fix. If you already have 7.0 download the update over-the-air.
You already wrote that the update is only 21 MB, so its not the whole firmware package of 7.0.2 you get with iTunes. -

Next time, you can use the Text Wrap function, so you don't need to manually wrap the text. -
I am new to the iphone, just got my 1st one today!
I was just going to let the songs download, but shortly into it I got a message saying I had used 50% of data plan for MONTH, so I panicked and was just pausing each song as it started downloading. There's several hundered songs. Then I got a message saying I had used 75% data! I turned on my airplane mode to stop everything. Thanks.Syncing shouldn't trouch you photos unless you have photos in a Photo Library album. These would be photos that were synced to your phone from your computer. If you do have any, you'll need to use an app like PhotoSync to transfer them to your computer prior to syncing.
If you prefer to backup your camera roll photos prior to syncing, open iTunes and go to Preferences>Devices and check "Prevent...from syncing automatically". Then connect your phone to your computer and import them as explained here: http://support.apple.com/kb/HT4083.
Then, to minimize data loss, follow the steps in this user tip: https://discussions.apple.com/docs/DOC-3141. To follow the steps, first open iTunes and go to View>Show Sidebar. Also, Transfer Purchases is now located in File>Devices. -

After i downlaod and install firefox.. i get a message displayed ...as "this application has failed to start because usp10.dll was not found.Re-installing the application may fix this problem".Please help me fix this as i want to use firefox.I do have IE but with firefox it would be more comfortable.

The os x lion does not have the Dayi Pro Chinese input method anymore, help!

Apple can fix it without your receipt or box. They pull the serial number from the device and determine warranty status from that. Hopefully ApplCare was registered to the product before you lost the receipt though. If not, you can go back to the point of purchase and obtain your AppleCare receipt and Apple can help attach it to the iPhone.

I don't have a phone plan, so I cannot text without wifi. I have been using iMessage to text my friends, until it stopped working. I can text my sisters email, but not my boyfriends iPhone. The send button will not turn blue. Help? Please?
There is a problem with iMessage with what Apple says is a small number of iPhones and they are working on a fix. In the meantime try this:
1. Settings > Messages > iMessage = Off
2. Settings > FaceTime > FaceTime = Off
3. Settings > General > Reset > Reset Network Settings
4. Wait for the iPhone to Reboot
5. Settings > FaceTime > FaceTime = On
6. Settings > Messages > iMessage = On
You may have to repeat the steps a couple of times.

Well, i bought my iphone about 3 months ago and i activated it about 1 and a half month ago, because i bought it in the usa and the activated it in another country, anyways since the first day i activated my iphone it has gone crazy ican't unlock it when i have to slide it at the beginning sometimes it opens apps alone, it types alone sometimes my iphone is completly good but then it goes crazy. Then i was going crazy with my iphone so i dicided to reset it, after i did such thing the iphone was still crazy, Then an update (IOS 6.01) came and i thought that the update will save my iphone by fixing this problem but it was exactly the same. please help me because my country doesn't provides an apple store where i can have apple support.

HELP HELP HELP PLEASE I REALLY NEED MY IPHONE.Basic troubleshooting from the User's Guide is reset, restart, restore (first from backup then as new). Try each of these in order until the issue is resolved.
If basic troubleshooting does not resolve, take the device to Apple for evaluation and possible replacement.
Be aware that the iPhone warranty is NOT International. You will need to either return to the US with the device and take it to Apple or ship it to someone you know in the US to take it to Apple. -

Restart your device.

My iPad has been stolen. Someone broke into my house on Tuesday. I have already tried locking it through icloud. I have reported this to the authorities but they cannot do much unless I give them the serial number to the iPad. With the serial number they can put it into a database and send that inormation to pawn shops, so i the theie tries to pawn it, the pawn shop employeee can convscate the iPad and hand it over to the authorites. I need the serial number to report it to the authorities. I dont have the box it came in or the receipt and its not on my itunes on the computer because I didnt use it or music, just pictures. Can someone please help??? btw, some words are misspelled becasue the letter that comes ater the letter E, doesnt work on my keybord.

In your case your only solution is to restore it ( see http://support.apple.com/kb/HT1808 ) and you may need to force it into restore mode to do that. This will wipe everything off it and reset it as new, without the passcode. You can then redownload purchased content, buy unless you have a sync'd copy of your contacts and photo's they will be gone.
