I bought an iPhone 4S unlock. 1st time after I putted the SIM card in, it works for 10minute and then rejected. It showed: Invalid SIM card or :No SIM cared instatalled".
How do I fix it?

It's a very common problem, you can find a discussion here by searchin phrase "Invalid SIM card" or what ever your iPhone tells.
Its NOT related to locked or unlocked device.

Did you buy an unlocked phone? If not, then only the carrier to which it is locked to can unlock the phone. -

The term "factory unlocked" has no meaning. Your phone was not legitimately unlocked. Contact the carrier it is locked to and find out if you can get it unlocked.

Sounds like you bought an AT&T no contract phone. You will need to contact AT&T for unlocking but they are only doing so for current and previous account holders. If you have never had service with them they will not unlock your phone.

Contact the original cellular provider, as they are the only ones that can provide unlocking.

If there is no SIM card, insert one from the carrier to whom the device is locked.
As for unlocking the device, only the carrier to whom it is locked can unlock it. -

There is no way to do this with a stock Apple firmware. I am in the same boat. I wanted to use my old iPhone strictly for development, as I am upgrading to the new iPhone. Unfortunately, I got bitten by the SIM card problem and my phone old phone won't even recognize a SIM card anymore. In my opinion, requiring a SIM just to use apps on the phone needs to go away. This iPhone is not currently setup to work with carrier you're attempting to use. Please insert another SIM card from a supported carrier or request that this iPhone be unlocked.It sounds like you or someone else hacked the phone to unlock it. Updating it locked it to the original carrier.
How did you unlock it? The ONLY legitimate way is to ask the carrier it is locked to to unlock it. Any other way requires hacking or jailbreaking the phone. -

Power off the phone. Use a paper clip to pop out the Sim Tray. Insert a Micro-SIM from T-Mobile or a regular SIM cut down to size. Re-insert the SIM tray. Turn the phone back on.
Keep in mind that 3G data, Visual Voice Mail, MMS messaging, and FaceTime will NOT function correctly on T-Mobile in the US. Some people report getting MMS to work, but you'll need to contact T-Mobile for assistance. T-Mobile in the US is NOT a supported carrier. Their network is not fully compatible with the iPhone. -

It sounds a lot like your phone was hacked or jailbroken to unlock it prior to your trying to update it.
If that is the case, it is nowpermanently bricked. -

You cannot. The iPhone is locked to Softbank, and only they can unlock it. Problem is that Softbank will NOT unlock the phone, as they do not offer iPhone unlocking.
Buy an iPhone in the Phillipines.
PS Before you go on a rant at Apple, be aware that Apple does NOT unlock phones and they do not set unlocking policies. The carriers (Softbank in this case) set the unlocking policy. -

Phone B should be on the 'Hello' screen. Do not swipe it. Launch iTunes. Plug in Phone B.
When iTunes asks if you want to set up as new phone or restore from backup, choose restore from backup of Phone A.
After this setup, any changes to one phone (i.e. adding a contact, downloading an app) will have to be manually duplicated on the second phone, if that is your desire). Making changes to one phone will not affect the other after setup. -
