IPhone 5c numerous replacements

Good afternoon!
I have had my iPhone 5c replaced 3 or 4 times since first purchasing it due to diagnostic issues. My question is can Apple replace my phone with a different model since it seems there is a defect with the 5c? I own nothing but Apple products including an iMac, iPad, iPod, MacBook and have always had iPhones since they first came out. I do not have any problems with any of my other Apple products, which leads me to believe that the iPhone 5c model is the issue. I drop calls, texts, lose signal and have other various diagnostic issues daily. I have been a loyal Apple customer for years and really do not want to stop using their cellular phones, but I cannot go through this every day any longer. I have set up another appointment with the Genius Bar in my area for tomorrow evening, but really do not want to go all the way over there for the 5th time in just a couple of months if nothing new is going to be done for me. Can someone please reach out to me and give me some information on this?

Yes, Apple ran diagnostic tests on my phone each time they replaced it. They also told me about not restoring from backups due to corrupted files transferring also, so I did what they suggested each time. When I spoke to tech support on the phone earlier today I was told that certain stores have more "pull" as far as doing something like this when replacements have been given numerous times for the same model and the same problem keeps popping up, so I was wondering if anyone had experience with them doing that. Regarding your broken, previously authorized computer, here's how that works:
You would authorize your new computer -- maybe you've done that already. Then you will have two computers authorized. Apple allows you to have up to five computers authorized at any time. If you get to five, you can then go to your account details in iTunes and remove all authorizations.
Bear in mind this is not saying you can synch to more tham one library. Razmee209 and gdgmacguy's comments above are correct. But if Apple only allowed you to authorize one computer at a time, then having a broken computer would mean you could no longer use your Apple ID with iTunes.

That's correct. iTunes will delete any apps you have not downloaded through your own iTunes account. If you did use your own iTunes account, choose iTunes > File > Transfer purchases... to move the apps into your own iTunes Library.

Re-download the apps through your own iTunes account (pay for them if necessary). Apps cannot be shared between different iTunes user accounts.

I think you will have to do a complete restore--you will lose any info added since last backup. Connect phone to computer, select it in souce list. Next, click on Summary tab, click Restore. In the next dialog box, click Restore--your phone will be erased and the latest software will be installed. Click agree to terms and phone will restart. Then you will see the phone setup screen--click on Restore from Backup and select the most recent backup. Obviously, this will only work if you have a backup on the computer. If not, check Set up as New Phone, click continue, then wait for the process to finish.

For anyone who had their iPhone 5 battery replaced in the replacement program, I was wondering if you could tell me how long this took and what the procedure is. Can you do this at a Genius Bar? I'm probably going to have no more than a few hours to do this between trips and wondering if it takes five minutes or a couple of days.

The current iPhone 5 battery replacement program has caused some Apple Stores (including all of them in Houston) to run out of spare batteries. They order more, but can take a few days to get fresh stock.
I went into a store on Tuesday. The Genius ran a diagnostic to be sure my battery was in bad enough shape o qualify. It did, but they were out of batteries, so they put me in line to get one. Today's shipment included a battery with my name on it, so I took the phone back in today. The replacement was complete about 45 minutes later.

IPhone 5 battery replaced by Apple, now constantly rebooting

Yesterday, my wife and I both had our batteries replaced by Apple as part of the battery replacement program. Mine is working fine, but my wife's is not. When we got home, the battery was at 22% (understandable since it had just been replaced with a new one). I plugged it to charge. After about 4 hours, I checked it, and it was still at 22%! I did a hard reset and the phone came back up at 100%, so I figured it was a glitch. Well, this morning it was still at 100% after not being plugged in since yesterday, so I did another hard reset. Now, the iPhone will reboot itself every 3-4 minutes.
I have tried restoring the phone as a new device. (I can't restore a backup since it will reboot before completing).
Strange thing,...it doesn't seem to reboot unless I am using the iPhone, or it is plugged in trying to sync. If I let it just sit on the table with the screen off, it won't reboot.
I have an appointment at an Apple store tomorrow, but I am afraid since it is out of warranty, they won't help me....even though it was working fine before they replaced the battery (other than the fact the battery died after about 8 hours).
Any thoughts out there?

Check out my solution. This worked for me after having the battery replaced for my iPhone 5 at the Genius Bar. Not sure if it'll fix the 100% issue though. Tried resetting network settings like above. I'll have to see and wait. Just had my battery replaced yesterday.

Restore from the backup!
You password: You have set it! It might be your passcode or you mioght have set it accidentally, so test all of the passwords you normally use. If you cannot get the password you backup is lost, but you can still sync your iTunes content.
