IPhone crashes in EDGE settings.
My iPhone seems to keep crashing everytime I try to enter the WAP settings in Settings > General > Network > WAP
I will type in the first address and when I move down to username it just crashes back to the Springboard. I've tried every combination of entries and still crashes.
I have reset and rebooted. Last resort will be to restore but I was wondering if anyone had a solution.

I had this problem and seem to have solved it, touch wood... go to settings > general > reset > reset network settings, and this seems to have done the trick.

My iPhone crashes whenever I open the Mail, YouTube, Safari, Stocks, iTunes, App Store, and iPod apps, my iPhone instantly exits the app. This also happens when I tap on the "clear cookies" option in settings. So far it does not appear to affect any third-party apps, or any of the other standard apps that are installed on the phone. I have tried resetting, powering on and off, and restoring the phone many times to no avail. It seems to be mainly the apps connected to the internet, although there are non-internet apps involved. I am running iOS 4.3.3 on iPhone 4 on AT&T. Please help me!

While updating for both 1.0.1 and 1.0.2, the iphone crashes and has to be restored, THEN updated. I haven't hacked anything on my iphone, so why is this happenening?
I don't want to lose all my settings and notes just to fix some bugs.Hard to say on that. I would have it looked at. Have you tried a different USB connection or cable?? I had a bad cable do that to me...

Does the iOS device connect to other networks? If yes that tend to indicate a problem with your network.
Does the iOS device see the network?
Any error messages?
Do other devices now connect?
Did the iOS device connect before?
Try the following to rule out a software problem:
- Reset the iOS device. Nothing will be lost
Reset iOS device: Hold down the On/Off button and the Home button at the same time for at
least ten seconds, until the Apple logo appears.
- Power off and then back on your router
.- Reset network settings: Settings>General>Reset>Reset Network Settings
- iOS: Troubleshooting Wi-Fi networks and connections
- Wi-Fi: Unable to connect to an 802.11n Wi-Fi network
- iOS: Recommended settings for Wi-Fi routers and access points
- Restore from backup. See:

- Restore to factory settings/new iOS device.
If still problem and it does not connect to any networks make an appointment at the Genius Bar of an Apple store since it appears you have a hardware problem.

Replace the files on your new computer with the backups you recovered. Place your iphone backup in the proper location.
Authorize your new computer, store>authorize this computer.
Disable auto sync when an ipod/iphone is connected in itunes under preferences.
Make sure you have at least one contact and one calendar event in what ever program you use for that purpose on your pc.
You need to transfer any photos on your phone to your new pc before you sync.
When you connect your phone, select restore from backup & select the backup you placed on your computer. Make sure you have at least one contact and one calendar event in whatever programs on your pc you use for that purpose. At the prompt, when you sync, select merge data. -
Ever have iPhone crash when you try to delete Keyboard Shortcut
When I goto Settings > General > Keyboard and then under "Shortcuts" when I try to delete one of them and only a spesific one, the iPhone crashes and goto he homescreen (First Springboard) . Well, if your profile information is correct (iPhone 4S with iOS 6.1.4), then your device is jailbroken. 6.1.3 is the highest available for iPhone 4S.
Check your information; don't 'assume' that you have the newest iOS. Go to Settings > General > About, and see what is says next to 'Version'. -
I have two Apple IDs current. One my iPhone one appears in Settings/iCloud and this is the ID associated with my iMac. The second appears on my iPhone when I connect to the App Store to purchase or update. I have forgottenthe password for this ID and also the secuity questions. Attempts to reset the password by email have been unsuccessful as no email has been received and I have lost the answers to security questions. How can I reinstate this ID? Help please
Call Apple Care for your country and ask for help resetting the password and the security questions.

for some reason , when i restore my iphone 4s to factory settings my headphones work when listening to music or youtube videos but when i backup my information onto it , it only comes out of one ear bud and i just got a new one from the apple store. my old iphone 4s audio jack was messed up but i just got a new one with my warranty , can anyone help me please.
It doesn't matter what it is in your backup that's causing the problem because you can not selectively restore things from your backup. It's all or nothing.
Set you phone up as a new device and start over. -

On my iphone 3GS, I tap Settings, iCloud. The account is incorrect and light grey, which will not allow me to edit the account. Other problems stemming from this have to do with storage and photo stream.

This is what I mean:
In the settings on my iPhone, I click iCloud which puts me at a screen and at the top is iCloud Account Information. Under that is Apple ID. This is where the wrong id is.
Further down the page is the Storage Plan information, which says cannot load storage plan.
Also, iCloud Back-up: " iCloud Backup is inable to access the (wrong account, again). Review your account information in settings." I did and ran into the problem above. -
