Last night charging for around 3-4 hours only charged a dead phone by 55% then left it to charge overnight
Today the battery dropped from 6:15 am full charge to 53% at 10:38 am at time of writing this with
1 phone call out for 30 secs
1 incoming missed call,
Whatsapp fetched around 10 msgs
Email fetched around 20 ermail from 4 accounts but not viewed yet on phone

Mine and my wifes iphon 5s is having way too many problems for today's technology, when using iTunes music app from the lock screen if you press pause from the lock screen it stays the same not like before when you paused the music the play buttons would disappear but now they just stay there, and when playing YouTube videos in the background from safari and the phone is in lock screen and you receive a text the screen will stay lit until you turn it off yourself and also the same thing happens in the home screen if your playing YouTube from safari in the background the phone won't auto dim of auto lock after any amount of time it will stay on forever these problems need to be fixed, also the wifi is not working like it used to and the LTE and 3G data are slow, slower then the 3GS when ios 6 came out. Please fix thank you, loyal customers for 8 years and own almost every product you sell, thanks again
Any number of things could have caused the phone to do this. If after the reset you are experiencing additional problems, the next step in the troubleshooting process is a restore from a backup. Make sure you have one before you start the restore process. If that does not improve things, then you may have to restore as a new device. Remember, restoring as a new device will delete all data off the phone. Make sure all of your pictures are imported to the computer and all other data is synced to supported applications on the computer before restoring as new. Am trying to import photos taken with my iPod touch to my windows 7 computer. When I plug in my iPod the Auto play dialogue box doesn't come up. I read the related article and tried to enable the behavior but when I go to the autoplay section and to devices the iPod does not appear in the devices menue . What can I do next? Thanks

When Burning a DVD from IDVD it does not encode Video
I am having trouble burning a DVD that will not freeze. All of them come out and are read by DVD players of all kinds, but it gets about 3 minutes into the video, and it freezes. I saved as Image to Disk, and it went through the Burning process flawlessly and played through in its entire contents, but then when I tried to burn it to a DVD, it made the menus fine, but when it came to encoding the video, it skipped that part and went straight to encoding audio and it did not work. It came out with just a little video on there, but it did not use the same process as the Save Disc to Image did. When I saved Disc to Image it played through the whole project in kind of a slow motion. The Burning to a DVD did not do that at all.
Please HELP!I do not have 20gb free on my start up drive. I will once I delete the bulk of the project. How can I save the project to make sure that when I delete the big project, the parts that I have edited and want to not get deleted?
As for my Imovie, It is a 22 minute long home video that does include 5 chapter markers, including the one that starts the movie from the begining. There is music for every clip from my itunes. The theme i chose is the first one listed on the list. It starts in from the right side, and then scrolls across at the top. All of the menus work fine when i play my burned DVD. In fact, everything works fine except for that one part when it freezes up.
I do not understand what you mean by adding my movie to a drop zone and not to the background. The way i started it on Idvd was by clicking, create an Idvd from the menu on imovie.
I made a new step of progress and i got the encoding of the video, but it still did not work. It froze at 3:03 instead of 3:27, 3:38, or any of the others. This is the second disk i have made though that will play on my Powerbook. It freezes on everything else though. -
How do I remove a device from iTunes that does not show up under "Manage Devices" in account?
My husbands macbook is logged in with his iTunes account. For some reason my iPad (linked with my account) keeps showing up on his macbook under his account. I went on his account and to manage devices and my iPad is not one of the devices listed. So how do I permanentaly delete my iPad from showing up on his account?
It is showing up in his iTunes library as all iDevices would.
That has nothing to do with his iTunes account.
My iPad device is not an option as a device being used by his apple ID.
It's not being used by his AppleID.
Select the iPad in his iTunes library.
Click the Summary tab.
Uncheck Sync this iPsd over wifi.
Uncheck Open iTunes when this Pad is connected.
Right click > Eject the iPad. -

If all your creditcard details are correct, you should be able to login and make purchases.
Please note however, that the security code (CVC code) can be asked by apple on several occassions (f.e. when you're using a device for the first time) to confirm you're the credit card owner.

I am using the latest version of Smart Photo Editor to edit in external editor from LR5. On LR4 the new image appeared in the catalog, not so with LR5. I have to go to the folder and Sync it so the image appears. Then all my other images are compiled and i will only see that one image which is the "latest import". MAybe something on the settings?
i found LR5 the most bug infested LR version ever.
i "use" it only as test setup.
real work i still do with LR 4.4.

nope.. in this forum you will only hear that this is not such a big issue and will be fixed soon.
honestly im waiting for some bugs to be fixed since v3.6..... and i gave up on reporting new bugs to adobe.

The proximity sensor might have failed on your phone. That's what forces the phone to dim the screen when you bring it up to your face.

My son and I both have iphones with the same Apple ID. Since I installed iOS this morning I have started receiving all my sons texts and when I send him a text it is delivered to both of us. How can I remove my phone from the joint Apple ID and remove myself from finding out what he is up to during Freshers week!

I bought a iphone 4 from a guy on craigslist, I knew about ios 7.0 having the lock thing, but when I met him, his simcard was in the phone, I tested the phone with his simcard in from of him. The phone looked great with no problems and I even got the box with the accesories, so I knew it was his... I then did the reset on the phone (erase all data... from settings) and it went through and activated and everything was good... I used the phone for about a month with no problems at all, even had my apple ID in the icloud and everything... well ios 7.0.6 came out and I used my computer to restore the phone, because I feel that the cord and computer gives it a better restore, it did great no problems, and when it went to the part where I went to activate the phone, I get a enter your apple id and password to complete activation... Wait... why is this up i thought, I thought I did everything like I suppose to to succesfully switch it to me, the new owner... but now its asking for some C******@yahoo.com.... I only have @gmail.com emails and none start with a C... The guy sold me the phone because he was switching to Verizon, and I tried to call him, and now the number is disconnected... I guess he switched to Verizon with a new number... Now im stuck with a paperweight that costed me $200.00... What can I do at this point... Please help me... I restored it to give it to my Step Son as I just got me the iphone 5... Thank you for ANY HELP in advance... Thank you again.
