Is it available aging report by sales person in B1 2007A SP01 PL8 or any other B1 cluster, product PL version and localization?

I´m running LMS 4.1 Prime for Windows.
I tried an immediate report with PSIRT/EOX Report option: Cisco.com
The job succeeded, but without any data in the report

I unzipped it and put it in the folder C:/PROGRA~1/CSCOpx/files/rme/jobs/inventory/reports/EOX_PSIRT/local_xml (please read \ instead of /, because it is wrong in the LMS display).
I set SIRT/EOX Report option: local
And again, the job succeeded, but without any data in the report (same message as before)
What do you think is happening? How could I debug the process?

Formula - Get the remaining space available on the report page

Hello,
i need the output positions (on Page) of the last record of a group.
It is possible the get the output coordinates (Pager x and y-Position) of this record.
Or it is possible to get the remaining space available on the report page with a formula ?
The formula should look like this. (e.g.)
if OnLastRecord and
ReportFieldName.OutputPositionY > MyLimit then
..... [do something]
or is this there a property where i can get the last output position

You'd need to keep a counter of lines used per page to do this.
The amount of space isn't a property or a functionj within Crystal itself.
Perhaps you shoukld post why and what the requirements are rather than asking that a specific architecture be used.
I' can tell that you're bright, however there just might be someone somewhere with a different way of addressing the need.

Moving the Reporting Services and Report Server DB into AlwaysON Availability Group

I have configured the new set of SQL 2012 AlwaysOn Availability Group and need to move the SSRS and it's Report Server DB into that Availability Group.
Can anyone give tell me the steps to do this move?
Can I just backup the ReportServer DB into the AG server then import that DB into the SSRS running on the new AlwasyOn AG SQL?

Based on your description, it seems that you want to move the Report Server database to a different server. If so, both the reportserver and reportservertempdb databases must be moved or copied together. You can move the databases by using Detaching
and Attaching or Backup and Restore.
What's more, you should also backup the encryption keys for the report server database you want to move and then restore to the new server.
You can configure report server databases in Always On Availability Group to be part of a replica; however Reporting Services will not automatically use a different replica for the report server databases when a failover occurs

Is it possible to take the CDR data from a v4.2 Call Manager and copy it to a separate server where it would be made available for reporting?

Is it possible to take the CDR data from a v4.2 Call Manager and copy it to a separate server where it would be made available for reporting? We are not interested in migrating the CDR data to v6 because of the concerns it introduces to the upgrade process. Is it possible to get the raw data and somehow serve it from a different machine? (knowing it would be 'old' data that stops as of a certain date). If so, what would be the complexity involved in doing so?
It seems like the CDR data lives within MSSQL and the reporting interface is within the web server portion of the Call Manager... that's as far as we've dug so far.

It is absolutely possible to get the data - anyone you have in your org with basic SQL skills can move the data off to a standalone SQL server. This could be done most simply by backing up and restoring the DB using SQL Enterprise Manager.
Moving the CAR/ART reporting tool would be more difficult... if you do actually use that for reporting (most people find it doesn't do what they need and don't use it for anything but basic troubleshooting, and get a third party package) then the best option may be to keep your publisher (possibly assigning it a new IP) and leave it running for as long as you need reporting.
You would then need a new server to run your upgraded V6 CCM; you may find you need this anyway.

Hi,
You can create report using catalog manager:
1. Open catalog in Online mode.
2. Select shared folder & then click on Tool-> create report.
3. For report name -> select Analysis from drop down list & move "Name" in right pane(or whatever detail u want, u can select from list).
4. For Dashboard -> select Dashboard from drop down list & then move name in right pane.
5. Click OK & save report.

Infocube not available in the report

Hi Gurus,
I created an Infocube , activated and loaded data successfully from ODS. I saw in manage, cube is available for reporting but when I search the cube in BEx to create a query on it , It is not available. Do you know why it is not available in BEx.

Liza,
Click on the create icon (blank page) and then go to the InfoAreas. If it is a new cube, it will not show up in the InfoAreas, until a query is created against it.
Also check your reporting authorizations

How to avoid 'No Data Available' message in the Report

Dear BI experts,
We have created report (child report) in the Query designer and for some employees the report returns no data with a message 'No Data available' which is fine.
But we have a requirement that this message should not appear. This is because when this report is being called from another Master report (which is created from Web Application Designer) the message 'No Data available' looks odd because this master report has other reports which have data.
Hence our users want to have a blank in the child report when there is no data.
Could you please suggest a method by which we can hide this message on the child report (in the Query designer level) or at the Master report level (in the Web application designer).

Hi I did not get your Master report and Child report concept. Is it a jump from one report to another?
Every report gets its data from a query. The one you are referring as Master Report in Web application designer should be using a query underneath it. Try to find out that query name.
You are bound to get the message No data if there is no data in the Cube. To check if there is any data in the cube use the transaction LISTCUBE. Replicate all the filters on the query and count the number of records there. They should match what your query gives out as results.
There is one way to get the Blanks. Fill all the empty records with Zeros in the cube and replace zeros with space on query level. But I will not recommend that.
In order to give you a better solution. Please specify what is in your Master Report and Child report and their relationship. Are using a context menu(Right click) to go to a child report?
Also give the layout of your report.
We can use structures to get around the No data problem. But I can explain it only after I understand your requirements.

Please refer to the "queries" subsection in the left panel of this following link. It contains list of queries from 0SD_c01 to 0SD_c05 cubes. You can see the corresponding cube when you select the query.

New InfoObject is not available in the report in the QA system

i transported one report to QA system .
then i changed one InfoObejct in the InfoCube & report in the DEVB. Then i transported that report & infocube to the QA system.
But when i try to open the report in the QA system then it says that new InfoObject is not avialable in the report in QA system .
So pls tell me wt i have to do .....

This InfoCube also transported to UBW also. Even though im not getting this InfoObject in the report in the UBW report.

I allow users to download reports using the Interactive Reports Region.
If you use that method then you can insert a title at the top of the report by populating the Report Region > Print Attributes (TAB) > Page Header
Note: This is available when using APEX coupled with Oracle Business Intelligence Publisher. It does not work with "CSV" output.

Unable to see data in the report or workbook

Hello All,
We are struggling to display data in the report level or workbook, however the data is available in Multiprovider.
Error Message: "No Applicable Data Found"
Steps Carried Out:
1. Dropped the BIA Indexes for relevant cubes and Reactivated the Multiprovider, still did not work.
2. When we checked for previous years like 2013, we are able to see data in the report. To elaborate an issue, we loaded budget data for year 2015 as requested by user. Restricted the same filters from the Query in the Multiprovider and able to see the data in the backend, however not data can be seen in the Report.
3. Three Hierarchies are restricted in the Filters of the Query.
It would be great, if any of you can help us to fix the issue.

Have you used any exists?
in exists is there any system date kind?
Can you try to run your report thru RSRT and use debug option there.
before reporting please check your all connected targets have data for reporting.
mean at targets-->request tab, reporting symbol was there or not.
Any master data objects included in multi provider?
if yes then please check those, if any ACR was running then it may cause you.
if possible try to develop simple query with as per needs(mean to see 2015 data only).
As my guess selections/filters migth be hidden, please check those.

Materialized view not being used in the report

I have had a materialized view (MV) for a particular report. Recently, the report definition has changed little bit, so the existing MV is not being used by the report anymore. I copied the code Discoverer's SQL Inspection and recreated the materialized view. But still it is not working. Obviously, I am missing something at the database level. Does anyone have any idea? The database is 9i and Discoverer is 9.0.2. Thank you!

The SQL that you see from the Inspect SQL option will provide you with the SQL that Discoverer sends to the database. The database then may do a query rewrite to point to an available materialized view if available. This rewrite won't be seen from the inspect sql option. You need to check at the database level to verify if a query rewrite did in fact take place.

Cube values not getting populated in the report

Hi,
I have done the selective deletion of Purchase orders and done the repair load, the set of records are there in the cube but unable to see in the report.. the records in the cube satisfies the selection criteria also.

Data loaded in Infocube is not visible in the Reporting

In the info cube, the data is not visible for reporting, How can i make it available for reporting,
When i select the Manage option from the context menu of the cube and select the Requests Tab, i get a pop up message that tells
" There is an inconsistency between the load status of the data and the option of reporting on this data.
There is data in the InfoCube/ODS object that is OK from a quality point of view, but is not yet displayed in reporting.
The problem, for example, is to do with request 0000018049, number REQU_F4ZBFRMDGBULE9WCUN3R5UX5X."
How do i find out the inconsistancies?
PS: All the requesta are delta upload
There is no aggregates for this cube.

Use the RSRV transaction and select All Elementary Tests in the dropdown ->Transaction data , select the Consistency of the Time Dimension for an InfoCube and select your cube and Execute the button ..if any error are there it will display the inconsistency ..Repair the Inconsistency with Correct Button..
Check the other test also ..
