Is it posible to trigger the rejection activity from backend?

We have an issue in production with a candidate whom the recruiter wants to send a rejection to. But when the activity is chosen the correspondence is instead the invite letter (hrrcf_CS_IT_invite), this should have been hrrcf_CS_IT_rejection.
So far its only this one candidate who has this problem.
So the question is, is there a way to complete the activity from backend?
I am thinking something like transaction se24 => CL_HRRCF_CANDIDATE_APPLICATION => F8 => method GET => enter application ID => F8 => ???? is it possible to push it forward?

Hi Mathias
Yes you can send the letter from backend using SOST t-code.
First check the SOST t-code and see how many communicaion sent to that candidate.
You can also check the workflow triggered for that candidate in SWIA and SWI5 if it is not correct then you have to check with the workflow team.
I hope it will help you to solve the issue.
Cheers

  • MQ Adapter does not clear the rejected message from the queue

    Hi All,
I'm using a MQ Adapter to fetch the message from the queue without any Backout queue configured. However, whenever there is any bad structured message found in the queue, MQ adapter rejects the message and moves the message to the rejmsg folder but does not clear it off the queue, as a result of which it keeps retrying the same hence, filling the logs and the physical memory. Somehow we do not have any backout queue configured so I can move the message to blackout queue. I have tried configuring the jca retry properties and global jca retry as well but to no avail.
    - Is it not the default behaviour of MQ Adapter to remove the rejected message from the queue irrespective of Backout queue is configured or not? The same behaviour working well with the JMS and File Adapter though.
    - Is there any way I can make MQ Adapter delete the message from that queue once it is rejected?

  • How to write a procedure to run the call the custom package from backend

    Hi All
    Oracle 10g
    Oracle Apps R12
I am working with oracle order management here we have a customize Package called (Pick Release).Due to some problem we have running this concurrent program by manually giving Route_id as parameter. The route_id is taken from the route Table. By using this query
    select distinct route_id from route@DB_LINK_APPS_TO_ROADSHOW
    where trunc(route_date) = trunc (sysdate+2).
so daily we have nearly 42 routes and we are running this concurrent program manually nearly times.
so now how to write a procedure for this
Step 1 Getting the route from route table.( By cursor we can get the route_id Accordingly)
Step 2 How to trigger the custom package from back end and execute accordingly to that output of the cursor(route_id)
If the cursor get 40 routes is it then the concurrent program runs 40 times according to that route_id.
can some could provide the steps to do this
    Thanks & Regards
    Srikkanth.M

This is about 4 or 5 lines of PL/SQL and the name of the custom package is not provided.
If you request someone in this forum to do your work for free -because obviously you didn't even try to write it, which must be considered abusing this forum- you must at least provide sufficient info so someone can do it.
And no, I won't do it for you.

  • Edit the rejected SC from UWL

    HI Guru's
In current situation if SC is rejected by Manager, Requester has the ability to EDIT & re-submit the SC via POWL, however it is not possible when Requester access the work item from Approval Inbox.  How to re-submission of SC should be possible from Approval Inbox and the workflow should be re-determined based on the new changes done by Requester in SC.We are migrating from ACW to PCW hence kindly suggest for Process controlled workflow.

  • Trigger the modelsupport2.dll from parallelmodel.seq

I want to trigger/control the modelsupport2.dll interface by putting it into different modes like "running" "terminating" etc. from the Parallelmodel.seq. As it is right now, the operator needs to press the "OK", "Next UUT" button, I want to skip this. My question is simply. How does the dll call look like from parallelmodel?
    Regards Fredrik Westberg

    Hi Fredrik,
There is an example in '\TestStand 2\Examples\Callback\ParallelModel' which may help you.
Setting the ModelOptions.ParallelModel_ShowUUTDlg to False will allow you to provide your own mechanism. Then its a case of setting up the TestSocket container.
    Hope is provides some help.

  • Is it possible to trigger the next event from within the event case?

I have a rather complicated event that is triggered by a change in value of a particular button in the interface. In some cases, I want to alter that button's value when handling other events. But when I do this, the event handling a change in value for that button does not get triggered. Is there a way to make sure the value change event gets handled at the next iteration of the while loop in which the event structure sits?

    Welcome to the Apple Community.
Unless you mistakenly logged into his account then the most probable explanation is that he is using your ID. As for yours not showing up, have you enabled Find my phone on your device.
The best thing to do would be to change your password, this will stop him seeing any of your information. Of course this would cause a problem for him if he is using your account since he will get locked out of using his devices when you do this. It could be interesting, he may need to admit what he's been doing and ask you to release his devices so he can use them.

  • Pricing conditions for the articles are getting triggered one day before the actual activation date to 3rd party systems through job WPMU.

    Hi SAP Guru´s,
Currently we are sending the pricing, promotions & article master data delta load to 3rd party system from SAP ECC via SAP XI through IDOCS using daily scheduled batch jobs WPMU. IDOC segment - WP_PLU.
Here the issue is the promotion & pricing data are sent to 3rd party system one day before the actual start date.
Eg: Promotion 123456 which has start date as 15/05/2014 & ending on 30/05/2014 & was created & activated on 13/05/2014.
This promotion 123456 is getting triggered from SAP ECC through batch job on 14/05/2014 morning & 3rd party system receives the data on 14/05/2014 & the promotion are getting activated at 3rd party system end on 14/05/2014 itself which actually gets active from 15/05/2014.
Same in the case for Standard Pricing data which needs to be active from 31/05/2014 once the promotion 123456 ends on 30/05/2014.
The standard pricing data gets triggered from SAP ECC on 30/05/2014 through batch job & reaching 3rd party system on 30/05/2014 & getting activate on 30/05/2014 itself.
This creates more issues at the store end as well as affecting business.
We checked at 3rd party system end & they replied that their system considers the updated time stamp & date to activate the prices & it does not considers the actual active from & active to date. They need the data to be sent from SAP ECC on the effective date of the pricing & promotions.
Can any one help me how to change the pricing conditions beign triggered through batch job in SAP ECC based on the actual promotion & pricing conditons start date or is there any other process to trigger the data through the batch job on the actual promotion & pricing data activation date.
    Thanks in Advance.
    Thanks & Regards,
    P.P.Shankar

    Hello Shankar,
Change the lead time in the POS Outbound Profile. You can't put less than 2 days there so data for today and tomorrow will be transferred which also means you need to adjust your batch timing accordingly.
Sales and Distribution -> POS Interface -> Outbound -> Maintain Profile for POS Outbound.
See if it helps. The best option would still be that the 3rd part system considers the activtion date.
    Kind Regards
    Kaizad

  • How to deal with the rejected stock if it is rjected by QC

    Dear All,
please let me know how to deal with the rejected  stock from Quality point of view.i.e., for incoming materails and Finished if returned from customer
    Regards,
    P.Vijaya

    hi
if material is rejected for incoming material then you can create Notification for incoming material due to  you can return back material with print for that you have to record defects in result recording. in T-code QM02 if result is recorded with defects. or you can create with Qm01.against vendor
if material is returned from costumer you can create inspection lot for that for that you have to maintained inspection type 06 in material master. you can result record for that you can create notification for that. or rework for this material as per quality check or can scrap
if have any problem please come back
    regards

  • Troubles with the Notification Activity

    Hi,
I have deployed process on my server. Whenever I instantiate it, it says:
    "Cannot find the specified instance
If the instance has recently....." (Refresh doesn't help even after 10 minutes)
This problem disappear when I remove the notification activity from my process (I use email notification).
    Any ideas?
    Thanks,
    Tavor

I'm pretty sure the notification service is a synchronous process so when you invoke it your bpel process will not dehydrate and therefore will not show up in the console.
I haven't tried this, but I'm pretty sure what's happening is that you're getting an exception somewhere in your process related to the notification activity and the thread is crashing without being saved to the dehydration store. Or it could be that the call to the notification service is hanging. One way to verify this is to put a "checkpoint" into your process prior to the notification activity. You should also turn on debug logging and check the log to see if there are errors occurring there.
To create the checkpoint add a java exec activity to your process and enter enter the line
    checkpoint();

  • I can't delete rejected files from events!!

Just started working with iMovie. I completed editing my first event (i.e. rejecting, marking favorites, etc.) and created a project. But I'm unable to delete the rejected files from the event...I hit the button at the top and nothing happens, the rejected files remain. The option to delete under the FILE menu isn't highlighted. Only the SPACE SAVER option is highlighted. Tried everything, but nothing happens. My rejected clips remain. What am I missing??

No, unfortunately that is not the case. They are clips imported directly from my Canon HV30 camcorder into iMovie 08. This morning I simplified the procedure to see what would happen. I downloaded half a soccer game, went through it immediately, rejecting all portions that were out-of-bound balls, etc., and then tried to "Move Rejected Clips to Trash." These clips have been manipulated no other way. I haven't even started a project related to them. The progress bar showed activity until it reached the end (about 25 minutes for 20 minutes of rejected clips). Then the beach ball spun for about twenty minutes. Eventually the ball was replaced by the pointer, but moving the mouse made the beach ball reappear. This continued for another twenty minutes or more, with the beach ball returning to the pointer over and over. (It took all of the patience I could muster to sit and watch this time waster, but I was afraid that if I left and didn't keep moving the pointer so that it returned to the beach ball, nothing would be happening in my absence! This is probably what happened when I waited for hours away from the computer yesterday.) The upshot is that the window finally closed and the clips appeared in the trash can. I was able to empty the trash this time, because I had no project associated with the clips. My experience leads me to these conclusions:
    1. It is best to delete footage you know you aren't going to use before you ever begin a project.
    2. Deleting clips is a lengthy process, probably roughly the same amount of time or more that it took for importing the original footage, at least on my G-5.
    3. Do NOT use Force Quit when the beach ball spins forever after using Space Saver! I most definitely experienced *completely unrelated clips* being put in the trash by doing this! On two separate occasions! In case you are wondering why I would do something stupid twice, I figured out how to retrieve the clips from the trash and put them back in their proper folders, so I took the risk the second time in the name of science. I couldn't believe it could happen, but it did. I haven't yet tested whether this is a glitch related to Force Quit or Space Saver because I haven't had the time to watch the spinning ball of death for hours again. But until I figure out which one is responsible, I won't be using Space Saver either.
    4. This may seem like overkill to those of you who have oodles of projects, but I will always either check my projects before I empty the trash or go through the trash to make sure there are no clips with dates that shouldn't be deleted.
    5. Learn how to read the label on the clips being trashed. If you find a project with the caution exclamation and you haven't yet emptied the trash, look for the clip in the trash. It will be in an "iMovie temporary folder." Open the folder and drag the clip back into its correct event folder and replace the thumbnail in the corresponding thumbnail folder and all will be well.
I guess there is irony in all of this: When I first began using iMovie, I thought it was a miracle that it could manipulate such huge HD video files. Then when it doesn't function just right, I feel it is a travesty. Its all good, if not perfect.
Thanks, rloo, for trying to help.

Schedule a import job in sap sourcing which will be pointed to FTP and can import data.
ECC will  trigger the XML data from  for any change / creation of cost centers .
This data will come to FTP and from there this would be imported by Sourcing .
Can anyone let me know if there is any particular XML format for Cost centers for  importing to Sourcing ?
    Thanks
    Sudipta

    Hi Sudipta,
If Cost Center data extracted from ECC is rendered in CSV format, then XML file may not be required for the import job.
The CSV file format should be available in the Enterprise/Company workbook.
