Is my account still active and open?

Hi a bryanc43881570,
If you're referring to your Adobe PDF Pack subscription, all is well there. It looks like you're paid up through September.
Are you having issues accessing your subscription? If so, please let us know what problem you're running into and we will do our best to get things sorted out.
Best,
Sara
p.s. I removed your email address from your original post, since these forums are public, and I didn't want your email address out there for the world to see!

my account is active and paying per month for Acrobat Pro. Why I cannot open files and the screen asks for serial number?

I don't work for Adobe but it seems to me you might be signing in to Acrobat with the wrong Adobe ID.
Check the Adobe ID you use in Acrobat.
Check this Adobe ID on Adobe's to make sure that it has an active subscription.

I understand the instructions to create a new account id (apple id) from the old aol account. However, does this mean my purchases will be split into 2 accounts; or does the fact that I currently see everything under my apple id (regardless of the purchased by username) mean this will all still appear in my current account as it does now?

You see them where when you login your non-AOL account ?
If you currently have two accounts (the AOL username account and an email address account) then you will continue to have two accounts, and nothing should change when you update the AOL account to be an email address (apart from how you access that account).
You will just be renaming the account to have an email address for accessing it, not creating a new account.

I shall open delete my present account with iTunes and open a new one - but I do not have the password. How can I then delete the present account??

Since you can't delete Apple IDs and having multiple Apple IDs can cause confusion, what you may want to do is rename your existing Apple ID to the new email (desired Apple ID).  That would in effect do what you want, get rid of the old and give you the new.

  • Having issues with my MacBook. Even when the internet is disconnected, apps are still closing and opening on their own. I sometimes do not have control over my cursor.....any suggestions?

Having issues with my MacBook. Even when the internet is disconnected, apps are still closing and opening on their own. I sometimes do not have control over my cursor.....any suggestions?

There are several possible causes for this issue. Please take each of the following steps that you haven't already tried until it's resolved. Some may not be apply in your case.
    1. Follow the instructions in this support article, and also this one, if applicable. A damaged or defective AC adapter could be the cause, even if it's the right kind.
    2. Open the Bluetooth preference pane in System Preferences and delete all pointing devices other than the trackpad, if applicable. Disconnect any USB pointing devices. By a "pointing device," I mean a peripheral that moves the cursor, such as a trackpad, mouse, trackball, or graphics tablet. A plain keyboard is not a pointing device.
    3. Start up in safe mode and test, preferably without launching any third-party applications. If you don't have the problem in safe mode, but it comes back when you restart as usual, stop here and post your results. Do the same if you can't start in safe mode. If there was no difference in safe mode, go on to the next step.
    4. Reset the System Management Controller.
    5. If you're using a Bluetooth trackpad, investigate potential sources of interference, including USB 3 devices.
    6. A swollen battery in a portable computer can impinge on the trackpad from below and cause erratic behavior. If you have trouble clicking the trackpad, this is likely the reason. The battery must be replaced without delay.
    7. Press down all four corners of the trackpad at once and release. If there's any effect, it's likely to be temporary, and the unit needs to be serviced or replaced.
    8. There's a report that a (possibly defective) Thunderbolt Ethernet adapter can cause the built-in trackpad of a MacBook to  behave erratically. If you're using such an adapter, disconnect it and test.
    9. There's also a report of erratic cursor movements caused by an external display that was connected but not turned on.
    10. If none of the above applies, or if you have another reason to think that your computer is being remotely controlled, remove it from the network by turning off Wi-Fi (or your Wi-Fi access point), disconnecting from a Bluetooth network link, and unplugging the Ethernet cable or USB modem, whichever is applicable. If the cursor movements stop at once, you should suspect an intrusion.
    11. Make a "Genius" appointment at an Apple Store to have the machine and/or external trackpad tested.

  • 100083/rpc/tcp still active and was not reconfigur

    Hi,
When I restarted my Inetd daemon , it logs the following line to /var/adm/messages/
May 2 15:31:40 MyMachine inetd[121]: config: 100083/rpc/tcp still active and was not reconfigured.
Can anyone explain me what does it mean?
    ( the /etc/inetd.conf contains this entry :
    100083/1 tli rpc/tcp wait root /usr/dt/bin/rpc.ttdbserverd /usr/dt/bin/rpc.ttdbserverd )
    Thanks

Well the message means that someone else is using this port/service.
Sometimes people who have wrappers built around a particular service
see that if they have already have an instance of the service running and
they try to stop/start the inetd daemon.

  • Reversed account still showing in open items

    Hi,
Transaction FBS1 was used to reverse a open G/L account line item and it appeared to have been cleared in transaction F-03 (clear G/L account) but it is still appearing in the list of open items(FBL03). The reversal was done in SAP 4.6, before we upgraded to ECC 6.
I would greatly appreciate any help resolve why this is happening.
    Nicholas

    Hello,
You need to reverse the GL account line items in FB08.
FBS1 is for the purpose of entering accrual or deferral documents. Giving reversal reason or reversal reason does not mean that the document has been reversed. Next month when you are reversing the documents through F.81, you need to give the same reason and date, then only it generates a batch input file, otherwise not.
    Hope I am clear.
Please let me know if you need further explanation.
    Regards,
    Ravi

  • I erased all my cookie history for everything and my hotmail account still won't open. Help?

I used this support page to erase my history thinking that it would help. http://support.mozilla.com/en-US/kb/Websites%20say%20cookies%20are%20blocked
But all it did was allow me to go to the sign in page and then it didn't load my inbox again. all that came up was a white page with a little box in the top left hand corner and a browse button. This was how it came up even before i cleared all the history. I've reinstalled firefox...i don't want to have chuck it out and loose all my book marks. Any suggestions?

There's an HTML5 compatibility issue with Windows Live / Hotmail that affects the Firefox 4.0 betas. A Hotmail rep has said that will be fixed before the Firefox 4.0 Release Candidate comes out.

  • Directory Binding Script (Active and Open Directory) 10.7

    Hi everyone
I'm reposting this in the right thread. I've written a Directory Binding Script for 10.6 and ported it now to 10.7 as among the things that have changed in the upgraded version is a refurbished directory binding enviroment.
The original thread can be found here: https://discussions.apple.com/thread/3090068. The script is applicable for clients as well and simplifies the binding process considerably.
Be aware that the reformatted script here contains some faulty line breaks. So you'll have to correct them in a proper text editor.

    #!/bin/sh
#Uncomment the following line to abort the script on errors
    #trap exit ERR
    ## Script to automate OD and AD Binding of Mac OS X 10.7 Servers
    ## Script written by Marc Horat, URZ Basel, 11.6.2010
    ## Updated: 12.08.2011
    # With the use of the following sources as inspiration:

    # Bombich's AD-Bind Script:
    # This script binds to AD and configures advanced options of the AD plugin
    # As this scripts contains a password, be sure to take appropriate security
    # precautions
    # A good way to run this script is to set it as a login hook on your master machine
    # Because it only needs to be run once, the last thing this script does is to delete
    # itself. If you have another login script that you typically run, include the
    # script on your master machine, and indicate its path in the "newLoginScript"
    # variable.
    # If running this as a one-time login hook to bind to AD after imaging,
    # be sure to enable auto-login (for any local user) before creating your master image

When I open the Airport Admin Utility and click Change Wireless Security, it says WEP in Wireless Security option, does that mean the password and name I chose in the setup process is working then? I didn't see "Not Enabled".
I was just curious if it was working because when I turn on my computer, the internet is on, I don't have to choose to join my network or type in my password. When it said "remember password in Keychain" does that mean only my computer doesn't need to type in my password every time I turn on my computer to connect to the internet?
    Thank you for your help!

  • Mail Account still active

    Hi All,
By mistake i have deleted an account using the iDA without deactivating the mail for that user... the user is still receiving mails to his inbox..
    how can i fix that?
I need to deactivate his mail but i can't find the user anywhere since i deleted him..
    Thank,
    Scotty

It can be used as a login even if it doesn't actually work as an address. In order for it to work you have to have been a paying subscriber to MobileMe from when it was DotMac, kept the subscription going until 6 June 2011, and migrated your MobileMe account to iCloud before the end of August 2011.
If all those conditions are met the address ought to work, though there have been a few complaints of people having difficulty with it. If it continues not to function I can only suggest contacting Support: if you currently happen to have AppleCare, either because you recently bought Apple hardware or have paid to extend the inititial period, you can contact them here:
    http://www.apple.com/support/icloud/contact/
You will need the serial number of the covered hardware.
If you are not covered by AppleCare, then - in common with other free email services - there is no free support and you may be asked to pay a fee: you could reasonably argue that this is a problem they've caused and you shouldn't be asked to pay.

  • Email account still active after account closed

In November 2011 I canceled my DSL subscription. To this day I still receive email in my Verizon.net account. I would like to have this account terminated. How can I accomplish this ? I have no online access to the verizon.net email portal being that I canceled but I can still receive email via Outlook.

  • ABABusinessPartner still active and supported??

    Hello community,
while searching for the relevant Business Partner business obect for ERP we somehow found this one:
    ABABusinessPartner in http://sap.com/xi/ABA.
This seems to be the only business object offering outbound notifcation on data change (ABABusinessPartnerOut). That is, in ERP bp data is changed and connected systems are informed without request. Only CRM and FI (Inform Business Partner as Bulk) offer similar functionality.
However: ABABusinessPartner is NOT documented in the ES workplace. You just find nowhere documentation (notn in any Wiki ..) about this business object, which is by the way one of the oldest (2004).
My question is: is this business object still supported by SAP?
    Thanks a lot and Greetings
    Mark

    Hello Rishu,
    thank you for your answer.
I mean the SOA business object ABABusinessPartner with its related service operations ABABusinessPartnerIn and ABABusinessPartnerOut not the ERP bsuiness object. You find them in the Enterprise Service Repository but they are not mentioned at all in the ES workplace which makes me wonder if they are still supported.
    Best wishes

  • LR develop module disabled with notice of expried membership, however, my account is active and payments up-to-date

All of a sudden the LR develop module is disable, with a notice of expired membership.  However, my membership is current and my payments are up-to-date.
Any suggestions.  Hate to waste the weekend without getting access to LR.

If you're creative cloud accounts are truly up to date (i.e. paid current) then the first thing I would try would be to log out of the creative cloud application manager and then log back in. If that doesn't work then you will probably have to contact someone at Adobe. If you use the live chat option on this link, I think they will be able to check your account status:
    Contact Customer Care
Sometimes the live chat gets quite busy and you might have to wait a little while to get a response. But they have always responded to me.

  • BB Acct Terminated but email account still active as rejects only - how to terminate?

I changed from BB to Apple I-Phone.  AT&T was the carrier for BB.  AT&T continues to be the carrier for my Apple.  AT&T said the emails to my [email protected] account would just stop.  When people send to my primary acct which was the same email when i had the BB - they receive a reject from the [email protected] account.  The emails to my primary acct are received.  Both AT&T and BB are clueless as to how to stop this.  I have deleted everything on my computer that has anything to do with BB.  The SIM card has been removed from the BB - the account was closed several months ago.  Suggestions?

Before generics, one must explicitly cast when pulling out of an iterator. For example: List l = ... for(Iterator i = l.iterator(); i.hasNext();) { doSomethingWithInteger((Integer)l.next()); Now with generics, we won't have to explicitly cast the ret
