Is there a way to email billing support?

I just need copies of payment invoices...is there an email for support billing? Can't reach Adobe by phone...the 2 hour wait on a cell phone is more than I can bear. I've tried chat - waited for ever...and then missed my 2 second window of contact - and the agent closed the chat. Closed browser, restarted it - and now I'm deeper in line than ever waiting for a rep.
I have not had good experience with Customer Support at all. It's sad...great products, maddening support.

I've been having trouble receiving/downloading invoices for a few months now, and I spoke to Adobe Customer Services this morning.
First of all the person on the phone said that Adobe stopped sending the invoices a few months ago and that they can be downloaded through "My purchase history" only.
When I said that I got an error message there (and when I didn't get that the invoices of the past months didn't show up there) it turned out that apparently the e-mail address that I used years ago showed up as my Adobe ID.
The person I had on the phone said it was impossible to change that old Adobe ID to the one I've been using for the past 2 years (which I used to subscribe to CC and used to receive the invoices on and which I still use to login to CC).
The supervisor of this person finally said that she will escalate this issue, so I hope soon I will be able to get my invoices again without having to e-mail, call or tweet every month...
I suggested that perhaps a bunch of old Adobe ID were re-instated when they had that security issue last year.
Hope this helps anyone here. Perhaps some of you also had an Adobe ID (e-mail address) that was changed to a new one?

Try this:
1. Select Mail>File>New Message.
2. Select Mail>Window>Address Panel.
3. Use (command+click) on the desired addressees in the Address Panel to create the list.
4. Click "To:" on the top left of the Address Panel.
The group that you selected will be added to the "To" field in your New Message.

I am not getting any useful response from Apple, their support for itunes is email only and when I contact them I get a generic email back stating that the issue has been escalated and should expect a response soon. The issue is that my daughter had entered a $15.00 gift card on her iTouch when it should have been entered on my iTouch, none of the funds have since been used on her iTouch and I have no way of even getting to a human to find out atleast what the status is or even if there is a status, no way on their site can this update be achieved. I am a bit diappointed since everyone I speak with that is pro apple never once has anything bad to say abouth their support. My opinion so far is plummeting, it would be nice it someone would give me a call, at the very least, I have even tried to call the main apple support number and gave her the s/n of one of many apple devices, all I got was a sorry you are out of support and to email iTunes support since that how it is provide, not too sure what else I need to do?

Purchases cannot be transferred to a new Apple ID.
You can stop receiving their info by signing out of iCloud.

Is there any way to email photos without having to use the themes? I just want to send them from my email the way you used to be able to without all this "new and improved" nonsense.

In the old iPhoto, if I wanted to email pictures, I would select the ones I wanted, have them sent as "smaller" to make them easier to process, and iPhoto would open my mail and I could type the names and I wanted and off they'd go. And, I'd have a copy saved in my "sent" folder.
Now, you have to deal with these ridiculous themes and in order to get a copy of your sent, you have to blind cc yourself. This is definitely not an improvement in my mind.
So I ask, is there any way around this or am I stuck? I really like iPhoto, but this is enough to send my back to Picasa.

Is there any way to email photos from my 2g without compressing the file?

My wife's 2g stopped being able to sync to her PC some time ago. She emails photos to get them on her computer. The photos seem to loose resolution in emailing. Is there a way to get these photos without the degredation? All the wifi apps require iOS 4 which a 2g can't use and I can't restore the phone to reestablish sync because I can't back it up to begin with so we'll lose the photos. Anybody have ideas? Can I email in such a way that I won't lose quality?

I can create groups in my contacts list, but I have not been able to figure out how to email a specific group. I am assuming since I can create a group I should be able to email that group by typing in its name in the "to" box of my email. However, that does not work. Is there any way to do this?

Please check you contact name in the device and verify if the names does not start with none alphabetic characters (e.g. @, &, *, etc). This characters will actually stop the sync process and will not be able to successfully complete the transfer of data. Do the same thing with the contact data you have online just to be sure..
If that it still doesn't work, delete your Google account on the device, restart, and then recreate the same account.

Unfortunately, that's the most unreliable method.
mailto: is quite simple, and is also the least reliable. It
depends both
on your visitor having an email client already installed on
their computer -
this eliminates public computers, or home users without email
clients
installed (more and more it seems) - and on the installed
email client
responding to
the mailto call. It is not possible to use this method *and*
send the
visitor to a
thank you page as well.
Notwithstanding this admonition, you can include the pagename
in the
resulting email subject line by making your mailto: link like
this -
mailto:[email protected]?subject=theITEMname
But this would have to be manually added to each instance of
the mailto
link. For the situation you describe it may be intolerably
tedious, or even
impossible, since I don't know the details of your link
arrangements.

I am gobsmacked. I want to contact apple for a refund of iCloud storage. I bought way more than I need, There is no way to reach them via email or chat? I can do so with every bank, credit card, and many retailers. I don't want to make a call, but have no choice?

In MS Word, there is a command whereby you can straight away email the word file you are working on using your default email app, the word file will become an attachment and all you have to do is enter the email address in Main (e.g.) and send it off.
Is there a same way to do it in other apps, particularly, Photoshop? ('cause I work a lot on images) Like maybe there's a script or automator to do it??

Is there any way to email a specific question to Apple helpdesk?

I am unable to access an apple ID which I created ages ago, and I now want to use as my main ID as it's the primary email address I use. When trying a reset password, it doesn't send the link to any of the email addresses that I could have possibly put in as an alternative, and it thinks my DOB is incorrect. Is there a way to email a form without it going to the outbox of the sender

I'd like to use fillable forms on my website. The problem happens when the submit button is selected and if the user has Outlook or a MAPI mail program, the PDF form goes to the Outbox. I have no way of telling if responders have a MAPI complient email app or not. The Outlook users would have to wait until they perform a send/receive. Is there anyway to avoid this and immediately send the email to the address intended???

No, the document has no way of controlling this. Users may not even have a working email client installed, and instead have to manually attach the form or data file to an email. Many people use web-based email clients.
A much more reliable approach is to set up the form to be submitted to a web server, but this involves programming and managing the server. You can also distribute the form in Acrobat and use the Acrobat.com option of collecting the forms. The downside is you have no control of the server when things go wrong or if you need to customize.

the problem is that the requisitioner field in the PR is just a text field. so you need to make sure that you get valid program readable and worable information there.
or you are in the lucky position the the requisitioner and the creator of PR are the same person, then you could take the creators user-id.
I know solutions where a custom field for the email id of the requisitione was added to the ME51N .
In SAP note 522591 has information about user-exits for message determination in IM.
