Is there a way to request that i Tunes attempt to acquire a specific music CD for the store from an artist who already has CD's in i Tunes, and is this usually successful?

Hello, any help would be appreciated-
I have looked but haven't seen anything on i Tunes (11.0.1) that allows this- would love to get a song from a particular cd, but this CD is not on i Tunes- while other of the CD's from the artitst are on. I know that there are considerations- some of which may be- licensing , or the Artist's or Label's preferences, agreements, etc- but just wondered if there was a way to make the request of i Tunes, and if there is - how I might make the request- (also if anyone knows if this does exist, how successful it is-

Although they call it a request, it is really just a suggestion.

There are no published statistics, but I'd guess it is very rarely successful. Artists and labels who want to sell music are very well aware of how to put their music on the iTunes Store, especially if they already have other music there.
You should however, check other online music download stores and see if another one has what you want. Also check the artist's web page to see if there is any guidance on where to purchase the music.

If you had the hard drive from the original machine, a backup of the same, an iPod with the media, or a subscription to iTunes Match then there would have been hope, but alas no.

Not in the Safari browser she can't. That is not supported on the iPad. There are other mobile browsers that do have that functionality - one is iCab Mobile.

It is probably broken. You can try restoring it using Recovery Mode, but if that fails its time for a new phone. After all, it is 4 generations out of date. See: Recovery Mode

I don't want my Facebook Contacts added to my iphone Contacts as a result of this new update. Is there a way to prevent that from happening?

I've been told that when I apply the latest update issued by APPLE, it will add all my Facebook Friends into my Contacts on my iPhone. Is there a way to prevent that from happening?

Unfortunately when upgrading to iOS 6 the setting to add Facebook Contacts to your Contacts app is on by default. But once the upgrade is complete you can go to:
Settings > Facebook > and turn off Contacts.
That will get rid of the Facebook stuff showing up in your Contacts app.
BTW, I also turned off Calendar on my iPhone and iPad so that Facebook events and Friend's birthdays etc. will not show in my Calendar app.

I'm currently dealing with this issue myself, except that my rMBP has NO articles in the reading list. It's a brand new rMBP too, purchased just this week, with the 2.6 Ghz Processor & 16GB of RAM.

I sugggest you try my application, Dates to iCal. It is shareware with a 2 week trial period.
Dates to iCal 2 is a replacement for Apple's birthday calendar for iCal. It has a range of features to allow the user to choose what, and what not, to sync to iCal from Address Book.
As well as automatically syncing birthday dates from Address Book, Dates to iCal 2 can sync anniversary and custom dates. It can set up to five alarms for each date in iCal and can also set different alarms for birthdays and anniversaries. It allows the option of only syncing from one Address Book group. This application also allows for the titles of the events sent to iCal to be modified to the user's preference.

All my electronics are about a year old. iPad is Model MB293LL (4.2.1) only wi-fi - no phone.
MacBook Pro is OSX 10.6.8 Build 10K549. Also have an AT&T iPhone that I basically use as a Palm, since I changed carriers.

Open the Mac App Store on your MacBook Pro
Hold the Option key and click on “Purchases”
Hold the Option key and click on “OS X Lion” from the purchased app list
“Installed’ should now say “Install” which allows you to download OS X Lion.
This assumes you are using the same Apple ID on both computers.
Lion does not get installed on an iPad. It runs iOS.

I granted Roles to users on hr tables.
additional, created my own roles in data base and granted to my users:
ADMINISTRATOR  Lina - can see all records
EMPLOYEE Ahmad -can see the records added by this employee
CUSTOMER  Salem - can see the records belongs to this customer

I created Order Entity been using HR database connection, created session been,
Modified web.xml:
-security roles["ADMINISTRATOR","EMPLOYEE","CUSTOMER"])
-Loginconfig (Form-based authentication: login page, error page)
-Security constraints: ord on /faces/Orders.jsp to ADMINISTRATOR,EMPLOYEE,CUSTOMER.
I created Orders.jsp page contains order table.
Now, I want that when the user login as Lina to switch the EJB database connection to Lina, so the displayed order table achieves ADMINISTRATOR roles that created in database,means opening database session for user Lina and use it.
and so on for user salem and ahmad.
Is there a way to do that? To use dynamic EJB connections? To achieve authentication based connection? to implement the user database roles on the client side? To specify the database connection at run time?
That is possible using forms but I don’t want to use forms.
I want to reed the roles from database according to the user.

It shouldn't be this way. Did you shoot the video in portrait or landscape mode? Many people shoot in portrait mode because they typically hold the phone upright. This is really shouldn't happen if the videos are shot in landscape mode.
