Is there a Windows version of adprofilecfg.sh for 10g?

Chapter 43 of the OID Administrator Guide states that adprofilecfg.sh should be used to create the default synchronization profiles. The only trouble is that the OracleAS 10g is running on 2003 and there isn't a corresponding adprofilecfg.bat.
Is this simply an oversight? One workaround is to install Cygwin on the server but it is not a suitable solution for production. Does anyone knows a way to configure profile from a UI?

you are coorect, and teh Windoes installation ships with adprofilecfg.sh, which is of no sense. I am not sure if this is a bug, but I sent a mail to the developers to get their opinion on this.

Windows on Intel Macs
There are presently several alternatives for running Windows on Intel Macs.
   1. Install the Apple Boot Camp software. Purchase Windows
         XP w/Service Pak2, Vista, or Windows 7. For Boot Camp
         4.0 and above you can only use Windows 7 or later. Follow
         instructions in the Boot Camp documentation on
         installation of Boot Camp, creating Driver CD, and
         installing Windows. Boot Camp enables you to boot the
         computer into OS X or Windows.
     2. Parallels Desktop for Mac and Windows XP, Vista Business,
         Vista Ultimate, or Windows 7. Parallels is software
         virtualization that enables running Windows concurrently
         with OS X.
     3. VM Fusion and Windows XP, Vista Business, Vista Ultimate,
         or Windows 7. VM Fusion is software virtualization that
         enables running Windows concurrently with OS X.
     4. CrossOver which enables running many Windows
         applications without having to install Windows. The
         Windows applications can run concurrently with OS X.
     5. VirtualBox is an Open Source freeware virtual machine such
         as VM Fusion and Parallels that was developed by Solaris.
         It is not as fully developed for the Mac as Parallels and VM
         Fusion.
Note that VirtualBox, Parallels, and VM Fusion can also run other operating systems such as Linux, Unix, OS/2, Solaris, etc. There are performance differences between dual-boot systems and virtualization. The latter tend to be a little slower (not much) and do not provide the video performance of the dual-boot system. See MacTech Labs- Virtualization Benchmarks, January 2013 | MacTech for comparisons of Boot Camp, Parallels, and VM Fusion. Boot Camp is only available with Leopard or Snow Leopard. Except for Crossover and a couple of similar alternatives like DarWine you must have a valid installer disc for Windows.
You must also have an internal optical drive for installing Windows. Windows cannot be installed from an external optical drive.

Your processor is not the problem... you must have a 64bit computer and a 64bit operating system
If your computer is not 64bit you may not install Premiere Pro... but you MAY use a 32bit version of Premiere Elements

You can contact the customer service people at the phone number listed at the bottom of the Apple web site pages. Howeveer, be advised that sicne it is impossible for Apple to verify whether or not the pro key sent has been used, it is unlikely that Apple will refund your money if the purchase process was properly completed—i.e., the key was properly generated and made a part of your account record. Your best options will likely be to either to sell or gift the key and user name to a widows user and purchase a Mac key if you need full QT 7 Pro functionality (masking, blending, layering, etc.) or download the free MPEG Streamclip app if all you need is trimming, merging, and conversion options.

I am installaing Oracle 10g database on windows 2008 Server(32-bit) and when the Database is getting cretaed and during the database files copying portion it's throwing the error :
ORA-12560: TNS:protocol adapter error
I tried intsllaing 10g software alone and invoked DBCA and again during the database files copying portion it's throwing the same error
what could be the issue?

I was wondering if there was a version of Microsoft Access for the Mac computer. Most of the databases I have on my old computer are in Access and I need to be able to open them on my new Mac Book.

Full Disclosure as per Apple Support Communities terms and Conditions: I am affiliated with the site linked to in this response.
Although Access for Mac isn't available, there are some apps which allow you to open Access databases on Mac. They don't allow you to access forms, reports and VBA modules but they do allow you to visualize the data. Although this isn't perfect, they're far easier and cheaper than having to install Windows on your Mac and then install Access if you only need to view Access databases.
Which one you use really depends on what you need to do. They can be summarized as:
MDDB ACB Viewer - Probably the best of the lot as it open both old and new Access files and exports to Apple Numbers
MDB Tool - Very simple to use but not for Access 2010+
MDB Explorer - Exports to SQLLite but requires an upgrade for Access 2007+ files
ACCDB MDB Explorer - Very limited editing of databases but supports multiple ACCDB databases
MDB Lite - Only works with Access 2003 files but very easy to use

This difference in windows version between primary and standby servers can cause a problem in the synchronization between primary and standby databases ??
What do you recommend? Have both servers in the same windows version?

There is no issue with database synchronization as long as SQL Server is of same version.<o:p></o:p>

OS(Windows version) has no restriction for using SQL server 2005 database mirroring/log shipping. You can go with upgrade without any worries on SQL
database side.<o:p></o:p>

Is there a working version of xcode for snow leopard out there?

I downloaded v 4.2 from developer.apple and when I try to install it on my computer it says "unknown installation error occurred" and "you may want to contact the software manufacturer." It doesn't give me anything else...
Similarily, I used adobe flash pro to build my .ipa file and am curious if I even need xcode - is there a working version of Application Loader for Snow Leopard available for download?
