Is there an HP Utility or app that removes all HP related printer drivers/printer software?

I've posted several times about not being able to download HP Solution Center for my new System 7 64 bit PC.
I had no responses...
Thr original disks won't launch and the HP download exe. for my Photosmart Premium C309 g-m extracts but does't lanch.
I believe there maybe existing HP software files from the original pc that were downloaded when my existing files were transfered to the new computer.
However there is no HP folder in existing applications and no HP files show up under uninstall.
Suggestions please!

Sorry to see you are unable to run the installation setup for your Photosmart Premium. I see you have tried to install by both the disk and the download.
I have looked into this issue for you and I have found a document I would suggest you look at to see if this can perhaps fix the installation issue for you. If the first link does not have a workable document for you I will post a secondary link that will help installation and uninstallation issues within Windows.

*Tip - You can also try installing the printer software from The HP Printer Install Wizard

Yes you can buy whatever you want if your credit card is in good standing.
Before you buy, read the size of the download in iTunes/App/iBook Store.
Rule of thumb, you need to reserve about 10% of your total space.

The parent posts mentions the solution to my problem is the update available when you run software update. However my system is up to date, and I still have the problem.
Further information:
When I return home from work, and wake my computer, the Wi-Fi indicator shows that it is trying to connect. It fails, and the signal bars show zero connectivity. If I click on the Wi-Fi indicator, the computer then searches for nearby networks, and I am able to select mine. Then it connects.
It seems very clear that the problem is my iMac tries to connect before looking for networks.

You see, I don't really care about ios 7 and any of its features, what I do care about is that I can no longer download some apps now because there is this popup that tells me that the app only supports ios 7 and I need to update my device to the latest software, ios 7. Well, no. It's because that the iPod 4th Gen has iOS 6 and the apps need iOS 7. I suggest that you get the new iPod 5 because it has iOS 7. Also the iPod 4 does not have enough CPU or RAM. The new iPod 5 has enough CPU and RAM to store iOS 7 apps.

Is there a way to filter apps that are only available for your current version of ios

I have the first generation iphone. It still works pefectly and I would like to give it to my 1yo son, so that he can play around with it. It has latest supported ios 3.1.3. I went to the apple store to find some kid friendly apps for the device, only to find out that almost ever app requires a version of ios higher than 3.1.3. I understand that this is the limitation of old hardware. I just wish that there was a way for me to only see apps that would still work on my device. Currently, I have to click on the app, then start the download, only to get a message that says that I need ios > 3.1.3. I can also imagine that there are a lot of people out there who don't know the ios limits per device. Wouldn't it be better if the message read, "this app requires ios 4.3 which is supported on iphone 3 or higher" or even simpler "this app is not supported on your device. It is supported on iphone 3 or better". But the ios filter would go a really long way.

There are no black lists and the apps that are free but offer in-app purchases are not fraudulent. They do allow you to play without paying money, however there are likely to be many options and oppotunities to purchase items within the game.
If you feel that a application is truly fraudulent because it makes statements or promises that are not true or it has charged you money without your consent, then you need to contact iTunes Store Support to let them know.

I listen to a NPR classical music station and every year they give away a pod or pad(64G) that has a fine collection of classical music already installed on it. If iTunes is the only way to put music on an iPad how are they able to do this and still give away an iPad that someone can "make their own"?
