I need to send my laptop for reparring but I don't know there is any customer service in Perth? I tried to contact Technical support but they have not gave any detail about customer service in Perth.

    In a word, yes. In a little more detail.... When you restore from an iCloud backup, you must erase the device and start all over again. There is no other way to access the backup in iCloud without erasing the device. Consequently, you are starting all over again. Therefore, it would also be my assumption that Pages and Numbers will work again and that the deleting apps issues would be fixed as well.
    If the documents are not in the backup, and you do not have a backup elsewhere, the documents could be gone forever.

    I am trying a build a news application for my organization.  My organization have several sub units that will each contribute their own news.  There will be a single news home page that consumes all these different news based on the day the news article is posted.  Is there any custom apps out there with this framework that I can work from?

    Go to File > New > Blank page > Html > choose a layout from the 3rd column and hit Create button.  Although fairly generic, these are fundamentally sound as starter pages for most projects.

    20 mins after your reply, Adobe put the charge through on my credit card 6 days after they sent me a suspension notice.
    Their account management interface sucks. It does this ajax thing that ever completes and comes up with a message to "try again later" which never works. I had to use the Opera browser to get it to work for some reason. And even when it does, there is no option to request that outstanding balances be charged to your card. My ISP has this, my mobile service provider has this, my web hosting company has this, why can't a big multinational corporation have the same feature instead of getting us to waste hours every month just to have a payment pushed through. Alternatively, and at least, why doesn't it just keep attempting to charge the card until it gets through? No, instead it suspends your account. Grrrrr....

    In SAP Business One you can post an A/R Invoice of type "Service" to reflect such a kind of thing.
    Each document in B1 is connected to a sales person.
    Or an A/R Invoice could be connected to a "Service Call" which is connected to a particular employee etc. etc.

  • How about some easy (any) customer service like a # to call or a button to click?

    I'm having an issue and can't check out my order (over the evening - multiple tries).  That's just the immediate issue - and so done with all the others.  Previously tried the iPhone app and could never log in over a week so deleted it after reading it was a common issue (from BB support on the forums here).  Couldn't use my "BestBuy Elite" account credentials to access posting on the forums so had to create a separate forum account. :/  It takes repeated searching to find how to even express any satisfaction/dissatisfaction let alone impossible to find a way to contact anyone other than forums (well, other than physically walking in to a store).  I'd say customer service is rather lacking.
    Anyway, trying to check out my cart and it keeps kicking back with no error message, pop up, alert, whatever, to the same page and asking for all the same information again.  Yes, I've tried multiple computers and browsers/browser versions.  If it's going to be this hard to give you my money, forget it.  I'll gladly pay more somewhere else where I can actually get an order through or more importantly a quick means to customer service when I'm having an issue.  I understand technical issues but that's where customer support comes in.  Seems a lot of issues and little of support.
    Don't bother with a follow up.  I'm done.  and expect this to be deleted shortly since "one" unhappy customer can easily be considered the cost of doing business if they're getting everyone elses money.
    (yes, this can be considered a 'rage quit'.  Easy to do when so many others can offer the same products with better service and same or better prices - even higher prices are worth it if the service is there)

    1)      iPhone App: I’m not too sure why you ran into problems, but there was a new update to this application made available on February 12th of this year that corrected some minor issues and has some additional improvements. As it is a free app, I might suggest downloading it and give it another try.
    2)      Best Buy Elite: You are right in that you can’t use the same credentials for your My Best Buy account for your forum account. We are aware that many Best Buy accounts for different programs can make things confusing, but we are working on this. Just recently, we combined our BestBuy.com and our My Best Buy programs to work with one account.
    3)      Cart Not Working:  This one is a little harder to give a concrete answer to. Usually, the only time an item may be added to a cart is if it’s available online. If the item goes out of stock, we try and update our website as soon as possible. You may have attempted to add an item to your cart that was out of stock, but not showing its correct status as it changed during your viewing of the item.  However, without seeing it happen or knowing what item you were looking to purchase, I can’t let you know for certain. What were you attempting to purchase?

    I have a client who has sent me two documents. When I log on using my Adobe ID it says
    the Document could not be found because of one of the following reasons:
    * Document was rejected by one of signatories
    * Document was cancelled by initiator
    * Document was deleted by initiator
    * Document has expired
    My Adobe ID is not the same as the email I use everyday and I don't see a place to add additional emails. Now I have three Adobe IDs

    Yes, this is exactly what I'm wondering too. Without it, we can't build any apps that download content without the risk of the content being deleted.

    Got a major problem with CS3 (original) now not working after installing new HD. Asking me to upgrade which it won't let me do and says I have a 30 day trial!! What the?     Thanks Ned but I still have the problem. This is what happened - My iMac needed a new Hard Drive so had this replaced by licensed Apple repairer. All software was lost and was told to reinstall CS3 which I did successfully. I have the original CD's. Serial number was accepted. When I opened up Illustrator, Photoshop or indesign I get a message saying I am trying to upgrade (which I am not) and that I need to choose the version premium 1 or 2 or standard 1 or 2. I chose standard 1 which is what I have. I am then asked to put serial number in again then hit enter button. It comes up with an "x" saying I cannot access or upgrade. I then can't go forward or do anything except click back button or quit which closes the application. It then says I am on a trial period and it's counting down. My serial number is visible and has a tick next to it and it keeps asking me to upgrade. Really frustrating. Do I need to deactivate CS from this computer then reinstall maybe?? Not sure how to do this.

    we signed up dec. 6 th . since then its been one lie after another . 3 lines one bad port and one defective phone later and NO ONE stands behind any one . they say one thing and then another rep says " I don't know why they told you that because that is not true ". so getting rid of a junk phone under this contract has deemed relentless and exhausting unless you want to shell out more money for another phone. trade in for different phone seems impossible with out them getting more money in fees and charges for new phone. the phone was crap when I purchased it and now I have to shell out more money because NOTHING IS FREE ! and porting numbers is the worse. 37 days to port one number. that is unheard of in this day in age of technology. 32 days into a contract for 2 years is going to be a nightmare !! worst customer service experience EVER !! Cant wait to see what the 23 months brings.

    no there is no activity or process because global fragments are used in adobe lc designer for developing a form. when a form is created as a document then no concept of global fragment left. it gets embedded in form
