How about some easy (any) customer service like a # to call or a button to click?

I'm having an issue and can't check out my order (over the evening - multiple tries).  That's just the immediate issue - and so done with all the others.  Previously tried the iPhone app and could never log in over a week so deleted it after reading it was a common issue (from BB support on the forums here).  Couldn't use my "BestBuy Elite" account credentials to access posting on the forums so had to create a separate forum account. :/  It takes repeated searching to find how to even express any satisfaction/dissatisfaction let alone impossible to find a way to contact anyone other than forums (well, other than physically walking in to a store).  I'd say customer service is rather lacking.
Anyway, trying to check out my cart and it keeps kicking back with no error message, pop up, alert, whatever, to the same page and asking for all the same information again.  Yes, I've tried multiple computers and browsers/browser versions.  If it's going to be this hard to give you my money, forget it.  I'll gladly pay more somewhere else where I can actually get an order through or more importantly a quick means to customer service when I'm having an issue.  I understand technical issues but that's where customer support comes in.  Seems a lot of issues and little of support.
Don't bother with a follow up.  I'm done.  and expect this to be deleted shortly since "one" unhappy customer can easily be considered the cost of doing business if they're getting everyone elses money.
(yes, this can be considered a 'rage quit'.  Easy to do when so many others can offer the same products with better service and same or better prices - even higher prices are worth it if the service is there)

There seem to be multiple issues all wrapped into one with a side order of confusion. Online ordering should be smooth and hassle-free, and it seems like it has been everything but. When something goes wrong, you are right in that we should be there to support you 24/7 to ensure we fix what’s going wrong.  I’m sorry that you’ve been unable to reach us regarding this, and I want to provide you with the support you need.
We have many avenues in which you may reach out to us listed on our Contact Us page. This page lists our phone number, email address, forum pages, and our Facebook page along with our Twitter handle. It also includes self-help sections that answer most questions.  While you are not looking for follow up, I do want to try and sort out the many issues you mention one by one to make sure that your concerns are addressed.
1)      iPhone App: I’m not too sure why you ran into problems, but there was a new update to this application made available on February 12th of this year that corrected some minor issues and has some additional improvements. As it is a free app, I might suggest downloading it and give it another try.
2)      Best Buy Elite: You are right in that you can’t use the same credentials for your My Best Buy account for your forum account. We are aware that many Best Buy accounts for different programs can make things confusing, but we are working on this. Just recently, we combined our BestBuy.com and our My Best Buy programs to work with one account.
3)      Cart Not Working:  This one is a little harder to give a concrete answer to. Usually, the only time an item may be added to a cart is if it’s available online. If the item goes out of stock, we try and update our website as soon as possible. You may have attempted to add an item to your cart that was out of stock, but not showing its correct status as it changed during your viewing of the item.  However, without seeing it happen or knowing what item you were looking to purchase, I can’t let you know for certain. What were you attempting to purchase?
I realize that you are looking for a place to express your dissatisfaction, and this is one of the many great places to do this. We do try our best to address all concerns that come our way, as we realize there are areas in need of improvement.     how bad is the Verizon customer service? Well let me tell you. I just got off the phone with from their Finance Department, who called me, and they asked when I would be paying my bill. I answered never. He asked why. I said I had a billing dispute. He asked to go over the bill together (the first rep to do this) having going over the issues and reviewing the notes he said “oh wow”. I informed him that I filed a complaint to the BBB, FTC and FCC and filed a small claims suit against them. He said he understood why. He then said he would unsuspended my 3 lines (I have already disconnected 2 of them) and place my account in a “billing dispute status”. I said thank you. After about 30 minutes I called back when my saw my lines still suspended. Both the finance department and customer service both said the lines were still suspended both blaming the other department as a reason. Got to love the Verizon teamwork. Any suggestions?

    They may have stated over the phone your account was in a "billing dispute status" however you can ONLY do so in writing.
    From the customer agreement:
    HOW AND WHEN CAN I DISPUTE CHARGES?
    If you're a Postpay customer, you can dispute your bill within 180 days of receiving it, but unless otherwise provided by law or unless you're disputing charges because your wireless device was lost or stolen, you still have to pay all charges until the dispute is resolved. If you're a Prepaid customer, you can dispute a charge within 180 days of the date the disputed charge was incurred. YOU MAY CALL US TO DISPUTE CHARGES ON YOUR BILL OR ANY SERVICE(S) FOR WHICH YOU WERE BILLED, BUT IF YOU WISH TO PRESERVE YOUR RIGHT TO BRING AN ARBITRATION OR SMALL CLAIMS CASE REGARDING SUCH DISPUTE, YOU MUST WRITE TO US AT THE CUSTOMER SERVICE ADDRESS ON YOUR BILL, OR SEND US A COMPLETED NOTICE OF DISPUTE FORM (AVAILABLE AT VERIZONWIRELESS.COM), WITHIN THE 180–DAY PERIOD MENTIONED ABOVE.     Simply send in a notice of dispute form. Since you have already filed a "small claims case", I would think it may be unnecessary, though, but it can't hurt to be thorough.

    After having just spent an hour trying to order something that the website says was in stock, and then finding it really wasn't available, it became obvious to me that Best Buy online leaves something to be desired.  It seems like a classic bait and switch.  Get people to the website with a low priced "deal", only to find it isn't available, however a more expensive version is available.  
    So, I call customer service.  I get someone who assures me the order will go through, provide my credit card, redeem my points, and only to find it would not work after all, as it didn't for me.  So I ask for a supervisor.   And I get someone who says "I don't know" and has no answers except that this is the way it is.  To add salt to the wound, he announces that unlocked phones cannot be ordered via telephone.  When asked why the rep didn't know that, yes, another "I don't know".  
    As a Best Buy customer who spends way too much money at Best Buy, I find this entire situation unacceptable.  As they say, vote with your feet, I will be exploring other stores to spend my money at.  A website that says something is available, and then isn't, simply is bad business.  And customer service who can only say "I don't know" isn't really customer service at all.   
    A "out of the box" idea would be to listen to what I'm saying, and fix it; this isn't the first time this has happened.  Simply saying "I don't know" is only irritating customers who are trying to buy things from Best Buy.  I am so frustrated with the situation and I assure you I will look elsewhere for future needs/wants.

    How do I get decent Customer Service? I've spent over two hours on the phone and online trying to find out basic questions about Workspaces. India is simply not trained well enough to understand let alone answer basic questions, such as:
    What size limits are there on quantity of documents, total storaga capacity, folder sizes etc
    Is there a limitation on the number of users who can be sharing workspaces, collaborating on documents
    Can access limitations other than Administrator / non-Administrator be set on Workspaces
    Is there a time limit on how long a document remains in storage
    Is there a file type limit - i.e. only office and pdf documents can be stored
    What is the pricing for a plan that would include everything we need; FormsCentral, SendNow, Workspaces, Adobe Pro etc.

    Please understand that Workspaces is a free service; Adobe doesn't charge for it. As a result, it is not possible to provide 1:1 support. But I will try to answer your questions:
    What size limits are there on quantity of documents, total storaga capacity, folder sizes etc   -- No limit on number of documents uploaded or folder sizes, but the overall size limit for an account is 5 GB.
    Is there a limitation on the number of users who can be sharing workspaces, collaborating on documents -- no limit.

    In a word, yes. In a little more detail.... When you restore from an iCloud backup, you must erase the device and start all over again. There is no other way to access the backup in iCloud without erasing the device. Consequently, you are starting all over again. Therefore, it would also be my assumption that Pages and Numbers will work again and that the deleting apps issues would be fixed as well.
    If the documents are not in the backup, and you do not have a backup elsewhere, the documents could be gone forever.

    Absolutely love how the negative post gets ignored by Verizon and only gets replies from customers or others on the site. Well ... I will not just lay down ... Where my experience has probably made it to where I will not go to Verizon ... I would hope they would correct their mistake so that others do not go through this. I know I am not the only one that has had this happen ... and not the first to complain ... I will not stop until the issue is addressed appropriately. I have attempted to call again ... was promised a call back again ... still nothing ... Should be used to this by now. I have only had one person from Verizon reach out to me - not even sure it was on behalf of Verizon cause they were absolutely appalled by what happened. However, they only offered to re-run credit ... No I am not approving my credit to be run again - this needs to be handled off of what has already happened! Where is that EXCELLENT customer service that I was told about in my first chat ... I still have not received it! ... There is a reason I went with chat ... to have what I was told in writing cause I know how sales people can be so I wanted what I was told in writing. That way if something went wrong I had the proof of what I was told instead of it being in a he said/she said situation.

    This is a customer-to-customer site. Not a customer-to-Verizon-Rep site.
    The Verizon workers on here are moderators and they do just that - moderate the posts that need it. Personal information, cursing, inappropriate things, etc. That's what they do.
    When you post on this site, you are posting to Verizon customers, not workers.

    Verizon Wireless has the absolute worst customer service I have ever received.  The in store reps are unprofessional and spend more time texting and taking personal cell phone calls than in helping customers.  They are not at all knowledgeable and even state they do not know what they are doing.  When you call customer service you get jerked around and passed from one person to the next with no one knowing how to fix my billing issue.  I have received NO call backs that were promised and the latest person I spoke to was incredibly rude.  Sanita from Sacramento refused to even give me her last name or the last name of her Manager Nick so that I could follow up.  I am incredibly disappointed at how poorly I have been treated.  I will make sure to tell everyone I know about this experience and as soon as my contract has expired I WILL be leaving Verizon services after 10 years with the company!!

    At this point, I just don't understand why Verizon even carries WindowsPhone. There are many anecdotes about people being steered away from the phones in the store. That was certainly my experience, and I ended up ordering online just to avoid the salespeople trying to push me from it.
    What is also mystifying is why does Verizon have exclusives on these phones (Icon and even M8)? Is there some strange deal between MSFT and Verizon that involves other factors? Like maybe with 177,000 employees they've negotiated a deal for enterprise licenses for desktops and servers and as part of that they are "forced" to carry WP, and the Nokia "flagship" in particular?
    I don't get why MSFT would let Verizon take this awesome flagship phone, the Icon, and make a mockery of it. And vice versa, if it really is MSFT dragging their feet, why wouldn't Verizon be up in arms saying "hey guys you're screwing up our exclusive?" The radio silence makes it feel like nobody gives a crap, and that's just strange.
