ISA sales order -  org determination question

Hello All,
We have sales orders being created in CRM just fine using SAP GUI. The transaction type has a specific Org profile attached which has rule to determine the org unit, sales area, office, group based on sold to party's location.
Now for the same transaction type when the sales order is created from the WebShop it is not picking up the correct Org Determination profile(I think). The sales area comes out correctly but org unit, sales office, group are picked up incorrectly. The sales area is correct bcoz, may be the product catalog has the same sales area(Sales org/Dist Channel/division).
I am not sure what could be reason and if product catalog has any role to play on org determination profile for orders from WebShop? Is there any special configuration available for webshop specific org profile?
There is a difference of values org unit, sales office & group between orders created out of GUI vs WebShop. What could be the reason? Any suggestions are appreciated.

Hi Sunil,
You have to login to Shop Admin Web application. It should be found on the same server from where you are accessing ISA B2B/B2C
http://<server>:<port>/shopadmin/shopadmin/init.do
Login with User who has shop administration authorization in backend system.
After login click on existing shop you will get list of webshops define then click on your web shop and go to Transaction tab and check your Sales ORg, Distribution Chln, Division value.
Also check customer profile in bcakend system. Are you using B2B or B2C?

    Order Acknowledgement is to be emailed out automatically on meeting requirement 902 on order save. It goes out to customer (Output: ZBAC: Partner – SP: Customer copy – different layout), and commissioned agents (Output: ZEC1 to ZEC5, upto 5 partners: C1 to C5, Rep copy layout). Customer copy - ZBAC works fine, but ZEC1-ZEC5 rep copy output does not appear at all.

    check in NACO transaction is you have assigned access sequence to your ZEC* output ytpes and if you have ticked checkbox "Access to output conditions" - otherwise it will not even try to access condition records.
    From help :
    Access to output conditions                                                                               
    Indicates whether the system determines the output by searching for valid
        condition records.                                                                               
    Procedure                                                                               
    If you want the system to search condition records for the appropriate   
        output, mark the field.                                                                               
    Note                                                                               
    If you leave the field blank and if you are processing sales, shipping,  
        or billing documents, the system automatically determines output from    
        information stored in the customer master record.

    Go to TCODE VOV8--in the functionality of sales document go to Requested Delivery date/Pricing Date/Purchase order date.
    in it there is a field called "Propose PO Date".if we chk this the system will take current date as the PO date.

    We are creating Sales Order through SAP CRM E-Commerce B2B scenario.
    We noticed that vendor is determined at header level but not at item.
    If we create a Sales Order in SAP UI (tx: CRMD_BUS2000115) (same transaction type used by B2B) with the same data Vendor is determined at header and at item.

    I Have many years implementing IBM Net.Commerce and Websphere Commerce Suite, and 3 years with SAP CRM. What I can tell you:
    IBM Sol. has less tables than SAP. It´s much easier to extend the Database.
    In terms of catalog management IBM Solution, it´s not good. There´s a web interface do administer it. Very hard. There´s the option to use the massimport utiity. Same thing as Batch input of SAP.
    Integration to third party solutions for IBM product, it´s hard. Have to use WBI, or decompile java kernel. For SAP is easier, depending of what you need.
    Both solutions work with B2B and B2C, plus IBM working with dutch, reverse and normal auctions.
    IBM can work with mobile but you need to acquire the everyplace solution suite. SAP CRM can work with integration for handhelds, naturally, just configure it.
    Now the point where it´s very hard really: Taxes and deliveries. SAP has localization for almost every countries around the world. IBM just works fine for USA and Canadá.
    For the pricing procedure, SAP, indeed is much better.
    Conection with third party delivery companies, like Fedex, UPS or DHL, both don´t have it. Including taxes, except IBM for USA and Canadá, how told you before.
    For materials, SAP has a much better implementation, to work with products, itens, services, and so on. IBM has infinite number co categorize a product, and products can have a limited number of attributes. For example a blue and pink pant. Color is an attribute for sap.
    For user, IBM has something named non stop shop, where is possible to buy something without a full registration. In SAP, yu have to register entirely.
    About visual Design, for both you must respect the JSP, or BSP, in front-end, for IBM and SAP solutions. Don´t leave it on hand of the webdesigner.
    The learning curve for learning both are long.

  • Sales Order Output - determined by Sales Order Type, Created By

    I want have my order output determined by sales order type
    (vbak-auart) and created by (vbak-ernam).
    I have created a condition table 501, access seqeunce Z001.
    In v/48, in accesses for Z001, I created
    AcNo: 10
    Tab: 501
    Requirement: [empty]
    Exclusive: unchecked
    in fields, I can't find ERNAM in structure KOMKBV1(header), but I find one in KOMPBV1 (item).So I have assigned it to ERNAM.
    besides, I have created the corresponding records in VV11
    I expect to have:
    Output Z001 will be created for sales order type OR if created by user XXX
    However, no output is generated. When I go out detemination analysis, I found that in the output determination procedure, it did go into output type Z001, but, since no value is found for "created by", i got message "Access not made (initialized field").
    I suspect that no value stored in KOMPBV1-ERNAM. Do you know how I can get it done?

    You have to include this field as a Zfield in the structures KOMKBV1, KOMPBV1 and KOMB.
    You have to include the field as Zfield in these structures.
    Once this is done, you should also be able to update this field in the structures.(As on now, you have only created a field, but you have not mentioned how the field has to be updated.
    In order to update the logic, you have to do a small code in one of the user exits for outputs.
    In the user exit, you have to write a code like this
    MOVE VBAK-ERNAM = KOMKBV1-ZERNAM(this is the zfield you have created)
    Now create the condition table and do the rest.
    Your output should work fine. The user exit I was saying is the subroutine USEREXIT_KOMKBV3_FILL in the include RV61B902 in the user exit RVCOMFZZ. If you can give this info to the technical guy, he should be able to find out the same for saels order output also.
    The user exit RVCOMFZZ also has the subroutine USEREXIT_KOMKBV1_FILL    which you can verywell use for your requirement. This will solve your problem

    Check the pricing date of the sales order.
    Check the valid from date for the currency types/exchange rate type M in OB08
    Now check whether the pricing date in sales order is before the valid from date in OB08.
    If so , make the valid from date in OB08  as the pricing date in sales order in OB08 and then save.

  • Sales Order - Account Determination Analysis

    Dear Friends,
    In sales order creation we have a provision to see the account determination analysis may be even before invoice is created.
    The path for this is: In th menu bar above:: Environment - Analysis - Account Determination
    But in my case when I click on it, nothing appears than blank in the analysis screen
    Can you please tell me if anything is remaining / needs to be activated to view this.

    Just to be sure : Did you check that VBRP-AUGRU_AUFT is indeed filled in the invoice ?
    ( In sales this field is called VBAK-augru but in billing this field is VBRP-AUGRU_AUFT )
    Put a break-point in RV60AFZZ / USEREXIT_ACCOUNT_PREP_KOMKCV and see if the field KOMKCV-AUGRU gets filled.

  • Sales Orders Change Log question

    Hi All,
    I am currently working on a project that involves querying SAP Database to get custom reports via web browser, I've made a lot of advances and most of the site is ready but I'm missing just one item that I hope you could help me.
    Thing is I am working with the Sales Order change log and the problem comes one a user deletes a row. If I go to the change log inside SAP and see the differences a new record will be shown saying that row X was deleted and
    if I go to the database (ADOC and ADO1 tables) I don't have a way to see wich row was deleted.
    My way of doing this is to check for the number of rows on the current state of the sales order and check the same on the previous instance of the SO and see if a line was deleted. Then I would have to check row by row between instances what rows are there and what row is missing and store that info. I think this kind of approach will definitively kill the server.
    I was wondering if some one can give me a hint about how to approach this problem. Does any body know how SAP works on this area?
    I'm working with SAP2005A and SQL Server 2005 Standard Edition.
    Any help is greatly appreciated.

    Thanks for your answer, as I see it I'm doing exactly what you proposed but the problem comes with the following scenarios:
    a.- If I post a new SO with two lines I will have on the ADO1 table two records with the values 0 and 1 for each line respectively but if I delete the item on LineNum = 1 and then I add a new item, this last item will be also created with LineNum value = 1. This is not a complicated thing to do but the problem comes when the user is used to work with SOs with several items at detail level and is used to add and erase lines once in a while and as I see it it's very difficult for me to track those specific changes. There's also the fact that on the Log table a new instance is created every time the user hits the update button regardless if a modification was actually made or not. I mean I would know that a line was deleted or added but I would have to start comparing each field on each line of a sales order with it's previous instance to check what was actually added/deleted and I'm afraid that this may affect the server performance. I know that SAP does this without affecting to much the system resources and that is what I'm trying to find.
    I forgot the other scenario I was considering he he I will post again as soon as I remember it but I hope I'm explaining this ok (I'm not very good at explaining...) If not let me know and I'll try to explain again.
    I'm also working on trying to get another approach to see what comes up...

  • Sales Order Material Determination Cannot Change Quantity of the Sub-item

    Has anyone encountered this scenario?
    1. Created a standard order with an item as material substitution
    2. Created a pro-forma invoice referencing the sales order created
    3. Went into VA02 to change the item quantity of the higher level item in the material substitution
    Expectation is that once you change the quantity of the higher level item, the quantity of the sub-item should also reflect whatever is in the quantity of the higher level item.
    Actual Result is that only the higher level item quantity is changed, the sub item quantity remained the same.
    Is there any configuration or copy control that we can check regarding this?

    Apologies! The qty of the sub item should change when you change it in VA02 even after proforma is created.
    Could you pls check the item categories TAX and TAPS config i.e. the material entered should get item category TAX and the sub item should have TAPS or the item categories should have same configuration as TAX and TAPS.

  • ISA, Sales Order Search, Search by extra fields

    In the standard ISA, customer can search based on Reference Number, Transaction Number, and Purchase Order Number. The options exist in a drop down menu. I want to add extra fields in the menu and search with new criteria. How do we add functionality to search for other criteria?
    What is the best procedure to modify the Internet Sales Application?

    Please refer to SAP Note 685545. An example is explained there how to search for an extra field.
    There are three areas where you have to customize.
    -Changes to the UI -> JSP
    -Extend the standard Java order search class
    -Create a Z_BAPI to search using the new parameter.

  • Track Sales Order Fiori App - Question for % Shipped

    I've a question about the percentage shipped for the items on the order.
    If an item is under-shipped  (ie: Deliver 8/10) but there is not another schedule line for the order item, the percentage doesn't seem to be updated.
    Percentage shipped only seems to be updated if the entire schedule line is shipped.  Is this by design or is this a bug?

  • Sales Order Output determination issue

    Dear expert,
    I met an issue that some orders can not generate output(no output type generated). the other order under the same situation(same order type/ sales area/customer etc. ) has the output generated. I checked nearly 250 orders of last month with the same order type and sales area. more than 30 orders did not have any output generated. I use the same data in the test system several times, get the output generated every time. I can also use the VA02 to add the output manually for the 30 orders.
    I already checked the related config and VV13.  the related routine. they are all good seems to me.
    Does any one met the same problem or can help me to analyze this issue. I am now having no direction to check...

    Ivan, you need to compare orders more properly.
    for example,
    -are they created by different users (if so, do users have different authorizations) ?
    -have someone changed those orders later (look at Environment->Changes in VA03)?
    -were those orders completed (check the logs)
    did you check the printers? does the issue relate to ONE particular printer or not?
    did you check that printer in SPAD ?
    do you have any specific user-exits? request abaper to check some orders.
    any background jobs involved?

  • Price Determination in Sales Order - for a Standard product & Custom Produc

    Hi,
    The price information is not displaying at Item Level in Sales Order for my own product 'SalesProduct1' and to my custom Sales order (z-TA). However, for standard products (Ht-1000, HT-1010, HT-1100 etc.) the price information is getting displayed successfully in z-TA.
    Also, in standard sales Order transaction (TA: Sales process). The price information is getting displayed successfully for both Standard products (Ht-1000, HT-1010, HT-1100 etc.) and for my own product (salesproduct1).
    Could you please help me out, how to rectify this problem ie. How can I diplay the price information for salesproduct1 in Z-TA?
    I tried to duplicate all the information that is there in standard products like category, sales Area etc, except PR00 price condition to my custom salesproduct1. However, in the place of PR00, I have added 0PR0 price condition and price information.
    Still the price information is not reflecting in my custom sales order (z-TA) for my salesproduct1.
    I also verifed that the SalesAreas are same for BP, Product org, Product price condition, Sales Order org info.
    I also checked that BP the Customer pricing procedure is Standard and for Doc. pricing procedure in Z-TA, TA is Standard.
    I also confirmed that in price procudere determination there exists a record that mathces with these salesarea, cust pp, doc. pp.

    Hi,
    in order to get closer to the root cause of the issue, you might want to make use of the pricing analysis / price trace. Set the user parameter PRC_TRACE = X via transaction SU3. Create an order in SAP GUI and navigate to the item level conditions tab. You should find the button accesses. In the accesses screen you will find details on condition determination and why it failed / succeeded.

    I need to get the customer material description(ie from vbap for related sales document no) when i give the input  as a production order number ,now my question is how the data is  retriewed  i mean how the production order gets related to sales order and form it how the material no is picked up and its material description..

    There is no exact relationship between a Production order and a Sales order in an MakeToStock environment.  I will therefore assume that you are speaking of MakeToOrder,  where there is an exact relationship between the Production order and the Sales Order/Item.
    Functionally, CO03 > enter the production order number.  On the display screen will be displayed the associated Sales order and item.  Double click on this and it will bring you to VA03.  Select the item of interest, and then Goto > Item > Purchase order data.  The customer material is displayed.  If you have entered a customer material description in your Customer Material Info Record (CMIR) (VD51), and if the Material in the sales order was determined by the customer material info record, then the description will be displayed instead.
    So, at table level:
    Look in AFPO to find production order number.  Contained in AFPO is AFPO-KDAUF and AFPO-KDPOS.
    Use these fields to look in VBAP to locate your sales order/item.  Find VBAP-KDMAT. This is customer material.
    The description of the 'standard' customer materials can always be found in KNMT.  To look this up, you need to know sales org, dist channel, customer, and material.  Lookup using a program is dicey, since it is possible, within a sales order, to determine the material from Customer material, or it is possible to just enter any customer material in the sales order.  When the material is determined, it depends upon your determination logic (sold to? Hierarchy?), which can differ from system to system, and from customer to customer.  To sum it up, it is possible to get the CustMat description from data found in VBAP and VBAK, but you first need to know how your CMIRs are structured.
    For a simple lookup, I suggest you just get to the customer material in VBAP, and stop there.
    For more info about how data is stored in the Sales documents, you might want to ask your question in one of the SD forums.
