IT0210 - witholding per
Hi Guys,
I am working on the requirement to get the Alternate formula from IT0210 for AZ employees on their paystub. We have done some code changes and also included the table n Field ( customising in PE51). Now we get the Alternate formula Percentage on the paystub.
However now the problem is that the master data IT0210 alternate formula shows the old percentage ie for eg. the date of the employee hired and the calculation in the paystub is as per the current percentage from table BTXFORM.
My assumption is that when we apply the HRSPs it should update the master data also which in this case is not seen.
Request you all to Plz throw some light on this,
Thanks a lot.
Regards,
SG
Hi,
Check your config, whether you have configured any Min/Max amounts for WHT codes.
This is the only area, where you can give amounts per currency.
Spro -> FA ->FA Global Settings ->WHT -> EWHT -> Calculation -> min/max amounts for wht types
Spro -> FA ->FA Global Settings ->WHT -> EWHT -> Calculation -> min/max amounts for wht codes

Vendor 1042 witholding question
Hi Gurus,
We are planning to activate extended witholding tax functionality in SAP where we will withhold 30% tax amount from the eligible vendor payments. Per my understanding, the tax amolunt will go to the tax GL account set-up in the account determination in IMG and the remaining amount will be paid to the vendor.
The issue is that our users want to post the tax amount to a tax vendor rather than going to a tax GL account because they have to pay that tax amount to the tax vendor within 3 days of vendor payment. Can someone please let me know if this is possible?
My other question is that even if we post tax amounts to tax GL account, how do we make payments to IRS? I am not clear on this aspect. Can someone please guide m,e through the end to end process?
I appreciate your help.
Thanks,
Best Regards,
ShaluHi Shalu,
You can post to tax vendor at the time of MIRO by selecting multiple vendor option during the MIRO fro the same invoice and the amount get split according to the goods vendor and the tax vendor payable amount. For more info on multiple vendor selection option consult your MM consultant.

Witholding tax greyed out in XK02
Hi all,
i'm trying to set the witholding tax in vendor master data (by updating an existing vendor).
But when in XK02 -> Witholding tax, i see all the fields greyed out and i can't add any tax.
I'm looking for a solution since 2 hours but i cannot come out.
Can you give me some tip?
Thanks.Hi
Please check if you have activated with holding tax for your company code if not activate the it and update the same in the vendor master record.
Also check you settings for
- Account Group with Screen Layout (Vendors)
- Screen Layout per company code (Vendors)
- Screen Layout per activity (Vendors)
These specifications are inter linked to the field status of each of these specification. By means of the link, you can see which status the fields have on the entry screen for master data. In this case, the fields take on the status which has the highest priority. Hiding a field has the highest priority, followed by a display field, a required field and then an optional field.

2. 194I - Payment in excess of Rs.1,80,000 p.a.

Thanks in advance.
Regards
AbhiHi,
1. 194C - Payment in excess of Rs.30,000/- in a single payment or Rs.75,000 in aggregate in a FY
Not possible to meet entire requirement.
2. 194I - Payment in excess of Rs.1,80,000 p.a.
it is possible
suggest you to use the Accumulation function
Please also maintain the Minimum /Maximum amounts per with holding Tax Type & use the below mentioned path for the same
SPRO>Financial Accounting>Financial Accounting Global Settings>Withholding Tax>Extended Withholding Tax>Calculation>Minimum and Maximum Amounts>Define Min/Max Amounts for Withholding Tax Types
Assign the Maximum base amount as Rs.180000/-
then at the time of calculating Withholding Tax it will calculate tax for anything excees of the above mentioned amount
Please refer the below link for details

Sso session timeout per partner application
Hello,
I was just wondering if it is possible to configure SSO session timeouts per partner application? I'm looking to log out users of a particular application after 15 minutes, but don't want this change to affect any of my other SSO enabled applications. Is this possible?
Thanks,Hi,
I do not think so, you can not specify specail parameter for one application in SSO.
Why because SSO is one component (within your Infra) through which you logon different apps.
Another solution may be it will expensive is that you 'll need to use different infra for this specific application.

Partial delivery per item in sales order and ATP - schedule lines
Hi,
I've problem regarding ATP- schedule lines and partial delivery flag.
In sales order there is flag Partial delivery per item B / 1 . That means create only one delivery even with quant 0. That comes from customer master or customer info-record and it is OK.
Please look at next example.
Customer requires:
10 PCS of materail A on date X. Only 5 PCS are available on date X.
10 PCS of material B on date X 0 PCS are available on date X, 10 PCS are available on date Y.
So if we create outbound delivery on date X it will contain only 5 PCS of material A. No successive deliveries will be created for material A because of the flag B/1. That item is closed.
Problem is with material B.
The sales order will be open because of material B and on date Y we can easily create another delivery with 10 PCS of mat B.
That is wrong. Agreement with customer is only one delivery for ALL items in sales order. If we create delivery on date X it should contain only materials which are available on date X and sales order should close.
Do you know how to fix this problem?Hi,
I've think you didn't understand my requirement. I allways get schedule lines but they are confirmed on different dates.
Example in same sales order we have:
Schedule line for item A:
DATE X confirmed quantity 10
Schedule line for an item B.
DATE X confirmed quanitity 0 (zeroe)
DATE Y confirmed quantity 10.
I would like to create outbond delivery on date X with:
item A quantity 10
item B quantity 0.
And if that hapens than B/0 rule will work or reference customzing that you suggested before. So order will be closed because all items are processed or referenced once.
Do you know how to do that?

I tried to configure 2 windows users accounts using a single library per the instructions in HT1203. My iTunes library is on an external drive. I cannot get this to work. Any suggestions?
To give other users read-only access to your iTunes library, use the Sharing features of iTunes. Sharing works over the local network as well as on the same computer. See the built-in help for details.
If you want to give full read/write access to more than one user, see the support article linked below.
iTunes: How to share music between different accounts on a single computer
There is a way to share the library without moving it to a secondary volume. If you really need to do that, ask for instructions. -
Looking to choose an app for viewing word documents, but need to be able to view a complete page per screen (preferably full screen) without having to 'nudge' the screen 'up' to view the bottom of the page.
Will Pages do the job?Not exactly.
You will find yourself nudging the page up or down a bit. Earlier versions of iOS Pages allowed "full page view" but that really wasn't full page either. You can squeeze the view to fit, but as soon as you release it, the document springs back to normal size - it is only about a line off from what you are looking for.
An alternative would be to view a Pages Document as a PDF and view the PDF in an app such as GoodReader - there you can see both the top and bottom edges of each page. There are many other PDF viewers available in the App Store.
Hope this helps. -

saying "ORA-20001: You have exceeded the maximum number of email messages per workspace. Please contact your administrator." so please
can any one help me to know How many mails i can send at a time per day using APEX mail system?
Thanks in advance
GowthamiHi jfosteroracle,
You are getting the error may be the following reason,
Check the following,
Login as ADMIN and Goto -->Manage Instance-->Instance Settings--> Mail-->Maximum Emails per workspace
Actually this number denotes the Number of mails can be sent per 24 hour for the workspace,It may exceeded.
It may be the reason.
Thank you.

SSRS show trend chart over column chart per series groups
Need help in designing following report in SSRS, where I have a chart report with 2 category grouping fields and 1 series group field (as with category grouping, the reason being, i need to show columns in group of 4 joined together based on their grouping
on top) .
Below are my queries
1. how to show my category grouping values on top of chart (showing group in different color) and series grouping values on bottom of chart (under each bar)
2. I need to show trend line over each series group data.
For example, First category group is over hotel name, second category group is over room type (deluxe, executive & suite) and one Series group over week number (for a month report), and the chart value is total occupancy (per hotel per room type per week
number). Now for point 1, Hotel name and room type needs to be on top of the column (total occupancy) chart, where a week iteration number (1,2,3,4 for a month) at the bottom of the chart under every column.
And for point 2, I need to show trend line per room per week occupancy was improved or not.
Regards, SujayHi Sujay,
According to your description, you want to display the two category group values at the top of the total occupancy value. Also you want to create a trend line over series values.
For your first requirement, you can specify the Label data as a combination of two category group values and total occupancy values. Then change the location of series group value legend. Please refer to below screenshot.
For your second requirement, you can add additional total occupancy values to the Chart Data panel, then change the chart type as Smooth Line.
If you have any question, please feel free to ask.
Best regards,
Qiuyun Yu

I usually open a new browser window per subject, let's say I'm shopping online for something and open about 5 tabs for that, but in the same time I am working on 2 systems which are lookalike, but defenitely should not be mixed average 6 tabs open per subject. Also I read something on my hobby and I open another window and want to read a few tabs on that.
I don't want them to mix and preferably I'd like to see a self-chosen subject for a minimized window in the taskbar.
Is there a feature like this or is it possible to add a feature like this?Another alternative by the way maybe to use multiple Firefox profiles. I will give more information on that if required. It is fairly easy if you are used to using computers but not something this forum officially supports with KB articles.
The bult in Tabs groups sounds more like what you want. Did you try that ?
As for trying to interest Developers. You could make a comment using ''feedback'' but I would not hold out much hope unless you yourself know a developer willing to undertake the coding and press for its use. Maybe you would be more likely to interest and get something from add-on developers, assuming a similar add-on does not already exist.
The people who answer questions here, for the most part, are other Firefox users volunteering their time (like me), not Mozilla employees or Firefox developers.
If you want to leave feedback for Firefox developers, you can go to the Firefox ''Help'' menu and select ''Submit Feedback...'' or use [https://input.mozilla.org/feedback this link]. (You'll need to be on the latest version of Firefox to submit feedback). Your feedback gets collected at http://input.mozilla.org/, where a team of people read it and gather data about the most common issues. -
Posting Error: Field Pers.No. is a required field for G/L account
When I am trying to run the simulation posting run (PC00_M99_CIPE) then is getting an error that u201CField Pers.No. is a required field for G/L account 2275 504566872u201D
Field Pers.No. is a required field for G/L account 2275 504566872
Message no. F5808
Diagnosis
The value for field "Pers.No." in the interface to Financial Accounting is an initial value but you are required to make an entry in the field selection for G/L account "504566872" in company code "2275" linked to the field selection for posting key "50".
Procedure
It might be an error in the configuration of the G/L account field selection. The initial application, used to call up the interface must otherwise define a value for field "Pers.No.". If this is the case, contact the consultant responsible for the application used to call up the interface or get in contact with SAP directly.
Please help.First of all did you required to post with personnel number or not....if it is not required then goto FS00 enter your GL account 504566872....find Field Staus Group under tab Create/Bank/Interest........then goto t code OBVV and select your field status group then click on field status and select Additional account assignments and check personnel number status and change as per your requirement optional or required.
If personnel number required then create symbolic a/c with account type Q and assign gl account to this symbolic a/c.
