Lost 2 months worth of data

Hi
Sorry if anyone's already answered this, but... somewhat radomly my 3GS started crashing when I was using google maps - this happened over a couple of days so I plugged it into iTunes, synced it, checked for an update but everything seemed to be OK. It was still crashing so decided to do a restore. Everything seemed to be OK until it had restored to find that I've lost the last 2 months of data - anyone got any ideas of how I can get it back? I've got tonnes of work stuff as well as photos etc. that for some reason don't seem to have backed up to iTunes.
Be grateful for any help - especially if it's in layman's terms!!!

Error 48 (or -48): Quit iTunes and discard the .ipsw file. Then, open iTunes and attempt to download again. See the steps under the heading "Rename, move, or delete the iOS software file (.ipsw)" below for .ipsw file locations.
Firmware files have an .ipsw extension and can be found at the following locations:
On Windows XP :
Documents and Settings\<User>\Application Data\Apple Computer\iTunes\iPhone Software Updates
On Windows Vista/Windows 7:
Users\<User>\AppData\Roaming\Apple Computer\iTunes\iPhone Software Updates
On Mac:

Record selection based on month in 1 years worth of data.

Hello,
I have a table that has 1 years worth of data up until the current month (June 07 to June 08). I'd like to create a record selection that displays a range of months worth of data, say November 07 to February 08.
The requirement is that the parameter be only in month format, ie. user selects November and February, no years.
The problem I'm finding is that I can't do a number range where the start is greater than the end, Start=11 End=2. A date range doesn't seem to be an option either. Do I need to do a couple of parameters with a formula?

If Start>End then
Year(Start) = Year(End) - 1
...at least, that's the idea.
so, if Start is "Dec" then it's assigned the number 12,
and if End is "Jan" then it's assigned the number 1.
so
if Start (12) > End (1) then
the year for Start is 1 year less than the year for End.
Of course, you have the static parameter with "Jan", "Feb", etc.
and the Case statement to evaluate the incoming parameter value.
Is that what you mean?

IPhone keeps losing 6 months worth of emails - please help...

Hi all,
My iphone 3GS recently lost about six months worth of emails - I found I had the last three or four mails I received then it jumped back to April (six months ago.) The emails were still in my Hotmail account when I looked online.
At that time I'd just had a hard drive failure. I had plugged my phone into laptop with new HD and it recognised it as a new computer so couldn't sync - I put email issue down to that. After sorting all that out and syncing to "new" computer all was fixed.
But it's just happened again. Back to exactly the same date in April, with only a few mails from last few days. Don't understand why.
And also happened on my girlfriend's iPhone 4 this afternoon as well.
Anyone got any ideas?
Is this an iPhone problem or a Hotmail problem? Haven't updated to iOS5 yet because I don't want a bricked phone - could that be the issue?

I have a table called MONTHLYBILL with Column TRANSACTIONMONTH. I need one query / function / SP to do return ouput based on following combination. I am using Oracle 9i

Now we need some specific data from the old backup and restore it to the production

Thanks for replying so quick. I think before the update the apps were not in the library. Now after the update the apps are in the itunes libary minus the game data. I think that happened because I tried to find my game data. I search my pc and found a previous itunes libraries folder and when I used that I found a file I clicked on a file called itunes Library 2012-01-10 that opened in the itunes library. The date on that file was the date of the upgrade to 5.0.1. when I lost all my games data.
There is another file in the itunes libcalled iTunes Library 2011-03-16 would it be worth trying to download that as it may have more game data?
I ment to say the devices tab not table it is the option in the iTunes app to find out about your device.

Assign Month within a date range (by most days in a given month)

I have a begin and end date, sample data as such

How do I assign a month by the most days in a month within that date range? Sometimes the date range might have the exact same amount of days in a month (like 3/15/2012 has 16 days and 4/16/2012 has 16 days). In this case, I want the earlier month (march).
So from the sample data:

03/15/2012, 04/16/2012, March
05/13/2012, 07/23/2012, June

Is it possible to display number of month, week and days between 2 dates? either by using only SQL query or through PL/SQL...
Input:

To date: 19-Oct-2010
I want output as below (Assuming the week starts from Monday to Sunday in oracle).
01-Oct-2010 -- (Since this is in mid of the week)

Extract Month & Year From Date

Hi All,
I have a key figure quantity and i want the data on date,for the month and for the year.
i create the variables for the date,for the month(ie from date to date) and for the year(ie, from date to date) seperatly that means i have three input variables which may sometimes create confusion.
My problem is that I want to enter only date and the variable itself calculate the month and year from the date so that it returns the data as desired above.
for eg. : Now i to enter date : 3/14/2009
          enter MTD (FROM/TO) : 3/01/2009 - 3/14/2009
          enter YTD (FROM/TO) : 4/01/2008 - 3/14/2009
I want to enter only date : 3/14/2009
and the variable itself extract the month and year till date.
and also the same variable calculates number of days so that need not to take the formula variable of date difference to calculate the average qty.

HELP - I've lost all my Calendar data, most of my Notes, and other issues

In priority order:
1. Sometime in the last two days my iPhone 4S, with IOS 7.0.4, lost all my Calendar data except birthdays from Contacts.
2. Most of my Notes are lost except those from PC.
WRT the above, iPad data is still intact.
3. IOS 7.0.4 crashes apps A LOT! Even Apple apps.
4. IOS 7.0.4 is slow.

Resolved items 1 & 2 by rebooting the phone. I am happy that it resolved, but it shouldn't have happened n the first place.

Get the month from a date column with the calculated column

I am trying to get the month from a date field with the help of calculated column. However I get this syntax error whenever I want to submit the formula:

the default language of our site is German and [datum, von] is a date field.

I have created two columns
Current MM-YY
Calculated (calculation based on other columns)
Today
Date and Time
Current MM-YY is calculated value with formula as
=TEXT(Today,"mmmm")
But the output shows as December instead of May.
I have tried =TEXT([Datum, von];"mmmm") but no help.
I am trying to populated the column automatically with current month..ex: if its May the field should show May, next month it should show June an so on.
Any kind help is grateful.

Here's a 8i solution :
select add_months(
         trunc(
           to_date('12-01-2011','DD-MM-YYYY')
         ,'MM'
       , rownum ) - 1 as results
from all_objects
where rownum <= ( months_between( trunc(to_date('14-04-2011','DD-MM-YYYY'), 'MM'),
                                  trunc(to_date('12-01-2011','DD-MM-YYYY'), 'MM') ) );
The above two query is worked in oracle 11GActually the first query I posted is not correct.
It should work better with
months_between(
   trunc(to_date(:dt_end,'DD-MM-YYYY'),'MM'),
   trunc(to_date(:dt_start,'DD-MM-YYYY'),'MM')

Display of month insted of date in report!

Hi Experts,
Question 1:
I want to display month instead of date as a characteristic in my report. Is this possible in BEx without using Virtual Characteristic and without changing existing data module.
Question 2:
I am able to display the month as keyfigure using formula variable, but it is displaying as 201.106 insted of 201106. How to correct this? means with out displaying the thousand separator for this keyfigure.

Hi Herzoh,
In order to display calday as calmonth.. create a formula variable with replacement path to get the date into formula.
While creating in replacement path tab give offset start and length. In the currency unit tab under dimensions select date.
Note :But the problem is you have to drag 0calday in rows.
so 0calday also visible in the report.
I don't know how to hide a charecteristic.

Music Rescue also works as far as restoring your playlists etc. I've used it twice, you can use the Quick Recover mode, but have to click continue trial (something like that) allot, cp. to purchase option. Otherwise diesel is right as far as restoring via your purchase history.
