Item level tabstrip to me51n and me54n

Hi,
   I need to add a tab strip at item level for tcode ME51N and ME54N.
   This tab will contain 1 field which will show stock info
   Kindly let me know if there is any badi existing for the same along with the procedure.

    Hi SatyaVenkat,
    You can call commerceItem.getShippingGroupRelationships(). It will return a list of commerceItem shippingGroupsRelationships.
    So, with it you will be able to get all commerceItem information, about shippingGroups (that contains shippingAddress), priceInfo (that contais tax and discounts) and so on.

  • Delivery address appearing at Item level and not at Header level in PO

    Hello Experts,
    We are facing an issue as described below:-
    We are in SRM 7.0 using classic scenario.
    After approval of multi line Shopping Cart in SRM ,PR's are getting
    automatically created in backend R/3 system.After converting PR's into
    POs in backend R/3,we are observing that the delivery address for these
    PO'are getting printed at Item level and not at the Header Level
    inspite of the delivery address being same for all the Item level.
    As desired,the delivery address in the PO's should have the delivery
    address at the header level if the the delivery address is identical
    for all the Item Levels.
    However,if we create a PR directly in R/3 system and then convert these
    PR's into PO's in the backend R/3 system,we find that the deliver
    address are getting printed at the Header Level if the delivery address
    is same for all the item level(which is as desired)
    Any pointers will be highly appreciated.

    Thank you for your response.In our case even if all the Line/items level have same Plant and storage location still the delivery address is getting printed at Item level and not at Header Level and this is happening only for PO's created from PR's orginating from SRM7.0.
    However if we create PR's directly in R/3 and then convert them into PO's,the delivery address is getting printed at the Header level if the delivery address is same for all the Item level.
    Can you plz some insite into this?

  • Header and item level approval using N level BADI

    Hi Experts,
    I beleive we can use either header level or item level approval workflow (WS14000133 and WS14500015) using N Approval-BADI. Please advise what information approval will be able to see if we will be using WS14000133 (Header level approval). Can he see all line item information or header level only.

    In SRM the same BADI is used for SC, PO, Invoice and others as well..  If you see the example implementation provided by SAP, you can see the use of CASE statement with different Business Objects and code under it.
    Irrespective of the Header level or Item level approval workflow the same BADI has to be implemented.
    The difference between Header and Item Level approval is
    1) In Header level, approval or rejection is done for the whole cart (there can be 1 item or multiple items).
        Approver will be able to see all the items in the cart.
    2) In Item level, approval or rejection is done for each and every line item. here is an example ---
      Line item 1 has Cost Center as Account Assignment Category and has to be approved by Users A and B.
      Line item 2 has Internal Order as Account Assignment Category and has to be approved by Users C and D.
    Item 1 goes to user A and once approved, it goes to B.  they will not be able to approve or reject item 2. but we can restrict user A and B to see item 2 or not by setting a flag..
    Item 2 goes to user C and once approved, it goes to D.  they will not be able to approve or reject item 1. but we can restrict user C and D to see item 1 or not by setting a flag..
    The SC will get released only after all the items are approved.
    For Header Level approval, you need to fill the APPROVAL_TABLE.
    For Item Level approval, you need to make use of APPROVAL_TABLE, ITEM_APPROVAL_TABLE and ITEM_APPROVAL_OBJ.
    Examples provided by SAP might give you an idea how to code for Header and Item Level.

  • Block the Material at Item level in Sales Order automatically for delivery

    Hi!
    My business scenario needs a material to be Ckecked for Inspection after raising the Sales Order by thirdparty person. So, I need to block that particular material at Item level automatically for delivery and rest of the line items can get delivered. I can do this by selecting the reason for Block at Item level manually, but I want the system to get detemine this block. And one more thing is that there is NO Quality Management module for this. So, let me know what I need to configure for this effect.   Thank you.....

    pl check the user exit " userexit_save_document_prepare" or "userexit_save_document".
    Take the help of your abaper to see if the logic written here can affect the item level block in the sales order for inspection. Create new reason for the item level block and have it triggered with this exit. Instead of hard coding which might require regular intervention of abaper for code changes for the business to be able to manage it, maintain a master data in the material master against some field with a key.
    now use that key to identify if these materials require to be blocked at the sales order level for inspection. To release this item again the user has to go in VA02 mode to release the block. Let this be done after the inspection of that material.

    i earlier i unable to save due to VE and PE confusing partner function but now i have to save the setting means check BOX marked but still there where not effect.
    Again i want to tell you the requirement i have to do Mandatory Partner function (Sales Employee) on sales order item level,may be that will be PE or VE i m not sure....
    Management want to track like who is the owner of this business at the per item level for incentives purpose and after that marketing team can analyze the incentive or commission by the end of the every months from early this practice is going on but every sales order or every line item every time user not used to fill sales employee so that i have to do Mandatory, If any user creating sales order and if in sales order there end of line item means 2-3- 5-10-50...so on....may be every item has different sales employee and all has to be complete or els sales order should be pending or sales order not going to save...

  • Error after Adding Header Zfields to Item Level Screens?

    Hi,
    When I add SLA Z fields from Node BTAdminI to the  SRQM_SLAPRO/SLASrvCtrView,. Contract related SLA data is not appearing and all fields are appearing in the mode of grade out in WEB UI.
    Few of the fields are showing  BTAdminI not bound as value.
    In the same scenario for the few of the fields I am getting below mentioned error
    BSP exception: Error converting to data object from ZZAFLD00002U
    Same error I am getting after I added Zfields (From BTADMINH) to Item Level Screen too.
    My doubt is Cant I add Header Zfields to Item Level Screens? Or/And Item Zfields to Item Header Screens
    What can be possible what is not possible. Please get some clarity on this issue.

  • Item level Group Condition

    Hello,
    I have created one Item level condition type ZZXX and set "group condition" check box and maintained condition records with fixed amount.
    In the sales order, i have given 3 line items (different materials). system determined the condition type ZZXX and distributed amount to 3 materials with different values.
    Could you please let me know how a Item level group condition distributes amount among 3 line items?

    I have a small confusion, we can do header level determination for ORG, Partner, so why we need Item Level determination for Org., and Partner. Once the partner determination is done in header level during transaction then is it necessary to do the determination of org and partner in Item Level.

    Hi,
    If you need partners to be copied from header to items ,please check note 845528,which explains for the
    partner inheritance.
    But sometimes as per your requirement you may need different partners for different products so you can have partner determination at item level.

  • UDM_SUPERVISOR: Adding fields and data at customer item level

    Hi
    I am having the same issue with newbie82_c; I need to populate the added fields in transaction UDM_SUPERVISOR.
    I know that the previous thread was tagged as answered already but the solution to the issue was not indicated in the thread.
    Here are the scenarios:
    - i've added fields in the item level invoice worklist of the customers by enhancing structure FDM_COLL_INVOICE_ALV (appending fields to FDM_COLL_INVOICE)
    - thru the implementation of the BADI FDM_COLL_SEND_ITEMS, i was able to retrieve the data specified by the user (Reference Keys in FB05)
    - i've populated CT_EXT_ITEMS with the retrieved data
    Now I need these data to be displayed in the added fields in UDM_SUPERVISOR.
    What ABAP object/s is/are responsible for populating the process receivable details?

    Can you kindly provide me with a working solution for this? I'm currently facing a similar issue for a similar BAPI (in my case it's BAPI_CUSTOMERRETURN_CHANGE) and can't seem to update the custom fields in VBAK. I have put in necessary values in the EXTENSIONIN table as well as updated the UPDATEFLAG indicator to 'U' and although it says that the order is saved, it seems to overwrite the custom field with its original value.
    The custom field seems to get updated correctly when I use BAPI_CUSTOMERRETURN_CREATE but when I make changes using BAPI_CUSTOMERRETURN_CHANGE, it gets overwritten with the original value.
    Any help is appreciated.

    You can check out two table in respect to Sales TEXT i.e. STXH (STXD SAPscript text file header) and STXL(SAPscript text file lines).
    The best approach of tracing out the Text in respect to Sales Order would be to use the Function module READ_TEXT and put this FM in SE37 and execute with the following parameter.
    Client
    Text ID of text to be read
    Language of text to be read
    Name of text to be read
    Object of text to be read
    Archive handle
    Text catalog local
    When you are essentially looking to read item level Text with respect to Sales Order then your Text OBject would be VBBP.

    Most of the item level data in delivery doc is copied from Schedlue lines in Sales order for eg delivery date
    So u may say that schedule line in sales order becomes the line item in Subsequent doc that is in Delivery doc .
    The table u are talking about i.e VBEP is related to sales doc and it contain data for Schedule line in sales order and the other table i.e LIPS give the delivry doc related data at item level.
