Items are executing upon being selected. Wierd.
Lately one of my Macs running 10.3.9 has started acting strangely: for example, when I go to the apple menu and start running the mouse down the menu, it is not possible to get all the way to the last item in the menu - the menu will disappear as I get part way down the menu, and some function in the menu will launch itself.
Or, if I try to drag an executable file out of a folder into another folder, it drags as far as the desktop, and then launches itself. It can't just be dragged from one folder to another. If I quit the program, it can then be dragged from the desktop into the destination folder, whereupon it launches itself again.
The Mac acts as tho some accellerator key somewhere is stuck, or some accessibility setting is stuck in the wrong position....but I've looked all thru the mouse control panel. my logitech configuration panel, and the Universal Access settings, and am not seeing anything that resolves the problem.
I am currently doing a MacScan, which will take all night, in the unlikely event that it detects some bizarre malware item on the computer....which is highly unlikely. After that, I'll try a different mouse. I've not seen such an issue reported in the forums before. It could also be a corrupted preference file, if I knew which ones to delete (i believe they regenerate themselves back to defaults).
Just posting this in case it jogs someone's mind with a possible solution...i'd hate to have to reinstall the entire system just to fix this oddball behavior.
It turned out to be a flaky mouse button. The microswitch for the left mouse button was not making reliable contact; when i held the button down, it was sending erratic signals to the CPU which the CPU was interpreting as double clicks, causing executables to run. New Mouse fixed the problem.

The reason behind the error message requires the knowledge on what happens at the backend. When you perform a drill-through action, a query is sent to Analysis Services. This query is expressed in a query language called Multi-Dimensional Expression (MDX).
Since the MDX language doesnot support drill-through command against a set (collection of tuples) an error is persisted.
For now, there is no workaround as it is a limitation of the underlying language that is generating the query.
When multiple items are selected you lose the ability to drill-down on individual metrics. To resolve you must either:
1. Select a single Item.
2. Select all items.

Sales doc items with the status CLSD ARE being selected for month-end
We are working to improve month-end processing time for Sales Orders We use SAPKKA12 to set CLSD status on line items
SAP Help states: be sure that the status CLSD (closed) is set for all sales document items that you do not want to include in the period-end closing process. The sales document items with the status CLSD are then not selected for processing in the period-end closing process. Use report program SAPKKA12 to set the status.
This use to work (in 4.0). I have been on other projects and just brought back to this after several years (now in 5.0). Testing today shows that orders with CLSD status are being selected for month-end process.
Any ideas why this is so? System is selceting over 300,000 orders when well over half of them are set to CLSD. I do get a message that the order is not relevant to processing, but selecting the order and logging the message take time. and the logs are VERY long.

I do understand that the orders are not analyzed, but all documentaion states that CLSD status is not selected, and in our 5.0 system, they are selected. In our 4.0 system, they were not selected.
Does this truely work for anyone in a 5.0 system?

Outlook 2010 sent mail items are being deleted and found in recovered items
My user has this issue with Sent Mail items not staying in the Sent items folder. Items are being sent to the sender. The mail messages are found in the recover items folder as if the deleted items folder was being emptied. This is not the case. No mail
rules have been set to move items to the deleted items folder. User does not have the option of clearing the deleted items folder upon exit of outlook. This does not occur on every message. This at times happens immediately after sending the message. The option
is selected in outlook to keep a copy of sent messages in the Sent Items folder. These are messages that are needed to be saved and have proof of them being sent to the end user.Hi,

Please make sure the user doesn't use the account on other devices, which may possibly cause this problem to occur.
In case the hidden rules in Outlook caused the problem ,you can also try to use MFCMAPI to check and delete hidden rules from outlook:

Items are not visible in multi-select listbox in a static form
Hi,
I'm using adobe livecycle designer 8.0. I have a multi-select listbox, the items are hardcoded into the form. In runtime, some of the items are selected from the server side when the PDF is generated. If only one item is selected then there is no issue. When multiple items are selected, the list box is behaving as below.
If the PDF is static,
If the listbox is readonly, then all the selected items are visible (highlighted in red)
If the listbix is editable, then it appears blank. If you select it using right click, then you can see all the items and the selected items. But if you click again somewhere outside the listbox, then the listbox goes blank. If you select it using left click, then the previous selections are gone and the items are visible with the item you just selected.
If the PDF is dynamic, then the multi-select is working fine.
Aren't the multi-select listboxes supported in static PDFs?
For your reference, I created 2 templates (static and dynamic) and populating the values using javascript in the docReady event. I'm using \n character as delimter to select the multiple items. Please find them at the below links.Notice the "List Box 1" in both forms. In static form, the values appear only after you right click the listbox.

In such cases, please try to check as below :
1) Create Leave request work item from Employee and check the same under the UWL Tracking tab of employee.
2) Log-in to swi5 transaction of the respective back end system and give "US" -> manager's UserID -> Choose Tasks to be completed from the drop down -> Remove any date if mentioned -> Execute.
3) Here if you can see the Leave request created, but not on the portal, it reflects some portal issue like sync.
4) If no leave request work item is seen here, then there is a problem in the employee manager mapping or the workflow setup.
5) In such cases, you can try to check the Swi1 and check the log of that workflow to understand the current status of the Leave request.
Revert if further help is needed with more info.

Open Items are being Displayed
Dear Friends,
USing T.code F-32, I select the customer account, Company code, Special GL and clicked on process open items.
Open items are displayed ex: Doc nos : 1,2,3, are displayed, but Doc no: 4,5,6 are not displayed. They have the same customer account and same gl accounts.
What should i check in order to know why there are not being displayed?
Please advise.

Finally i was able to see the document nos which has Special GL W. Going to T.code F-32, I entered Customer no, Clearing date, Company Code, Currency.
In special GL ind, I entered W and deselected Normal OI and selected Document no and clicked on Process open item. The System asked for document nos, i entered the document nos.
The Open items were displayed with minus(-) sign i.e. credit amount.
How to clear the credit open items in F-32.
Please suggest.

How Do You Control the Order That Menu Items Are Selected
I am using iDVD 6 with the Portfolio Theme (iDVD 5). I created a project with one 15-minutes iMovie project and seven slideshows (created in iDVD).
In Preview mode (or with the final) DVD, the order that entries on the main menu are selected does not seem to follow a logical pattern. As I try to advance using the right cursor, the second item (horizontally) is skipped. (I have two rows, each with four items). When I have one of the other three items in that row selected, the second item is selected if I hit the down arrow.
In 'flowchart view' the eight items are in the order I want them to be selected. That is, the item that is being skipped is in the second position on the flowchart.
Any insight on this would be appreciated.
PowerBook G4 1.33 Ghz (me) & FP iMac - 1.0 Ghz (kids) Mac OS X (10.4.4) iMac (for the kids)I created an iMovie and then exported to iDVD, iDVD used the same sequence as the iMovie. When you build you Movie or slide show it follows the sequence that you place them in the time line. I have a Slide Show movie with video clips in the time line all of the shows and clips play in the order that I placed them. When you move through the menu use the right arrow to move accross the menu and the down arrow to move down to the next row. There is an button to move to the next menu. I have 13 chapters in my iDVD and they appear on 3 menus. Each menu shows 6 buttons you can edit the button titles and reposition them if you deselect the snap to grid and select the other option. When I open my project after exporting the titles overlayed each other. The buttons picted up my iMovie titles so I had to fix them and reduce the type size and move the buttons to separate them. The time line sets the order and the arrow keys move throgh the buttons on you Mac screen you can select with the mouse by clicking the button. On a DVD player you are stuck with the arrows and enter keys on the remote. You may have a glitch in your data check the time line along bottom of your original to see if the chapter markers are in position.

We are loading Special Ledger information from R/3 to BW, and for many accounts, the data is not reconciling between the two systems.
We have found out that none of the Open Line Items are being transferred.
Do you know which could be the cause for this?

PSE7 Faces tagging doesn't work (No items are selected)
Hi,
I try to use the Faces tagging feature in PSE 7 (with windows vista 32bit sp1) but it doesn't work.
For some reasons, the faces tagging interface never display the photos I've selected. In the lower left corner, it says "No items are selected".
I tried selecting zero, one or more photos in the photo browser. When I select zero photos, it asks me if I want to find faces on all the displayed picture (I have about 5 000 pictures) but none appears in the faces tagging interface.
The menu item Find->Find Faces for tagging and the button Face Faces for Tagging give the same result (doesn't work).
Can anyone help me?

1) The repair command said it did not find any error and I said No to "Repair anyway", then optimized.
2) Same thing, but I said yes to Repair anyway with the Visually similar content checkbox checked.

if You insert an authorization Group into FS00 then You should create a role by transaction PFCG to link to Your user.
Then You have to link to this role the transactions You want the user to use and into the Authorization TAB, You have to insert the relevant intervals of Authorization group, excluding the one to which the user cannot post to:
Changed Accounting Document: Account Authorization for G/L Accounts
Maintained Accounting Document: Account Authorization for G/L Accounts
Activity Create or generate
Authorization Group HERE!!!!!!
Then You have to save and to generate.
Anyway the easier way, in my opinion, is to build up a validation by OB28 at line item (call up point 2) and define an error
message in case the use should use the G/L Account in question.

If P_TYPE='P' , then the data must get saved in KEC_FDACCT_DTL table.
The problem what is happening is,
If i enter the details with all the records as 'P' , the record gets inserted into the table KEC_FDACCT_DTL
If i enter the details with records of 'P' and 'R' , then nothing gets inserted into the table KEC_FDACCT_DTL.
Even the records with 'P' is not getting updated.
I want the records of 'P' , to be inserted into table KEC_FDACCT_DTL, even when multiple records of all types of 'P_Type' (R, w & P) are entered.
So, can you please help me with this.

Leave Request work items are not showing in SBWP TCODE under OUTBOX .

I applied leave through ESS from portal(Employee login)employee sends a leave request sends good,
and I got Leave request(work items) Managers in box(uwl in Manager Login in portal).
Manger Approve the leave request has been approved successfully.
can I check whether leave request is processed in R/3.
in tcode se38-RPTARQDBVIEW - UNDER leave request(Leave)->STATUS>COMPLETED,
But in r/3 i execute the Tcode SBWP...
here is no work items are not showing in outbox..

you need to check via SWIA or rptarqdbview or SWI5 for the user
these are java based tasks so will be done in UWL. you can see only the tasks but after approval they are disappeared.
The outbox shows the last 30 days by default. This default cannot be
changed. This 30 days selection period is always set when you enter
the outbox. However, the user can change the selection period by
clicking the button 'Change selection period' on top of the grid
control but this as you know will be reset once you log out.
This is how the mapping from the
backend workplace folders to the UWL tabs should work:

Old items are not populated after adding items into a master/detail form
Hi,
I am relatively new to APEX. I am creating a master/detail form. It works well. When I add new items the older items are no more populated. Why ?
For example I have an itme which is a select list as a Named LOV. At creation of the row I want the user to choose from this select list. It works well.
But when modifying the record, I don't want the user to change this name. For that purpose, I create an item which is a display only item. This item is conditional and appear only when the record has been created.
And this is where the problem comes. It seems to work but, if I logout of the application and login, then values are no more populated to the items and I get an error when trying to update the form.
I hope I make it clear. I have been trying a lot of times and found that if I add items, then everything goes wrong.

You don't say what the error is that you are getting - this may help us with your problem!
On the form, do you now have TWO fields - one being the original select list and the other being a read-only version of it? Is it likely that BOTH fields could appear on the page at the same time AND that both are connected to the field on the table?
You can set the select list to be read-only conditionally - in this case you could make it read-only on the condition of the primary key field not being null.

In SWNCONFIG, our scenario was set to use filter 'ALL_DELTA' and subscription Granularity is 'one
message contains multiple notification'. After schedule program SWN_SELSEN, the job log shows:

I am facing the below error very frequently which is causing the disabling the "Enable connects"on the respective application. It is not happening for all the scheduled processes, just BETWEEN the last cube build or first cube build of the day.
In Essbase.log server logs observered as below:

message on contacting or from application:

SetActive Commands are Currently Not Being Accepted

Error 1013206 processing request [MaxL: Execute] - disconnecting
Please suggest as It is happening repetedly andcausing the Down time.Is it possible that you've issued the command: alter application disable connects ;
That would cause MaxL to send back that message.
Per the docs:
Prevent any user with a permission lower than Application Managers from making connections to the databases that require the databases to be started. This includes starting the databases or performing the ESSCMD SELECT command on the databases. Is it possible that you issue that command and then try to do things with a username that doesn't have App Manager or higher rights?
