Itunes have taken money from my account for apps i havnt purchased and no nothing about

just been on my bank online and noticed that within 2 days £310 has come out of my bank for apps i have never used and didnt even no i had, i have a 9yr old daughter who uses my ipad but she doesnt know my password how the **** has this happened and will itunes refund me?? anyone please help??????????????

Either someone in your household has been buying content or someone has hacked your account.
You need to change your password immediately.
You need to talk to your cardholder about reimbursement.

    For purchases I've made months ago. I've had $5 taken out today so now my bank is -$18 for a games I purchased the start of this year and a song I bought like 3 months ago. I shouldn't be charged for something I've already paid for? I mean both the game (that can only be purchased) and the song are on my phone right now which I wouldn't have access to if I didn't purchase them beforehand?  So why is money being taken from my account?

    You've viewed the purchase history on your account : See your purchase history in the iTunes Store - Apple Support ?
    Have you redownloaded them today, or done anything in the stores over the past couple of days ? Have you done in-app purchases in the game ?
    If you've logged into your account today/yesterday then did you add or change card or address details on it and received temporary store holding charges : iTunes Store & Mac App Store: About payment card authorization holds - Apple Support ?
    If you have redownloaded them then you shouldn't be charged if they are the same items that you originally bought (e.g. the rights-holder hasn't removed and replaced them with new versions ; what can be redownloaded for free will show in the Purchased tabs in the iTunes and App Store apps on your phone), and you haven't moved countries since buying them. If they are proper charges (not the temporary holding charge) and you don't think that you should have been charged then contact iTunes Support : http://www.apple.com/support/itunes/contact/ - click on Contact iTunes Store Support on the right-hand side of the page

    When I opened the Mac App Store on my White MacBook(2010 model running Lion), it told me I had an update for Angry Birds. I never bought the original Angry Birds for Mac, so I decided I'd buy it because I enjoyed it on the iPad. When I clicked buy, it had my email switched to a russian one and when I tried to buy the app on my account, I got an unknown error (4). I can buy other items on my account, but when I try Angry Birds it always returns the error. Any ideas on how to fix it? Thanks in advance!

    I have the same question. My credit card is charged every few days for varying amounts and I did not purchase anything from iTunes. My credit card bill says Apple ITunes but no other detail is provided to inform me what the charge is for.

  • Movie won't download, but it still took the money from my account?

    So I downloaded "UP" recently for my son to be able to watch on my itouch. However when I went ahead and bought it, itunes removed the money from my account, but the movie never loaded. My daughter has had Itunes for a while and told me to check under available downloads, but it was not there. I waited for two days and it was still not there, I'm starting to get a little frustrated. I'm not sure what I should do or who to contact, because it's ridiculous itunes drafted my account but I never received my movie.Any help is much appreciated!

    For what it's worth, you posted this in 2011, and here in 2014 I am still having this same issue. Over the last two days, I have had to unlock my apple account 8 times. I didn't get any new devices. I haven't initiated a password reset. I didn't forget my password. I set up two factor authentication and have been able to do the unlocking with the key and using a code sent to one of my devices. 
    That all works.
    It's this having to unlock my account every time I go to use any of my devices. And I have many: iMac, iPad, iPad2, iPad mini, iPhone 5s, iPod touch (daughter), and my old iPhone 4 being used as an ipod touch now.  They are all synced, and all was working just fine.
    I have initiated an incident with Apple (again) but I know they are just going to suggest I change my Apple ID. It's a simple one, and one that I am sure others think is theirs. I don't want to change it. I shouldn't have to. Apple should be able to tell me who is trying to use it, or at least from where.

    I've checked your account—you have two ExportPDF subscriptions. One placed on October 20 2013, and the other placed on October 11 of this year. So, you were probably charged the auto renewal for the subscription placed in 2013, and then the new charge for this year's order.
    Please Contact Customer Care so that an agent can help get things situated for you. There's no reason to have two subscriptions to the same service, so an agent can help you cancel one, if you'd like.
