J2I8 " Cannot reconcile : Crossed Return Date, please reverse".

Hello Experts,
While doing an Capital Goods transfer through J2I8 system is throwing the " Cannot reconcile : Crossed Return Date, please reverse".
After analysis, I have observed that, at the time of double clicking on the Part 2 Serial Number, system is not displaying the respecting Accounting like as below
its giving an blank document number while double clicking on the part 2 of serial number, but no accounting document was there in place & its giving an error message while doing the transfer " Cannot reconcile : Crossed Return Date, please reverse".
I have attached document of the error message since server was not allowed to paste the error screens.

Cannot return data in Discoverer report when using specific AR tables/views

When using any of the following tables (logged in as Administrator responsibility), I get no data returned...
AR_RECEIVABLE_APPLICATIONS
AR_PAYMENT_SCHEDULES
RA_CUSTOMER_TRX
RA_CUSTOMER_TRX_ALL
When running in TOAD or SQL Plus, I have to set my Org ID to return data. It was my assumption that the security calls would automatically do that in Discoverer when setup as an APPS mode EUL. Discoverer 10g is the version.
Pulling anything from any of those tables results in no rows returned in Discoverer. Is there a special security call I must make in the SQL?

If you brose data only from AR.RA_CUSTOMER_TRX_ALL do you get any data?
From the 4 "tables" you mentioned this is the only TABLE while all other are views with security mechanism in it.
In the finance the system administrator is not defined so that it will see the whole data, you need to log in using a proper responsibility.
If you already have the sys admin then open the application and add to yourself AR responsibilities such as "%AR Manager", "%AR Superuser" .
After that you can log in with those responsibilities and you'll get the data.

Cannot reslove symbol class Date

Cross Domain Data Source Error in SSRS 2008

We have our data warehouse server on a different Windows domain (Domain ABC) to the domain where our end user tools such as SSRS and SSAS sit (DOMAIN 123). Historically we've used SQL server mixed mode authentication to get around any cross domain
authentication issues but to tighten up security we are trying to switch to Windows only. However, I'm unable to my development instance of SSRS to connect to a datasource using credentials from a different domain.
I created a copy of the live data source with the same settings except for the credentials. Here I selected Windows credentials (without impersonation ticked) and put in the username with the format DOMAINABC\DomainAccount with a domain account from
the same domain as our DWH server. However, none of the reports I tested can conect and throw the error below. Please can anyone give me some pointers on things to check? My google research has drawn a blank so far!

An error has occurred during report processing.
Cannot impersonate user for data source 'DWH'.
Log on failed.
Logon failure: unknown user name or bad password. (Exception from HRESULT: 0x8007052E)

From your inital post, it sounded like you wanted to login to the data source with a remote domain user (123 in your example). Glad to see that's not the case!
When you tested the credentials with SSMS were you on the remote domain?

WCF - Customizable return data

I have been asked to create a service whereby from some means other than recompiling the service, additional content may be added to the return data.
For example, let's assume I have 2 columns in the return data pertaining to a call... Year and Model of a Car. Further assume that the Color of the car is available in the database as well. Is there
some means of having the service return Color as well (without recompiling the service) ? Maybe this attribute (Color) could be added to an xml document that the service reads, or added to the underlying stored procedure.... I guess the best
description of this concept would be dynamic classes ?

No, you cannot add a DataMember to a DataContract without recompiling the assembly in which the DataContract class is defined and even less set the value of this property without writing some code that must be compiled.
You could of course return all data as some kind of dynamic string and retrieve the string to be returned from an external database or something though. But you cannot modify the DataContract without recompiling it.

I would think you cannot return a product after the return date has passed.
Call the Apple Store and ask them.

of the Lync Setup. After that Lync Monitoring and Archiving services are not working.

'Driver]Parameter missing' Error while trying to pass parameter to MS query & Return Data to Microsoft Excel

I am trying to set up a parameter query using ODBC-Microsoft Query
to BMC Remedy The ODBC connection is "AR System ODBC Data Source".
I want to pass a parameter to modified date field and get all the remedy tickets for which the modified date is<= to the passed parameter date.
So in MS query, SQL-

then we found a solution in SAP Forums and applied the same in Test Company Environment, then its working good and also attaching the scenario with screen shot.
Please have a look into the attachment then tell us. Is it a good practice to proceed or is there any solution as simple as this.
One more thing is my client has having more 20000 records to do reconciliation and he is looking for any alternative solution.
So please tell us a Better solution.

Using CRUD procedures to update data and ref cursors to return data

Hi:
I am currently evaluating Apex 3.x to replace an existing app that uses lots of procedures to update and return data.
1. Is it possible to return data from a function that returns a cursor (or from a procedure that has an input/output ref cursor parameter for that matter) ? Example: Let's say I have the following function in a package:

Can I add a page with a table that is populated based on this function? Based on my research it is not possible, but I want an APEX expert to confirm it
2. The old application uses CRUD procedures to update date, that is for each table there are 3 procedures, insert update and delete. Question: is it possible to channel all the update, inserts and deletes through these procedures? Furthermore, in lots of cases I use sequences to populate the primary keys, and the new value is returned as output parameter. Can I retrieve the output value and use it maybe in the next page I am branching to?
In the samples that I've seen the same form is used for insert and update. How do I distinguish between the two modes?
3. Can you please point me to some samples that show how to do 1 & 2. The standard samples that I've seen use the automatic row processing.
4. Could you please recommend some good books about Apex or HTML db? I found the documentation unintuitive. It is hard to picture quickly how things tie together by reading this documention. I wish the documentation was more task oriented and presented 'how to...' implement generic patterns used in web apps.

Reinstalling Lion/Mountain Lion Without Erasing the Drive
Boot to the Recovery HD: Restart the computer and after the chime press and hold down the COMMAND and R keys until the menu screen appears. Alternatively, restart the computer and after the chime press and hold down the OPTION key until the boot manager screen appears. Select the Recovery HD and click on the downward pointing arrow button.
Repair the Hard Drive and Permissions: Upon startup select Disk Utility from the main menu. Repair the Hard Drive and Permissions as follows.
When the recovery menu appears select Disk Utility. After DU loads select your hard drive entry (mfgr.'s ID and drive size) from the the left side list. In the DU status area you will see an entry for the S.M.A.R.T. status of the hard drive. If it does not say "Verified" then the hard drive is failing or failed. (SMART status is not reported on external Firewire or USB drives.) If the drive is "Verified" then select your OS X volume from the list on the left (sub-entry below the drive entry,) click on the First Aid tab, then click on the Repair Disk button. If DU reports any errors that have been fixed, then re-run Repair Disk until no errors are reported. If no errors are reported click on the Repair Permissions button. Wait until the operation completes, then quit DU and return to the main menu.
Reinstall Lion/Mountain Lion: Select Reinstall Lion/Mountain Lion and click on the Continue button.
Note: You will need an active Internet connection. I suggest using Ethernet if possible because it is three times faster than wireless.

Here are the errors I get:
The field "DREF" is unknown, but there is a field with the similar name "OREF" . . . .
When I replace itr by OREF I get:
"OREF" is not a data reference variable.
I then try to change it to dref_tab. I get:
"DREF_TAB" is not a data reference variable.
Any idea? By the way, must there be a HANDLE event for this to work?

When opening a form in SharePoint 12013 that was created from Infopath 2013, I get the following error.
You do not have permissions to access a database that contains data required for this form to function correctly.
An entry has been added to the Windows event log of the server.
Log ID:5566
When I go to the log files on the SharePoint server. I see the following error.
Exception Message: The form cannot connect to the data source. Login failed for user 'NT AUTHORITY\ANONYMOUS LOGON'
I am guessing this has something to do with the UDCX connection and the database.
Can anyone help me get this fixed?

Please check the following kb article when it occurs 5566errro with the UDCX conection file, try the method of using the Secure Store Service to store alternate credentials for the data connection method, or the method of stating the credentials
in the UDC file explicitly.
Also check if it could help with setting sql server as "SQL Server and Windows Authentication mode".

SQL statement doesn't return data

Hi,
Please I am facing a problem where I took the sql statement from an oracle report and I'm applying it on TOAD 9.0 but it is not returning any data. The thing is that on the application the report returns data but as I checked on the TOAD it showed that some tables have no data.
How is this possible??
Do I need to apply some code before I apply my select statement??

Hi Ashraf,
As it should be if a Query in Report is returning data so should the same query return data if used either in Toad or SQL Plus.
In your report do check if you have any parameters and do this parameters have any default values and are you using the same parameters.
Also do check the source of the Report which the application is executing and the one from where you are using the Query is same.
