hi Indhra,
did you check, whether the services are active:
/Nsicf
/default_host/sap/bc/bsp/sap/
sam_sess_queue and sam_notifying
and the polling profile is defined with polling frequence:
/Nspro
->Interaction Center WebClient

    Hi Sai,
    Kindly make sure that you have JREE1.4.0 and  not above for  your  error.
    Secondly, you are getting the first message because when you are closing your application by clicking onto the close at top, it doesnt log out your agent from the Webclient. The correct approach would be to close using the path Menu Bar> File> Close
    The channels are not  available because you have not maintained the queues and channels for your system. The same is do be done in SAP Easy Acess> Webclient> Additional Settings. It is also available in the Best Practices C78.
    The link for the same is
    http://help.sap.com/bp_crmv250/CRM_DE/index.htm
    Hope this would help.

  • Sti Error! Video initialize error on HP LaserJet M1212nf MFP

    I'm using HP LaserJet M1212nf MFP all in one printer on Windows 7 32bit.  When i try to scan a document it gives me an error message Sti Error! Video initialize error on my coputer screen. I have re-installed the printer drivers but the problem still persists. I have also used HP Print and Scan Doctor and restarting the device from power cable, this also did not work. I connected it to another computer with windows 7 64bit and it worked perfectly.
    There is however no issue copying or printing only when I try to scan.
    PLEASE HELP!!!

    Hi @SoStoked ,
    I see that you are having issues scanning on the one computer. You are getting the error "Sti Error! Video initialize error".
    I would like to help.
    It sounds like you are having issues with your operating system.
    Did you add any new software or hardware to the computer?
    Try scanning with a 300 DPI and saving it as a JPEG, to see if you have the same results.
    Try scanning from Paint to see if you get the same error.
    What size are you scanning? (DPI)
    How are you saving the scan? (PDF, JPEG)
    I believe that the error might be a issue with your video card drivers. Update the drivers to see if that will help.
    Update the JavaScript and DirectX on the computer.
    What were the results when you ran the Print and Scan Doctor? (did it print or scan, did everything have a green check mark, any error messages)
    What applications have you tried to scan from?
    Please provide in detail the results if you are still having issues.
    Have a nice day!
    Thank You.

    Hi,
    I notice there is a Z class being called.
    Method: IF_EX_ORDER_SAVE~PREPARE of program ZCL_IM_PRICE_ADJUSTMENT=======CP
    You should check this customized class.

  • DCA-40000: internal error when calling a web service

    Hello,
    I would like to call a web service in Oracle UCM with basic authentication (CheckInUniversal). In JDeveloper 11.1.1.2 I can specify username and password for the WS at design time and the JSPX runs fine.
    Now I have added some piece of code into a managed bean (CheckInBean) to use a specific username and password at runtime. When I run the page I get a DCA-40000 with the following error stack:

    If you could enclose your code inside tag it will improve readability for us.
    Anyways, first thing that I could think of is - what is the scope of your managed bean..? If its in request scope can you try changing it to higher scope level (session scope or page view scope).

  • Error CX_SY_CONVERSION_NO_DATE_TIME with value 99991231 when calling a WS

    I'm calling a Web Service in a SAP system from an external program which is written in Java. I got exception CX_SY_CONVERSION_NO_DATE_TIME when I tried to pass value 99991231 to a date field Bapie1Maw1Rt-ListStTo.
    Do you know other workarounds for this exception than using a simple CHAR(8) field as the parameter instead of a DATS field? I do not like the idea of copying the whole Bapie1Maw1Rt structure just because of this silly error...
    Another possible solution would be to use a legal value (perhaps 29991231 is valid???) instead of 99991231 and then convert that value to 99991231. But this is clumsy as well. The 99991231 is not a constant in my Java program, it is input to the program.
    What's your favorite workaround for this error?

    It turned out that the problem was not the value 99991231, but it was the format of the value. The WSDL clearly states that the format for type date is YYYY-MM-DD. Indeed, value 9999-12-31 does not produce an error!

  • Got error when calling a web service, "XMLParametersToComHashtable:LoadXML failed"

    Hi, I'm using vs2012, c# and asp.net.
    In my asp.net web form project I got the error at the LOC when I call the web service's Search method.  What does this error mean and how do I fix this?  Am I to use some type of reader or loader?  The Search method returns a XMLNode type.
     But I thought using InnerText should be fine but I'm still getting the error.
    thank you.

     var rtnSrv = (restApi.Search(strParm1, strParm2, 1, -1, false, @"<![CDATA[<parameters><parameter name=""XXXXXXXXX"" value=""XXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXX""/></parameters>]]>")).InnerText;
    Thank you

  • Error "500 Connection timed out" when starting a Web Interface

    Hello,
    when starting a Web Interface
    (either from preview in Web Interface Builder or directly via transaction BPS_WIF0),
    after around 2 minutes I get the following Error Message: "500 Connection timed out"
    (in Detail, it says "Connection to partner timed out").
    If I use a less complex web interface, this error does not come up.
    What can I do to avoid this?
    Thank you in advance,
    Stephan

    Hello Stephan,
    if a basic web interface is fast enough, this is normally a confirmation, that the problem does not depend on network performance. We do this test always as an initial test to exclude network issues before we analyze BPS.
    So it looks like you do have BPS performance issues. What I can tell you is that multiple variable selectors decrease performance. If this is not you problem I would recommend to check how-to-paper "performance".
    It could be related to HTTP-services as well, you will find SAP notes about this topics in OSS.

  • Java works stand alone does not when called from PL/SQL

    I have this piece of code, which works as a standalone program: It takes in the en_var and returns a path.
    But it wont work when called from a store procedure the line of code p = rt.exec("echo "+envar); returns a path as a standalone program returns null when called from a Oracle store procedure.
    Thanks for any help just going around and round in circles.
    import java.util.*;
    class translate
    public static String translatePath(String envar)
    Runtime rt = Runtime.getRuntime();
    int bufSize = 4096;
    byte buffer[] = new byte[bufSize];
    String path = null;
    Process p = null;
    String os = null;
    String name = null;
    String home = null;
    String dir = null;
    SecurityManager sm = null;
    int len = 0;
    try
    System.out.println("Calling echo "+envar);
    os = System.getProperty("os.name");
    name = System.getProperty("user.name");
    home = System.getProperty("user.home");
    dir = System.getProperty("user.dir");
    sm = System.getSecurityManager();
    p = rt.exec("echo "+envar);
    BufferedInputStream bis = new BufferedInputStream(p.getInputStream());
    while ((len = bis.read(buffer, 0, bufSize)) != -1)
    System.out.write(buffer, 0, len);
    path = new String(buffer);
    //p.waitFor();
    bis.close();
    return path;
    catch(Exception e)
    System.out.println("Exception "+e);
    return "ProcessProblem";
    //path = "/rims/live/log";

    Still cant get it to work, it doesnt fall over anymore, but when I input $PATH, it will output $PATH instead of the path for $PATH i.e /rims/live: What does your program output please:
    Here is my code:
    import java.io.*;
    import java.util.*;
    class translate
         public static String translatePath(String envar)
              Runtime rt = Runtime.getRuntime();
              Process p = null;
              String echoOutput = null;
              int len = 0;
              try
                   System.out.println("Calling echo "+envar);
                   p = rt.exec(new String[]{"/bin/echo",envar});
                   InputStreamReader isr = new InputStreamReader(p.getInputStream());
                   BufferedReader br = new BufferedReader(isr);
                   echoOutput = br.readLine();
                   br.close();
                   isr.close();
                   return echoOutput;
              catch(Exception e)
                   System.out.println("Exception "+e);
                   return "ProcessProblem";
              //path = "/rims/live/log";
    Thanks for all your help so far.

  • SocketTimeoutException when calling a web service from a WD application

    I'm trying to call a method of a web service from my WD application. The execution of the method longs more than 60 sec, so I'm always getting:
    Service call exception; nested exception is: java.net.SocketTimeoutException: Read timed out
    I've got this post, which tells to change the property "socketTimeout" of the client.
    Read Timed Out Error
    But I don't know what is the client in my WD application, does this refer to the logical port ?
    I've tried inserting this into wdInit:
    com.hesa.hesanet3.h3wsmodel.proxies.Hesanet3Impl service = com.hesa.hesanet3.h3wsmodel.H3WSModel.getServiceImpl();
    logicalPort =(com.hesa.hesanet3.h3wsmodel.proxies.Hesanet3ViDocument) service.getLogicalPort("Config1Port_Document", com.hesa.hesanet3.h3wsmodel.proxies.Hesanet3ViDocument.class);
    logicalPort._setProperty("socketTimeout", "30000");
    But it doesn't work.
    I've tried getting the logical port from the model object corresponding to the method of the webservice unsuccesfully.
    I've tried with Visual Administrator -> instance -> Web Service Container -> Settings -> WS Clients Socket Timeout, increasing to 120 secs. No result, still stop at 60s.
    I've tried with Visual Admin -> global configuration -> Http provider -> KeepAliveTimeout, increasing to 120 secs, and still stop at 60s.
    I can't change model object code, but I've tried to debug it and setting the property in stubForLogicalPort and in _getGlobalFeatureConfig(), without change.
    I'm using a HTTP Destination, does this have something to do?
    I'm getting insane with this and I'm in urgent need of help.
    How can I change the time the WD waits for the WebService to answer ?
    Thanks in advance.

    Find solution. Check this thread:
    https://www.sdn.sap.com/irj/sdn/wiki?path=/display/wdjava/faq%2b-%2bmodels%2b-%2badaptive%2bweb%2bservice
    The com.sap.tc.webdynpro.model.webservice.api.IWDWSInvocationModifier interface can be implemented by an application using the Adaptive Web Service model in order to modify the web service invocation object just before it's execution. Invocation modifiers need to be registered with the executable model class for which invocation is to be modified:
    Request_NumberToWords requestMO = new Request_NumberToWords(model);
    requestMO.wdSetInvocationModifier(
      new IWDWSInvocationModifier() {
        public void doModifyInvocation(Object port) {
          HTTPControlInterface httpItf = HTTPControlFactory.getInterface(port);
          //timeout for this WS invocation is 120 sec; don't use global config. setting of WS-Runtime
          httpItf.setSocketTimeout(120000);
        public void doModifyAfterInvocation() {}
    Best regards.

    HI ,
    This error might due to various reasons , may be you can try searching for SAP notes with this error code ,
    here are some of them for your reference
    Note 1497849 - "An internal error occured while calling 'executeDrillAction' API. (Error: ERR_WIS_30270)" when drilling up on a dimension of a webi report based on BW

  • DNS problem when calling a web service

    Hi,
    when I try to call a web service from the Studio I get the following error message:
    return code: 503
    Network Error
    Network Error (dns_server_failure)
    Your request could not be processed because an error occurred contacting the DNS server.
    The DNS server may be temporarily unavailable, or there could be a network problem.
    Looks not like an OBPM problem, but I can access the web service via SoapUI and I can access it from an OBPM enterprise installation on a server here in the network. The problem is only when I try to access the service from OBPM Studio. I also tried accessing a local web service, also does not work.
    Does anyone have a hint, what it could be? Thanks for your help!
    Regards
    Matthias

    No, it is in my local LAN, so it should work without proxy (and in SoapUI it also works without Proxy). But nevertheless I tried it also with a proxy, but unfortunately without success.

  • Basic authentication when calling a web service

    I am attempting to call a web service using ActionScript. The
    web service provider requires that I use HTTP Basic Authentication
    to communicate my SOAP requests. I cannot seem to get this done in
    ActionScript. If I instantiate a WebService object and call its
    SetCredentials method, I get an error "Authentication not supported
    on DirectHTTPChannel (no proxy)". I have the WebService object's
    useProxy property set to true. HELP!

    I know this is five years later on this forum but there's no solution here or on any other forum.  So after two day's of hammering this out I was able to produce a workable solution.  Create a new user account for testing.
    Wu_Xiao's explanation of the issue was dead on.  The WebService does a GET then a POST and for the GET we are unable to supply the Authorization in the header and this is why we get the popup. The POST has the Authorization but it already to late.
    Take these actions
    1 Create a new user on the machine with the web services. Start with a simple name and password (text only)  I had issues with different users. Start clean and simple.
    2 Copy your web services a second usable service.  You'll see in my example below i have Ive copied  ServicesSECURE/Services1.asmx?WSDL to ServicesDEFINITION/Services1.asmx?WSDL
    3 Remove all of the code inside of your services making the new set of service like a definition service. Make sure all of the inputs and outputs are the same. ServicesDEFINITION will have no coding and empty returns.
    Example
    [WebMethod]
            public String CountUsers(string group)
                return "";
    4 Implement the code below. Call the init() right away to instantiate the web service and wait until it loads to use any of the services.  I use a button event to test.
    private var testws:WebService = new WebService;
      private function init():void
      testws.wsdl="http://test.com/ServicesDEFINITION/Services1.asmx?WSDL";
      var encoder:Base64Encoder= new Base64Encoder();
      encoder.insertNewLines = false; // see below for why you need to do this
      encoder.encode("USERNAME:PASSWORD");
      testws.httpHeaders = {Authorization:" Basic " + encoder.toString()};
      testws.loadWSDL();
      testws.addEventListener("load", wsdlLoadHandler);
      protected function test_clickHandler(event:MouseEvent):void
      testws["CountUsers"].addEventListener(mx.rpc.events.FaultEvent.FAULT,testFaultHandler);
      testws["CountUsers"].addEventListener(mx.rpc.events.ResultEvent.RESULT,testResultHandler) ;
      testws.endpointURI="http://test.com/ServicesSECURE/Services1.asmx?WSDL";
      testws.getOperation("CountUsers").send("Test");
      protected function wsdlLoadHandler (event:LoadEvent) : void
      //the service has to load before using the getOperation function
      //you could try using mx.core.UIComponent.callLater from
      //this listener and call the gettestws.getOperation("Co....
    So you'll see that the ServicesDEFINITION (GET) is called and grabs the definition of the Service1 service but this unsecured services is useless because we've removed all of the code.  After the definition GET is called we can change the end point using endpointURI and perform the POST against our secure ServicesSECURE.
