JButton in table cell in Find Mode

Hello!
I have JButton in JTable cell for calling LOV.
When form goes to Find Mode all JButtons become disabled.
Accordingly, I want that buttons active. Any help will be appreciated %)

If the button is bound with an LOV Button binding, then I believe the framework checks the queryable property of the "target" attribute. Make sure that attribute has the "queryable" property checked in the View/Entity.
Hope this helps.

  • Table Cells in Layout Mode vs WYSIWYG

    I am new to Dreamweaver and am using v8.0. When designing a
    page using Tables and Cells in Layout Mode the layout looks fine;
    the Cells are nice and tight. However - and this regardless of
    which Browser I use to check the page - the spacing between those
    same Cells is wholly unacceptable. As mentioned, in Layout Mode
    everything is tight; when viewing it in a browser there may be up
    to 2" of space between the Cells.
    What have I over looked? Any suggestions greatly appreciated!
    Thanks!

    Table width = 1327? Don't ever make your width more than
    about 770. As for
    the spacing .. I have never seen so many empty table cells in
    my life. :)
    As the others have said, you will do far better by learning a
    little html
    and css .. "adhering to conventions" will never happen with
    Layout Mode.
    It's there so people can draw tables .. but if I were DW
    Engineering, I
    would remove it .. I think it causes more problems than it's
    worth. :)

  • Find/change colour tint in table cell

    Hi everyone,
    I have a document containing a heap of tables. The tables currently have a tint of 15% black in some of the rows and I need to change this to 5% black. I also need to change the stroke weight from 0.5pt to 0.3pt.
    Since there are so many of them, I wondered if there was a way to do this with find and change. The tables aren't objects - they're just regular tables inserted into the text frames.
    Appreciate any help.
    Thanks

    Sorry to come back to this post but I'm still trying to figure out how to adapt the script suggested at this link: http://forums.adobe.com/thread/681944
    I'm assuming I need to swap out some values but  how would I adapt it so that it looks for table cells coloured with 20% black and changes them to 10% black.
    As mentioned previously, my javascript knowledge is limited so I'd need some guidance.
    Any further advice appreciated.

  • [iPhone] Not hiding cell accessories when table is in editing mode

    I've got a UITableView, and I want the cells to show disclosure indicators when the table is in editing mode... is there a way to do this? I've implemented this line
    - (UITableViewCellAccessoryType)tableView:(UITableView *)aTableView accessoryTypeForRowWithIndexPath:(NSIndexPath *)indexPath {
    return UITableViewCellAccessoryDisclosureIndicator;
    but the accessories are still hidden. Is there a property of the table I'm missing somewhere?
    Thanks!

    You need to set
    cell.hidesAccessoryWhenEditing = NO;
    for the cell(s) you want in your
    - (UITableViewCell *)tableView:(UITableView *)tableView cellForRowAtIndexPath:(NSIndexPath *)indexPath

  • How to prevent a JButton in a Table Cell from stretching its size.

    Hi,
    I have JButton added to a Table Cell. But the button is filled up by covering the whole area of the cell and when I go for increase the width of the Table column, the button size is also stretched up along with the column's increasing width. How can I implement a solutiong so that I have a preferred size for the button so that when I go for stretch the column, the button should retain its preferred size. That mean it should not be stretched.
    I hereby added the code for a reference,

    I feel, here the JPanel also might get stretched up.All renderers are sized to fill the entire area of the cell, so yes, the panel will get stretched, but the button won't. That is why the suggestion was made.
    All renderers are sized to fill the entire area of the cell.
    Not sure, but you might be able to override the JTable.prepareRenderer(...) method to reset the size of the button back to is preferred size. I have no idea how this will affect the rendering.

  • How to insert  jRadioButton/jCheckBox/jButton etc into table cell?

  • Read Only and HTML Table Cell Attributes

    Hi Guys,
    I believe i have come accross a bug - i'm been working on a form that can be filled out and printed - when going into print for sake of the output looking nice i set the form element to read-only.
    As soon as an element such as a drop down box, text feild, text area, etc which display as "[selected value]" in plain text in read only mode, are changed to the read only mode apex seem to ignore the html table cell attributes.
    For example i have a id number in the top left and then a version number in the top right. Both use a text feild; the top left uses 'width="100%"' for it's HTML Table Cell Attribute to push the right cell to the right. and the right cell has 'align="right"'. Now this works fine when read only is off... but as soon as read only is on, both the width and the alignment are totally ignored, and i can't find any sign of them in the code.
    Because this is for printing; using the "disable" on the form element instead of "read only" function, isn't appropriate as disabled will make the elements faded and hard to read when printed, and keeping the elements as is will allow the user to edit information on the print screen - which is not appropriate.
    Is this a bug? Will it be fixed soon? Is there any work around?
    Cheers,
    Alex

    Use the "Read Only Element Table Cell(s) Attributes" in the Read Only region of the Item edit form.

  • How to use a checkbox table cell in FXML

    I've figured out how to make a column in a TableView render as a checkbox rather then just text when the UI is written in Java. Now I'm trying to figure out how to do the same thing with FXML. I've tried a couple experiments which have all failed, usually with an exception complaining that it can't coerce a table cell class type (or extension) to an interface (i.e. Callback).
    Right now I'm just trying to make one of the columns be a checkbox. I'm not trying to use any custom type. In other words, in Java I would have done the following:
    TableColumn<MyModel, Boolean> col1 = new TableColumn<MyModel, Boolean>();
    col1.setCellValueFactory(new PropertyValueFactory<MyModel, Boolean>("col1Field"));
    col1.setCellFactory(CheckBoxTableCell.forTableColumn(col1));This works when I build the UI using Java API calls. Does anyone know how to do this in FXML?

    Thank you both.
    I used Luca's suggestion as a first step.
    You'll find attached my v.i. that enables me to do what I wanted. It finally works as I expected. It would have been much simpler if my DAQ was able to measure directly a resistance!

  • Multi line issue in Table Cell Editor

    Hi,
    I am developing an occasionally connected application for handheld devices using NetWeaver Mobile 7.1. In one of the view, I have a table which display items information from the data source. In one of the column I need to display item description so I used TextEdit in the Cell Editor to display the information in multi line format and also wrapping is enabled.
    But during testing of the application the TextEdit control does not wraps the text and as well as only first line of TextEdit control is visible inside the table and rest of the rows are not visible because of table's row height is not adjusted to the TextEdit control. I couldn't find any option to vary the size of the row height of the table.
    Please suggest a solution to bring multi line display with in the table.
    Also, check out my other issue posted here.
    [Issue in wrapping of text in TextEdit control|Issue in wrapping of text in TextEdit control]
    Thanks in advance.

    Hi Vinodh,
                   Mutliline text in a text view/edit control inside a table cell is not supported.
    You can view multiline text in a text view/edit as a seperate control inside a view. I think in case you want to see the whole address you can create a detail(s) view which can be navigated from the list (table) view.

  • Table control in create mode

    Hi,
    I created a table control in a standard transaction code.
    when iam clicking create button, The table control
    is displaying in display mode.Now I should provide to the user
    to add the entries in the table control in create mode.
    Can any body resolve this issue with coding.
    urgent requirement.

    Hi,
    In a PBO module of the screen, ypu have to write a code to find out the number of lines of the internal table used for the table control.
    The code for this would be.
      DESCRIBE TABLE tb_line LINES lin.   * 'tb_line' is the internal table and 'lin' holds the number of lines*
      tcl_item-lines = lin.                             tcl_item is the name of the table control*
    Now in the PBO, you have to make the table control editable or non editable by checking with the transaction.
    Here i in the below code, there are 3 transactions for create,display and change.
    If the transaction code is either 'ZCREATE09' or 'ZCHANGE09' , then the lines in the table control are checked.If the table control is not empty,then it is  editable.
    During the display transaction,it is kept in non editable mode.
    CASE sy-tcode.
        WHEN 'ZCREATE09' OR 'ZCHANGE09'.
    ***Checking if the table control is empty or not***
          IF lin NE 0.
            LOOP AT SCREEN.
    ***To make the screen editable****
              screen-input = 1.
            ENDLOOP.
          ELSE.
            LOOP AT SCREEN.
              IF screen-name CS 'TB_LINE'.
    ****To make the screen non-editable if no values are present in the
    ***table control****
                screen-input = 0.
                MODIFY SCREEN.
              ENDIF.
            ENDLOOP.
          ENDIF.
    ****To make screen non editable during the display transaction****
        WHEN 'ZDISPLAY09'.
          LOOP AT SCREEN.
            screen-input = 0.
            MODIFY SCREEN.
          ENDLOOP.
      ENDCASE.
    Reward if helpfull.

    I have following successfully running code, each can populate 1 table cell updating in ChangeTableSelectionMain1 change to another table in ChangeTableSelectionMain1 also, or populate 1 table cell in ChangeTableSelectionSub1 change to another table in ChangeTableSelectionSub1 also, But cannot populate table cell updating in ChangeTableSelectionMain1 to ChangeTableSelectionSub1, Please advice how to make populating table cell updating in ChangeTableSelectionMain1 to ChangeTableSelectionSub1 successful??

  • How do I insert the tab character in a table cell in Pages 5.2?

    I'm typing text in a table cell.  I need to insert a tab in the text.  I've tried all of the modifier keys with the tab.  I read somewhere it would be CTRL>TAB, like Word, but that navigates to the Inspector.

    You will need to add a Unicode keyboard. System Preferences > Keyboard > Input Sources. Click the + button in the lower left. Scroll all the way to the end and select Others > Unicode Hex Input. Select and Add this. Check the box that says Show input menu in menu bar. Exit System Preferences.
    From the Finder menu, select your recent Unicode Hex Input source (it is a black box with white U+ in it). Now, position your cursor in your table cell between the characters where you want to insert a tab character. Press and hold your option key, then type 0009 (zeroes). This is the Unicode sequence for the tab control character. Space will open in your text. Tabs in table cells survive PDF export. The tab mark will not appear with Show invisibles enabled.
    Switch back to your normal country input source in that Finder input source menu.

  • Carriage return in a WD table cell

    Hi,
    I have data in a table cell which I would like to present better by adding a carriage returns so that it appears on more than one line for example as bullet points.
    I can format it using HTML but can’t seem to be able to find out how to set encode to true for that cell.
    Has anyone come across this problem before, or even have a simpler solution.
    Cheers
    Phil

    Hi Phil,
    Check this Multiple Text lines in ONE row of a Table . On what SP level are you?

  • Space in table cell content

    Hi,
    I want to add some space before and after the table cell content. I am using setIntercellSpacing() method to achieve that and I could get the required functionality. But its adding space in the Table Header also which looks odd. Is there any way to set the spacing only for the cell and not for the table header.
    Let me know if anyone has solution for this.
    Thanks and Regards,
    R.Vishnu Varadhan.

    I find this behaviour of setIntercellSpacing() very annoying, too. Why the hell did the Swing developers implement it that way?
    Nevertheless, you can create the desired effect by writing a custom cell renderer, but that is if course more work than that single method call.

  • How to change Table Cell Field Type Dynamically?

    Hi All,
    I am fetching some news data from backend DB and displaying them in a WD Table. Now one News Item may or may not have a URL behind it. If I find the URL as null then I want to display the news as simple TextView otherwise as LinkToUrl. How can I change this input type dynamically for each row in the runtime?
    If I use LinkToUrl all the time then the items which has URL as null gets displayed as normal text, but they are of very faint color and I can not change the text design. Whether if I user TextView I can set some text design like Header2, Header 3 etc.
    Can anybody please help with some code block? My main requirement is how to change the table cell input type dynamically.
    Thanks in Advance.

    IWDTable table =
    (IWDTable) view.createElement(IWDTable.class, "table1");
    table.setWidth("100%");
    table.setVisibleRowCount(data.length);

    nameColumn.setHeader(colHeader);
    IWDTextView nameViewer =
    (IWDTextView) view.createElement(IWDTextView.class, "NameViewer");
    nameViewer.bindText(nameAtt);
    IWDTableCellEditor editor = (IWDTableCellEditor) nameViewer;
    nameColumn.setTableCellEditor(editor);
    table.addColumn(nameColumn);
    IWDTableColumn nationalityColumn =
    (IWDTableColumn) view.createElement(
    IWDTableColumn.class,
    "Nationality");
    IWDTableCellEditor nationalityEditor =
    (IWDTableCellEditor) nationalityViewer;
    nationalityColumn.setTableCellEditor(nationalityEditor);
    table.addColumn(nationalityColumn);
    /** 3. Bind context to table **/
    table.bindDataSource(nodeInfo);
