JDBC to Idoc Mapping error

Hi all,
i need help for my JDBC to IDoc-scenario.
I Select some data from the db and everything is fine.
Before the mapping I can see all in the payload, but after mapping only the constants were mapped.
Hope someone can help me.
Regards,
Jörg

Hi ,
Please provide the mapping details in src mode.
Please check these points -
1) each row of the DB is set to one recursive segment of IDOC .
2)Check wether you have set all the Mandatory fields of IDOC .
Test the mapping in test Tab of mappiung using payload message in MONI ...

  • File to idoc mapping error

    Hi,
I am mapping a flat file to idoc in xi. If I execute the test data it works fine. But in actual run, it gave me the following mapping error:
com.sap.aii.utilxi.misc.api.BaseRuntimeException thrown during application mapping com/sap/xi/tf/_MM_MT_APPayment_to_FIDCCP02_: Runt
    imeException in Message-Mapping transformatio~
    Exception of class CX_XMS_SYSERR_MAPPING
Is it due to some mapping error or some basis config issue?
    Thanks,
    Jassi

    Hi Jassi,
This may be a mapping issue, try this:
a)in interface mapping see if grids are formed at source and target after executing the test option,
b)also take the xml of the idoc from sxmb_moni , copy it and paste it at the source of the mapping ( use the src tab now) and execute the mapping, is your file structute formed?

  • JDBC to Idoc mapping - create multiple Idocs from 1 JDBC input

I am importing data using JDBC and I want to put the data in an IDoc on a SAP system.  my data is about 100,000 rows, but my Idoc (ZIDOC) is defined as 1-35,000 for the segments.  I have followed Ossnote 814393, and also set up my Interface Mapping to use my JDBC source and the Idoc as the target.  In my Message Mapping, i use the source as my JDBC Message Type, and the target is my External Definition Idoc (changed to be 1 to unbounded).
    My incoming JDBC mapping is:
    JDBCinput     (1:1)
      -row            (0...Unbounded)
          -part        (1:1)
          -unit        (1:1)
          -type       (1:1)
my outgoing Idoc (from external definition) is:
    ZIDOC           (1:1)
      -IDOC          (1...Unbounded)
         -Begin       (required)
         -EDI_DC40  (1:1)
         -Zsegment   (1...35,000)
            -part        (1:1)
            -unit        (1:1)
            -type       (1:1)
I currently map JDBCinput = ZIDOC and IDOC,  row = Zsegment, and the rest of the rows match.
When I use this mapping, my first 35,000 rows from my JDBC input gets mapped to ZIDOC with 35,000 segments, but the remaining 65,00 rows from my JDBC input just seem to be lost, as only this one ZIDOC is created.  I would expect to see 3 Idocs created, 2 with 35,000 segments each, and the 3rd Idoc created with 30,000 segments.
Does anyone know what I need to change to get this mapping to work and create the extra needed Idocs?  Can this be done with out using a BPM?
    Any guidance?
    Thanks
    Jake

    HI,
Just try out with context change and check if it works
In this type of case, it is easy to use Java mapping so that you can generate target structures as you like.
    Hope this helps,

  • IDOC Mapping ; Error CX_XMS_SYSERR_MAPPING

After we transfered an IDoc 1:1, w/o mapping, successfully from one to another SAP system, we added a mapping like follows:
    1. created a message mapping per drag&drop from imported objects - IDocs, using a 1:1 mapping (no field changes, just for testing purposes)
    2. created an interface mapping using that message mapping.
    3. after activating in repository, we added that interface mapping in interface determination in configured inbound-interfaces.
After starting a test data transfer we received the error message
    "CX_XMS_SYSERR_MAPPING Programm: CL_XMS_MAIN===================CP, Include CL_XMS_MAIN===================CM00A, line: 535"
And an odd error id with strange crosses in the overview.
Did we forget something? Any hint is welcome.

@Sridhar: Thanks for the hint, but unfortunately it did not change anything. Do you think it has something to do with cached information?
@Bill: Yes, we test it in the IB Repository using the mapping tool. The mapping is very simpel each field from the source IDoc is mapped to the same field in the target IDoc.
Maybe the problem ist because of the different SAP releases (we send from an 4.6C to an 4.7) ?

  • JDBC to IDoc Mapping Problem

    Hello,
I have a connection going from a SQL (via a JDBC connection), mapping into an IDOC.  Connections all work, but for some reason when I turn on the communication channel to pull from the database through a SELECT statement, I only get the header of the Idoc (below).  I have tried many different things and cannot see why the mapping does not seem to be working.  When I load the test data as a test instance in the mapping, it works.  Any help would be appreciated.
    Thank you.

    Hi,
    Document Name
The document name is inserted in the message as the main XML tag. The default value is resultset.
    Document Namespace
The namespace is added to the document name.
    See the example below
The system converts the table resulting from the query SQL statement into a valid XML document and sends it to the Integration Engine. The document looks like this:
    <resultset>
    <row>
    <column-name1>column-value</ column-name1>
    <column-name2>column-value</ column-name2>
    <column-name3>column-value</ column-name3>
    </row>
    <row>
    <column-name1>column-value</ column-name1>
    <column-name2>column-value</ column-name2>
    <column-name3>column-value</ column-name3>
    </row>
    </resultset>

  • JDBC to IDoc ( error when mapping multiple JDBC records to IDoc)

    Hi,
I am working on JDBC to IDoc scenario, I have declared row as 0 to unbounded and by default the IDoc structure is 1..1.
Inorder to map multiple rows from JDBC to get multiple IDoc's, I have changed the occurrence of IDoc in "Messages" tab of Message mapping to 0 to unbounded.
I have mapped "row" to "IDoc".
When I test the mapping, it works fine, giving the same number of IDoc's with that of row.
When I test end to end, in SXMB_MONI, it gives me following error:
    <SAP:Code area="IDOC_ADAPTER">ATTRIBUTE_IDOC_RUNTIME</SAP:Code>
<SAP:P1>MSGGUID 54A3A64E895D48EC3F20C69FEFE2E82B: Tag found instead of tag IDOC BEGIN=</SAP:P1>
can any one help me out with this.

  • Mapping Error with Sender JDBC- Idoc scenario

    Hi Guru's,
I've got a simple asyncronous sender JDBC to Idoc scenario, and I encounter a strange problem with the mapping.
When I test the mapping it works fine, but when I run the scenario, only the first element (a constant) of the Idoc gets mapped, and mapping stops with no errors.
Does someone know where to find the error?
    Thanks,
    Karst

    Hi Karst,
There might be several reasons that you do not see the IDOC structures are not created/mapped:
    1. Most of the IDOC structures are optional (minOccrs = 0), so you have to make sure the structure itself (not just the fields within that structure) is mapped to something that does exist in the source data.
    2. Make sure your JDBC generated source data does have the right namespace as you used in your mapping. I once had a similar problem, but finally found the source data generated in run time is slightly different from the one used in mapping in terms of namespace.
    3. Test your mapping with the source data generated in runtime (you can copy it from SXMB_MONI). Then you may be able to find the problem.
    Hope this helps.

  • MAPPING ERROR with IDOC

    Hi Friends,
I am working on IDOC to JDBC scenario. Here i am using DEBMAS06 IDOC . when i tried to trigger an IDOC from BD12 T code its triggering an idoc but when i see it in MONI of XI, its giving mapping error. when i test my mapping program its executing successfully. even i tried to execute  with the incoming data in the sxmb_moni, i mean that i filles my mapping test with the same data coming into MONI  by filling all the segments coming into XI its executing successfully in mapping test.
but  when i tried to trigger an idoc from we19 or from bd54 i am facing this error. can any one please let me know what else i can do for running  this scenario. let me know your comments.
    Thanks
    Ramana.

Hi friends, I am getting the following error. On the sender side we dont need to take care of the structure because we will be importing the IDOC from the application system directly. on the receiver side i have created the structure for the data base. the mapping is running  fine in my mapping test. still i am not getting what else i need to do. please comment on this.

  • Error while executing a JDBC to Idoc scenario : No standard agreement found

    Hello SAP PI Gurus,
I am having a JDBC to idoc Scenario .And the interface is running at 10 min of duration.

Can you pls help me in resolving this issue.
    Regards,

    Hi,
I think the problem is with namespace....for IDOC the namespace will be "urn:sap-com:document:sap:idoc:messages"...but in your case it is different.....i.e http:....etc.....please check whether you 've used the same IDOC withe above mentioned namespace in all the configuration objects like interface determination, receiveragreement etc.....
    Thanks

  • JDBC - XI - IDOC scenario, SM58 error

I am trying to set up a scenario with JDBC -> XI-> IDOC.  I seem to get the data, but when I look at it in SXMB_MONI, I get the checkered flag, for the overall status, but a red flag for the outbound status.  This led me to SM58 where I see this error "No authorization to send IDocs with message type Z...".  It shows the caller ID as being XIAFUSER (which is different from the ID I have created on the receiving SAP system) and is in function module IDOC_INBOUND_ASYNCHRONOUS.   On XI, I have the RFC (SM59) and Port (IDX1) setup for the receiving SAP system.  The receiving system has an ID setup (used in the RFC on XI), has a partner profile, port, logical system, and a RFC to XI setup.
Any ideas on where to track this down?  I tried giving XIAFUSER sap_all, and it still fails and this ID does not exist on the receiving system.

    HI,
Just to inform you that, if any SM58 error, mainly because of IDX1 entry and RFC destination .
So that;s the reason , i just suggested to check this SAP note.
Now you have given SAP_ALL access to test right ? Even you can check with this SAP note-837595
Also check that SM59 (RFC destination) in XI system uses any User ID ? DO not select CURRENT USER option here.. and check it

  • JDBC to IDOC Error

    Hi Guys
On my Scenario Jdbc to Idoc (Asynch) I am using  FLCUSTOMER_CREATEFROMDATA.FLCUSTOMER_CREATEFROMDATA01
as a Receiver Interface, now when testing on the sxmb_moni I get two flags the Black and While and the Red the one the is Back and While shows that the Sender is my JDBC Adapter which is right
but now the Red flag show that the Sender is IDoc(FLCUSTOMER_CREATEFROMDATA.FLCUSTOMER_CREATEFROMDATA01)  is also Sender of which I used it as a Receiver Interface, I dont know how to stop this IDoc Adapter not to send but to receiver.
Basical my scenario is meant to create an IDoc but is is not doing it when going to TCode WE02/WE05 I get message : "No IDocs selected"
    Thanks
    Yonela

    Hi
I don't have any conditions, to Send and Receive, by the way I went to  TCode IDX5 my Outbnd is right but Inbound thats where I get the below error:
      <?xml version="1.0" encoding="UTF-8" standalone="yes" ?>
    - <!--  Receiver Identification

      <SAP:Stack>No receiver could be determined</SAP:Stack>

    I have done these:
    SM59- To Create RFC Destinations
    WE21- To Create IDoc Ports
    SALE- To Create Logical System
    WE20- To Create Partner Profiles
IDX1- Port Maintenance in IDoc Adapter
    IDX2- Metadata Overview for IDoc
On the ID I created the the IDoc Receiver:
    RFC Destinatin: IDOC_RECEIVER
Interface Version: SAP Release 4.0 or Higher
    Port:   SAPPI1
    SAP Release: 701
    What could be the problem

  • Mapping Error- In IDoc to File scenario

    Hi Experts,
Got the Mapping error for one interface (IDoc to file). After comparing with successful message found that the field value (TDLINE) is not availbale in first segment (E1EDT10) in idoc for this failed one.
    Mapping is :
TDLINE -- Exists --- Creatif --- Receiver field(in the file)
But here due to the the empty value in first segment the message is failed in XI system, next segment values is not trasmitted to the recever end(maping is the same above). To overcome this issue please suggest the suitable mapping design in IR.
    Regards
    Mahesh

    Hi,
After your CreateIf, use a "IfWithoutElse" by selecting the properties "Keep SUPPRESS Values". To do that, do a right click on IfWithoutElse, choose "Properties".
With this option, you will keep the fact that you have nothing in the source, and so the target context will have a "SUPPRESS" line.  I have not THE solution, so do your own test.
If it's not enough, see also about the "mapWithDefault" (but that depends of your real rule).
    Regards.

  • IDOC Serialization(EOIO) using IDOC Adapter throwing Mapping error

    Hello SDN Gurus,
The scenario I am working on is IDOC(PAYEXT & EUPEXR) --> XI (ABAP Mapping) --> Flat File (IDOC Structure).
The IDOCS produced in Appl system may be in the following order
    PAYEXT
    PAYEXT
    EUPEXR
    PAYEXT
    PAYEXT
    PAYEXT
    EUPEXR
I need them to be processed in the same order into flat file.
The scenario is working good except for the serialization. So I did the following
Created two entries in IDXQUEUE one for each message type with the same Queue name in XI system.
Created a new rule for the queue and an associated function module. Used this rule in partner profile for both the message types.  I used the following link to create the above two steps.
    /people/community.user/blog/2006/11/04/how-to-serialize-idoc-xml-messages-fed-into-xi
The SAP system in based on WAS 6.4.
I can see the queue name & EOIO in the inbound message header.
I am getting a mapping error in ABAP program. If I inactivate the queue(in Appl system SAP ECC), I don't get any error.
Does anybody had this problem earlier? Please advice.
    Thanks
    Srini Vaidyam

I found an OSS note to resolve my issue. The note number is 1057573.
Whenever the queue is activated, the sender system will not send the <TABNAM> field value in EDI_DC40 structure. This note addresses this problem.
I found out this by comparing the results from SXI_MAPPING_TEST individually for the message that failed after queue is activated and the message that was successful if the queue is inactivated.
Only thing I noticed now is even if you selected the radio button "Trasfer Immediately" in Partner profile of Appl. system, the messages are not sent. They are getting collected. So we need to manually push them out using WE14.
    This forum Rocks.
    Thanks.
