JDev 10.1.3 and Ant - Targets are only displayed if in build.xml

In JDev 10.1.3, the build-target list only shows targets in my build.xml file and does not show any targets that are in imported files or that are included using an entity include. In the previous versions, all of the targets were displayed. Is there any way to have 10.1.3 show all of the targets in all of the files referenced by build.xml?

There is an option in the preferences ( select the Tools | Preferences... menu item and go to the Ant panel ) to "Show Imported Targets in Target Menus". If that is checked it should show you the imported targets, if it can locate them. That item is checked by default.
In some cases, it cannot locate the imported buildfile if the import statement contains a property reference, and the value of the property cannot be determined. It also will not show targets from entity includes.

This seems to an ongoing issue (see related discussion link). We've been experiencing the same update lag since last Friday. The new additions to the Collection appear and are accessible in both the iPad and iPhone applications, but even though they additions appear in "Quick View", the material doesn't appear in the Collection itself. Problem with Flash videos. They are only display in "Private Browsing" mode, in Safari 5.1.7

The symptoms is: The flash videos are only display with a full red bar and nothing happen, no video no sound nothing. The Flash player was upgrade with 11.2.202.235. before safari 5.1.7. I have an iMac with SL, and a Macbook with SL too. However after I upgraded safari 5.1.7 the flash videos are not display correctly, (only videos). The same happen in both computers.
I need to tell you that I follow all the possible recommendations that I founded in internent. I uninstall flash pug-in many times. I restore both. I switch many buttons and options like "reset safari", "empty cahe", "block pop-up windows", "enable java-script", "enable java". I turn off and on the firewall. I switch all the options in the flash player plug in preferences. And nothing. I turn on and off the plug ins. In fact I tried all the possibilities in the preferences menus from the programs.
In one occasion I had a glimpse of functionality for only one hour without problems after I reinstall safari from the Apple website, but only worked until I turned off the computer. The next day was the same problem.
After I fought with safari 5.1.7 and the plug-in flash player 11.2.202.235. Now I noticed something wired, only when I switch the "Private browsing" option in safari is when the videos are displayed correctly.
The same videos work perfectly in Firefox.
Some Suggestions?

Thank you everybody, the problem was corrected in a unexpected way, I decided no to pay attention to the problem after a week fighting with that. I was navigating in a private browsing for two days. I turned the private browsing off again the next Monday, after a week I noticed that all the videos were display correctly, I do not have the problem again. That was wired because at the same time in the laptop everything is ok too. I have my extensions ON, Block Pop-up windows, In Flash payer all the options in ask....something. Only the option Disable Java script in not activated, only when I activate that option all videos are not display.
I think maybe I updated the computer and maybe something happened in the middle. I always update my imac and my macbook at the same time. There is a Flash removal security update in may 14. Maybe that fixed the problem.
Thanks to everybody, everything is ok now however I wanted to know what was the problem.

Certain sites are only displaying as long rows of �s - how can this be fixed?

Quite a few sites or parts of a site - i.e. the captcha on tinypic.com - are only displaying as very one very long, horizontally scrolling row of question marks in black diamonds (�). These sites load perfectly in Safari on my laptop, or on Firefox on my Windows desktop. There are no error messages displayed.

How much data is being backed-up from each Mac? (see what's shown for Estimated size of full backup under the exclusions box in Time Machine Prefs > Options).
Is there any other data on your Time Capsule, besides the backups?
Most likely, there just isn't room. Time Machine may be trying to do a very large (or full) backup of one or both Macs, and can't. Since it won't ever delete the most recent backup, there has to be enough room for one full backup plus whatever it's trying to back up now, plus 20% (for workspace).

Problems with JDev 11g using JBOSS and ANT

Hi,
I'm trying to migrate to JDev 11g with JBoss ( version 7.X ) as the AppServer
With JDev 10g all works fine with JBoss, even the Remote Debug, all OK
here is the problems I have :
1) ANT
JDev doesn't save my ANT settings
every time I launch ANT : Run Ant Target - I must set the Advance settings
JDev 10g I only need to do that once, the settings are saved but not in the 11g, why ?
2) persistence

it seems that is something related to dependencies not well configured during build stage of the EAR, but with 10g works fine

I can't say many about the ant stuff, but have you tried to put the parameters in a property file and use this to get the parameters to ant?
The reason you can't run the application on WLS is that you have not installed the adf runtime on your wls. The error 'application.xml: [Extension-Name: adf.oracle.domain, exact-match: false].' points to this.

I have a multi-page PDF (400+ pages) and what I want to do is perform an OCR on a specific target area on each page, then export the results to a CSV or text file. For example, each of my pages is a report, and I want to take out one piece of data from each page, plunk it into a CSV, then bring that data into Excel to do a sum...

Acrobat's OCR will attempt to recognize all character images on a PDF page containing a scanned image. It has no "zone" control.
Once the PDF has an OCR output you can save it to a text file.

LSO- Course Groups and Course Types are not displayed in Spanish

We are having issues with the
data like Course Groups and Course Types not being displayed in
Spanish on the Learning Iview.
The Data in the Course Catalog is loaded in Spanish and
English and I can see the Course Catalog in Spanish when logging on in Spanish in the back end.
SAP asked us to apply few notes as below
#1247020 OTR: Texts are not transported
#448220 OTR: Text is not determined/incorrect text is displayed
We have applied the above as well and we had no solution.
However the Problem is NOT related to Texts/Labels as these are displayed in Spanish.
The Problem is related to the data like Course Groups and Course types not being displayed in Spanish in the front end.
SAP also came up with the below which did not help either.
The system will pick the language texts in the sequence
maintained in the view T778L. If the system does not find text in
login langauge , the application will search in the sequence
maintained in the view T778L .Therefore you can change the sequence
of the languages in the above view as per your requirement.
Let me know if anyone has a solution to this or has encountered the same problem.

Is this production or is this in a development system? The dropdown displayed comes from the standard tables. If it's working in development system and not in production, then the chances are higher that the translation didn't go through.

Plant and Cost Center are not displaying in FI doc. for asset scrap ABAVN.

Hi All,
When we do asset retirement by Scraping using Transaction Code ABAVN, Plant and Cost center are not appearing in the FI document. But, in the master data the Plant and Cost center are assigned for the particular Asset.
When I see the FI document display, the fields Cost Center and Plant are blank. Business Area and Profit Center fields are getting updated.
Can any one help me how to get this Plant and Cost Center in the posted document. Is there any OSS notes for this. I am using ECC 6.0 version.

The systemtakes not the cost center from the asset you have to assign it in OKB9 or to fill in during this posting:
Steps
Click on Simulate, than you see the posting screen:
Click on the line (pk 40)
Click on Goto and Additional account assignment and fill in the cost center whatu2019s in the master record of the asset and post
An other option is to make a substitution to get this information

Japanese and Russian characters are not displayed properly

I have a pdf file which has both russian and Japanese characters in it. Before I install Japanese font pack, the russian characters were displayed properly but for Japanese characters Junk characters are displayed. But once I installed Japanese font pack, Japanese fonts are displayed properly, but for Russian characters are displayed as junk characters. Please let us know if can display both font types simultaneously in a document or is there any work around for this ?

What is your Reader version?
If Reader X or earlier, did you also install the extended font pack?

Maintenance Optimizer - Systems and Logical Components are not displayed

Hi Experts,
When I use the Maintenance Optimizer and select a product version, I do not get any Systems and the relevant Logical Component so that I can select one of those that are displayed. Did I miss any configuration settings or is there anything else that I need to do. Please give me the checklist that I need to look into before selecting a product version in the maintenance optimizer. Please help me out of this.

Downloaded a cd and the songs are only 1 minute 30 seconds long. what do I do?

I downloaded an entire cd of 15 songs and when I went to listen to them, each song was only a minute and 30 seconds long. They were just like the samples. I paid $9.99 for the cd and the amount was immediately deducted from my account. What do I have to do to get the full versions of the songs without being charged again for them??

Does the track play correctly in Quicktime Player? If it does then it is an iTunes issue. If it doesn't then it is possible the file was not completely downloaded, or is corrupt. If you are in a country where re-downloading is possible (iTunes in the Cloud and iTunes Match Availability by Country - http://support.apple.com/kb/HT5085), delete the track and download again (Downloading [using iOS or computer] past purchases from the App Store, iBookstore, and iTunes Store - http://support.apple.com/kb/ht2519). Bought season pass and 5 episodes are only 2 minutes long??

I purchased the Season pass to my show and tried to watch the next episode which was only 1 minute the next episode the same, as well as the next 5. After that they are all 44 minutes long. What do I do?? If I go to iTunes the episodes still say 1 minute...

Because that is all that is available right now. It says on the page that the season will be available for download on January 10.

HT4527 Libraries from old and new PC are only showing on old PC

I followed the instructions on Apple's Support page for transferring music to a tee. I even started the process over a few times just to make sure I did it right. Each time, however, home share libraries only showed up on my old PC. So basically my old PC (Win7) is sharing its own library with itself, which is utterly pointless. No libraries are showing up on my new PC (Win8). In fact, I don't even see the home sharing icon. Both PCs have iTunes 11.
Has this ever happened to anyone? Should I just give up and use my external hard drive?

First of all make sure you have backups of bookmarks that you make yourself, and put them somewhere safe outside Firefox paths (The Windows Desktop will do for now) In fact I strongly advice you go further than that and back up the whole Firefox profile immediately. See

The immediate priority is t make safe any bookmarks that you do have. It is important to realise that restoring bookmarks wipes out the existing internally stored bookmarks, and that Firefox's internal backups may only cover a few days.
You may find that icons come back if when you visit a site from a bookmark you click the star to first to unbookmark and then again to bookmark. That is not a good workaround, but at least it is safe and not endangering any stored bookmarks.
Make the backups then we will try later to solve the problem of missing icons.

My email and my iCloud are not displaying my correct last name. How do I set up my correct name in my apple iD?

As I mentioned, my Apple iD has an incorrect last name for my account, so everytime I send an email the recipent doesn't know it comes from me as it seems that the email was sent by another person.
I've changed my las name a few times through the email preferences at icloud.com but it keeps changing back to the previous name.
Do you know how can I set up my name to be correct again?

All you can do is not give him your Apple ID password.He can use existing apps and music on the iPod and can sync with iTunes. In order to make any purchases he would have to enter your Apple ID password.

ITunes 9.0.1 and Snow Leopard are not displaying video

upgraded to Snow Leopard and applied the 10.6.1 patch yesterday, and tried to watch video in iTunes today.
I get audio but no video.
Tried all the obvious (making it full screen, moving the window around) all with no resolution.
looking for pointers on how to resolve this.

no remote speakers, just trying to play the thing on my iMac.
have gone through the preferences to see if anything there. tried the setting to force video into a new window - whatever option I try results in the same audio-but-no-video problem.
I am also able to view the files within QuicktimeX outside of iTunes.
