JIT outbound issue
Hi All,
We received a request from the business to be able to provide a forecast release and then send some kind of re-order point releases. Now in standard SAP you can either order with re-order point but this without sending a forecast generated by MRP.
Now we have found in the automotive functionality the "outbound summarized JIT" call which we think will solve our requirement. We have set-up this scenario and are able to generate JIT calls. However when we try to send out the JIT call the output is not transmitted.
In the messages you find the status on RED and the processing log states as error Summarized JIT call XXXX does not exist.
This message is twice in the processing log.
However when you call up the JIT call in transaction PJ02 you can see it.
Any ideas where this error might come from?
Regards,
Peter
Hi Ben,
First off all thx for your help on this issue.
The message created either via PK23 or S2L can be seen in the JITOM transaction.
If you can provide me with an email I can send you the configuration documentation that we have created.
The configuration that we have done is in the following areas of the JIT outbound:
Control profiles
Define JIT call profile
Define external procurement strategy for sequenced JIT call
Call Control
Define Actions
Define internal processing status
Define call control
Message determination
Maintained configuration for all steps
Summarized JIT call
Define replenishment strategies for external procurement

Peter

Archiving Of JIT Outbound call.
Please share the step wise discription of Archiving Of JIT Outbound call.
Hi,
Can you be more specific?
We have a matching Dialplan and working VoiceRouting in place (normal calls to that number are working), but if we want to add the number to a meeting, the same error message appears.
We do not use the External Access prefix in the Dialplan, we have configured our external access through a normalization rule.

Hi,
We are trying to send an outbound EDI file from
[B2B -> OHS -> Proxy] -------> [PartnerAS2 Server.]
The Host transport configuration has the IP of the proxy and the partner transport configuration uses that of the client server. The error received is:
Transport error: [IPT_HttpSendError] HTTP encounters send error :404

soaproxydev01.corp.abc.com is the host proxy server and the url mentioned "/exchange/Partner_TEST" is actually on the partner server. Is it possible to figure out possible causes of this error.
regards,
NarayananThe partner just got back to us saying that their Cyclone configuration was incorrect so this issue should hopefully go away once they make corrections.

Idoc sales order outbound issue
Hi,
i am new to IDOC's.I am generating IDOC for sales outbound process(standard).Few of the partners are created..now i need to get all the zpartner profiles for the sales order.
For this i am using EXIT_SAPLVEDC_002 user exit.I am trying to debug through program SD70AV1A,but output(debugger) is not getting stoped.
Please help me by giving valuable answers or sample codes.
Thanks in advance.thanks gordan,
but when i check the INCLUDE LVEDCF0F.
686 line LOOP AT xvbpa WHERE vbeln = xvbak-vbeln
AND posnr = '000000'.
SELECT SINGLE * FROM edpvw WHERE parvw = xvbpa-parvw.
IF sy-subrc = 0.
here for standard partner like AG WE e.tc idoc gets generatedwith segments but for customized segment it does not.
So i am looking for writing some code within EXIT_SAPLVEDC_002.
here problem is i xvbpa is clear.
so can u suggest how can i write logic for this.
sample code will be helpful.

Hi,
I have performed a remoted client copy of ECP300 to ECQ system using
SAP_ALL Profile and the client copied successfully. After the client
copy some users are complainting that not all data moved over or there
are some major differences. I know the client copy finished but the
users are saying the client copy is not a exact copy of ECP.Are there
any functional or abap post configuration that needs to happen after
this remote client copy? From the client copy logs, it seem like all
the tables got copied over. Please advise as this is very critical.
I have attached 2 issues reported by users and the client copy log with
details. I have also attached the data dictionary differences of the 2
system ECP and ECQ using SCC9 --> RFC SYSTEM COMPARISON.

I run the program OUT: Purchase Order (850/ORDERS) from eCommerce Gateway reponsibility. It is not generating any file . The log file says Number of record processed = 0
But the po which I entered as a parameter exists. The view 'ECE_POO_HEADERS_V' has 0 records even after setting Org Context. I entered a new PO but still the view has 0 records
What Couold be the reason? Any clues?

Shared Public IP to two Servers - ASA 5510 8.3. NAT/PAT
I have a situation where we have a single DMZ server currently statically forwarded to a single public IP. TCP ports 80, 443, 8080, 8500, 53, and 21 are open to this server via an access list.
However, we have added an additional server to the DMZ, and because our web developers did not communicate with me beforehand, we are forced to use the same DNS name (thus, the same piblic IP) for this server. This server only needs traffic on TCP/8800 forwarded to it.
I am using ASDM 6.4 for configuration of this, as I am required to take multiple screen shots of the procedure for our change control policy.
My question lies in the reconfiguration of NAT/ PAT. Since our current server has a single static NAT to a single public IP, it is simply natted for "any" port. I understand that I can add the new server as an object, and only PAT it on TCP 8800, but will I then have to go back and reconfigure the first server multiple times for PAT, or will the ASA notice the specific PAT, and forward 8800 to the new server without affecting the existing "old" server?
It appears ASDM will not allow me to put multiple ports into a single network object. I am assuming I will need to add 6 separate object translations for the "old" server based on TCP port, and 1 object translation for the "new" server, correct?OK, so I beleive I've truncated this down to what you need in order to give me a hand. Remember that I must configure this using ADSM for screenshot purposes. There is currently a temporary static one-to-one NAT in place for NCAFTP01 until we resolve the outbound issue, but I realize this must be removed to properly test. I'll explain the desired topology below the config.:

Coming from the outside to public IP 1.1.1.5, we want ports 80, 443, 8080, 8500, 21, and 53 to translate to NCAFTP01/ 172.16.10.10. We want traffic sent to 1.1.1.5 on "AS2" (tcp port 8800) to translate to NCADMZ02/172.16.10.11.
This part is functional, as you instructed above, I simply needed to create individual PAT statements.
My current issue lies in the outbound translation. When we send a request out from NCAFTP01/ 172.16.10.10 on any port, we want it to translate to a public IP of 1.1.1.5. When we send a request out from NCADMZ02/172.16.10.11, we also want it to translate to 1.1.1.5. So in effect, we want it to NAT both devices outbound to the same public IP, but use PAT inbound. These are the only two devices in our DMZ, so if I can simply translate all traffic from the DMZ network outbound to 1.1.1.5, I feel it would be the simplest solution. My question is if we do this, when a request comes inbound from the outside, would the translation fall over to PAT?
This comes about because the client on the outside requires us to use a specific IP to connect to thier EDI server on port 5080. -

Don't know if this is correct area ...
Anyway - I plan to buy a dual core g5 Powermac by month's end.
As it will be used for vfx work, etc. it will not be allowed to connect to the internet or have access to files downloaded from the net.
But some of the apps I plan on using require 10.4.1 or higher.
If I can get OS X and Apple product updates on cd/dvd the deal is on.
If I can't then the deal is off and I'll continue using dual core AMD boxes and build some core duo boxes when they get faster.
Which will it be?
Mac OS X (10.4.5)
Mac OS X (10.4.5)Since no OS is 100% safe the best way to prevent that
is to deny net access.
Along the same lines items downloaded from the net
could contain virii that could destry the work data
or slow the system down enough to make it unusable
from a production standpoint. Time is money.
FWIW, Apple updates delivered by Automatic Software Update over the internet are verified by a very secure checksum method (SHA-1 Digests); it is thus extremely unlikely one delivered that way could contain any malware other than what somehow had made it onto the source distribution at Apple & would also be on any CD they distributed.
Plus, as already mentioned, OS X is largely immune to traditional, net-based virus attacks, in large part because of its UNIX roots & the system of accounts, ownership, & permissions: if you run as a "regular" user, the frequency of infection from net sources will be in years instead of hours, as it is with Windows.
Basically, the "inbound" security issues are something you should not have to worry about with OS X, as long as you exercise reasonable prudence in what you download & keep the firewall turned on.
"Outbound" issues seem to be what your clients are worried about. One way to control outbound security on OS X is with a little shareware app called "Little Snitch," which allows you to deny behind-the-scenes attempts to "phone home" completely, grant them on a one-time basis, or allow only certain processes to do so without explicit permission from the user.
With this app in place, you could allow only Software Update to query Apple for updates. If you physically disconnect the Mac from internet access at other times, run all your projects with a regular user account, & possibly store them on external drives you disconnect during update times, the risk of project work "escaping" from your Mac is essentially zero.
You can also use some of OS X's other security features to ease these concerns, such as secure emptying of trash & encrypting your files, both of which meet very strict Federal security standards.
However, if only "clean room" security standards will meet your needs, obtain your updates from another source (which could be an Apple Store or another computer used to download & burn the updates to optical media) & manually run the SHA-1 checksum on them before installation as described here. This should meet even the most picky client's concerns. -
JRockit JVM crash using RHEL 4
Hi,
I am using BEA JRockit(R) R27.5.0-110-94909-1.5.0_14-20080204-1558-linux-x86_64 on RHEL 4 (update 5) running 64 bit AMD Athlon processor. I got a JVM crash from an application which has been running stable all this time. The crash occured 1 hour after the application was started. The error message is "Illegal memory access". From the older discussion forums in BEA I found that this crash is possibly due to a bug in JIT optimization. Below is the complete dump from the crash. It would be great if someone can confirm that this crash is due to the same bug or something else.
Thanks,
Rakesh

===== END DUMP ===============================================================Hello Rakesh,
The crash is in GC code, possiibly caused by an incorrect reference on the heap. This could have been caused by an earlier JIT optimization issue or by a bug in GC or something else - we would need to analyze the full core to know for sure. If you want to pursue this, contact Oracle Support and provide us with the core.
Another tip is to upgrade to the latest JRockit version. The latest version available bundled with Oracle products is R27.6.0, I believe R27.6.1 is on its way out with a WLS 10 service pack but don't know the exact date.

hi..
Wat is MAL(Monitor Action Log) how do we maintain Reconcilation log for MAL. plz explain in simple words.
induHi Indu,
In more complex processes, for example if you work with external service providers, it can be useful to have an overview of the history of a JIT call. The action log gives you an overview of the individual actions and their results for each JIT call. The system logs successful and unsuccessful actions allowing you to recognize and analyze critical situations early on. If an error occurs for a call you can use this function to look for that error
To work with action logging you must have set the Logging Active indicator in call control. You do this in Customizing for JIT Inbound by choosing Call Control ® Define Call Control.
You access the action log from the SAP Easy Access Menu by choosing Logistics ® Logistics Execution ® JIT Inbound or JIT Outbound ® Environment ® Display Action Log (Transaction JITLOG).
You can also call up the action log for a call from JIT Monitoring Inbound or Outbound.

Hi all,
I am trying to create an outbound delivery for a Sales order using the Standard BAPI - BAPI_OUTB_DELIVERY_CREATE_SLS.
After giving the valid inputs for Sales order no and doc no, am getting an error as "No instance of object type OutboundDelivery has been created. External reference:" But when trying to create manually there is no problem. Please suggest what may be the issue and how to correct it?
Regards,
Vimala PHi Vimala,
I am trying to create outbound delivery using BAPI_OUTB_DELIVERY_CREATE_SLS & BAPI_DELIVERYPROCESSING_EXEC. But no success. Getting "No instance of object type outbound delivery has been created" in return.
1) Delivery Type
2) Delivery selection date
Needs to be passed in import parameters.
Could you please tell me what are all the parameters to be passed under tables tab in RV_DELIVERY_CREATE?
Thanks in Advance..

Kindly help me in this regardSolution:
Workaround the issue immediately by removing the "ns1:" qualification on the operation for the binding.jca entry in the composite.xml and redeploying.
For example:
From:
<binding.jca config="BAPI_COMPANYCODE_GETDETAIL_invoke_3P.jca"
operation="ns1:BAPI_COMPANYCODE_GETDETAIL"/>
To:
<binding.jca config="BAPI_COMPANYCODE_GETDETAIL_invoke_3P.jca"
operation="BAPI_COMPANYCODE_GETDETAIL"/>
