JMS Adapter Frame Work Error  - No Alert

Hi All,
We  have configured Alert Frame Work in Development and it is working fine .
Only issue with Adapter Frame work I am able to catch all the errors in File adapter like
wrong directory, FTP errors and No sender agreement but for JMS Communication channel
when the queue is down or wrong parameters to connect then CC is showing errors in RWB
but I am not getting any alerts even when there is no filter.
I could not understand why , can u throw some light.
Thanks and Regards

  • Adapter frame work

    what is adapter frame work?
    what is pck?
    what is jca?
i need clean explanation dont send lot of links just send me one best link or in few sentences

Adapter Frame Work - Engine and APIs for using the various adapters at run time.
PCK - Partner connectivity kit. Used for communicating with partners where there is no fullblown integration engine available.
JCA - Java connectivity architecture. Used for connecting to the java engine capabilities and use them.
But the SDN help would give you more detailed and easy to understand material. Do spend some time for searching.. you will not be discouraged.

    Hello Experts,
I am encountering the same error that you faced. I am using PI 7.0 and MQ adapter 6.0. I would like to know where to get the following jar files:
    CL3Export.jar
    CL3Nonexport.jar
    com.ibm.mq.jar
    com.ibm.mqjms.jar
    connector.jar
    dhbcore.jar
    rmm.jar
I know that I am supposed to add the above files to aii_af_jmsproviderlib.sda on the PI server. As I not a basis person, it'll be great if you could direct me to some detailed instructions. I am trying to follow SAPNote: 747601.
Please correct me if I am wrong.
    Thanks,

  • How to deploy AXIS adapter frame work in sap pi

    Hi All ,
We are going to use Axis adapter framework in AAR PI landscape(X6* track). As we understood, this is SAP provided by default with PI but there are some more additional JARs need to be installed to enable this functionality.
Do we need downtime for this activity?
How to to deploy some standard JAR files in SAP PI

    Hi Rainder
Could you refer the SAP Note 1039369 - FAQ XI Axis Adapter for your request. and also you can search SCN or Google about your requirement you can find some many threads

    XI 3.0 SP20
Regarding the note, that only applied below sp4.  We are on SP20. The default values appears but those are not working. This seems to be a problem with Dev only, Q and P is working fine at this moment
If i actually delete module processor's from Sender and Receiver channel, things are working fine. But not sure if it is going to break anything. And this needs to be applied in all landscape. But i have to present a reason, why this weird behavior all of a sudden

  • MQ JMS adapter does not work

    Hi Experts
we are using PI 7.1, we have deployed MQ 6.0 libraries via com.sap.aii.adapter.lib.sda.
I have a scenario HTTP --> XI --> MQ JMS configured. At first, I forgot to specify user name / password, in RMB I got error of security authentication, which means MQ libraries are properly deployed. After I provided user name / passwrod in JMS adapter, I got following error in message monitoring:
Adapter Framework caught exception: The jmsServiceManager returned no jmsSender to use. Must abort send process.
Delivering the message to the application using connection JMS_http://sap.com/xi/XI/System failed, due to: com.sap.engine.interfaces.messaging.api.exception.MessagingException: com.sap.aii.af.lib.mp.module.ModuleException: The jmsServiceManager returned no jmsSender to use. Must abort send process..
In the Communication Channel Monitoring, it says the channel of the JMS adapter is working properly with a green icon displayed.
I've search SDN and SMP, can't find any information about this error. Somebody can shine some light?
    Thanks
    Jayson

Can you post the server logs..they should have more info.
Can you also enable trace for the mq adapter from visual admin.

  • Problem with special character like u00E5,u00E4 u00F6 in Sender JMS Adapter

    Hi,
    Problem:
Sender JMS Adapter has transformation error when the file includes western european characters such as å,ä ö. And because of this reason the data is not picked up by adapter.
The scenrio is JMS --- > XI ---> Proxy.
If the file does not include the western European characters then it is working fine, but when the file include the western european characters such as å, ä, ö so got the error.
    Our Efforts:
We have tried ISO8859-1 in JMS Module Tab as shown below.
    1. Transfer.ContentType text/xml;charset=ISO-8859-1
        AND with this also
    2. Transfer.ContentType application/coctet-stream;charset=ISO-8859-1
    None of them working.
    Error In CC:
In Sender CC monitoring we are getting the below error.
Error while processing message 'aa157082-b064-4421-0fc3-c286d2732093'; detailed error description: com.sap.aii.adapter.jms.api.channel.filter.MessageFilterException: Error converting Message: sun.io.MalformedInputException: TransformException: Error converting Message: 'sun.io.MalformedInputException' at com.sap.aii.adapter.jms.core.channel.filter.SendToModuleProcessorFilter.filter(SendToModuleProcessorFilter.java(Compiled Code)) ...
Any suggestion in this regard will be a great help.
    Regards,
    Sarvesh

    > I think you have to figure out first, which codepage you really have, not just try. Maybe you ask someone or you check with a hex editor.
    Hi Stefan,
    Finally we solved the problem.
As you said above to figure the the codepage, we asked to our MQ team for the same and found that they are using ISO-8859-1. In XI we were also trying with multiple conbinations (ISO-8859-1, UTF-8 and many more), but didn't get any success.
Finally MQ team changed their encoding to UTF-8 and in XI we used ISO-8859-1 and we get the success in picking the data with spl char. Even though in XI the spl char comes in destorted order but at the receiver end they are in proper shape.
Thanks a lot for your help.

    Sarvesh

  • JMS Sender Channel: Linked Error

    Hi All,
I'm working on a synchronous JMS to Proxy scenario. I have created Sender JMS channel. In RWB, the status of the channel is error.
    The error is:
Channel Error occured. Detailed error (if any): JMS error: MQJMS1024: session closed, Linked error: Error code: MQJMS1024
This channel was working fine few weeks back. Since last week we are facing this issue.
I deleted the communication channel and created a new one but the error persists.
We also tried by restarting the J2EE engine but still no change.
Also gave a try by restarting the Queue manager still there was no change.
Please provide your suggestions to solve this issue.

    Hi Sarvesh,
*Are you using Websphere MQ JMS server? *
If yes check this note Note 1278718 - IBM MQ Connectivity Issues with JMS Adapter
also this error requires restarting the session

  • JMS Adapter and Conversion Agent

    Hi,
Has anyone worked on JMS adapter and Conversion module? JMS adapter is working fine without the conversion agent module.
    processing sequence is as follows
1 SAP XI JMS Adapter/ConvertJMSMessageToBinary Local Enterprise Bean convert_JMS2Bin
2 SAP XI JMS Adapter/ConvertBinaryToXMBMessage Locl Enterprise Bean convert_Bin2XI
    3 sap.com/com.sap.nw.cm.xi/CMTransformBean Local Enterprise Bean 0
4 CallSapAdapter Local Enterprise Bean call_AF_MS
Also I have given the Parameter Name and value.
Let me know if i am missing something.

I have done the configuration in sender JMS channel. I even created file sender and it is not working.
when i went and checked the initialization events in http://xxxx:50000/CMViewer, I can see some errors under service Initialization.

  • Configuration for sync/async bridge in Jms adapter

Can someone give me a hint what I might be doing wrong?
The scenario is: synchronous proxy to jms.
    Integration repository:
Created synchronous outbound interface and synchronous inbound interface, message mapping, interface mapping.
    Integration directory:
Created jms receiver communication channel and jms sender communication channel and configured them according "How to correlate jms messages".
Created receiver determination, interface determination and receiver agreement.
No sender agreement necessary for proxy sender.
    So far so good, but...
Both the receiver and sender jms adapter have its own queue (the receiving system will get the request in one queue and put the response in another).
<b>How does the waiting jms receiver adapter know where to expect the answer?</b>
When I test this scenario the (outbound) message get the status "Log version" (abap moni) and "To be delivered" (java moni).
    PS:
The testing is performed by using the tool rfhutil. With this tool you can read and write directly from/to the MQ queues where the jms adapters are pointing to.
After receipt of the request in the queue of the reveicer jms communication channel, I manually put a message in the queue of the sender jms communication channel with the XI message ID filled in the correlation ID.

More information, In the jms adapter the following error appears:
XI inbound processing failed for message at time 2007-06-11|11:12:48.908+0100. JMS and XI identifiers for the message are ID:414d512052545849444556312020202045f55b6c20d73102 and 4e5bff20-1804-11dc-c2b4-00096b6ed15c respectively. The JMS adapter will rollback the database and JMS session transactions. If the session is transacted, the message is not lost and will be retried later. The exception stack trace is java.lang.Exception: Minimum address data not configured. Field InterfaceNamespace is empty.
