Just purchased Adobe ExportPDF. The formatting in all of the conversions is completely changed. ???

The documents I have converted have completely different formatting. If I have to mess around reformatting everything, I'd rather create the documents from scratch myself. I'm using Office 2003 and have the MicroSoft compatibility software downloaded. Any ideas???

Try unchecking the 'Recognize scanned text in' box within the ExportPDF web-interface, then convert your document. If you're using Adobe Reader, click the 'Change' link under the text that says 'Recognize text in English'

Have you gone through the typical drills of
1. Latest version of QuickTime installed on your computer with Premiere Elements?
2. Running program from User Account with Administrative Privileges as well as from Run As Administrator applied to the desktop icon
with right click of the icon, followed by selecting Run As Administrator?
3. Does problem exist with and without the antivirus and firewall(s) disabled?
4. Even though the Premiere Elements 12 Editor will not open, can you open the Elements Organizer 12?
If Yes to all of the above, please review the following for a possible solution...

What computer operating system is your Premiere Elements 12 running on? Have you updated 12 to the 12.1 Update? If not, please do so using an opened project's Help Menu/Update.
The latest version of QuickTime is a requirement for Premiere Elements. Among other things, without it you will not have QuickTime export presets when you get to the Publish+Share/Computer/QuickTime exports. So, please download and install latest version of QuickTime to computer with Premiere Elements 12/12.1. QuickTime like Premiere Elements requires that it be run with you as Administrator. Is your User Account one with Administrative Privileges?

If the code you are trying to enter has letters then you are not looking at a serial number. A serial number only contains numbers - 6 sets of 4 numbers.

You might be dealing with a redemption code. This is especially so if you purchased it from a store or the like.

I Just purchased Adobe Acrobat DC, Everytime I try to install I get the same Error We've encountered the following issues, The server is not responding currently. I was not aware that the Administrator account was active on Win 8.1. On Win 7 it is inactive and has to be activated to use. For activation on Win 7 I always have to look it up on the web. There are just a few steps needed, but you may indeed have the Administrator account active. For the TEMP folder, you can simply empty it (often some files do not like to delete). The cleanup can be done with various software like CCleaner. You can also just go to the Windows\TEMP folder (I think this works in Win 8.1) and delete the files and folders found there (C:\Windows\Temp). Sometimes there is a temp folder under your user account that may be used for such files and that one could be cleaned too (C:\Users\Administrator\AppData\Local\Temp). I am not sure which one Adobe uses. The issue with the temp folders is that they are limited in size as I understand it. It may be someone else has a better suggestion, but if the administrator and anti-virus suggestions did not help, this is my next recommendation.

when you open the app store scroll down to the bottom it will display the apple id currently in use, change it to your normal apple id email
