KKO0 Reports showing no records

I am trying to Execute the KKO0 Report but system is showing "No records were selected", i ran the KKRV it has done completed successfully.

i need some help.
i found some document that have witholding tax in document such as 5105620781 year 2011.
in transaction code S_P00_97000134 that use for print witholding tax report and witholding tax certificate.
when i run this transaction code for print witholding tax certificate or witholing tax report.
system show "no recored were selected"
i attached excel file to show you what document that cannot print witholding tax, and what document that can print witholding tax.(there are 2 tab in excel )
please clarify why some document cannot print witholding tax certificate.

first of all the report runs if You posted some documents with the WIthholding tax.
When You run the report You will insert the Output group.
Please be informed that the report will extract the documents on the base of the following customizing:
IMG --> Financial Accounting --> Financial Accounting Global Settings --> Extended Withholding Tax -->Reporting -->Generic Withholding Tax Reporting --> Define Output Groups
choose Your output group double click -->
You can choose among:
Cleared vendor invoices, Credit memos, open Down payments
all vendor documents
all customer documents
and so on.....
Please check which documents with the Withholding tax data You need to extract.
save and run again the generic report.
Now It should work fine.

How to show 'No Records Found' and 'Employee Name Unknown' in oracle report

I'm using 6i and building a report to show employees who have incorrectly input their time. I have an input parameter so a user can select a specific employee by emp_id or can leave it empty to show all. That part works. I also have date parameters that are required. That works too. However I am having trouble displaying 'NO Records Found' if the date parameters have no late or rejected employee time records. I currently have it as a text field arranged behind the emp_name field which i filled white. It works...however i have a pretty good feeling there is a better way to do this. Also, I have some data that is null since i am using two tables. There are time stamps with no emp_name or emp_number. I still need to show these records but want them to show up as "Employee Name Unknown" that way the user doesnt get confused and thinks the emp_name in the row above also includes this row.

So, when the join between emp_time and master_all produces no rows, you still want one row of output, saying 'No Records Found'; is that right?
If so, you can outer-join the result set to dual, with some join condition that accepts anything.
Use CASE (or equivalents) to get special values (like 'No Record Found' or 'Employee name unknown') when certain columns are NULL.
For example:

The message 'No Records Found' is a string, so it has to go in a string column.
I put it in the "Name" column, just because I knew that "Name" was a string.
You can put in in any other column if you wish. If that column is not already a string, then use TO_CHAR to make it a string.
You could also have a column just for this message.
I hope this answers your question.
If not, post a little sample data (CREATE TABLE and INSERT statements, relevant columns only) for all tables, and also post the results you want from that data.

Incomplete Data on report (report does not show all records from the table)

I have problem with CR XI, I'm running the same report on the same data with simple select all records from the table (no sorting, no grouping, no filters)
Sometimes report shows me all records sometimes not. Mostly not all records on the report. When report incomplete sometimes it shows different number of records.
I'm using CR XI runtime on Windows Server 2003

- Which CR SDK are you using? The Report Designer Component or the CR assemblies for .NET?
- What is the exact version of CR you are using (from help | about)
- What CR Service Pack are you on?
And a troubleshooting suggestion:
Since this works on some machines, it will be a good idea to compare all the runtime (both CR and non CR) being loaded on a working and non working machines.

ALV GRID Report is not showing all records which is in internal table

have one doubt. please clarify me. ALV Report is working fine since long tiem. But suddenly this report is showing few records only for the given input. Example: it_main table have 50 records, but output is showing only 10 records only. (we have not made any modifications in this report).
temporarily i have given excel output file from it_main table. excel file is showing all records.
here it_main have all the records. but output is showing few records only. it is not showing any error. i have tested with REUSE_ALV_LIST_DISPLAY function also. but it also showing same results(few records only.)

Report download to power point doesn't show all records
dear experts,
I have a report with a tape deck below, so it shows only records 1-25. When I click download to excel, every record is downloaded (1-all rows) and this is fine. But, if I download to power point, only the records shown on the dashboard (e.g. 1-25) are downloaded into power point.
Our quality assurance claims, that the behaviour for both download options should be the same, and not downloading to excel having every row and the power point showing limited rows.
Is there a way to download the whole report, each row, to power point (without clicking on tapedeck to show all) ??

LMS 3.2 SP1 RME showing no records in syslog report while same report in device center shows
Hi All,
I have LMS 3.2 SP1 running on windows machine, when i am generating 24 hours report(Standard) in RME i do not see any records, while in Device center in Device Diagnostic center, i can see the same report showing the logs. i have checked the sylog.log file, i can see the logs in it. I have restored the original database by Restoredborig.pl, the RME database also but no result.
I would appreciate quick reply in this matter as i am facing this issue since long time and tried all possible things.

Customer Exit - Fill variable value - Report is showing wrong records

I'm building a query where the user will type a date.
So I need to show in report just the records where Valid From <= User input date <= Valid To.
I've created to variables for this:
ZMSCOG07 (Single, Mandatory) = user input variable used in Valid From characteristic restriction.
ZMPCOG10 (Single, Mandatory) = customer exit variable to get ZMSCOG07 value and to be used as restriction to Valid To characteristic.
Then in the query I restricted Valid From characteristic:
Valid From <= ZMSCOG07
and Valid To characteristic:
Valid To >= ZMPCOG10
Follow my code in CMOD transaction:

But it's not working correctly. The report is just considering Valid From restriction and showing to me all the records where Valid From <= ZMSCOG07. It seems that ZMPCOG10 is not being filled. Could somebody help me?

I understand your requirement but I don't understand the solution you are using. I think it's a bit tricky.
What I would do is:
Create three variables:
- VAR1: Single value, mandatory, ready for input, customer exit. Used to store "User input date"
- VAR2: Select option, customer exit, not ready for input. Used to store Valid From restriction.
- VAR3: Select option, customer exit, not ready for input. Used to store Valid to restriction.
Then, use this code:
WHEN 'VAR2'.

READ TABLE I_T_VAR_RANGE INTO LOC_VAR_RANGE
with key VNAM = 'VAR1'.

Report not showing all records

I have made a report but when i execute the report only the first page comes with 18 records but when I execute the same query from SQL*Plus then it shows 30 records.
Please suggest me how to solve ?

what do you use to view the output? The Live Previewer in the Reports Builder? One idea ist that you have not seen the button for going to the next page; other reasons can be format triggers which supresses records or frame properties which doesn't allow more records (not expandable) or a group filter in the data modell ...

Filter on a Report to display records only from last 12 months

I have a requirement where I have to display Records for last 12 months. Following is the Filter that I am using
Opportunity."Close Date" >= TIMESTAMPADD(SQL_TSI_MONTH, 0, TIMESTAMPADD(SQL_TSI_DAY, -(DAY(CURRENT_DATE)-1), CURRENT_DATE)) AND Opportunity."Close Date" <= TIMESTAMPADD(SQL_TSI_MONTH, 12, TIMESTAMPADD(SQL_TSI_DAY, -(DAY(CURRENT_DATE)), CURRENT_DATE))
But this is showing me records for next 12 months.
How can I solve this Issue??

The filter that you suggested works for last 365days, if you try to create a simple report with just Date field in it, you will come to know the difference.
Using the filter suggested by you it will show me records from 27th Jan 2008 since today the date is 27th Jan 2009.
I want it to filter records for last 12 months including Jan 2009.(so the interval comes to be Feb 2008 to Jan 2009)

Showing Blank Records oracle forms 11g
Deal all..
i am using oracle forms 11g , i created a form by using data block wizard & layout wizard , but when i run the form, the form running successfully in browser, url is ( http://arun-pc:9001/forms/frmservlet), but it is showing empty records.
when i check with sql plus user Scott , i found 10 records in departments table , same user and same table i used in oracle forms.
i don't know what is the problem.. i am new to oracle forms please help me..

KKO0 Report - Problem with splitting Output Variances
Hi,
I have built a KKO0 report to allow split of Production Variances to cost components (Material, Labor, Overhead). I have done the required configuration to assign the proper cost component structure in OKN0 transaction.
In KKO0 the split of variances to cost components works for Input side variances and Output Lot Size Variance. However, it does not allocate variances to cost components for Output Price Variances and Remaining Output Variances. I had to create a separate row in the report to show Not Assigned line - where these 2 output variance categories appear as a total.
Has anybody had a similar problem and found a better solution?

Problem in Reporting having 2 records in Cube of same attribute
Hi All,
Here are a few thoughts about the problem
1. We are doing a full load to the DSO
2. Then are loading a delta to the cube
If, an employee's attribute changes today, (e.g. for OrgUnit A to OrgUnit B), then that employee might have two records in the cube (and only 1record in the DSO)
I can think of other possibities too-- for some employee the cube will have the latest attribute, for other employee, the cube will have old attributes.
Please suggest me how i can get read of this situation.

while transfering the data to Cube the Keyfigure will be taken care by the change log table in DSO. But my botheration is about the attribute of the record.
Old record will have like this
ORG-A EMP1 +10
ORG-B EMP1 +20
Now the keyfigure value is 30. But my problem is while reporting it will show 2 records ORG-A and ORG-B for the same employee. Though my requirement is, it should show only one record like
ORG-B EMP1 +30
in reporting.

Partition shows no records in Data Dictionary
Wondering if anyone has seen this and can explain? The data dictionary shows no records in the second and thrid of the following partitions, but there are 1.5M records in the second one. Are the summaries Oracle keeps correct?

nullISE 1.2 Dashboard Statics do not update

Description
Symptom:
Issue with the Live dashboard in ISE 1.1.4 not displaying information and only showing "No Data Available".
The Dash Board will run and work for awhile, but it will randomly stop updating any statistics on the dashboard.
Data will show and is seen in the database, but never updates per incoming/outgoing endpoints.
Live authentications will work fine as well as all users are able to be authenticated. Customer reports do not produce data.
Seen on multiple customer's deployments with fresh installs, a fresh install with a backup from a previous 1.1.x version, as well as upgrading to 1.1.4 from any earlier 1.1.x version.
Conditions:
Cisco ISE 1.2 or 1.1.4
Any browser
Distributed or single node deployment.
Workaround:
The workaround that fixes this M&T corruption is to enter the following commands below:
ms-ise-mgm01/admin# app config ise
Selection ISE configuration option
[1]Reset Active Directory settings to defaults
[2]Display Active Directory settings
[3]Configure Active Directory settings
[4]Restart/Apply Active Directory settings
[5]Clear Active Directory Trusts Cache and restart/apply Active Directory settings
[6]Enable/Disable ERS API
[7]Reset M&T Session Database
[8]Rebuild M&T Unusable Indexes
[9]Purge M&T Operational Data
[10]Reset M&T Database
[11]Refresh M&T Database Statistics
[12]Display Profiler Statistics
[13]Exit
We need to select the following options:
7 to reset the session db
10 to reset the M&T database
11 to refresh the statistics (Possibly do not need. Was only needed in 1 case.)
Once you have run these commands the DashBoard should begin to display information.
This process can take up to 12 hours to complete all three steps. Roughly 1 to 3 hours per option selected.
