Lab Systems: Is it a part of IS-H* Med?

Hi,
Does SAP IS-H* Med supports Lab systems. Do they integrate with the equipment and get the results back? Please let me know
I have seen radiology and pharmacy modules are part of IS-H* Med but I cannot find LIS system part of Med. Is it necessary to have an external system for LIS and connect to the instruments. Thank you.
Medical Record management is used to display the lab reports and all the medical records of the patient but is there any way that I can store the reports directly.

ishmed supports the import and display of lab results and the request of examines. Ishmed is NOT a LIS (Lab Info Sys) and does not support the import and evaluation of analyser results.

My laptop is booting up to System Fan (90B) error. This is after the fan has been grinding for a while and finally died.

Incomplete behaviour of System Exec VI when part of a LabVIEW web service

Background
I would like to execute arbitrary command line commands via a LabVIEW web service.
Problem
I have a LabVIEW project (attached) with a VI boot.vi that takes a string as an argument, which is handed over to the System Exec VI.
This boot.vi works nicely: when I execute it with a string "test", it nicely executes my Ruby program "test.rb" because (i) I put the path of my the directory inside which test.rb resides into my PATH system variable and (ii) ".rb" endings are associated with Ruby programs on my PC. Similary, I can hand over the string "PATH", and it displays my PATH system variable.
However, if I build and deplay boot.vi as a LabVIEW webservice, the situation looks differently:
- the URL "http://localhost:8080/serviceManager/boot/PATH" works fine: the content of my PATH system variable is correctly displayed in the browser window as expected.
- However, the URL "http://localhost:8080/serviceManager/boot/test" does not work as expected. The following error message (coming Standard Error output of the System Exec VI) is displayed: 'test' is not recognized as an internal or external command, operable program or batch file.
My conclusion
System Exec VI does make correct use of the search paths in the PATH system variable only when NOT executed as part of a web service. This is the case although even in a web service, the content the PATH system variable is KNOWN to the System Exec VI. Strange!
Question
Am I doing something wrong? Or is there a work-around?

I just wanted to add my experiences to this thread. We have a similar web application, and in fact it seems like we followed many of the same trials with the Internet Toolkit and G Web Server.
As of today, I have migrated our GWS/cgi based application to use web services and the LabVIEW 2009 built-in web server. It was a fairly straightforward move, though I did run into difficulties bridging the gap between our "normal" application instance and that of the web server that holds the web service VI's.
Now I'm looking to move to LabVIEW 2010 and right away running into some problems. While our web application has individual pages served depending on the web service called, it also uses a common pool of static web pages. Typically these would install to the traditional "web root" folder and would be served from there.
LabVIEW 2010 has the "Application Web Server" set up as a service that starts with the system. That seems to work fine. It also hosts its own configuration page through the "System Web Server" on port 3580. This too seems to work, but has very few configuration options available.
I have also spotted this article that discusses serving static pages from the Application Web Server:

I believe I can drill down into the web server configuration (.conf) files and set things appropriately, but I think there should be more documentation available from NI describing the configuration options and how to support these in a deployed web application.

System settings Package management part crashes on open

Hello all,
Whenever I open the system settings and then go to "package management" EVERY TIME the screen shows up and inmediatly closes and I get a KDE crash handler window.
Please note I am using KDEmod repos.
If I hover over the Package Management icon I get that it contains 2 items, which are "Aqpm global configuration" and "Aqpm databases configuration"
No idea of what could be happening, I checked and the package kdemod-aqpm is installed

Analysis for lab system

hi all ,
i am trying to make analysis to my system which is (a small laboratory system) , but i have no experience
in systems analysis , just a small idea ,
so , what i reached to is , it is a small place with( one doctor , patients , one or two workers ) , just this , this is what in my mind ,
so , it would be only one table for patients data , which will contain these columns (pa_name,age,test,......) ,
, another table for workers and their salaries
, only this .
am i thinking incorrectly , do i miss somethings here ?

Wrong. You cannot create a table with an infinite number of columns to store all the visits. Keep in mind the relationnal model.
One table for the patient, one another for the visits, because one patient can have 0 to n visits.

I also have to tell you that I won't manage this kind of infinite thread, because, this forum is not made to build a complete application step by step with hundreds (thousands) posts.

So I delete the system part and configuration completed succefully.
But now It's impossible to install the system on the computer.

If you created restore discs when you got the computer, you can use them to completely recover your computer to factory defaults. If not, you'll need to order recovery media from Toshiba.

May be selling S750 Gigaworks system

There is a possibility I may be selling my S750 Gigaworks system along with spare parts of the system.
It has worked flawlessly for a number of years (after I returned an initial unit that failed after 6 months!).
I have not used the unit much and always at very low volumes. I also have a spare remote, a spare pod (neither of which have been used at all) and some spare satellites (which were not required to be returned when I received the new unit under warranty some years ago). I will NOT however sell any parts separately.
If you are interested in this possibility, you can ping me via my web site (you DO know the address right? if not search for it in my previous postings :-). Indicate you interest level and how much you would be willing to pay for it. It is in superb condition with not a scratch on the subwoofer box or any satellites.

First off, these forums are for user interaction so you may not get an answer to questions asked here from a Creative Employee. I will try where I can though.
1) It is possible, however we won't know anything until they are announced. We generally do not comment on future releases as we do not always have all the information on them.
2) I have a set of S700's (exact same amp as the S750s, just ships with 5 sats instead of 7) that work wonderfully. All of those that I know with a set of Gigaworks S750/S700's have no problems with them.
3) That's a pretty good combination. Actually one of the best right now.
4) The Fatalty and Elite pro versions include 64MB of X-Ram which is memory that is devoted to storing audio information for games. This allows games that leverage it (ex. BF2 and Quake 4) to have improved game performance with higher audio settings.
5) The DDTS-100 is actually aimed at people that wish to use their Gigaworks with home theater equipment and game consoles. Any X-Fi has a built in DD and DTS decoder and the Plat, Fatalty, and Elite Pro models have inputs for external devices like DVD players and game consoles. So, although the DDTS does come with what you need to work with the X-fi (it comes with a PC switch box) it really isn't needed.
6) I really don't have any information on Speaker Stands other than what direct sales told you. I am in the US so our product line is a bit different.

How to connect to the multiple system in the same environment

Hi Everyone ,
We are integrating SAP EP and BOE . We are facing SSO problem ,as there are 2 system in same environment .
Suppose we have XX1 and XX2 as BW backend system . IF Default entry on server is kept blank then we get :
"u2022 Account information not recognized: No SAP system was passed as part of the user name and there was no default system defined. User credential validation cannot continue. " error.
Whereas if we give XX1 as defaut system on server , then SSO is not happening we as are XX2 users .
Anyone has any idea on how to connect to multiple backend system in the same environment .

There is a trust system and the trusted systems. One system can trust in many other systems. You have just to configure it exporting and importing the certificates as explained in the link.

Missing Parts List While creating Prd. Order

Hi Friends,
My client is creating production Orders Manually thru CO01and While Creating & Saving The Production Order System Is Not Supporting In Giving Missing Parts list In spite Of Deficit of Un Restricted stock inStorage Location For BOM components used in that Order.
To my surprise when the defisit is for all the BOM components only one component is showing as missing part in missing parts list.
But While confirming the order The system is showing missing parts for all the components which are defisit for order confirmation.
I Tried To Get This From the Following Method
Checked For Define checking control In OPJK.
Selected plant, Order type & selected the business function 1 for create or 2 for release. And Maintained These Settings
a) Removed tick mark in No Availability check.
b) Type of component check Given as - ATP check.
c) Material release - 1. User decides on release if parts are missing.
d) PP Checking rule (Which Is same As with plant parameter OPPQ)
e) In Define scope of check (OPJJ) made a tick mark in check w/o RLT.
Then Assigned the availability checking group at Mrp View of Header material.
In spite Of All These Settings Still At The Time Of Order Release/Save A Warning Massage Or A Informative Massage Is Not Appearing

Please check same checking rule use in Material master and with order type and plant?
Check the cheking group in material master MRP3 view for all material.
Go to Transection OPJJ - Maintain scope of check,
Select your Checking rule which you have assing to your order type and tick INLCUDE RESERVATION.
(1). CO24- Missing Parts Information System
Under this transaction you choose Selection from Reservations and then select Plant & Material then you can get Missing Parts List for your respective material without production / planned order also.
(2). COOIS : Production Order Information System
Under this transaction you need to Select in List option as Components and then go on Selection Tab.
For collective availability check use
COHV - Excute the roport w ith collective avaliabilty check.
COMAC.

My Windows 7 crashed a couple days ago after a windows update, I got this message.
Windows cannot find the local profile and is logging you on with a temporary profile. Changes you make to this profile will be lost when you log off.
I restarted the machine and got this message
Windows was unable to load the registry. This problem is often caused by insufficient memory or insufficient security rights.
DETAIL - The process cannot access the file because it is being used by another process. for C:\Users\TEMP\ntuser.dat
I checked the event Log I found these .
Windows cannot load the user's profile but has logged you on with the default profile for the system.
DETAIL - Only part of a ReadProcessMemory or WriteProcessMemory request was completed.
Windows has backed up this user profile. Windows will automatically try to use the backup profile the next time this user logs on.
Windows cannot load the locally stored profile. Possible causes of this error include insufficient security rights or a corrupt local profile.
DETAIL - The process cannot access the file because it is being used by another process.
This is the first error in the event viewer after a successful logon
The description for Event ID 34 from source ccSvcHst cannot be found. Either the component that raises this event is not installed on your local computer or the installation is corrupted. You can install or repair the component on the local computer.
If the event originated on another computer, the display information had to be saved with the event.

hi do the following
1. In Search programs and files (Windows 7) area, type in regedit, and press Enter.
2. If prompted click yes,
3. expand the following HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\Microsoft\Windows NT\CurrentVersion\ProfileList
4. click the sid that related to your admin profile (if you not sure, click each sid and in turn look to the right hand side of registry editor it will show who that sid is related to one of the registry files should hae in description localhost\admin or
something similair)
5. right click the sid and press delete.
6. restart your machine and log back on with the admin account, this will then rebuild the admin profile... dont worry when it loads and none of your personal settings are saved or files or folders... go to c:\users
in here you will see two folders for the admin account, one will be just admin and the other most likely admin.localhost
i cant remember which one is which but just check both, one will still have all your files and folders in it.
i suggest making a backup of your data before doing this incase something does go wrong, but ive had this happen many times in a domain enviorment and has worked for me everytime.

System Recovery using HP recovery CDs

Hello,
This is very frustrating!.......
HP Pavillion DV6 Notebook Windows 7 Home Premium
1. PC was hacked
2.Tried to restore from recovery partition by pressing F11 and then following instructions for factory reset. It went through a lot of processes and seemed to be restoring the operating system etc. As part of the process the PC turns off and then comes back up. Then it says 'Setting up PC for first time use' (or something like this). Then get an error saying 'Error system could not be restored' (again something like this. Apologies it has been a while)
3. Looked on the net and on this forum. Worked out I needed the HP recovery disks. I ordered them from their suggested provider in Europe Best2Serve as suggested by HP(Paying another £30. Why? when I have paid for this already). Entered all the correct serial no. and model no.
4. Get the recovery DVDs a couple of weeks later. Put disk 1 in the cd drive and start the computer. It is still trying to start windows from it's previous incomplete set up from recovery partition. It does not take notice of the disk in CD drive. I hunt around more and discover that I need to change the boot order from BIOS menu. I change the order of boot disk to internal cd/dvd ROM first. I change it back to C drive afterwards.
5. Now starting the computer with DISK 1 in CD player HP recovery manage starts. I follow on screen instructions. It goes through Factory image recovery preparations. Reformats windows partition of the hard drive, copies files required for the hard drive, restores files to the hard drive. I put in disk 2 and the supplimentary CD (Application and Driver Recovery CD) when asked.
6. At the end press Continue to restart the PC. PC Restarts. Various Dos windows pop up. Then get Software is being Installed window. Everything completes normally. It finally restarts the PC. I then get a message 'THE RECOVERY ATTEMPT HAS FAILED. SELECT ONE OF THE FOLLOWING BUTTONS. SAVE LOG, DETAILS, RETRY'
7. I retry all of the above with the CD's this time not needing to change the boot order. SAME RESULT!!! The error log is below.
I am not wanting to launch a rocket into space! Just want my PC back! About to chuck the PC and never buy HP again!!!
I am moderately copmuter literate! God help the total beginner!

Sometimes it helps to prepare the hdd with Cyberlink Utility cd first. Download and Save the file. Once download is complete, put a blank cd in your drive and click the file to create a boot cd. Boot with this cd and wait until you get a green check mark indicating hdd is ready. Remove the cd , insert first Recovery Disk and restart the laptop.
