Language Conversion....

I created Internationalization Example project in Web dynpro.
Here i am changing my project from english to German.
I copied all the .xlf files to English and German.(_en & _de)....In the S2X editor also,converted English to German language.Finally while i was deploying it will be in default language(English ) only.
Even i added German language in the browser settings also and kept german language on the top of the list.
Please help me where i went wrong in that tutorial.
One more thing,,,if i was not selected any option in the dropdown,,,,,it is giving " choose Vehicle Type"...
If i choose other than that,,,,the text and image is not displaying...

Hi
I followed Developing International Web dynpro application.....Is there aany need to provide settings in my system.
Now i added this code in the init method....
But iam getting error in this line
resourceHandler.loadResourceBundle( u201Ccom.sap.test.MyResourceBundleu201D, this.getClass() );
I checked all tthe files which i copied _de.Xlf ....it will be in English only.
Locale sessionLocale = WDResourceHandler.getCurrentSessionLocale();
