Can we automatically default "Delivery Date" in "Latest GR Date" field at Item level in Purchase Order?

Hi,
We use this feature very frequently especially, to make it not possible to receive with reference to a PO (instead of locking or marking for deletion) but let it be paid for those already received...
It is done manually. I looked at the configuration but couldn't find any possibility to address this. So, the guaranteed solution is user exit

in my system i can see the latest approved date wise but i have to add an inline query on the most recent vendor based on approved date to an already existing query
meaning just the first row data(most recent supplier) should be captured in the query

Exchange rate coefficient on the basis of latest posting date in invoice.

I have one query on posting date(picking of exchange rate coefficient from TCURR table) in invoice verification. Please help.
Conditions are--
vender and company code are not in same currencies(ex-USD and INR). exchange currencies are maintained perfectly on every month 1st ie co-efficients in TCURR table ie OB08
Query---
1.At the time of parking invoice suppose i enter the date 20th august and i have posted that invoice as parking. It is converting the local currency as per 8th month exchange rate.
2.And at the time of final posting the invoice supose i posted that date as 10th September. Business wanted that converting the local currency as per 9th month exchange rate But now local currency is converting on the basis of initial entry of posting date ie 8th month only.
Please advise and guide what configeration that i have to set for picking the exchange rate coefficient on the basis of latest posting date in invoice verification.

I dont think it is possible as once you enter posting date while in parking invoice screen, on that date exchange rate will be calculated and it wil not be different at time of posting invoice. Instead of parking, you have to directly post with current posting period.

In which table we get latest finish date of operation

Hello all,
I have one report for planned order in which i have to display the latest finish date of all the operation in that particular plnned order.
can you please tell me from which table i can get the latest finish date of the operation.
I have used the table KBED, but in table KBED i am not getting data for all the operation in planned order. I am geting only one or two operation in table KBED.
Is there is any other table or any other way by which i can find the latest finish date for the opeartion.
Please help.

In table KBED we get the latest finish date but i am not able to get details of all the operation.

Retrieving latest changed date UDATE for Vendor.

Hi All,
I have a requirement to retrieve latest changed date UDATE field from CDHDR table based on company code wise??.
As the vendor can be same for different company codes, I need to retrieve the company code wise latest changed date of vendor.
Hope am clear.
Currently am doing this
SELECT objectclas objectid tcode udate
    FROM cdhdr INTO CORRESPONDING FIELDS OF TABLE it_cdhdr
    FOR ALL ENTRIES IN it_lfa2
    WHERE objectclas = 'KRED' AND
          objectid   = it_lfa2-objectid

SORT it_cdhdr BY objectid udate DESCENDING.
Its giving me the latest changed date. But I need latest changed date -company code wise?

Hi,
Use function module CHANGEDOCUMENT_READ to get the details of CDHDR as well as CDPOS data. Records of table CDPOS where TABNAME = 'LFB1' will have the details related to changes in company-specific data. Structure EDITPOS of above function module will give you detail information.

Restriction of Good Receipt on the basis of Latest GR Date...

How we can restrict the Goods Receipt against the Purcahse Order with reference to the Latest GR Date in reflecting in the Purcahse Order.
Latest GR date reflects in the Delivery tab of the Item details in the Purcahse Order.

To prevent goods from being accepted in the case of delayed delivery, youmust specify the latest possible goods receipt date for the item in the purchase order. This field is in the item detail data on the Delivery tab page. You also have to set
message 163, Last possible delivery date was... (work area M7), as a warning or error message in Customizing.
If you have set the message as an error message for delayed delivery, you can post the delivered goods to the GR blocked stock and then post a return delivery from the GR blocked stock.

2LIS_04_P_ARBPL - figures are grouped according to latest posting date!!

We are trying to fill setup table for App 4 and afterwards when we extract the DS 2LIS_04_P_ARBPL we are getting figures clubbed together based on latest posting date
for ex: a given production order and type, if AFRU table shows below entries:
16.01.2012      1.5
17.01.2012      1.0
19.01.2012      0.2
then in setup table we have only one row (figures are grouped and shown against the latest posting date!!
19.01.2012    2.7

Most of the times data won't fill in the base tables, because the reason is, at the time of data entrry by users, there are certain conditions , so until and un less all that conditions fullfill, then only all feilds will fill in the base tables. I faced the same problem for 2lis_04_p_matnr datasource, I'm not getting Batch, so I enhaced teh datasource. So better add ZZ feild to datasource and enhace the ds based on AFUM table (Based on the process order)

Customers whose latest posting date is older than 2 years

How to find out the Latest posting date for a customer in the report from the list of Posting date available.
Sorting option may not be a right Option as i need to create a condition on the formula(Latest posting date(4) -Sy-datum(4) greater than 2 years)

i would like to know after "Lates GR date" on the "Delivery" tab of the item details. after that date my PO should get deleted automatically or line item should get lock and for the same i can developed a Z report where i can come to know which all my po are near to "Lates GR date and can i ask workflow as in a mail will go to the endsuer.

Yes you can use this latest GR date functionality to restrict GR posting after this date
For this you will have set message make message M7-163 as error in attribute of system messages
This date needs to be enterned manually by user while PO creation
If you want to default this date auto then you need use user exit or BADI

How to pull the Latest Time/Date of the update?

Hope everyone is fine.
I have a doubt to meet my user requirement.
I have a developed the infocubes and Infoset(combining only two master data infoprovider infoobjects) and created few reports on them.
Now the requirement is
"Client is asking for the latest date on which the data target is updated".
Say if we run the infopackage on a particular day say "Dec 1st 2006"
For example one cube is a full update, always by dropping the previously loaded data and one cube is updated with the delta update.
For all the reports , if we run the query, the report should give the information stating that the latest update was made on "UPDATED DATE=Dec 1st 2006".
how to achieve this?
Please somebody help me out.
Please tell me the step by step that I need to follow to achieve this.
Any kind of help is appreciated.

This can be achieved
First add an infoobject to your Data targets for Update date
Second , include the update date infoobject in your infosource
Map the infoobject with the field sys-datum which is current system date
So whenever you execute an infopackage, the sys-datum field will pick up the current date at which it is executed.
This is what you want in BW as latest update date of data target

First you should try logging out of your iTunes Store account (settings > iTunes Store > accounts) and then back in again.
If that doesn't help, try resetting the Apple TV (Settings > General > Reset > Reset all settings). You should also try restarting your router.
If both of the above don't help, you should try a restore (Settings > General > Reset > Restore).

Latest backup date can't be found

Hello.
Since a few day, my Time Machine icon in the menubar won't give me the latest backup date ! I've the same problem in the system preferences. The system shows me only two dashes.
It was before I update to 10.5.3, and the update didn't do anything.

Open your home folder, then double-click "Library". From there, double click "Preferences".
In there, there should be a com.apple.timemachine.plist file.
Move that to your Desktop as well as the one located at MacHD>Library>Preferences>com.apple.timemachine.plist (make SURE you know which is which.)
Then restart.

Latest GR date to be automated

Hi Experts,
Pls note, my client uses Latest GR date slot in the PO (delivery tab) for almost all POs. Now to speed up the process they want the slot to be in display mode and it should add ten days (example) to del. date & reflect a latest date. For ex: Del. date is 20-Jan, latest GR date to be 30-Jan.
If not for all cases at least they want it to be done for few of the materials OR few of the vendors.
Is this possible? Please help.

unfortunatly no such functionality is available with std SAP where system will propose latest GR date as delivery date +10 days automaticaly
u have to do this manualy
May be check with ABAPer whether he can fill that field using any enhancements
